Been a long time member since 2016 and I’ve always been satisfied with the services here. Deep tissue has been myusual go to to help me feel functional again. For any new comers I might recommend trying a couple massage therapists in the case life happens. I did to help continue my regular routine. Tony is great for the deep tissue and would highly recommend!

Ive been a member for many years and have tried alot of therapists. Im pretty particular, so when I find one that I like I will continue with only that one.Kathleen is always professional and welcoming and I look forward to seeing her smiling face. So, thank you Kathleen, for always making my visit a very pleasant and relaxing experience!!!

I have been going to Sabrina for about a year now and can’t say enough positive things about her. She is not only an expert at what she does, but she teaches me so much about how to take better care of my skin. I have a membership, and using it and visiting with Sabrina are the best thing I can do for my own health and well-being. Sabrina is always analyzing my skin and working on a program to maximize the benefits of the procedures she uses. I look forward to my appointments with Sabrina and feel like they are making a big difference in how I look and feel👍I am truly grateful to Sabrina and the entire staff at massage envy!

Amber took me as a ‘needed hand-off’ due to emergency of a therapist: i have used Tony for a long time; but he was booked out until much later; Amber was VERY GOOD! Finding the right therapist for my bodies needs took alittle bit but now that I have Angela she has designed a plan tailored to my needs. Everytime I see her we pick up MY plan and the results have been great!

Sabrina is amazing! I see her monthly for facials and she is very attentive and learns my skin. She always knows how to address my concerns and leaves me with healthier, happier skin every time.

Sabrina is a friendly, warm, and attentive therapist. I’ve had her for a hydrafacial as well as back facial. She does a fantastic job and is also a joy to talk to. Book with her!! You’ll be happy you did!

Tony is the best! He knows how to get all my knots out but also respects my privacy so well. I feel totally comfortable with him at all times and I leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Sabrina is the kindest and most helpful aesthetician. She takes her time to get to know you, without judgement and helps your skin seriously glow!!

Amber does an amazing massage. I have been getting regular massages for about 20 years. Amber is one of the best ever!

Great hydrated facial massage Sabrina is amazing! Highly recommend her. Always leave feeling wonderful.

I had to go straight home and shower and wash my hair. She used so much oil that I felt like I was slippery and she had so much oil in my hair at the nape that it was extremely wet and greasy looking. Very disappointed about having to add that into my day when I wasn’t planning it! Quality of massage was fair. Will try her again to see if we can make improvements.

Kathy has been my massage therapist for a while now. She unknots the tight muscles in my neck and it always feels good and loose when I leave the clinic.

This location has cancelled 3x on me the past 12 months (the last time one hour from my appointment). I asked for manager to call me and was told they would call me the same day. IT has been two weeks and haven’t heard from anyone . Requested a refund and membership cancellationUPDATE: new manager called after this post assured me things would be different. Scheduled several sessions. First one went great , 2nd one was cancelled same day (again for an “emergency”) asked for a manager to call and it’s been a week ….no communication , no calls or texts.

Anthony is amazing! I had an amazing massage and left feeling so relaxed.

I would like to say that after the owner reached out to me and was able to address my concerns I definitely have to retract my previous review. It was a very good conversation through Email and I feel that they do care for there customers concerns and obviously they will rea h out when given the opportunity and time so I want to say thank you to the owner for being understanding and working with me.

Love my esthetician, Sam, and the therapists have always been great. My only complaint is scheduling is a little rough. Massage Envy has contacted me multiple times, on the same day of service, to tell me the provider would not being able to make it to work and my appt would need to be canceled. I tied to move an appt today due to a sick kiddo and they charged me 1/2 the price of the service. Completely understandable.... if they hadnt canceled on me multiple times.

Bad Experience all around. 90 minute massage my wife purchased for my for my birthday. The massage was suppose to be $120 and they charged me $145, plus I left a $20 tip, was suppose to start at 1:00pm and didnt start until 1:15. Then the massage ended at 2:27, so it was about 20 minutes short of what we paid for. After leaving my room the front receptionist put a hard sell on me to get a membership. I kindly told her that I was not interested and she pushed and try to sell 3-4 more times. I just shook my head and said no again and again. So, after over-paying, being cut short on time, and being hard sold on membership my family and I will not be returning. Update after Massage Envys response: Thanks for the response, but it appears you have had these same issues months and even years before my visit. If you havent changed your business tactics yet, its likely a phone call from me wont change things either. You have 2.8 stars for a reason, instead of talking about making it right perhaps you should implement better processes that actually make it right from the beginning.

Nicole did a very nice Swedish massage. I waited for 20 minutes but got the full hour. The lady at the front was helpful and very courteous. An overall pleasant experience. I should have accepted thewater they offered before the massage because I got thirsty during the massage. The massage gel hasno scent and I kind of wished it had, but that isnt a big deal since many people dont like the scentedstuff.

I was very hesitant to obtain a membership at such a large franchise, but Im very glad that I made the leap. I can call on short notice and have almost always gotten in. After you a few times, youll find a therapist that you click with. Their hours are very accommodating. Sometimes a couple of the front desk staff can seem a bit unapproachable (and sometimes rude), somewhat distracted and rushed. I havent tried a facial yet, so cant give a good opinion on that subject. I wouldnt hesitate to join if youre considering a membership. After your first massage of the month, any additional massage is only $45. You cant beat that in Omaha!

Ive been a member here for 5+ years and overall, have had good experiences with the therapists. They always seem eager to please and professional. The office staff is an entirely different story. I called to reschedule an appt because we had a death in our family, my young niece had been in a fatal accident. Although I do not expect special treatment for my personal circumstances or sympathy, the office manager name Danni was so rude and disrespectful when I attempted to reschedule my appt, I was absolutely shocked!! I simply cannot understand who would hire someone like this.She actually had the audacity to tell me I should have called 24 hours in advance when my niece had passed away only hours previously. When I asked to please have the name of the franchise owner, she told me each store is owned individually and she didnt even know the name of the owner. WOW!

Massively disrespectful to their clients. When is it ever ok to stick your finger in a paying customers face and degrade them? I help run a doctors office with a clientele of over 16,000 people and when they ask me my opinion of where they should go I will be sure that they never ever go to a massage envy! They asked me for my feed back and told me someone would be in touch within 4 business days and its been 3 weeks with no contact about my dissatisfaction. As a nurse I understand the importance of relations with clients and how you deal with them. Ive never been more disgusted in my life with the customer service my mother and I received.

1 hour massage was 37 min! I was very disappointed in the service at this place. First of all, I waited 20 min for my appointment, and no one said anything to me or apologized for the wait. Then, my 1 hour massage (understanding its 50 min) was only 37min! I felt she was rushing to catch up. Maybe it was because I was younger, and she didnt think she had to do as good of a job. Then the topper is that they charged me $65 when it was supposed to be $49. I even questioned that charge, and the girl just said, yep, not checking to see that I was there over a year and a half ago, meaning that the massage should have been $49. I wont go back there.UPDATE:I filled out the post-service email survey and marked to have a manager call me. She did and offered me a freebie, which turned out better. It might have been because it was a last chance kinda thing. I still will take my business elsewhere, though, as I dont want to chance another crappy experience. I cant rely on always getting the apology freebie.

DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! I signed one a week and a half ago. I had a real extenuating circumstance arise yesterday, called to see if I could cancel before any payment has been taken out of my account, even offered to pay for the discount I received for signing up and bring in proof of said extenuating circumstance, but was told by the manager that she had literally no way to cancel my account. Strange that there is a way to cancel it when you move to a place with no massage envy but it cant be done otherwise. What if someone loses their job and literally cant pay it? What if they have a medical situation? But, massage envy cant cancel your account. Best they can do is freeze it for 3 or 6 months which wouldnt help in my situation. I would never have signed the membership agreement had I been aware of the issue I now face. Moral is, dont get a membership here because even an act of God apparently cant get it cancelled, unless of course you move.

I had an appointment scheduled for hair and make up with Jaymie for my engagement photos. she cancelled on me a few hours prior to my appointment time due to very inappropriate reasons. She is talented, but cancelling on me the way she did was very unprofessional and put me in a huge bind to find someone else on such short notice

Fantastic experience! My lady begged me to come here and I wish I wouldve caved sooner. After my massage was over felt like I got hit by a truck but a good one. All of the areas where I had a lot of tension or barely any mobility was coming back. Felt GREAT

I got a massage from Jennifer deep tissue and it was the best one I have EVER had! Stephanie did a great job on my facial as well. Highly recommend!

Angie gave me the worst massage Ive ever had. Im bruised from it. Dont trust that hack to give you a massage. Im seriously considering cancelling my membership over this. I called and complained, they offered to book me for another massage to help. Im bruised, why would I want anyone to touch me right now?

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION AND THIS COMPANY!!! I have an account with them and I have been so frustrated with this company lately. I am trying to use the hours I have so I can cancel my account. This week they canceled two of my appointments (90 mins each). They are canceling my appointments so they can keep my account longer and keep charging me monthly.WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION OR COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!SCAMMERS FOR SURE!!!

Nice staff. Good looking lobby. Had a gift card I used cause theyre a tad steep on some things. Very professional. The lady I had for my stretching indulged me on all my randomly related questions.

I have a membership, and appreciate that if I have to skip a month, I don’t lose the credit toward the massage. The massages and facials I have received here are always enjoyable, and tailored to my requests.

Unethical. Poor massage. They charged me for massages I had already paid for. Called and called but apparently I had to talk to a manager and one was never available. They are out for your money. I would never again get a membership here.

The staff looks down on you if you don’t buy a membership or book massages with frequency. The 2 host at the front desk need to be replaced vs focused on there self needs or compensation. It’s no wonder why ME Culture has been in the news with sexual and verbal harassment.
