I used to love this place but recently prices have been going up at an insane rate while quality stays the same. Why have multiple tiers with the same strains in each.selection never changes but prices rise each month.

I am currently looking for a new dispensary and stopped here on my way out of town. I was in a rush so did not spend a lot of time looking at everything.#1 nice clean, well laid out store.#2 Eryn was nice and, while I was in a hurry and did not ask many questions, seemed knowledgeable about what I did ask.#3 Didn’t push anything or try to “sell” me on anythingNot a lot of different flower but enough to make a choice. That may fluctuate.Lots of other products.I’ll go back when I have more time to browse. And hey, I got a free shirt for my girl!

I am very grateful for what these guys do and the appreciation they show to veterans. I received a veterans box from them and it’s full of a lot of great stuff. However, I do think their is a lack of communication among the employees there. I was told that my name was on the list for the November veterans box, but no one had put my name on the list so it got bumped to the next month. Not that big of a deal. I went up there to stock up recently and was overcharged by a significant amount that I had to drive up there later that day to get my refund. Probably wouldn’t be that big of a deal if I didn’t live 20 minutes away. Also, I’m hearing about their promotional deals through my friends afterwards and don’t get offered the same when I visit. Like some sort of high times backpack I would’ve loved to have known about when I was there.Update- I know the store tried to get ahold of me once to resolve the issue I had, so I do appreciate that. Unfortunately I work a ton of hours and haven’t been able to talk to them yet.

I love the store I love the budtenders most of all and I love the prices!!! the only thing that made me put it 4 stars instead off5-was because so many times they run out of there happy hour pre-rolls and I just think if you have a special like that, then they should be able to honor that. Other then that..I love you guys!!!!!

I cannot not say enough positive things about this place all of their products are top shelf! Their staff is amazing and they have the best deals in town! Also I read where someone was complaining about their experience with their puffco. However I had an opposite experience when I needed help With mine. I couldn’t get my puffco pen to work right so I took it in the store and Tanner was super patient and showed me what I was doing wrong and how to use each individual setting! They are always so kind!

Lonnie was a great help and we had some great conversations in the little time I was there. He gave me all the info. I asked for and even hooked us up with a free house joint on our first visit. Look forward to seeing Lonnie here again!

Best flower and prices. I wrote best prices bout a year ago. Now they change things up. Same quality of flower went up a hundred dollars. Wow. That’s not gassy enough for the prices. 80 dollars ounce now 160. Nothing has change.

Reagan Cool I visited tradecraft farms I called them to see if they had some good tree and they had this product called cheetah it was all right but I prefer the Georgia pieacquire points via purchase when you get 15$ an extra 10$ is added daily deals knowledgeable budsgood for you

I love the friendly at home feeling I get every time I go to CaliRoots. Lonnie is honestly the best (I’m biased though because he’s my favorite) I’m never disappointed in the products I get and I will continue to come here.

I walked there with the hopes for clones but didnt have any. Oh well it being right after 420 being low on supply is to be expected. I loved the window to the grow room. The staff was friendly and knew alot on the product. I got three strains of flower and one concentrate. Since it was the first time going in every gram was ten bucks. I will go again.

Totally disappointed! Was recommended for the high quality of flower and selection but yet they only had 5 or 6 selections and was all popcorn nugs at best. They gave me a 20% off first visit coupon when I checked in. Then told me I couldnt use it on the strain I choose cause it was on sale for $10 a gram. I said ok just give me the 1/8 of that one at full price $40 and a 1/8 of another at $45 full price but still argued I could not use the discount. I explained thats why I changed from 2 grams of that strain to the 1/8. Finally I said just forget it and last.

Lonnie introduced me to my new favorite indica strain. He was super friendly and helpful. So thankful we found a shop by the house that we love!

They don’t respect their deals, they say while supplies last but they still have the exact strain they are advertising in the deal, bud tender said it just wasn’t from the same batch, we’ll say that in the deal it says nothing about that. Waste of a 30 minute drive .

Went here Friday afternoon and had a great experience. Their shop is what others in the Oklahoma medical marijuana industry should be aiming for. It’s evident they know what they’re doing based on the quality of the bud, pricing, layout of the building, and staff. This is the first dispensary I’ve been to here that’s comparable to places I’ve been in Colorado and California.

Most definitely an excellent experience. I tried the Biscotti (flower), and I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys fresh flowers. The genetics for this strain are definitely top notch, non-GMO, and well worth the price. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I was only introduced to Harrison by name, but everyone else was great, too.Sunday nights are probably crowded since fewer dispensaries are open. Maybe call ahead if you want something specific as they may not have it. Check them out on Weedmaps/Leafly for products and prices.Finally, buy their merch. They (used to at least) give 10% off if you walk in wearing one of their t shirts or hats.Stay Green, Ponyboy.

Have to give the place a low rating.3rd time in i bought a puffco plus dab pen for 100 and a gram of butter.couldnt get ot to work properly and wasted about 25%.read the chinese directions and still nada.tookit back to the store and asked for help.was told a mgr would refund or replace it.mgr acted condescendiing and sbe would not even try to help.its a shame because they have a ton of concentrates and decent flower.Straiin will get my future business.better everything.

This is what medicinal marijuana is supposed to be. All thier strains are top shelf top quality. Large dense buds great prices. Our experience from check in to exit was professional. Very nice to see a dispensary ran by folks from California that you can see they love cannabis and have a passion for good medicine. Unlike some dispensaries where the kid behind the counter is clueless, stoned and old enough to be my son try to up sale me stuff I dont need. I recommend this place to all patients new and old to cannabis.

Cali roots dispensary’s are one of the best in Oklahoma but the location in okc on 23rd st is ridiculous. They don’t let you see any flowers, while talking to you through a glass like a bank and they don’t interact with you at all. Poor customer service. I recommend you take your money to Norman Cali roots, they actually let see the bud before u buy it and vibe with you.
