Sarah is amazing. She always listens to where my concern areas are and consistently takes care of those areas. She’s very knowledgeable and very good at her job. She explains why she does things and is constantly checking in to see how you are doing.

I’ve been going to Shana for my massages for a while now and she always makes sure I’m comfortable (with the exception of firm/deep pressure which I request lol) & that we concentrate on the most crucial areas with each session. Words cannot express how grateful I am for her! (:

I have had several great massages from Becky. This time she found a very tight tendon in my thigh, which after my massage, took away my back pain that I have been dealing with for a very long time. Relief from pain never felt so good!!

Amy was absolutely wonderful. I booked a 60 minute massage for my birthday and could not have been happier. Ill definitely recommend her and I will be back for sure.

He was very thorough and massaged where I had requested instead of just going with a routine. Even made getting a facial sound fun, so I got one after with Galy. Both were very professional and made my visit very pleasant.

The therapist talked way too much and I should have been told it would be a very limited massage. No massage except for a couple spots on my back and barely my neck and head. Not worth $125 plus the $25 tip we left. Never massage legs or feet or arms.

Shana is the best massage therapist I have ever had. As long as the front desk stops screwing up our appointments, I am happy with Massage Envy.

Handy place for self care services. Got a monthly membership which seems like a good value and offers the option to use services at other branches in different cities.

First of all absolutely love my aesthetician aesthetician so again Eli.But the reason I have a membership is to get massages. Since Chris left in July I have yet to schedule a massage that’s not canceled. Sick and tired of paying for something I can’t use because you can’t keep employees! I’d like to be able get the credits i haves used but it’s impossible.

Do not get a massage here unless you want to pay $4.00 + a minute. A 60 minute massage is only 50 minutes and a 30 minute massage is actually only 20 minutes. If life happens and you are a few minutes late, they will NOT be understanding and will dock you minutes. In addition to paying $65 for a 12-minute massage, I was also disrespected by the manager. She hung up on me when I was trying to express my disappointment in my massage. Unfortunately, I am still in pain in my neck and back as I did not receive the massage that I paid for. Do yourself a favor and get a massage somewhere else as you will be respected and get what you paid for!

Even with a major oops on the fault of the staff this location made a experience for my wife and her friends a great experience. The follow up to the issue was great and I have respect for the way this operation is run. Thank you for turning a potential bad experience into a great one for my wife. I would imagine she will be back as it was a great experience.

Loved my facial but was shorted 15-20 minutes and the manager, Henry Fernandez, did nothing. I highly recommend Kali for a facial but make sure you get the full amount of time because if you don’t, the manager is not focused on taking care of the customer.

Ive had messages from Chris, Jennifer and Cassandra. I prefer this location over all others in Omaha, hands down. Chris has been my go-to for years and I highly recommend him, if you can catch him. He works weekdays during the day so its hard for me to find time with him, especially now that this branch relocated from Rockbrook to La Vista. Luckily the other two therapists Ive worked with at this location have been very good too. I had a very poor experience at the Maple location several years ago but glad I didnt give up on ME altogether.

They front staff is always so helpful. It always feels like they want you to have the best treatment experience, right along with your service provider(s). When I call last minute, they are do whatever they can to accommodate and are never annoyed by any request. The service providers are real professionals too. Ive had over 20 services here and never a bad experience. Plus, this place practically makes me treat myself. Thats a no brainer!

Had my 3rd massage today, and was not impressed, the other 2 were FANTASIC, but this one was not relaxing, and not anything like the other 2. The therapist wouldn’t quit talking during my massage, didn’t ask me how pressure was 1 time. And did not follow the same procedures as the other therapists. These have all been for prenatal visits. And I’m so disappointed in this last one😫 usually I feel great after, but today. Was just BLAH😫

Took my fiance here, omg, she was really satisfied how the massage was so good and the facial. We also got bought the facial tools to make her look young. She also enjoyed it so much, and we are definitely coming back for some more massage!

Actual massage is good, but the business management is troublesome. Watch out! They will continue to take money out of your checking account after it is closed. Membership rules are complicated and confusing. Very frustrating and I hoping I wont have to escalate to the better business bureau.

Amazing staff from the front counter to the personal doing the treatments. Great prices and they have wonderful couples massages. Each appointment is curtailed exactly to what you need wether that is a gentle relaxing escape or deep trigger point relief.

Very disappointed and frustrated. Called ahead and scheduled a couples message. I called them 2 hours prior to appointment time to confirm time of my appointment. The location had not called nor notified me that they were cancelling my appointment, I found out when I called them to confirm. They did not offer another solution, very frustrated and will not go there nor refer them. The location could have picked up the phone and notified me of the cancellation. This ruined my anniversary surprise for my spouse.

They keep losing masseuses. I heard the receptionists dont treat them right and management does nothing and the girl who did my facial is gone too! I wont be back.They should replace the managementYou will just deny everything but i saw it with my own eyes. that receptionist with the glasses Chelsea and the other one cursing out masseuses is not okay. you should do something about that!

This review is only for my last visit here. Given that Massage Envy has been in the news recently for mishandling of alleged sexual assault complaints, I can see ME has taken some steps to make sure there is consent: e.g. having you note on the tablet which areas you do or do not want massaged. However this is what I would also like to see happen: when I make an appointment, I want them to tell me who Ill be working with so if the receptionist says a male name, I can specify that I prefer working with a woman. And if youre working with a female client, dont flipping ask her if she lives alone. It comes off as creepy.

So wonderful, scheduling was a breeze (thank you Bailey), I forgot my gift card but that was no problem since someone was at home who could give them the numbers needed, massage was awesome . Thank you so much!!!! I will return!

Talking about getting ripped off! 90 min massage $119.00!!??? Shorted on my time..not my fault..I was there on time for a 3pm appt..... but at a few min after 3 they realized I needed to fill out another form. So my massage didnt start until 3:15 and ended at 4:26. Since I knew Im not a member, I expected to pay a higher price...which by the way are not listed anywhere I could find.....I was guessing maybe $99.00....but $119.00?? Geez.....never going back.

I have been going to massage envy for years. The monthly rates are reasonable and its easy to make appointments and the staff is friendly. The massages are middle of the road. Not the best of the best but not bad.

Though the massage therapists do a great job, the customer service (or total lack of customer service) and misinformation by the management / front desk makes this a place to avoid. Massage Envy is a good brand but go to a place that value you as a customer AFTER you sign their membership agreement.

I had the best massage from a nice gal. My fiancé booked it for me for my birthday. She was really aggressive and thats what I need. I stress a lot and worry a lot which put me through the grinder!

Weve been getting couples massages there for years. The entire staff is friendly and the therapists are quite skilled. I highly recommend.

Loved this place. Other Massage Envy locations I am not fond of. These are privately owned franchises, and this location has a courteous staff, friendly, not pushy, and the masseuse I had was amazing.

The new manager, Henry, has such good customer service! I had an issue and he took care of it quickly and efficiently. I will only come to this location from now on!

Great customer service from all staff members! I feel relaxed after I leave. I drive past the Bellevue location to come to this location because of the way I am treated. I highly recommend the La Vista location.

Really comes down to who you get. I like a hard message and got the gentle touch. I really want to feel it for an hour after im done. All in All cant complain.
