Edit: The Stor Manager has address my issue professionally thats why this place deserves a 5 stars review only because they have a good problem solving Manager.Worst place to buy from , I bout an oil liquid on Nov,3rd I found that its expired since April . when I tried to replace it the girl that work as a sales at the store been rude and didnt want to .

Loved these guys, Im one of those clueless people that tells them I want something fruity but not sweet. I buy juice all over the nation and have gotten a lot of duds and nobody carries the same brands, but this place sold me the brand Something Fruity which Ive never seen before, next day I came back and wiped them out of stock. Whenever I am back in town Ill stock up again. Thanks guys. I love this juice and the two tanks I bought.

Mariana is amazing, insightful an has a great honest burst of energy that makes you feel welcome. Haven’t shopped at vapes shops in awhile since the pandemic but she has mad this place home ask for her every time u come here. She won’t let u down.

The staff is always so patient when answering my ignorant questions. Great discounts too! Today, 12/24/2021, they blew my mind with such an amazing random act of kindness. They gave me a free bag full of merchandise just for being friendly! I couldnt believe it. I travel constantly and rarely run across such good-hearted people.

This vape shop is top tier. The staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and overall friendly. We were from out of town otherwise this would become our regular shop. They have a large selection of products with an assortment of flavors. 10/10 in every way!

Lady behind the counter was super rude.Seemed like she didnt even wanna help.Got annoyed when I asked her to repeat the flavors of juices.. id read them myself if they werent 5 ft behind the counter. Just got a weird shallow vibe from her. When I go to a vape shop i like to look around and enjoy the selection of juices but just felt like she just wanted me to gtfo from the second I went in there.

Huge selection of juices and mods. Staff is very friendly and helpful with any questions or recommendations. Id give them 5 stars but unfortunately, we have had several juices that were downright disgusting and they do not allow returns which Im sure is company policy but still very inconvenient especially when you only utilize this store.

Awesome shop, walked over from the truck stop, just a few minutes over. Charlie is awesome, and had the patience to go through at least 50 flavors to pick out two that were right for me (not to mention the fact that there were several other customers he was working with at the same time)! Will absolutely be back in the future! And their prices are extremely reasonable for across the country!

Ive been into this shop quite a few times and the selection and the girl casey that usually helps me is awesome! Shes very polite and recommended a good disposable Im loving! Although I have been in there and heard the manager being rude to the girls working there, other then him the shop is great!

I drive from out of state to get my juices here. They have flavors I cant find anywhere else. Staff is always friendly and helpful. They gives truckers discounts as well. Awesome shop

Came here after looking for a vape shop close to a truck stop after traveling from Florida. Being half a mile from the nearby Petro, I went and got almost everything I was looking for plus some extra. Staff is awesome and even with Californias regulations towards vapes and shops, definitely a place Ill come back to when Im in the area. They have a pretty good selection of mods, tanks and pod systems, as well as an absolutely massive selection of juices to choose from and excellent prices on batteries. They have just about everything you could need.

Jessie was very knowledgeable and presented himself professionally. Best vape shop I have ever been to. I am a truck driver and have been to many coast to coast. Great selection and prices. Bought a new mod and love love love it! Keep up the good work Jessie!

The staff here is very knowledgeable on the E juice and coils of particular brands. The staff is also very polite and courteous to their customers. I like the fact that they let you try the juices before you purchase them and their prices aren’t bad at all. If your trucker you can bobtail there and park right in front which is very cool. I give this place a 10 out of 10 on friendliness, and a good spot to just Vape out at. I also like the fact that they give military discounts enlisted and retired, just make sure you have your ID card with you and I’m not sure but your DD 214 might work.

Easy to get to from the main road, decent sized parking lot. RVs can park sideways across parking lanes, at least during the week it wasnt crowded.The shop itself is full of juice, was quite surprised at the selection. A cloudy shop is a great shop, and upon leaving was given freebies for batteries and juice. Thanks again!

Was visiting from Canada and couldn’t find a great vape in comparison to what they have up north. These guys went above and beyond on route to Joshua tree to save me from a 6th day of smoking what tasted like cat urine flavoured vapes from gas stations and I’ll never forget it. Lifesavers. 1,000,000 stars

I just came into this shop for a quick price check on the T-priv mod kit. The guy working there asked me for my ID and would not just give me a price check unless I showed him one. My husband was waiting in the car and we just needed a quick price to decide if we wanted to buy one. I didn’t come in there ready to purchase for an ID to be necessary. So I didn’t even think of getting my wallet down with me. I ran into the rain for my ID just to come back and receive a mediocre response of, “I believe it cost 90.”This has been the fourth time we’ve come to this place. Customer service is terrible. Waiting time to be helped is really long. And to not get a straight answer to what the price of a mod kit is ridiculous. And not to mention I’ve previously came in here and bought juices and also bought my husband the alien baby beast mod kit and never got asked for my ID.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. A past review that mentioned it was the best vape shop, they werent lying.

Great vape shop. They used to have a plexiglass barrier up with all the juices layed out behind it as a menu to see but now its been removed. They seriously need to put together a book of all the flavors.

Nice place. Found out its less than a mile from where I work. Took a cruise during my lunch break and they had what I needed. Very helpful staff. Prices are a bit higher than average but I understand because of where its located. Will go back when Im not on a time limit. 👍

If I could give more stars I would. But this place is one of the best vape stores I have ever been to. The managers work on the floor, they give fat discounts and they make you want to come back. If you want the best service as for Izzy, he hooks it up.

I lost the mouthpiece to my vape, and as a truck driver, I always like to stock-up on vape juice and coils when I can - they had the replacement mouthpiece and the coils I needed, and they had my new favorite vape juice (Noms x2 cactus jackfruit mandarin)! This place is great, and the service was excellent!

Legitimate shop with all kinds of mods, juices, and accessories. This is my go to place, no where else can you get professional service like here, they not only know what theyre talking about but will actually be happy to. Prices are what they are, not much anyone could do since it is California but the pain of cost is dampened by knowing that you bought something discussed with and youre sure about instead of buying a juice and crossing your fingers hoping youre not going to absolutely despise the flavor.

I have been going here for over a year. The last two visit SUCKED!! Before that I had always had nothing but great things to say. Today I went in and said that my son had taken my vape so I needed to buy a new one and the idiot behind the counter said he couldnt sell me anything because he had to see my son since I mentioned him. I wasnt there to buy anything for my son who is 21 by the way but the guys didnt want to hear anything I had to say. Very disappointed

This vape shop is amazing. I live in texas and drive over the road. Every time I go in there every one is really friendly and knowledgeable. I dont remember the guys name with all the sons of anarchy tattoos but he is an amazing employee. Used to spend hours in this vape shop before this while pandemic. Need to move this place to Texas. I havent found a vape shop in texas that I like going to as much as this one. Keep doing what yall are doing. Charlie the owner is a real good guy as well.

I am a truck driver. I come to California alot. I bought a alien kit from here. It broke two weeks after I bought it. Came back to the shop to see if they could fix it or something. Guy told me it was broke. .. I already knew that. Offers me 15 percent off of another mode. I spent almost $200 the last time I was here. I told him no thanks, I will take my business elsewhere. Maybe I can find a more reputable business that cares more about their customer ,than the all mighty dollar.

This is the best vape shop in Rancho cucamonga/Ontario! Customer service is a key part on why I shop at this vape shop! Ive been to the lounge you can literally walk in and know one will say anything to you for 10 min Flawless vape is just ok they dont carry any good mods and they never answer the phone! Vape 909 is by far the best! If you want to just vape just and chill and talk employees are cool people! If you ask for something they dont carry it will be in the shop by next week that have A variety of RDA,tanks, mods some of the top selling vapes. It took me 4 months to give them a review because I wanted to see if its like this everytime I came in and yes it!! The owner run this vape shop well and he definitely has the right guys working this place! My favorite employees are the guy with the Beard & and the bold guy lol sorry guys not good with names but ask them anything and they are friendly and cool

Im a truck driver, so finding good vape stores near truck stops is tricky. I stopped in for the first time three weeks ago, but the guys still recognized me. Thats customer service. The prices to me are a little high, but not unreasonable for an out of towner. Highly recommend 909!

This place is awesome the staff is very knowledgeable on all the products and they have a 100+ flavor juice bar to test all your flavor needs..You should come by and see what kits they have available for $120+ Included the tank, mod, batteries and a free juice on this weeks special.There is enough room close by and in the parking lot for bobtail semi trucks! This is located across the highway from the PETRO TRUCK STOP, by the Ontario Mills Mall.

I brought 2 lucid air banana ice 5000 puff i dont even used 1 week both was not working i just waste 60 dollar before i buy 3000 puff it will last long for almost 2 week some time 3 week i dont know what types of product they sold me

Supper great place, the guy who helped me, was friendly and knew the flavor profile I was looking for, I tried over 20 juices and they all where good, and didnt even try one that I wouldnt like he made it so hard to pick a few, the place was clean and not only have juice but looked like an up to date place for hardware as well, alot to pick from to accommodate all most anyone.

Really great shop was recommended by a friend from work and staff is nice your acknowledged right away if theyre helping someone else pretty quick and great selection not like some spots that make you feel dumb for asking questions they find out what you like and wont try to slang something else also a plus that prices are right you dont get hit for their overhead of being a good shop in a nice spot. Husband came in Saturdsy morning for coils and juice. Guy working told him he could be bothered with helping him find a flavor he should know what he wants! Well he did but due to being a truck driver and limited truck parking and time he came here so BIG LOSS for this business!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

I can only speak on Elf Bars since that’s all I purchased but they were about the only place around that I’ve found AUTHENTIC, real Elf Bars. They are a few bucks for expensive than other places but you know, when you’re in a pinch you’ll do anything!

Bought a new tank here because clerk told me the smok one I was using was outdated and no stores carry the parts anymore.Got the falcon +3 coils off his recommendation.Thing was impossible to take apart when it came time to change the coil. Went back to the store and asked for some help because I’ve never had this much trouble with a tank before. Same clerk took it apart for me. Tanks bent/mangled and won’t screw back together now.Wasted $40+ on basically a one use tank, and then whatever the replacement coils cost. Will not be returning.

Walked in near closing time and asked for a decent starter kit. The staff were very welcoming as well as helping. I would definitely come here again.

Called 909 Vape because my tank was leaking. Walked in and the shop was clean and even had chairs to talk about different vape products and was handed a water. Lawrence had me sit down, watch a little tv, and even helped me choose a new flavor. If you are looking for a vape spot, look no further. This is the go to spot.
