I have frequented this particular location because the staff is typically helpful and pleasant to deal and the 2 week return policy on juice is nice as I am a little picky. I recently went in to get a new bottle of juice and a pack of pods. They were out of the particular pods I use typically and the employee working offered me a different pod and I assumed all was well. I get home and go to pop a the new pod in and it doesnt fit with jamming it in and even then its iffy at best. Im a busy guy and going back wasnt possible but I finally was able to come in and hopefully exchange them. They told me they were not able to refund me or exchange the 3 unused pods, so now Im stuck with pods that are unusable. This place sells single pods so Im not sure where the issue lies. So this concludes my patronage of this business. Save yourself the hassle and go to one of the many locally owned shops around town.

I will be 100% honest. I called and a gentleman named Virgil answered. I explained I was looking for a specific juice, he looked and they were out, however not only was he completely honest with me. At first I was ready to hang up the phone to call the next vape store in search of my juice I always use. Virgil had different plans he kept me on the phone to explain that he hopes I would try a possible new juice. I typically dont do that bc I never get one I like. Then he said we give a 2 week guarantee. Meaning if I buy a juice and dont like it bring it back no receipt needed with an online account. To get a cash refund. I hung up the phone.I first called another vapor store that I hate and I wont say names.....v@p0r 1O0 😁😄 they did have 2 of my bottles of juice.I drove to Kure Vaporium and bought a new bottle of juice that Im very excited to try. Virgil worked with me letting me try different flavors until we found one I love. 😋 I will always come back. I will never go back to the other place.Thank you Virgil

The folks at Kure are always super friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Im always greeted with a smile and genuine compassion.They have a large selection of vape juices and accessories, delta 9, nutropics, and novelty items.Their prices on their line of juice is super affordable, their premium juices are priced well with the market.

The employees that work here are very knowledgeable about the products they are selling. When I did ask a question that the gentleman helping me didnt know he quickly got an answer from the manager. Who was also quick to help. I have been going to this particular store for the last 3 years and all of the Vapor Worlds seem to be the same. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Prices are decent and they are all clean. And it seems like they always get new products in.

Got a disposable vape and not only was it $27 it tasted horrible. Couldn’t even vape it and all the people I let try it, agreed. Waste of $27 for sure and being a single parent that’s a lot to waste! Not sure on any other products though. First experience with them but definitely won’t be back.

I absolutely love these guys. They have done everything they can to make sure I have a working device. They have replaced it four times when it was errors with the devices. I suggest this to everybody if you vape come here and Customer Service is absolutely awesome. Store is clean and organized, this is my spot now.

Convenient location! The man who helped me and my Mother today=Kiel/Kyle & Johnathon are experienced in their suggestions, they do offer discounts to certain individuals and there are eleven more days left to snag the deals, lower your tobacco intake! I would recommend going by and visiting if/while you’re in the area! Great Christmas gift to anyone giving up smoking tobacco for New Years!!! The juice they have is called anti-matter and I’ve cherished the flavor almost three years! Second hand smoke is cancer causing with a number of cancer causing carcinogens! I was in the store for about 20 minutes and watched the employees tell a couple different people that they didnt have what they need plus when I get up there they dont have anything that I need either. New people working without anyone there to help them or keep them in line and I think they just didnt feel like looking or taking care of the customers. Worst customer service I have had, and the employees laughing about being out of all of my stuff didnt help either. Something needs to be done at this store.. More management, caring employees, and more stock if you really are even out of everything would make a huge difference.

Employee literally sold me a vape and then sold me extra coils that didn’t even fit my vape! Only recommend if everything else is closed! This place is trash for anything other than emergency. If you want to waste money this is the place! They won’t take the unused product they effd up on selling you back! I had to buy it from another place closer to home! After I tried exchanging it at this location. All sales final is what the sign should say!

Large store with knowledgeable friendly staff. Very relaxing environment with pool table & tables and chairs for social networking. Handicapped parking & accessible. Always busy with customers but plenty of staff so not long waiting time to be helped. Clean well stocked store with specials and sales most all of the time. Very reasonable priced, quality products. No pressure sales and very patient and friendly knowledgeable staff.

The employees have always been nice to my husband and I. Theyre fast paced, but there have been a few times Ive seen that as a flaw instead of a good thing. I want to get in and get out too, but that doesnt mean Im going to try to quickly pick something from a menu or the wall of too much. Though I do appreciate the flavors they have available.

I hadnt been to a brick and mortar store for about three years, but with the recent legislation making it harder to have juice delivered to my home changed that. Looking at my local vape shops vapor shark stood out as the most professional and reputable - and they didnt disappoint. The staff was extremely personable, helpful, and kind to me, they made the process of getting what I needed easy, and comfortable. If you go to this Midwest city location, I recommend asking for Jason. If anyone asks in the future, this is where Ill confidently send them to spend their money.

Almost always out of the Juice that they carry and out of 4 places & stores Ive gone to are wayyyy cheaper. I Will no longer go to any Kure stores. Ive called may times and asked them to place my juice to be ordered in time and notta after 2 weeks soIll continue to keep going to my place to get the same size bottle and nicotine I want that Kure is out of and pay $15.00 instead of over $20. Something Dollars.

This place is large and has good customer service! I love that Sunday is all day happy hour! The prices are good. The only complaint (and why they did not get a 5 star from me) is...they have been out of stock of what I have needed in the past when it comes to wiks and tanks. The juice is pretty good with a large selection. I will drive a little out of my way to go here on Sundays. I have been to quit a few Vapor Stores and this one is on my list of favorite.

New employees are far more welcoming than the last group.. I believe these were also a couple years older too. Anyway, for the first time I felt like a customer, not a burden to be rushed along. I quit coming for awhile due only to the environment, but Ill be happy to come back more now.

PLEASE TAKE TIME TO READI had foot surgery and have been on crutches for almost 6 weeks now. I read on the website that if you call in advance they will come out to your car and bring you juice, etc, collect payment and bring out change/receipt. It is an AWESOME service!! Tiffanys customer service is outstanding! She made my drive up experience pleasant and fast. If you are handicapped or have kids in the car try this service. You wont regret it.

Im giving this place 3 stars because they have many good flavors of vapor juice however I came here on a Saturday and they only had 2 people working and were very busy. I understand that you are a busy business however, I came in and waited 15 minutes to even start to try any flavors, and then more and more people were coming in therefore people walking in were sometimes getting served before people who were already there. Flavors are good though so Ill probably be back

Amazing friendly staff that truly knows everthing. They will take all the time you need. And make you want to comeback even just to talk. I would call these people my friends and I truly enjoy going there.Also... I have completely quiet dipping and have not craved it one time sense.Also there prices are very good. Better the. The level of experience you get here is varied. They have a daily happy hour to get juice half off which is very nice. There coils and hardware is not the cheapest though. The ambience is okay for a former car lot thats been turned into a vape shop.Overall, its definitely a nice place if you have had a bad experience somewhere else as we have been coming here for the last two years without any major complaints.They do occasionally get your juice wrong, so just check to make sure (they have numbers on them now)

Overly priced house juice that doesnt even taste that great to be as high as a price they are. Their accessories are okay, most of the time. Their mods and accessories are cheaper then Vapor Express. Problem is, I got a mod from up there, and it quit working within 5 months. Good deals on accessories but, its not worth the price. Its was the same when I was going there when it was called Vapor World and they had that coil building station at the front of the door more near the windows where they have a pool table now. Their accessories are cheap for a reason, their juice is highly priced, not worth it either considering their house juices arent that great.

As soon as I entered the building I was met with overwhelming positive attitude from the employees. One of the employees by the name Danielle ensured that all of my questions were answered made me feel comfortable with my purchases. I would recommend this store to both beginners and veteran vapers alike.

The guys are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful with any and all queries you may have, honestly the only vape shop Ill use and I drive 45 minutes just because of the welcome atmosphere knowledge and selection. The pricing is very reasonable and the happy hour deals make it even better. If youre military they offer more perks and rewards than other shops in the area. They also have a lounge where you can just sit and unwind while trying different flavors from the vape bar, you wont be disappointed in choosing to come here.

Only place I go. Chick friend of mine works there only complaint I have is sometimes when there is a cute chick there the guys hover around her and ignore everyone else but its all good. Best prices best juices best kits best deals Im on mod 6 and tank 13 being purchased from there.

Very limited supply of our normal fluid, didnt have our coils, and the guy checking us out automatically signed my husband up for an account, after wed decided we wouldnt be returning, and never asked if wed like an account. It may have a good selection for some people, but we wont ever return, which is unfortunate because while it was Vapor Shark, it was our favorite location.

Great location for affordable Vape Products in the Mid/Del city area. Gucci juice is one of my favorite flavors from there. Happy hour is a great time to go, as they have deals on their flavoring. All in all was pleased and would shop again if in the area.

The first few times I walked in to the store, nobody seemed to care that I was there but I kept going back because their prices were better than the other stores I had been to. As of late, they have been more friendly. I think someone (a lot of someones) complained so they shaped up. Lol.

Went in this place during there anniversary sale and the employees are very rude and they will not honor the discount on everything even though sale says entire purchase and wouldn’t sale me coils due to supposedly out of stock but employee told us they have the coils in the building but not counted and refused to see if they could count them but employee wasn’t knowledgeable of his job. Over all poor experience and will not go back.Thank you Adam for your response unfortunately I will have to leave my review at a. 1 star because you never asked what you could do to make this right. You only wanted to inform me that you needed to train your employees better. I’m not looking for freebies I just want you to make this transaction right.

Decent establishment, tend to be out of supplies frequently and staff is never very courteous. spend a lot of time waiting. seems like no one cares to get things done around there. would rather mosey about talking to one customer who is browsing rather than help the 10 of us who are their to get juice every week

I love other vapor worlds but this one is out of my juice and back up flavors a majority of the time i go, and there have been countless times i show up within store hours and they have closed early for some reason or another. Very unreliable. Not to mention the horrible cusomer service most the time. It feels like the people that work there are sick of living and gives the store an unpleasant atmosphere.

I absolutely loved this place and its immediate service. The guy who helped me was very helpful and attentive. Was even better for getting discounts for being a first time customer and being a college student. I just ended up stopping there once I saw the place before getting gas, and dont regret the choice at all. Will definitely be coming back for anything i need in the future. Only issue i have is that you guys need to upload or take pictures of your in house liquid flavors. Ive been trying to look everywhere but cant find anything and have no idea what my flavor was again lol. But all-in-all this is the best place to go for all your vaping needs

So first this isn’t a hater move @ all!! Love the house juice and good prices “on the juice”..... but I do hate when I’m looking for a product - like my geek vape alpha tank glass replacement... to be told that they do not make any replacements for it... after buying packs of coils for the tank....and told they can’t do a refund for me... literally the same visit here!?!?!?! Any Waze through all this and being disappointed and trusting their knowledge that there’s no replacements available. Thanks guys there is a replacement available and I found it I’m glad your staff really knows what there talking about.... on the other hand I am glad I didn’t get my refund ....good looking out fellas...

I went in about 2 months ago and got a Snow Wolf mod and after about three weeks the screen went out. So which I called. Spoke to someone and they said they would know take my account. My mod was still working so the next time I could get up there I went. And then today I was told there was nothing they could do. And the person I spoke with was a younger bearded guy that was sarcastic and very condescending. Dont go here because you wont get any kind of help. And leave the store mad and frustrated. Make sure to go in early on a Sunday.. I made sure to call and their recording told me they close at 8 so I showed up at 6:45pm during lunch break at work.. the doors were locked and saw employees inside not doing anything. Knocked on the door politely and I was ignored! Not to mention there were about 8 cars out front which probably dont all belong to employees on a sunday evening...

Customer since 2014 in Moore, OK. (Enough for over $150 in points) I thought all were the same level of Customer Service......wrong. In the past year of the MWC location I have found that the turnover rate is really bad and their service is worse. Most times you arent even greeted and the staff are enjoying time with each other instead.  This current experience, I spent over $100 on a vape and it didnt work when I get it home. I come back in, not to raise hell, but just get help. I have my receipt and box. I had to make myself known to an employee who tells me there is a line and I have to wait on at least 3 more customers. I was already a customer who is now unhappy. It is taking everything I have not to inform the customers of their service.  As i am typing I am still waiting and no employee has made an attempt to speak to me. The blue haired employee who sold me the appliance has stood around and walked past me twice. Let me get this straight I am specifically your customer, I come in with an issue and you dont think to see what it is. I wont be back and neither will anyone who I switched to vaping.

I love vaporshark. I bought a nord not too long ago from here and I had issues with it a couple days later. They replaced the pod for FREE and gave me 2 extra coils. The customer service is outstanding. I tried other vapor places before, but none of them even compare to vaporshark. Keep up the good work guys!

I went into the shop and purchased a kanger iken kit , worked great until i went to take off tank. My buying experience was good and quick and they were very helpful even discounted it so it would fit my budget to help me on my way to quit smoking. 10 days in to using this thing the top plate moved a little.Then I went to remove the tank and what do you know it wont come off, then says atomizer short so I take it up their after calling first to see what can be done they said after 2 weeks the manufacturing warranty is gone but bring it up since I just bought it and if they cant fix it they will replace it, so I just left and felt with a guy who doesnt even really look at it, tries to put his tank on it after I just said that you cant get the tank off then says Im a Mont out of warranty when Im 3 days out of warranty after I told the girl I was a day or two and she said they would replace it so here I am 80 bucks down the drain for 2 weeks of trying to quit thats more than I spend on a carton of smokes a pay period, then tries to sell me another one, why just so it will break too and be out another 80+ just to do it all over again I went their because I was guaranteed quality products and service and found neither.

Visited 2 days in a row because the deal was unbelievable! Got a $35 kit, a free juice & the associate offered to set it up for me. Great service, great prices, great product!

First and last time Ill go here. Just left without any f÷# ing help. I showed up and there was 3 employees working with 3 different customers. No problem right.... well one of the employees finishes with his customer and goes to help out his partner that was asking a question. All good. Then a NEW customer comes in the door and the guy that didnt have a customer helps him our because hes a buddy, when I had been setting there for over 10 minutes! So naturally I left with a few choice words under my breath. Whats sad is I was there to buy a whole new mech setup. At least a good $125 to $150. Theyre loss.

Best vape store ever. I have been a customer for 3 1/2 years. The staff is the best, great customer service. I bought a digital mod, they set it up, it turned out defective, self-fired, tank leaked out, coil burnt... took it back, they replaced it, set it up and gave me a bottle of juice for what I lost. If youre going to some other store, youre missing out.

Nice staff and decent shop however they never and I mean NEVER have juices in stock. The vapor shark in edmond don’t seem to have a problem keeping juices stocked up, midwest city vapor shark is lacking and hardly ever have juices in stock. Its pretty sad!

On there website, will show an availability of certain juices, so i end up waisting my time driving all the way there, just to find out that the juice that was online, that clearly shown was in stock, wasnt. Guys this is bad for business, customer service has improved, but still cost money to drive there and leave empty handed with disappointment.

Service is great and the associates are very good at helping you find what youre looking for, even if youre brand new to vaping and just want something cheap to start with. They have by far the best selection of anyone near OKC, and you cant beat the prices either. Its the only shop in town thats worth buying from in my opinion. I think any negative reviews are probably from the owners of the several other vape shops that theyve put out of business...The only thing they could improve on is their flavors; which arent terrible by any means, but not the best either. But again, the prices for the flavors are extremely cheap compared to everyone elses, especially during happy hour (3-6pm).I recommend them to everyone.

Its in a good location but the owner change is not great the gourmet juice is Hella expensive and increases your wait time considerably as they have to mix it which leads to a consistency of flavor problem. I now vape with no flavor. Convenience is why I come here and nothing else.

They always have friendly service and people that attend to your needs. They dont sit there and text or play on there phone while you look, they interact and suggest. Lots of mods and juice to choose from. Wish I could stop here more but it is way out of my way and i WONT shop at the vapor world on the south side so I am forced to take my buisness elsewhere. This was the first place my husband and I went to buy coils and juice as we started our second round of vaping- the first was a few years back. Immediately I noticed how not only unhelpful but just plain rode the associates who helped us were. I didn’t mention anything about it to my husband and when we left the store after making our purchases we didn’t discuss it because we were too busy talking about our new vapes lol... but today when I mentioned going to get a new juice he said, “Sure. But let’s try a new vape shop. Was it just me or were they pretty unhelpful there?” As I broke in with agreement, he continued. “Actually, they were downright rude. I asked for help while you were testing juices and the man ignored me...when I called after him he said -in a really unprofessional, dismissive tone- ‘you’re gonna have to wait man.’” So, I decided to write this review since it wasn’t just me perhaps being over sensitive to a comment or the lack of help or professionalism by the young men running the shop- we both came to that conclusion independently so it is worth noting. On the upside, the place is pretty cool looking inside. The help just isn’t cool.

Great people there. Really nice and super helpful. Awesome prices too. Got 3 bottles for less than a single bottle of the same size elsewhere.

This place gets no stars from me. It is a huge shop, in a prime location. Doesn’t matter, they never have the coils or juice u need. Terribly ran company. It is embarrassing. I feel bad for the employees that work there that consistently have to tell customers that they are out of product and they won’t get any new coils that i need in for two weeks!!!!!

For two years I’ve been driving almost 250 miles, from Kansas, to purchase from this location. They took care of me, period! Until today. My vape broke and I made the trip to vape world. I was greeted pleasantly at the door, as always. Told the person working with me I wanted the same vape I always get. It’s simple and I’m a simple man. They were out of the one like mine. So the lady helping me assured me it was just exactly like the one I had. If that were only true. Fast forward to me tightening it down like I do mine, right after I filled it with juice. Apparently the one I was recommended has reverse threads. After dumping the juice in my lap, then the seat of my truck. I drove my rear back up to the store to get a different vape. One like the one I had! Only to be greet by the store manager who tells me, nope! The only way he can do that is if there is something wrong with it. Are you F***ing kidding me?! I won’t ever do business with vape world again.

Good service, prices are getting a little high. Need to be a a little more competitive on prices and invest in variety of top rated items for wider variety of vapors needs. Example being more MTL and single coil devices that provide better battery life and great flavor and not just battery hog cloud devices.

They “highly recommend” a device then when you bring it back because you’re not satisfied with the performance they won’t exchange it. Terrible policy. A device that constantly burns every coil you install apparently isn’t defective enough

These guys are great! Always ready to fix anything I break (which happens somewhat frequently) or answer any question I may have! Unlike other vape shops, I dont feel any uncomfortable vibe when I walk in the door.

So my husband went here the other day to get the same vape I use which we got a good deal on and its a vapresso plus ( I highly recommend this for its long lasting battery and big tank). Normally we get our juice from nightmare vape as their juice is always on point and they always have the juice I want. My husband decided to by juice here while getting the vape and they were out the 1 and 10 for the third time in a row we went here for it. He ended up getting a 4 and 11 and asked for 6 nicotine. I just now used the 4 this morning and I am in nicotine withdraw.... I thankfully have enough of my juice from nightmare vape and I feel better vaping that and the withdraw went away. When you buy juice and ask for nicotine you dont expect to go through withdrawal. Ive been vaping for over 2 years now and this is the first time I have had this problem so I know it was the juice.

Staff was quick and courteous. Store had everything I was looking for. Google maps took me a crazy back way to get to it. Its accessible from the main road, directly behind the gas station that is on the corner. Other than that, the store was perect.

I spent almost $1,000.00 at this place a few months ago. Well, my 1st day it leaked like crazy, went back......they told me they fixed it. WRONG, it was still leaking so I just sat it down. Now, a few months later I decided I wanted to try vaping again, so I took it BACK in. Said I would be charged even though they (5 guys working on my tank for about 30 minutes) could tell it was NOT my fault, again they had given me a bad tank. The 1st guy was SOOOOO rude to me. He kept trying to talk to my daughter knowing it was my vap. Then, said he couldnt touch it, so I thought I was unscrewing the tank, I didnt know and only screwed off 1/2, and the rude guy went to the back and brought paper towels which I thought was weird because he watched me use my sleeve ruining my shirt to clean up the spilled ejuice. O, no he brought the paper towels for ANOTHER customer!!! Again, he was VERY rude to me when I asked for a paper towel like it was coming out of his personal supply! SAVE YOURSELF TIME, MONEY, &HEARTACHE - NEVER GO HERE!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, RUDE, TOO BUSY TRYING TO FLIRT WITH MY DAUGHTER INSTEAD OF HELP ME FIX THEIR PROBLEMS! #HATEVAPORWORLD

Knowledgeable staff can help figure out what you need and get it to you for a fair price. Happy hour makes the house juice super cheap, $14 something for 2 50 ml. And the house juice is tasty, i usually grab peppermint and dragon fruit, but the peach, stawberry kiwi, and berry pomegranate are really good too.Lemonade is also good, but you have to drop your voltage or it burns your coil out really fast, and it still burns them out pretty fast, so i dont indulge often.They have a wide selection of premium juices, cbd juices, salt juices, and something new i only noticed in passing so im not sure what its called, but if youre after the stuff that came out after salt, they have it.Oh and whoever makes their schedules is smart, theres rarely less than three or four associates during high traffic times, so wait times havent gone more than 8-10 minutes at the longest in the whole time ive been going there, over a year.Top marks, go see these folks!

So... if youre going in there to purchase a product at the same price pretty much in every store well then... youll do just fine because they have a large amount of product. If youre going in to sit, relax, share vaping, and conversation...more or less, welcome, come on in, sit down how was your day?, type of atmosphere, this is not the place. Nightmare Vapes in Del City 15th and sunnylane would be more to your liking. They give military discounts always have an excellent attitude along with a small Vape Lounge, people are just more friendly there.

Lost a customer today. I drive from Newalla for my coils. 3rd time THIS month that Ive drove up there to wait 20+ minutes for help only to be told youre out of my coils. Ridiculous for a VAPE STORE to be out of vaping supplies...Two times I got all the way home (25 miles) only to realize they gave me the wrong coils. The wait time is beyond ridiculous..Folks got other places to be, we dont all hang out in vape stores.

Very rude, unhelpful.. brought in a tank that they had sold bc it was leaking and no one could help us but they could tell it was a manufacturer fault and still wanted us to pay to get a new tank. 5 guys looking at it at once and they couldnt figure it out and there was another guy that helped us at first. About 30 mins and no help on getting it fixed. I would suggest going to the vape shop off sooner and reno.

Vapor World continues to provide the best prices Ive seen for a B&M, however no longer seems to be interested in keeping up with the latest hardware. Their RTA selection is stuck in 2016, and they literally had one 250+W mod available, if you dont count the kits that come with garbage tanks, and a higher price tag.Additionally, their service has taken a few steps back. When I was in there on 5/25/2017, there was a female employee eating lunch right on the help counter in the center of the store. This wasnt a problem in and of itself, however despite sitting at the help counter, she would rudely remind anybody asking her a question that shes on break, and to leave her alone.Finally, I wish they would stop telling their employees to shill the Ohmega line of products. Ive bought three Ohmega products, and all three were garbage. I understand that Vapor World stands to gain a lot off of Ohmega sales, but should do so by engineering a superior product, not sales hype. Despite being told constantly that the BFT is a favorite among all employees, Ive yet to see a single one actually use it. For that matter, none of the hardware I saw employees use that day is available at Vapor World.

We have been doing business with this vapor world since the store opened. Today I went in to purchase 2 Brand New Mods and the complete purchase would have totalled over $150.00. The Sales Man whose name was,Juan, or something close to that explained at the beginning of the sale that I would receive 2 full bottles of Juice for free, 1 bottle for each mod I purchased. This was the worst vape store Ive ever been to I bought a unregulated box MOD and an rda from them the box MOD had a short in it and took 15 seconds to fire if not longer with fully charged batterys so I went to my local vape shop and bought a a box MOD that ACTUALLY WORKED and they told me the one I purchased from vapor world was unsafe and dangerous. So I drove 30 mins back to vapor world to return the defected unsafe MOD and got there all I got was grief about how the other vapor store didnt Know what they were doing and that they put to low of a build on the rda which it wasnt. So they told me that they can not return MOD and get my money back I can only exchange it for the same MOD or get store credit. How can you take peoples money but not give it back.

Like so many other vape places they have no problem selling you kits that they don’t carry parts for specifically asked before I bought the last one if they carried parts for it they said yes I broke the tank came back for the part and surprise they didn’t carry it awful

Only place I can find everything I want. Some of the staff are not always very nice and sometimes theres a strange feel to the place but that could just be the staff again. Any way Im usually just in and out so it works

Bought a giant bottle of Hawaiian Punch. Something is wrong with this product. 5 people have tried it and everyone had to change their coils after to get rid of the horrible chemical taste. I could see if I just didnt like the flavor, but that is not the case. This is bad juice! V World told me to send an email describing the problem, which they ignored as well as my follow up emails. This is BS, guess Im out $50. I wouldnt recommend dealing with these people! There are too many other options out there.

WORST VAPE STORE::extremely long wait followed by the worst customer service you could ask for. waited for over 20 minutes to get assistance and when we finally did get helped neither of the 2 girls who were there knew anything about the product they were selling. I ended up purchasing a battery that didnt come with instructions or a charger and none of the employees were able to answer a single question. by far worst vape store, avoid at all costs.

Staff sells you the most expensive units arguing they are the most reliable then fail to tell you the manufacturer only warranties them for two weeks. I paid 97 dollars for a smok brandvape unit and only got 3 months use out of it and when it just quit working staff told me to bad they are only warrantied for 14 days. Youll have to buy another one. Screw that Im going back to smoking at least with that you know what youre buying. Also the FDA just came out to say vaping is as harmful as smoking UNfiltered cigarettes.

Just go to any other one but this one. We swore this one off a year ago and recently thought we would try it again... nope ask for one thing you get another. Ask for a .5 get a .2 ohm then they argue. Ask for 6mg you will get 12. Ask for 12mg they will give you 3mg. No fu@#$ given at this hole.

I asked the guy he said yes next thing you know my coil is burnt n juice is tainted he says oh the taste will go away in 30 min.... Guess what its been 6 hrs n still taste like crap. Went in for some juice. Normally make my own. The atmosphere is very inviting. Very knowledgeable and freindly staff and their juice is amazing.

I order online and most of their stuff was out of stock. I also paid for 2 day shipping and didnt receive it until a week to almost 2 weeks later. I tried to email them three times and I still havent gotten an answer.

I got ripped off. As it turns out the mod that was suggested to me is faulty and they wont take it back even though Ive only had it for a day and used it one time. I ended up doing research on it and they charged me twice what it was worth! I will never go back there.
