This place is terrible. There are so many other different place to buy from! You have been warmed. Both locations.They sold me a faulty product that wouldnt charge. The have the worst customer service in Omaha. Basically if you have a bad product they dont care. They also try and tell you dumb ways on how to make their product still work or you could take the fluid out or whatever stupid suggestion they have. Look at the other bad reviews. Idk how this place has 4+ stars.

Dylan had great customer service as well as a great personality. He was very patient while we decided what we wanted. He explained things as needed and was all around a great person to talk to while in the store. Definitely happy with the way he handled the fact that the discounted vape I bought was dead by replacing it before I left the store.

They overcharged me on a vape tank by about 400%.. feels bad.

Swiped my card here and the next day got a 133 dollar charge that tried to go through from Russia they sell your information also they tried to charge my card on a day I didnt even go to the shop tried to make the same charge as before like I wouldnt notice I wasnt there on that day

They knew exactly what I wanted, and didn’t allow me to fumble around with words so we were able to get to the point of the matter very quickly. I appreciated their professional advice, and was assured I would be happy, or bring it back. No worries about that. I’m very pleased!

Lady at the front was joyful and very welcoming. It was a busy night considering they were about to close and she took care of every customer. Best sales person known to man.

Bought a disposable vape a week ago an would not recharge when battery was low. Took to store and the guy said never had a problem with these... actually told me to put it in the microwave for a few seconds. Should have walked out then.. instead bought 2 more of a different brand guy said was Xmas special so got 2 for. A little more than one disposable. Get home neither work.. Will never shop here again

All of my experiences at this establishment have been amazing and all the workers, including the very nice lady who is very helpful, are all very assisting and nice, i love this shop!

Best prices in town, I even drive 20 min to get my vapes! Lady at the counter is me of the sweetest, and helps everyone with questions. I don’t think I’ll even buy from another shop!

Best kratom prices Ive seen available in stores around Omaha. They carry pretty much everything and have very friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Here right now at 11am (for the last time) on a Saturday and doors are locked. Last time i came here for a new vape setup. Asked if this is everything I need and got all the way back home before realizing they didnt sell me a battery. Went back to the store and told them. They didnt really react and still charged me for the battery they forgot to mention.

First time visiting this location, customer service was great and Karrar helped us find everything we needed amongst the vast selection. Will be back for sure!

This place is honestly the worst.Came in from out of town and openly heard them charging me more than someone who lives here. Terrible customer service. Paid almost $32.00 for something to last ONE DAY.I purchased TWO, NOT ONE TWO disposable vapes and they BOTH LASTED LESS THAN ONE DAY. 1,000 or 1,200 puffs for almost 30 dollars....absolutely not. I also purchased a vape that doesn’t even have air flow and they refused to give me a new one considering the fact that I had my receipt and box. IF YOURE FROM OUT OF TOWN DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

They are not a bad place,however you never know what time they will open its pretty evident you cant go by the hours they have posted as I have gone there several times to find them closed and nobody around

Clientele is too shady for me to feel comfortable in there. Store itself was well set up. Enjoyed the walk in humidor in back.
