Great place. Good Price. Authentic walk on your back massage place. Didn’t know I needed what I needed until my legs loosened up and my back got back into alignment from the work these ladies did on my. They should get a lot of credit. Clean and welcoming and relaxing environment. Can’t go wrong going here. Make an appointment but they are never busy.

My husband and I got a couples massage and it was so amazing. We had been working and needed it so bad. Not only was it a great price but we got exactly what we asked for. If we are back in Florida we will return. Highly recommend this place!!!

This place doesn’t know what massage is. They probably got license illegally. Because they definitely not know any technics or have any knowledge of human body. This lady started walking on my spine. And than started massaging me with her elbow. When I said it is hurting she still didn’t change her strokes. She kept going until I started moving a lot and waved with my hands saying it’s hurting.As I was walking out she was asking for a tip for doing such a bad job. Please go to a massage school and learn the proper way of massaging.In order to earn tips you need to learn how to massage first.The lady kept saying they are busy all day while massaging.Please don’t go to this place if you want to be pain free.

We enjoy going there for our couples massage. Love the staff and do anything you want. The hot rocks are the best.

Zoe was fantastic! She took excellent care of me for my first ever massage. I was truly in a trace for the 90 minutes of the Thai massage. Highly recommend!

The staff at this establishment is the best! They are good at what they do and are polite and attentive. If you ever want to be pampered I suggest the 4 hand massage! Well worth the price!

My massage with was Rose was beyond amazing. I walked in barely able to bend over and touch my toes because of back pain. I left totally rejuvenated. I’d definitely recommend this for my massage.

We had a couples massage and it was not at all what we needed. There was no deep tissue like asked and only one of us got our back walked on. We ended up getting sick as one of the therapist came in sick, not realizing until half way through as she was coughing on us.

These massages are not the relaxing type that will make you fall asleep, just warning you. These can be pretty intense at times. Not bad, just not relaxing.

Absolutely LOVED our experience. So professional so accommodating and so clean. Not to mention the amazing massage!! They made sure you were comfortable the entire time and only used pressure you were okay with. We walked out of there feeling incredible. Cannot thank you enough!! We can’t wait for our next appointment.

This place is amazing! Today was my first visit and this will now be my only place I go for my massage. The professionalism the cleanliness superb. Now about the massage I had one hour and it’s was AMAZING! The attention to detail the warm oil the hot stones and the hot towel to top it off! Sophia made adjustments to my body and was able to penetrate in places I didn’t even know were holding so much tension and stress. Sophia has the hands of an absolute professional of her craft. 1 year ago... This couple of massages was the best weve ever had. She messaged me from my head to my toes! The hot rocks and oil were out of this world. We both enjoyed our massages. This has to become our new thing and place! They were very nice and gave us just what we asked for. When she said, Take off u clothes and lay in bed, she scared the hell out of me! 😅 But, I did, though! And it was magnificent. I said medium, and I let her have her way. I had to peak at my husband a few times cause he kept snoring! She put him to sleep faster than I do. I aint mad, though. My husband tipped $30 each.

This place definitely needs a 10 star review. First time couples massage at this location and it was up and beyond one of the best massages I have had in the area!!! Annie was my masseuse and WOW!!! My regular massage therapist is missing in action so I decided to give Wells Massage a try. What a fantastic experience. I have not had a massage using hot stones and hot towels in addition to her hands and forearms.. Quite an exhilarating experience with Tina checking to see if the pressure was right. Very professional but a warm, friendly place. And I was gifted a scented candle upon my departure. I like that they accept Visa. I will use them for my regular massages.

The massage was way too much pressure applied to the point of hurting. I hurt more after I left than I did walking in. Doubt I will revisit

Walked out feeling like a million dollars!!!!! I booked a 90 minute body massage and Ms. Kis what Im going to call her due to cant spell or pronounce her name.... But she was amazing from head to toe.... I would definitely recommend it if in need of an awesome massage for a great price this is the place to go. The staff is amazing, the atmosphere is tranquil and the massage therapist is truly fantastic. Will most definitely be going back to see Ms. K.

Went in having problems with tension headaches. Tina did a great job working on the muscles in my neck back and shoulders, she listened and adjusted the pressure and she worked the muscles as I directed her to the muscles that were causing my headaches. She also found muscles in my back that I didn’t even realize were causing my pain. Best deep tissue massage ever.

Tina was absolutely amazing! Her massage was fantastic, the best I’ve had over many years of massage! She used deep tissue and hot stone-the BEST! She got me in on a Saturday at the last minute when I was hurting from weeks of hard work! My fiancé surprised me with a massage after I finished a long day of work. The facility is very clean and the atmosphere was extremely calming (soft music, dim lighting). My massage was absolutely wonderful! She used hot oils, hot stones, lotions and warm towels. I received a face massage and was also stretched after the massage was done. I took my mom here for her birthday and had a wonderful experience. We booked the couples massage. The ladies started on us right away and were polite, professional, and quiet the entire time! The entire experience was divine. Everything was clean and there was perfect pressure. Oh and those hot stones were the most wonderful surprise. Hands down the best massage I ever received. I always wait until the last minute to schedule massages and this place accepts my type. Lol. I called and was able to be seen an hour later. I went in and was immediately taken back to the room. From there I told the therapist about my tightness and injuries and she took very good care of me. She took her time and was very through. I feel like a new person! I hold a lot of stress in my shoulders and upper back and she worked it so good. 10 out of 10 HIGHLY recommend. I will definitely be back after my training!

Our couples massage was a five star experience! This was hands down one of the best massages we have ever had! My husband and I really had an amazing experience. My husband and I went for a couples massage at Wells Massage and Spa. This was our second time trying them. Both times we went the masseurs were excellent. They listened to what we wanted and did a great job. We left there feeling very relaxed and pampered. Thank you, ladies for a job well done! We definitely will be back.

This was my first professional massage ever. My fiance and I went in together. I was very disappointed and will not be back. Very sweet ladies, but it was more like being rubbed down with oil, rather than being massaged with oil. We were shorted 10 min of a 60 min massage, and my bf was shorted even more cause his masseuse kept leaving the room to answer the door or the phone. Very unprofessional. We are paying for min and theyre being used for other clients. We didnt want a deep tissue massage but didnt realize that meant no pressure at all. My main reason for going in was my feet, I am a server and spend up to 8-12 hours a day on my feet, she spent less than 5 min on both feet together. After spending $160, we are ready to leave here and look for somewhere else that possibly do a better job with out neglecting the needs of their clients. Some clients obviously like this place but def not our cup of tea. Best of luck to any future clients, but we will never be back and def not recommending to anyone.

Went today a last minute thing they fit me right it. Only $70 plus tip for 60 mins. All around great service and the best massage ive had yet. Tina was my therapist she was amazing asked about the am out of pressure askes if u was comfortable got me a blanket. Very clean and smelled nice music was soft and relaxing I will be back!

Lisa was my therapist and she was very sweet she made me feel really relaxed and comfortable. The music was soothing the place smelt nice and clean. Will definitely be coming back soon!!

I received a massage on thanksgiving day. I was so glad she was open because I really needed it. The massage was nothing like I’ve ever had before. The place was clean and relaxing. I highly recommend it.Update: I went back for a massage today and decided to be faithful clients. These ladies are so sweet and shows how much they care. Annie and Tina are amazing!! They do a hot rock massage I recommend this place. We found it on Google. We had no idea what to expext and when we left we felt amazing! Friday, June 5th, 2020, at 9:00 am, I had just walked out of a chiropractor office after a disappointing experience and no massage. I figured it would be impossible to schedule something so short notice and so early, but I tried Wells Massage and Spa after Google stated they were open. I was told they would could take me right away and I was so pleased with the professionalism the moment I walked in! The space is beautiful and clean and smells terrific, and my therapist was soothing and talented. I love deep pressure and I was not disappointed! And the hot stones were a wonderful addition! After an amazing hour, I was offered a cold water and quick checkout. I will definitely return, in fact I was so appreciative of my experience that I bought a gift certificate for someone else to enjoy :)5 stars, 10 out of 10, 2 thumbs up!Edited to add: I am very experienced with getting massages; I have had many wonderful (and several not so wonderful) massages, and this one is in my top 5!!

Good time management for a Masseuse!!!!Called an hour ahead of time and scheduled. Walked in the door and it smelled like essential oils. Tina welcomed me in and directed me to a private room with soft music and closed the door. She was professional and sweet. I love that she massaged my back first with hands and then with hit rocks, leaving them on back and then massaging my arms and legs with rocks still on... loved it. She used her elbows and it was a perfect strength.Then she massaged my feet which was longer than most masseuse.

We will definitely be back next week. My wife and I were very satisfied with the services that we were provided with this afternoon. I would recommend anyone to go here time, and time again. We made another appointment before we even left the facility. They were AWESOME! Definitely the best place to go on the Westside if Jacksonville, and Orange Park!

This is NOT American massage, if thats what you want and are expecting dont bother to book, however, it is one of the best massages Ive ever had! I totally recommend leaving all your preconceived notions about massage at the door and let these ladies do what they absolutely know how to do. Anna gave me a massage today and I feel like I went in like a sirloin steak and came out Kobe beef! I was so tight and so sore with a headache before the massage, now I can turn my head and feel so much better! I didnt have to pay extra for hot rocks, which Ive never had before and it was awesome. Also she wiped all the oil off me which was great, I hate all the oil the other places leave on my skin. Thank you Anna, bless you and your very hard working hands!

I recently booked a couples massage and thoroughly enjoyed it. The Massage therapists were very professional and wore a mask the whole session. They frequently asked if the pressure was okay and took their time giving us the massage. The couples massage also included hot stones which was very relaxing, all for a good price. I will definitely be going back.

Best massage I’ve had hands down. Hubby and I went for the couples massage and was pleasantly surprised. The hot stone massage as well as the full body massage was all included in the price. Well worth it. We will be going back. Best part was they wiped all the massage oil off after they were done. I’ve been to multiple massage parlors in different states and they never do this. OK so let me say I do this with hesitancy as I do understand how a bad review can affect a business. I walked in to see if they had availability as I was in the area. There was a place for a receptionist but there wasnt one there. A woman came out of the back and walked towards. I asked her if there was availability at that moment as she approached. When she got close enough to see me she quickly responded no were busy all day and immediately turned around and walked towards the back. She didnt thank me for coming in.She didnt ask me to come back. She didnt offer to schedule me for another day. She was quickly dismissive. I walked back out and ran into a realtor who was coming out of a realty place next door. She commented on how nice my van was and commented that it was hard to find reliable/available tradesmen these days. We talked for maybe 3 minutes. She told me I could drop a business card off at the Realty office she just walked of. I mentioned that I wasnt dressed in my professional clothes as I had the day off and was wearing jeans and T shirt. She said that I looked just fine and we exchanged business cards and she told me that she would email me and the property manager in a thread so that we could exchange information. I mentioned that interaction to point out that I wasnt dressed inappropriately or unsightly. I drove the van out really close to the parking lot exit onto Wells Rd. I was about to pull out when the thought arose was the woman I interacted at the massage place possibly being discriminatoryas he behavior and demeanor were questionable. So I pulled to the side and called. A woman answered (that I recognized by voice was the woman I talked with in the massage place) and asked if she could help me. I asked her if she had availability for that day she without hesitation responded yes. I immediately asked her why it was then when I walked in a few minutes ago that she told me there wasnt any. She didnt respond with Oh someone just canceled so can I schedule you or I dont know who you spoke with but I can help you or I was mistaken about the schedule. Her response was immediately oooohhhhhhh uhhhhhhh yeahhhhh oooohhhhhhh ummmm well you can come in. I hung up on her in disgust and drove home for lunch. So I have on most occasions spoken on the phone with people and when we meet in person have been told point blank that they werent expecting me. Ive learned to not take this offensively as I was raised in a mostly caucasian environment but I am black. Having said all that. Was this discrimination? Was this a racist person turning me away. It would be extremely easy to come to that conclusion. It happened on 3/9/2023 about 11:57am

She pin pointed all the tight areas in my back and neck and I’d have to say this was the best massage therapy I’ve ever received. This massage place beats massage envy, hands and stone and any other massage you have ever had! I have been to them all. NONE of them come close! From the time they touch you, you get one hr or 2. They walk on your back, use hot stones, massage your entire body. Listen people its not even close. It doesnt even compare. It was me and my boyfriend time yesterday, and omg it was amazing. I was nervous about the hot stop bc I has surgery couple years back but I was very surprised and Im not lying I enjoyed everything. And he did was well. We will be back very soon.

Bought my fiance a gift certificate for valentines day. We both ended up coming for the couples massage. Which seemed to be an inconvenience for them as they worked very slow. They rubbed our backside but not our frontside and while they rubbed my fiances buttocks and hips, they did not do mine. We told them we didnt want a deep tissue massage which I suppose they took that to mean no pressure at all. My masseuse also left the room multiple times for whatever reason. We basically paid $160, which I planned on tipping more but not for the service we received, for them to gently rub oil on us. Would not recommend and we will be going elsewhere soon for a real, proper massage.

Idk if that was a new patient courtesy but at my first visit it wasn’t extra. I typically have a hard time finding a massage place that will go deep enough and in the right areas since they tend to think my body can’t handle it. But, over here they got all the right places and then some! Highly recommend!

Literally just left there. The lady in front desk pretty much told me I HAD to give her a $10 or more tip. I didn’t even get the massage yet. This experience gave be a very bad taste in my mouth. My husband and I love to get massage and this was the worse experience I ever had.

We normally have our date nights which include Dave & Busters for some intense mario kart domination, drinks, and then a nice dinner... this day we decided to get a couples message beforehand and that was it! When they say deep tissue it’s DEEP and the technique was there, I really enjoyed the walking on back and she adjusted to how I like the pressure. I have had a lot of massages and none compared to the massage I had today by Tina. Her hands are magical! My back is very tense all the time do to a spinal cord injury in 2012. This is the first time I have felt true muscle relaxation since then. I will be back!

It was a decent enough massage to relieve my ache for my emergency.But someone tell me why there are bars above each massage table.The reflexology massage is the same as what my teen son does for free.I was uncomfortable with my head being straddled or being straddled at all to do a massage. Most of the massage was over the blanket on my back. Before the stones the oil/ lotion was rubbed in. Whats with the washrags after the massage to get the product off??? Why was the door open 1/4 inch just enough to peak while I undressed, was massaged & then redressed.Another thing that was concerning is how long she pushed & how far under my skull she went with her finger tips, it scared me. My normal therapist does that strategically for less time and not so deep.I have been going for massages for 2 yrs for back pain. Never did i get one like this. Even the mall across the street gives a better 5 minute neck massage if they are even there.The other thing that kinda had my eyebrow raised was the printed flyer about sex trafficking and not for the customer to see but the person at the desk.Not worth $70 for the same massage any friend or familiy member can give my at home.

My fiancé an I did the couple massage. It was a great experience very clean professional an not far from our home. I would definitely recommend them over any other massage location. My body feels very relaxed this will be my new spot of relaxation.

They were so welcoming and funny made us feel comfortable I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND going here and only here!
