I have been to many massage places. But this massage parlor has experts that truly help sore muscles! This is the best place to get a massage when sore!

Absolutely refreshing and great! One of the best massages I have received. Its hard to find good massage therapists. I I cant recall who the two women were but I booked an hour long deep tissue couples massage, the women were polite, professional, and were thorough from start to finish. There was no pressure for a tip, I always tip my massage therapists, its takes a great amount of energy to do this profession. They also asked us both with sincerity if we were happy with the experience. Booking another for this upcoming year!

They do not speak English and add charges.I kept asking for a stone message and she didnt seem to understand. She kept saying, yes,yes. Then just gave a normal message. I asked her to focus on some main points and told her of very tender ones. She clearly did not understand. In fact when I said that hurts she then seemed to say harder? And actually hurt me at one point.She had me pay first, did not deduct the discount I was supposed to get, then upon leaving asked for a tip. I had thought I could put it on my card but she had already processed my card before i even got the message so I had to swipe my card just to do a tip at the end. Id recommend asking for someone who spoke English perhaps so you do not get injured. No one even asked what I wanted and it was just a shady set up.She even left the room and the door open a few times with me Literally naked and a towel not even over my hips completely. It was just veryOdd and not at all my experience in the past and I get massages weekly. I was here on a business trip so tried this place.I will say her pressure and technique would have been great if we could have comunicated or Id spoken to someone who understood me beforehand.Thus the 2 stars instead of 1.

I dont know the ladys name but she was good. A bit too forceful which I asked to lighten up some.My issue comes with the smell in the building, and what seemed to look like a pretty hefty blood drop/spot on the top sheet of the bed/table next to me. I was put into the first room on the left, which is designed for a couple, I gather. I chose the bed that didnt have what looked to be blood.The smell was just funky. Not even like a stinky incense. It was funky. Maybe it was food, I dont know. Not appealing or appetizing at all.At the end, she expected and charged me a $20 tip for a 1hr massage. So my $60 1 hr, which was $64 since paying with card, turned into an $80 massage. I only had $7 cash, as this was an unexpected stop for me, and sort of last minute. And you could tell she wasnt pleased at all, telling me she can take card payment. She automatically did $20.I have been to another place on Pacific that I will most likely return to as I dont recall the horrible smell nor seeing blood before.

I would say the lady is really strong and could give a GOOD massage. I was doubtful at first but now I am just left with amazement. I never give a review but this lady really does her job really well! I think her name is cindy, thanks a lot!

Buy the Groupon u won’t be disappointed! We had a couples massage with Susan and Annie — very nice ladies & very nice massages!If u want a bright light & airy spa atmosphere maybe not the place for u — we went at night so it was dark but with cozy candlelight & relaxing Japanese background music.I agree with another reviewer about the talking and thin walls but did not find it to be a distraction — the face massage and their hot oil and hot stones were all a treat! If u are modest and need/want an extra towel — I was provided with a sheet just had to ask!+ bring cash to tip your masseuse — if someone is going to work on massaging your body from your face to your toes for 60 minutes and u would tip any other service provider at least 20% — these ladies deserve it!!! Don’t be a cheapskate — especially if u bought a Groupon for Pete’s sake!

Horrible experience.. my husband had booked us couples massages and when we got there it seem like they were trying to get more money by charging him separate transactions each time. & then when it was time to get our massage they had the door wide open while we are in the room with our clothes off. So I asked them to close the door and she took her time doing it. then I got up to tell the lady to apply more pressure and she pushed my head back down into the table. just very unprofessional. They also kept leaving the room to grab items & my masseuse even left the room when the front door had open and another patient showed up. She told me to hold on. She wasn’t gone long but it was just annoying because we came and paid all this money for a HORRIBLE experience. The last straw was when they tried to force my husband into giving them a tip before he even had the chance to. This is ridiculous. I don’t recommend at all. They are so unprofessional and rude!

TLDR: decent customer service, lack of heated tables, some noise, good service, TIP IS EXPECTEDThey do not use heated massage tables here so be prepared for a different experience. The tables are simply mattresses with pillows and bath towels instead of a blanket. They use oil rather than lotion, but the oil is removed with a hot towel so that wasnt an issue. The rooms arent soundproof so you can hear talking in the hall. It seems common for them to step into the hall to address coworkers or grab more items. I didnt mind this as the door was not left open and the masseuse wasnt away for long. There is a language barrier: the workers seem to understand English but have a hard time communicating in English. I had no problems communicating how I would like the massage or if I was uncomfortable. The masseuse was nice and accommodating. Tip is expected after service in cash.

Scheduled an appointment for couples massage, but upon arrival staff on site acted completely surprised and werent very helpful. No masks were warn by 3 visible employees. Made us feel unwelcome/uncomfortable and the appointment wasnt scheduled. Sat us down in the room. Towels on massage tables were damp. Left us sitting in massage room for about 15 minutes before we got up and left.This was a free massage. Im not a disgruntled customer that feels as though I didnt get my moneys worth, but the presentation and customer service were so very poor that we didnt even want the massage.There are countless other massage businesses in Omaha that are fantastic, make you feel welcome, keep your appointments, and wear masks.

I will never use this business again! I had previously reviewed the available massages from their website and purposely requested a hot stone massage because it didnt include deep tissue or accupressure. Even though the massage therapist didnt speak enough English to even know what I was saying, she got clarification from the manager/owner so she knew what I wanted. Throughout the massage she was asked to apply less pressure or was told it was too hard. She NEVER changed her approach to the massage. It was rushed (no slow, gentle movements). She pushed so hard that she put my spine out of place in several areas. I literally had to go to a chiropractor to get it put back in place so I could breathe without hurting, sit without hurting and move. On top of that, when I was leaving the massage therapist was standing in the entry area with hand sanitizer (should have been given at the beginning (I did it myself) and a bottle of water (thank you, is typically standard procedure after a massage). But then she asked for a tip. I didnt understand her so the manager had to come out and explain. I just wanted to get out of there so I gave her a small tip. Not professional. I had to pay BEFORE I got the massage so I wasnt expecting to be asked at the end for the tip. They should either let you pay at the end and add a tip or put a tip jar in her room so you can do it there. I like to support privately owned businesses, but this is one I will not.

This was the most unpleasant and distasteful experience I have ever had. I purchased a couples massage on Groupon. My boyfriend and I were looking forward to it. We walked to know receptionist for about a minute. The lady came out and brought us to a room to find a girl laying on the massage table my boyfriend would soon lay on. Her phone was plugged in charging. They scurried and then remade the table with a clean towel. Once we were ready for the massage only one therapist walks in to work on me. I would say about a solid ten minutes I look up and I see no one working on my boyfriend so I asked if someone would be in to work on him. She couldn’t understand me, so she stops my massage while I’m uncovered and begins to type in her phone. The translation she showed me made no sense. She begins to massage me again. I stated that someone was to be working on him. She asked me if stones would be okay. She then leaves the room and comes back with stones for my back. At this point there was no relaxation to be had and I wanted to get up and leave. We get up and told them we are leaving and are going to get dressed. The lady tried to push her way back into the room as we were getting dressed. My boyfriend had to hold the door closed while getting dressed.

I am not usually one to leave reviews but this was a strange experience. Me and my daughter went to have massages. When we walked in one woman came from behind a curtain shocked that we were there when we showed up 10 minutes before our appointment time. I had a Groupon and my daughter paid the $64 for her service. Once we were ready for the massage, one masseuse walked in and said Ill take the pretty one and started on my daughter. After waiting about 10 minutes the other woman came in. They were talking to each other during our massage which made it hard for me to relax. The woman who was doing mine was pretty rough with the massage and I had requested medium when asked if I wanted the massage to be soft, medium, or hard. About 20 minutes left of the massage her phone rings (which was playing the music), she answered the phone during the massage! It was a weird conversation (It was quiet because the music stopped) she told him she was busy and he was confused as to why she was busy and she repeated it then he responded okay be good. When the massage was done the lady who did my daughters massage was standing at the door with 2 bottles of water, but was reluctant to hand them over and said tip. I planned to tip because the Groupon was a birthday gift, but my 19 year old daughter shouldnt have to pay more than $64 and no one should feel forced to tip. I honestly didnt mind tipping the person that did my daughters, but mine was not professional whatsoever, the phone call was the icing on the cake. It almost felt like they wouldnt let us out the door if we didnt tip. This was the worst experience that I have had when getting a massage. The atmosphere seemed really off to me and I would never go back, not even with a Groupon.

If you want an “experience” (And not the good kind) this is the place to go! My girlfriend and I showed up for our couples massage on time and the place was dark and dimly lit and had to wait 5 mins to have someone to come to the front desk and when they did they hardly spoke English and seemed surprised that we were there. We were brought to a room with a door that wouldn’t close and were told to undress and lay down on the tables which only had a rough towel to cover yourself with. We then waited 20 mins for only one masseuse to arrive and I had to wait an additional 10 mins for mine to finally show up. We were never asked what kind of massage we wanted, what pressure We preferred or if there was any area we wanted them to focus on. Excessive oil was used and their technique left me feeling more sore then when I arrived. The massage felt rushed and was not enjoyable. When we finally went to leave the two women who had given the massage stood in front of the door and asked for a tip and when we said ok and told them the amount we wanted to tip they asked that we double it and us just wanting to get out of there agreed and left very unsatisfied and we will never go back. Also it seems that many of the “good reviews” seem to be written by bots. About 9 out 10 of the good reviews I read were from people that their profile says they’ve reviewed things but you then click on their profile and it shows that they have never reviewed anything. You may call me paranoid but it seems that this massage parlor is using bots to bump up their ratings to try establish confidence in their customers since their skill and professionalism is lacking.

I asked for deep tissue and got what I would consider a quality deep tissue. The lady had an accent but I would consider it just that. I find comments saying they couldnt understand any English to be untrue. They had an accent and I had to speak slowly but they still knew English. The lady used oil on my back which I liked, seems like they use oil instead of lotion, but I liked that aspect. After the massage the lady used a hot towel to rid of the oil. The hot towel was a little too hot. I would suggest the ladies maybe take the towel out and dry in the air a bit before use. There were two on staff and they did help customers while I was in massage, but this didnt bother me too bad. They didnt leave my door open. They made up the time spent with other customers by extending the massage. I would encourage them to continue doing so.

If youre looking for a fancy spa like experience, this isnt the place for you. If youre looking for a top notch thorough full body massage (hot stones too) for a sweet deal, this is the place for you. She was quiet and didnt explain anything; theres a language barrier but thats okay, and I wasnt sure what I was paying for but man, was it worth it. The place is cramped and pitch black with the sounds of cliche tranquil music accompanied by loud club music from next door but the massage was legit. Ill definitely be returning!

Interesting, the forced tip of a minimum of $20 was really weird to me. Especially when for 20 minutes of my hour she was doing a massage on some other guy who walked in. Massage itself was wonderful but it was just a poorly run place and the weird forced tip with additional charges was odd. I am a tipper but it was bizarre to be told that there was a minimum of a $20 tip required at the end.

I have never been so relaxed. I went for couple massage with my husband and we both loved it. My favorite part was their facial massage and hot stone massage.

This was an unbelievable experience last night at 6 pm. The place is very dark. When you walk in the first thing you see, is bottles of water stacked high. The music from the gym next door is very loud / pounding. The place smelled like an Asian restaurant. The staff spoke very little English, so the communication was terrible. The masseuse didnt ask me what type of massage I wanted. She just started in. Then she went in and out of the room. Someone knocked on the door and out she went. At one point she left the door cracked open. Very unprofessional. Not relaxing. Not at all what I was looking for. On my way out, a lady handed me water and asked for a tip. Save your money!

This place is underrated; legitimately one of my favorite spots for massages now!I went for the couples massage and they are literally AMAZING at what they do. The massage was perfect. You can tell that they’re professionals. They are so kind and aware of your preferences and asked up front how much pressure we wanted. They let us know what they would be doing and would ask from time to time if everything was okay. The room was so comfortable and the oils smelled really good! My boyfriend and I both were so relaxed afterwards and I cannot recommend this place enough! If you’re thinking about going, you should! 10/10!

Definitely more massage parlor than massage therapy. Worst massage I ever had. Went in for a couples massage that we had scheduled before hand. One lady started with me and half an hour later another person got there for my guy. Their phones were going off the whole time. Left the door wide open to talk to other ppl in the middle of my massage, I didnt even have a towel on. Im sore today too :(. My guy tried to be sweet in getting us a couples massage, but we had more of an educational experience than a relaxing one. :/.

Had to wait for a massage therapist in my room after I took my clothes off. I got dresses and wanted my money back. They assured me someone was coming. You paid before which now I understand why. The lady at the desk didnt understand English, had to use a program on her phone to communicate. I would advise No one to go thete it was scarey!

My wife and I went in for a couples massage I enjoyed mine and thought the lady did a wonderful job , however my wife didn’t have a pleasant experience her lady was either very soft to the touch or very rough when she asked her to be more gentle she just went harder and she was also upset that they left the door open while we were in our room to talk to other clients . When we left the basically demanded a tip .

I hate to complain about anything.. but the effort my man put in to book a couples massage makes me feel like i gotta be honest for the future gents doing their research. When we left our massages the first thing I did was check google to see what kind of reviews they had and was SHOCKED by all the positivity. The one star reviews were our exact experience. The place is clean- i’ll give it that and the girls were sweet and kind. But the walls are paper thin so you can here everything going on outside. The ladies left the room a couple times in the middle of the massage without a word. They talked quite a bit and their phones kept going off. They use bath towels instead of sheets when you’re on the table and care very little for modesty and keeping you covered, yet the door would be opened. The massage itself was okay, but seemed super untraditional. I’m all for eastern medicine, but i’m not sure it was massage therapy either. And then the whole blocking the door and asking for tips.. that threw me off too. we keptpositive about it and have a good memory to go back and laugh at.. but man. probs won’t be going back. 😅

Booked couples massage on Groupon for my wife and I. Called and booked appointment for same day! Got to palor and were promptly greeted by Jennifer! She was polite and courteous. She led us to room and gave us time in private to prepare. I had Jennifer and my wife had a woman named May, and let me tell you money well spent!! Jennifer was attentive and applied just the right amount of pressure. My wife said May was great too! Very well worth it and will be back!! Best massge palor weve been to in Omaha or South Florida!!

DONT GO ON THIS PLACE. We just arrived and asked for a massage. The woman told us pay now even we havent started yet. My husband was asking question and she just completely ignore him. She didnt even asked what type of massage we wanted even though they advertised different kind of massage. After the massage, i gave them small tip despite of the service. The woman keep repeating the tip amount to get more tip from us. STAY AWAY FROM THIS!! YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Got a couples massage. Two ladies came in and started doing the massge. My lady left and came back with hot rocks and left for 50 minutes of the massage. When she came back she was mad my boy asked if I was still getting my full hour since he had already got his. Quality of the massage for both of us was not great. Felt very rushed.

Haven’t been there in a few months but the times I’ve gone I always left very satisfied. Gina has always gone above & beyond to make me feel comfortable. Greatest massage I’ve gotten in a while. Hope to visit a Gina again very soon.

Very dirty, water bottles stacked in hallway. 30min massage lasted 18min. Badgered for a tip. As unprofessional as you can get. I did not see any licensing on the wall. Shiuld be investigated. Don’t go!

At first my girlfriend and I were skeptical about this place due to the design and layout but please try this place! The ladies were very caring and nice and made the experience amazing! I had lower back problems for around a month and now the pain is gone. My girlfriend and I had a wonderful experience that was very relaxing. If I could give more stars I definitely would! We are planning on returning bi/monthly.

I forgot to write my review a couple of weeks back. Due to Major knee surgery. I had been seen by Jessie a couple of times. She is very nice and very professional. She helped me get ready for my surgery and I was super excited that she had accomplished this goal. Jessie is nice and can communicate great if you take the time to just listen.I will be back again as soon as I can from my the healing of my knee surgery.

GRACE is so sweet and is definitely a pro. Only one hour, she fixed my neck and low back pain due to long time using computer. And she always ask to make sure the pressure is good. You can tell she has done this for a long time that she can handle different requirements. Believe me! You will love this place and you will love GRACE. I feel so relax and comfortable after. I think I will go back every week. GRACE is my life saver.This is a really good place to help you relax and enjoy the moment. The price is reasonable. Love it!

Where to start.. the towels were very tiny and barely covered me, then after being greased up (a lot!), I was oddly wiped down with a hot wet towel. In the middle of all this, she kept leaving the room and left the door open!!! I mentioned the tiny towels, right? Another thing was her phone would ding, so she would stop the massage and go answer it. At this point I decided not to leave a tip. I headed toward the front door to leave the building and was blocked by her asking, “no tip?”. I was stunned and grabbed a tip from my purse then bolted out of there.

I have been there several times and every time the staff has been friendly! The last two people I worked with were very conscientious and frequently asked how everything was, including the pressure. I was made to feel like a special guest. If I had the money, I would go every week for another fabulous massage! Kent C

Its ok. Not bad. They didnt understand what I was saying but she definitely was sweet and was trying to understand what I was saying.No music at the place, you can hear everyone in every room.My nose and face was getting smashed between the pillow and the table. The pillow was on the table and a little thin so my face was straight on the bed. Kinda hurt my nose closer to the end.

I give this place five stars. The masseur is very professional and has a nice personality.

Extremely negative experience constantly left room during massage bruised both of our upper spines on our backs during my couples massage with my girlfriend after the massage was blocked at the door asking for a tip then tried to get more money by pretending to not understand my tip amount.
