I was excited to get a couples massage. The girls that gave me and my husband a massage did an excellent job. However, the girl at the front desk was rude. She was waiting for us before we left to demand a tip. Once we tipped, she rolled her eyes at us because she was dissatisfied with the tip we left. We always tip for service. And tip the best we can, as times are tough. Granted, we paid $140 for the couples massage. After her actions, it sadly ruined the purpose of relaxation. Will never go to this place again.

Today (07.19.24), I came in as solid as a mountain! My back was super sore from the stress of work, scar tissue, knots, etc.. but left Miss U Message & Spa as light as a cloud!As a first timer here, I was greeted by two young ladies, they were very nice and friendly, I got the walk on back message, four hands, and hot stone treatment. All of these are highly recommend and I encourage any hard working people to get this! As a guy I don’t normally pamper myself but this was very much needed! Thank you to the two young ladies who got all my knots out!

I usually get the 1 hour body massage ($70) and the table body scrub ($40) after. Total it takes about an hour and a half. They can even walk on your back if you want them to as well. I spend $110+tip. Well worth it. I leave feeling relaxed and soft like a baby. 🥰

I have been here over a dozen times. Lately there are new girls every time I visit. I ask for the 2 girls I have found to be the best and the other girls don’t want to tell you. They just want to be the one to do the massage.Even if I call, they say she is not there. What’s the point of finding a good one if you can’t choose her again.I want to schedule my visits when it’s their shift but they don’t want to give that out. You can only make an appt with the girls that are there that day. So there’s no point to having appts.Edit:I asked for 1 masseuse by name but was told they don’t know who that is. Then l asked for the 2nd masseuse by name and they couldn’t tell me if they work there or not.

I went first time and Staff were really nice and cooperative. I had full body massage given by wendy she is professional and nice in his profession I feel relaxing and enjoyable,

Went today for the first time and it was amazing. Never had a 4 hand massage before or table shower, and both women who helped me out today were amazing!! I wish I would have gotten their names so I can request them again, but I’ll for sure be back! So relaxing and enjoyable, I’ll need to book more time next time!

Myself and two friends went for a massage after the original parlor we booked in Redlands was scary and creepy. Everyone at miss you massage was super nice and took us right in and gave us the best massage ever. All three of us had a Swedish massage with hot stones. 10/10 would definitely do again!

Been there 2 times, first time everything was fantastic, totally worth the money, second time was disappointing, paid for 1 hr plus 15 min shower, been out in 55 minutes, and the massage was very poor, I just had oil rubbed on my body very slowly, no massage at all, also from 55 minutes I would say 10 minutes she was out of the room.

Had an wonderful time and the sweetest massage was perfect performed by Linda amazing lady relieved all the tension in my neck back and legs thank you very much for the wonderful experience

Good place for an hour massage. It’s pretty noisy especially since they do not close the doors. They only put a curtain over the door and when you ask them to close the door because of the noise they don’t. They just try to get the other women to be quiet, which doesn’t last very long.Not a good place for the 30 minute massage. Nor the extra services. I’m a tall guy over 6 feet and the table massage does not fit me.Every time and I do mean every time you get a massage a second girl tries to come in and asks you if you want another girl for a 4 hand massage. I’ve used it once, but didn’t like it. As you can tell whenever you get two women in a room all they do is talk amongst themselves and they don’t concentrate on the massage. I don’t recommend here.You have to basically do the 30 minute massage until you find someone who is good and ask for them before you arrive.Too much talking in the background.

Massage was great but the hustling was a bit annoying, no is noA girl came in and offered to join the massage. I say no and seem like she had an attitude. About 5 times during the massage, adding additional time and or services just keep coming up after I continuous said no. I cut it short the last few minutes . Nice girl great massage no funny stuff but damn leave no where its at

This place is decent for a quick massage, I actually enjoyed my first an second time.Second time I went I took my fiance an did a couples massage an it was worth it.I went a 3rd times an I do feel like the person was just pushing her elbow in random locations.But sometimes you leave happy an sometimes you dont lol.But overall the service is good an they are friendly an clean you up nicely.Just a heads up, not everyone is on the same level here fyi

I cant write a new review, so Ill update this one. Back again for another business trip. Many, many thanks to Mia for the outstanding and professional massage yesterday. Perfect hard pressure to help my sore shoulders, neck and back...amazing!!! Then, extended the 90 minutes to 2 hours. She made sure the pressure was just right. (Old review follows) This was my first time going there. I started with a 60 minute massage. Mary was very professional. Her deep massage was excellent! My back and neck felt so much better. I asked for an extra 30 minutes. I will definitely return. Also, a very clean and comfortable shop. Thank you!!!

Cici is hands down the best Ive come across. Ive been seeing her regularly for over a year and a half, much to my benefit. Long hours of computer work and physical labor melts away each time I stop by.As for the rooms, the tables are always clean and soft, the music is pleasant, and the options for add-ons are good.This is a legit place and Im glad- the quality and standards are solid. The price is fair for what you get. Highly recommend.

I went here for 90 minute massage not to long ago, and the staff were extremely nice. If you were to go here, I would definitely recommend Mia for your massage. She was not only nice, the massage itself was absolutely wonderful. 10/10 would go here again.

0 star. Asked 90 minutes deep tissue, I’ve a back and leg pain. Lily, she said her name is Lily. I’m 100 percent sure that she don’t know how to do a massage. After one hour she said my time is over, however I’ve paid for 90 minutes. I’m also don’t want waste my time. After that she asked a tip. How you can ask tip for nothing?? I just want good massage but it was 0. I think she is only just for money here. I’m not telling this place a bad, but Lily was sooo bad. Lily if you read this comment, think about change your job, massage not for you.

Been here on multiple occasions. Definitely a favorite spot. They are very good at what they do and professional. I always walk out with more energy than I came in. I have been to places that are “less professional” if you know what I mean. You will get nowhere near the massage skills these ladies have. They are humble and treat your body with respect. I always leave a tip, they work hard for such petite women.

This place was a disappointment. I had called earlier in the day to book the appointment and when I got there she had no clue. However they did have availability so we’re able to still take us. I asked for the deep tissue massage. They basically rub oil on you and do not use firm pressure. They did my back and legs for less than the 1 hr hour I was supposed to get. Didn’t even massage my shoulders, neck, arms, or feet. My husbands masseuse kept walking out of the room every time someone walked in. He also said it’s the worst massage he’s gotten. This is a waste of money. Do not go here!

This place is great! They have a good prices. I had Kathy who is very sweet and professional and extremely good at what she does. I was a little nervous going in Ive never done this kind of thing before and I was a bit shy to take my clothes off in front of strangers but like I said they were very professional and by the end I felt right at home I felt cleaner more relaxed and completely refreshed.

Ill tell you never have I been to such a rood massage place. Never again.I get massages often. These people dont know what they are doing. They just elbow you. All over

This was actually my second time here and got the 1 hour Swedish with body scrub and shower. OMG I did not think it could get better than last time but I was in Nirvana for 1.5 hours. Absolutely worth it. I has some lower back pain from my job and its gone and I feel incredible. Ask for Linda. She did me and she was sweetest girl ever and made you feel like a king. Will be going again soon.

Great massage from Angela. Clean, quite, peaceful, and extremely professional. They do try to up sell you on their services, ie; extra time, 4 hands massage, scrub/shower. That didn’t bother me, just worth mentioning in the review so fellow customers know what to expect. I left feeling so relaxed and clean and one of the best massages/scrubs I have ever had. They offered water or tea afterwards and a punch card for a free 60 min massage after your first 10 massages.

Agree with a lot of these comments!It smells so bad in there! That I couldn’t relax because of the horrible smell.The beds don’t seem clean. All I can say is WOW!!!!! They have a customer for life. I have to say that this was the best massage i had in years. Walked out feeling like my body was worked on. Thank you. I will be back in two weeks for sure.

Linda is great, her massage skills are also very good, and her expertise is very good. Her English is very good. Although her accent is not fluent, she can communicate effectively. You can use various parts of her body for massage services, such as arms, mouth, breasts, etc. When you take a bath in the room or bed, you pay more, she Can meet any of your requirements, thank you! Satisfied all kinds of strange quirks of my husband! My husband is full of praise for you and shared with his friends. Linda has a lot of comments on her private website!

Min it the girl that massaged me was beautiful. We had a great conversation. The table shower was awesome and I never had that before. All in all it was great but I just wanted what I saw when I looked it up. I’m going to get that next time. I’ll just have to show them what I saw when I looked it up. Combo special sounds really good and the 60 min and table for 60$ huh... want to do it again. They gave me a card which after 10 times I get a free 60 min... tight. Good looking out Angela... Great deep tissue massage, amazing hand strength and very professional. Only things I didn’t like: they tried to up-sell the 4 hands service and the massage therapist stopped the massage a few times to greet guest at the front door. Overall it was a great massage so I say money well spent.

It took 15 minutes for her to come into the room. Once she got in there, she kept leaving out because male customers were coming in asking for her. Instead of the person in the front asking them to wait or letting them know she was with a client, they kept calling her and she kept leaving me which breaks the massage.Then she had the nerve to ask me for a tip. SMH.The massage was actually really good but the experience was horrible and I wont be back.

Based on the reviews had to try. Great clean place with friendly service. I had kathy and she did an excellent job with very powerful hands. I had the hour long massage with the 20 minute bath and scrub. No pressure selling or asking for tips, very professional.

Honestly very upset because I scheduled a couples massage for my husband and I anniversary and when we showed up for our appointment 15 minutes early the lady at the front desk kept saying to come back another day that they were full and to make sure we schedule a appointment and I kept telling her I did and she just ignored me and walked away. Thank God we found another place close by open and they gave us a discount so we tipped them extra. Sorry you lost out on a good repeat customer and a lot of money. Maybe next time have some respect and listen to your customers!

Jolin was incredible. I informed her of what hurt and she did her magic. She had just the right mix of pressure and positioning when applying my massage. All the staff was very courteous and friendly. All the facilities were very clean which is very important. I have been there multiple times and have always left with a sense of feeling better and being relaxed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the area and specially to those who travel as it is close to the Ontario Airport. Very Satisfied with Jolin and Miss U Massage Spa.

I came here for a couples massage with my husband and the two therapists laughed and talked the entire time. My massage was superficial I was hoping for a deeper more intense massage. The landline a phone kept ringing also abs our therapist left to go answer it. Not used to massages like this but I won’t come back unless I’m really desperate for massage. The crazy part is they ask for tip before massage so it’s not like you really have a choice.

(this is a review based of four visits with a different person every time)I had an extremely stressful week, emotionally and physically (I do martial arts and was competing a lot). So I needed to go somewhere. I was greeted at the door very nicely so service was nice, in the first massage I was asked if I wanted some more I didnt have the funds and as I left the door the greeter asked to come back again so I went back and the second girl I believe Amanda (forgive me if im wrong) she worked my back like crazy, popped my spine into shape and everything I wanted to give her my wallet for the amazing work she done (I do judo and BJJ so it felt like all those body slams were taken out of my body). The third time was the best time. I dont know who she was but she was wearing a mickey mouse shirt haha. The best thing is that she made me feel comfortable. Smiling but most of all she had the right amount of pressure and she looked like she loved her job.So it was a therapeutic but also a very relaxing massage.I know each person has their own style and they all do good. As I said this is a review based on 4 different experiences and they do a great job. I might find myself a regular.

Walk-in client, was greeted nicely taken back to room. During massage I felt nickel and dimed. The girl was trying to get me to add on services like body scrub, and an extra hour. I just wanted to relax and enjoy the massage but couldnt because I felt hounded to add on to what I already paid for.

The massage was everybody was nice but in the end when I was leaving the girl and one more was asking ( not asking ) was telling me to give them a tip cause I paid 90 $ not for the massage I paid for the room and I suppose to tip them .They make me feel not bad after this .So really you pay for the room and you need to tip ?🤦‍♂️ Wow

Had a couples massage. Jennie and Li Li were very nice and great at massaging. They made sure they weren’t massaging too hard and the stones weren’t too hot. Very relaxing.

Excellent place to visit. Charlotte was amazing. This palce is very professional. The only thing I didnt like was being next to the washer and dryer. Other than that, it was a great massage.

I have been here multiple times with different girls and have always been very happy with the quality.I have done the oil massage, Body scrub, table shower and powder massage.All very good.I highly recommend the powder massage after the oil massage.

I feel theres alot better then this place out there. Masseuse kept stopping and walking out. Upcharges for services tgat were not worth it. Mediocre massage . Wont be back especially for the price they charge . Better massages for less price just across the street.
