I went to Midwest smoke shop with a pretty sad attitude. My mom is currently being treated for a big blood clot and I might’ve lost a really amazing friend today too. But Malik from Midwest smoke shop was entirely understanding and was really nice abt it all he made my Midwest smoke shop experience go from a sad visit to a very happy and hopeful exitI really recommend for people to come here just for the nice conversations and the nice employees there. specially Malik one of the best employees. he the G.O.A.T

Sold me bunk product that I been buying for over a year I bought this product called td red and this time it was not the same.as before its like bunk .Very disappointed I deserve refund I say

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE AND A SCAM .DO NOT WASTE YOUE TIME OR SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE !! THE MORNING WORKER IS DISRESPECTFUL AND CARELESS.. I bought a GEEK VAPE(do not recommend) here two days ago and in only two days the juice kept leaking out of the mouth piece and both the coils Burnt out. I went in to see what they could do and HE DIDNT CARE and said it’s NOT HIS FAULT I don’t know how to use a vape ! I wasted almost 100$ and i had come here once in a while because I liked the owner but they will no longer get my loyalty.MONEY HUNGRY PEOPLE . Cheap stuff..

Easily the best shop in Omaha. Great prices, clean atmosphere, tons of products and the staff here is amazing. Whether you are new to these types of locations or a first timer this is a must stop. Been shopping here for years and I will never go anywhere else. Even after they got vandalized they immediately opened so they could service their customers. Honestly I can’t say enough about them… if you shop somewhere else you are wrong!

Great customer service! I was talking with the cashier about my day, this was at night when stores were closed, and I needed salt. I asked if by chance they sold salt, and the store didn’t sell any, but he had some personal table top salt in the back and he was kind enough to give me some salt. (My gf needed it for cooking and we were out) the man saved my life, and their selection is really good. Way better selection than other smoke shops. If you want above and beyond customer service, and great selection, this is the place for you!

Everyone here is amazing!! They always listen to my needs and what I want. They never make me buy anything I do want to. When I ask for suggestion they ask what I like and go from there. They have always helped me out and listen to me and have been very patient with me. I love this vape shop best prices in town and great customer service.

This is my go to spot. Good people doing good business. Ive had elf bars be bad and they have swapped them out for me no questions, love this place and theyre open late. Ive also bought a few of my glass pieces from here and havent had any issues, John approves 10/10

I come to this place all the time, it’s lit. Really close to where I live, and the people in there are cool, always ask about my day. Good hours: open early and stay open till midnight every day. The owner even told me if I need him to stay open a few minutes after just call and let him know. Good variety on all things smoke. Plus the store just looks cool and it’s always clean.

Ive been coming to this shop for just under a year now. These guys are awesome. They are polite and willing to help as soon as I step into the door. This shop will take care of you.

We stopped by for some screens on our way to eat and noticed a huge selection of water pipes, CBD, etc and I noticed a few CBD medical gummies so I asked about any deals going on and he said he could help! In my belief and in some religions negotiations for better pricing is a must to earn respect from the seller!

The owner is always so nice and welcoming. They are reasonably priced and I recommend midwest smoke shop for all your smoking needs. ;o)

Walked in around night time and was honestly surprised by the selection and variety they had guy who worked there was really kind and helpful asked me a bunch of questions ive never been asked at a smoke shop really seemed to care to help me find what i need most fit well definitely be coming back thank you malik!

It is 3:45 on Monday March 21st 2022 ..I walked into the shop and there was literally 1 person, I asked the clerk about a particular set of coils for a vape, he states... that he had no idea what I was talking about.... so I did some research on my own for the exact ones I needed. I found them, asked him about them. Physically spotted the coils behind the counter and what does he say.... we dont have those and turns around to help somebody else... if you walk in there and think youre going to receive help from this particular establishment you would be wrong please follow my review and dont visit this place
