Rebecca does a great job! I started going to her after I lost my favorite person at the Day Creek store. I have been going to her for nearly a year now and I love her massages! She is attentive and listens when I need an adjustment on pressure. I always leave feeling relaxed and pampered!

Lulu is the best. She has been doing my massage since 2015.My wife uses Rosa and always feels great after her session. We visit at least once per month

Lulu is very knowledgeable. You can tell ahe love what she do, always smiling very professional. And as help me recover when I have been in extreme back pain. She helped my quality of life. Im am very thankful to have such a great therapist who knows what she is doing. Thanks Massage Envy for your business and having great staff. From the time you walk in to the time you leave.

Rosa is my favorite therapist at massage envy. She is a very skilled therapist and knows how to target your pain points while also helping you relax. I highly recommend Rosa - I travel from Rancho to Ontario just to see Rosa. Hands down the best therapist at massage envy in Ontario!

Brian is an excellent massage therapist. He always try’s to work on my knots on my upper back . He always gets all the knots out . I always get an instant relief after the treatment. He checks in to make sure the pressure is good and not too hard . I have. Been going to him since March or April of this year . He is very knowledgeable and friendly. Would highly recommend him . He works in light to medium pressure .

Vicki is the best!!! I have been going to her for massages constantly for 3 years and she always gives the best care. The staff at this location is always friendly and helpful, couldn’t ask for more.

I always look forward to seeing Sydney; she always pays extra attention of any specific concerns or aches I’m having. Great combination of working out soreness and knots, as well as providing a relaxing environment.

I have been using this office for for over 3 years. It is a wonderful location. Staff are caring and thoughtful. Appointments are easy to make.

I’ve been going to Vicki for several years now and every time she nails my massage. Her techniques are above average and goes well out of her way to make you feel relaxed.

Came here as a way to spend some time before my flight back home, it was a great decision and a great experience. I’m not new to massages and have had quite a few different experiences with them and this one of the best. Sydney was amazing to work with and found the perfect pressure and worked a little longer in some of the areas where I had stiffness/tension. Would definitely come back if I were local!

I just had one of the worst experiences with this location Ontario CA. I spoke to a Ryan. I been a member a long time with Massage envy . I use to use this location for most of my massages facials ext. Then they got new owner management. And I started running into problems at this location. Tonight was a huge one. Firsr I called to transfer an hour to a friend for her b day. Ryan said my card expired. No it didnt! Then said it was an old card this one is good for this month i looked at my card good till oct 2024 . Then she Said alert you that your hour you pay monthly for is worth $70.00. A 140.00 amount to none menber. If your friend goes to another massage envy it may be 150.00 meaning she has to pay the difference. I asked to speak to manager. Said it was after hours. So none availble. I then here a lady say Im assisted manager. She Said I was standinghere listening to Ryan talk to you. And goes on I will have a Concierra call you as GM is all over.. I told her if they try to charge my friend more I will quit. She said I can set that up now. I was wow so thats how much you care about your clients. I want to speak to gm. I still have 7 sessions to be exact. She Said you wont lose them.. I Said Im at a very busy public place with ny hub trying to my dinner and you are on speaker phone. Let me take you off see if hear you better. She hung up on me WOW TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL! Not only have i been long time member. But sent them numerous clients. No more of that. When a business feels ok to treat clients rude. Time to take business else where. And reviews -word of mouth is so crucial especially when employees think its ok to treat clients this way. So they charged my card.l for the transfer. But never sent my friend the hour for her b day. GM please call!

I wish I had the money to go here more often. I have no preference on massage therapists, so far they have all been great. After having a pretty bad neck injury I find massage does wonders for my headaches. I give very specific directions to the therapist on where to work and how much pressure. Too little wont help, too much flares up my pain. 5 stars though. I have tried a few other places that were terrible.

Rosa is absolutely amazing!!!! I see her once or twice a month for severe back, knee, neck, sciatica and even ankle issues. You name it, she will relieve your severe pain. I seriously do not know what I would do without her. She also makes you feel extremely comfortable and she truly cares about your well being and what is best for you. I highly recommend her!

This place is solid! I was hesitant to get a massage from a dude (I have issues) but my girlfriend convinced me. It was awesome. Get Thomas. Solid athletic message (he used to work for Kings). Cool to chat with. Definitely going again.

I travel for work so I go to M.E all over the country and its hard to find deep tissue massage therapists that make you feel like they did there job. Thomas is amazing at this. I went 2 weeks in a row and he worked out all my problem areas in my back and hands. Now they dont go numb nearly like the use to. Thomas has a great attitude and makes you feel at ease with his calm demeanor. One of the best massage therapists Ive ever had. Thanks Thomas!!!

My therapist was Brian! He listened to what I wanted and needed and delivered just that! His hands were soft but strong; warm, gentle yet firm! It was thee perfect massage! Actually the best!

Too expensive. I have a $55 dollar gift card and I cant even use it here because everything is $125 and up. So I called another massage envy place and they have better prices.

A nice spot that is tucked away and always has some openings to get much needed relaxation on demand. It has different options for different lifestyles, a friendly staff, clean facility, great ambience, professional therapists and an environment that your body would like to indulge in from time to time. Its an Envious experience!

I have had an excellent experience with front desk personnel and massage therapist Lulu, very kind and professional, she will work deep massage on body parts that need it. On my fist session was painful, now is relaxing, I had pain for 2 years on my upper body, chiro, dr.,acupuncture nothing seems to helped. More relaxing because coffee is provided. Environment is perfect.

My girlfriend thought I was drunk when I called her after leaving here. I havent been that relaxed since the first time I smoked weed. The only reason I gave them five stars is because 25 wasnt an option.

Today is my mothers birthday, she was scheduled for a facial. She waited for 30 minutes until being told the employee scheduled for that appt. Had not arrived. She now has to leave because no other employee can give a facial.After being turned away ,im struggling to get a full refund on my gift cards. Horrible customer service do not recommend!

First time getting a massage and loved it!! very nice place, very clean, staff is super friendly, and my massage therapist was awesome!! I would recommend Marcy if you go for the first time, she is very knowledgeable and knows the ins & outs. I was very happy with my visit :) !!

Ive been a member for 2 years and I finally left this place because my favorite masseuse was let go that it wasnt worth visiting Ontario Massage Envy and dealing with everyones crap anymore.They have cookies, spa water, a Keurig coffee maker, and a bowl of fresh apples to keep you company during your visit. BUT their turnover rate is extremely high (I suspect people hate management from the whispers I hear) and the front desk people are extremely condescending and rude. Their customer service is hands down the WORST! This Massage Envy also make up rules such as, they dont book 90 minute appointments anymore, and thats a policy for all Massage Envys. They continue to lie by increasing the prices for other items like facials, scrubs, oils, etc. where other Massage Envy franchises have not done this. Im also told by many masseuses that the people at the front desk take some of the tips from the masseuse. So if you DO go, give tips only in cash and directly hand them to your masseuse.Otherwise, go to the one in Rancho Cucamonga or Claremont Massage Envy, the people there are actually polite and treat you like a human being. They dont have cookies, spa water, a Keurig coffee maker, or a bowl of a fresh fruit, but they have morale and ethics, are nice and polite, treat you well, make sure you have a relaxing experience, and always ensure that your needs are met.

Had a membership for almost a year and they went from charging my card $(59.99) on the original contract to $70 a month. I will be canceling this service as soon as possible.
