Matti is the best manager of any vape shop ive ever been too. Had 2 vapes come back to back burnt. Didnt hastle me about it. Immediately replaced both. They always have great deals here and are super friendly. Me and my GF exclusively get our vapes here, and i have been shopping here for 2 years and theres no end in sight. If i could give more than 5 stars i would.

Bad customer service I got a 2$ lighter an it ain’t work an they tryed to change me for another one an try to say I put the lighter in water or something I don’t like how I was treated over a cheap lighter when I spend money there everyday that will be my last time tho

Best in okc---- normally today the girl in there around 4 needs an attitude agustment was kinda low-key rude to the point I decided not to get a 150$ glass peice I needed wraps and she just got ruder by the end dismissive at the end like she seemed burnt out idk but yea normally love yall edit emplyee gone and crew seem to vibing again

This place is amazing. I stopped by to see if they were open yet. (New store). They have not officially opened but invited me in and gave me the royal treatment. The staff showed me around and patiently answered all of my questions. I have no connection to this place and this is the first review I have ever made for anything ever. My background is retail management and I appreciate exceptional service. Please check them out. In a business that has so much competition, great service should be rewarded.

This is a great stop, theyve got everything you could want! Kacey and Sierra were killing it with the jokes and information, they also hooked me up with a great deal. They are budtenders who know how to help you find the right product. Its hard to leave this store without a smile on your face.

Amazing help first time going in.

Literally have no idea what they are talking about. The shop has a cool selection, but PLEASE dont ask the employees for help. They will straight up lie to you about products, how to use them, and what comes with them. The owner is equally as out of touch. If you know what youre looking for and dont need any kind of help, then definitely check them out. Do not go to this place if you are a not versed in whatever product youd like to buy.

This store sells defective product and when you take the product back the owner of the store comes out to yell at you. I recommend that you look for another store

3rd time i came here today, I bought a tourch and a green dot. I believe his name is Kevin. He is always helpful, and knowledgeable will help you find whatever you need. Very friendly will go out of his way to get whatever product you are looking for.Even if it means ordering a product , they dont carry for you. Staff is friendly but Im pretty sure the Elf bars they sell here are fake. They have you test them before leaving which is all good but are always quick to take the box with the QR & trash it while you are and the flavor and hit always seem a little off.

Great service. Have all vaping needs and smoking extras along with a dispensary with a huge selection attached. Can get your med license there too when they hold a patient drive once a month.
