I am so grateful that I came across y’all’s website! Due to my vehicle being in the shop, and having no luck with any of the delivery apps, my vape options have either been limited to one gas station’s choices or, due to ride fares, too expensive. I finally broke down and decided I would order online and was hoping to find 1-2 day shipping without astronomical shipping fees. Thankfully, I found New Leaf Vape! They offer shipping and in store pick up, but more importantly, they offer local delivery! I was able to choose a time and even track when the driver was on the way and arrived. When I saw the tracking said arrived, I went outside and noticed the driver was in front of my neighbors. At no fault of the delivery driver, my neighbor had accepted my order and went inside. After realizing, we both went to the door and I knocked in hopes of retrieving my order, but after ringing the doorbell and waiting it was clear that my neighbor had no interest or intentions on returning the package. This is where I want to express my upmost appreciation and gratitude— The man making the delivery apologized for the mishap and drove all the way to the store and back to redeliver my order to ME. I forgot to ask his name, but I wanted to at the very least post a review to say how much this meant to me and that I will now be a loyal costumer and I hope anyone reading this will become one too! Thank you!!

I am relatively new to the area , had been going to my previous vape shop for years, kind of skeptical of going to a new shop but these guys are amazing! Even better service than at my previous shop , everyone always goes above and beyond to meet your service needs & I couldn’t be happier with their products & the fact the local delivery is available. Went into the store to get a replacement glass for my shikra vape and they didn’t have it, they tried alot of different type of glass they have in stock until they find a fit. They gave me the glass for free.Great customer service and friendly staff. This will be my new vape shop.

This place is one of a kind. I found them on Google. I am a newbie when it comes to vaping. I used to smoke Newports, and now Im very happy that this has weaned me off cigarettes completely, and now I have no desire for it. Maybe eventually, Ill stop vaping as well, but for now, this helps. The gentlemen were so informative and very, very helpful towards me by answering any questions that I may have had and to help guide me in the decision-making of what to choose from. The RAZ Dragon Fruit Lemonade was a great flavored choice, AND I love my lanyard that came with it. I would definitely go back to that location because they are worthy of the business. They take their time with each customer and do not rush them..even if there are other customers waiting. I have been vaping since it came out, and have tried many, many shops in 3 different cities. And wow! Honestly this is the best shop I have ever been to. No BS! I dont have any affiliation besides being a very happy customer. They are respectful, pleasant and enjoyable!! They know what they are doing and have impeccable customer service! The other stores are great but this is the cream of the crop! If you want good service,reasonable prices and great product come here! I wouldnt shop anywhere else!!!! Just ask for Jasmine or George and you wont leave disappointed!!!!

I just want to say that Im not normally a guy that writes a review. Im writing because I am so impressed with the quality of service that my wife and I receive at New Leaf in Orange Park. Alex took care of us like we were the only people in the place. If management cares that much for an individual, imagine how much more the employees that they trained,care. They werent about selling me anything, instead they informed me of my choices and made recommendations that were symbiotic with my lifestyle. Needless to say I drive an extra 10 miles to go to that shop in Orange Park. I am so impressed with them that I find reasons to go in there just for the experience! Definitely try them out.

Very quiet and chill environment and Bobby was very knowledgeable of the products. Left with some good flavored juices and a new device! Highly recommend this location if you need new juices, equipment, or are just looking for a place to hangout.

I absolutely love this place. The employees are personable, respectful, knowledgeable, and patient. They make for a wonderful trip to refill my fluid, or change out my filter. I have never, ever ran into any issues whatsoever since going. They are always a joy to speakful, and always willing to help- no matter how dumb or obscure the question. I will never go anywhere else. Ever.

Called in to ask for info & was given exactly what I needed. Once I arrived at the (extremely clean & well kept) store everything was exactly the same as it had been on the phone. The guy even noticed my military ID sticking out of my wallet when I pulled my card& gave me a little discount. Everyone I spoke to was very personable & professional.

Great service. I bought a unit a few days ago, and the battery wouldnt hold a charge. They swapped it right out Also, the salesman noticed that an o-ring was incorrectly installed, fixed it, and filled up my vaporizer. Very clean store with friendly employees. I have never bought a vaporizer, but I felt like I was treated great. I recommend this store to anyone looking for a vaporizer, or supplies. They even have sampling of their oils, so you know what you are buying.

The initial walk in was super awkward, the female employee was just standing at the counter doing absolutely nothing. She made eye contact with me but didn’t greet or acknowledge me at all while I was looking at the display. The male employee was assisting 2 other customers, once he finished up with them he instantly made his way over to accommodate me. He was so friendly and helpful with recommendations and instructions about how care for the pen. After making the sale he sat down with me to help understand every aspect of the pen. Overall I’m extremely happy with my purchase and the customer service from the male employee. Wish I could remember his name. If you are a cigarette smoker and plan to switch to a vape I would recommend bringing in your pack of cigarettes in with you, they will give you a certain % off of your purchase for switching to vape. They also have a pretty cool exchange policy on oils. If your not happy with your purchase they will exchange it for another as long as it’s half way full.

** Updated: Ive increased them to five stars. My last visit only continues to prove why I rated them highly last time. Ive decided that while their juice is a bit more pricey than other shops its usually more refined/better flavor. Also, most importantly, they honor warranties easily. As in, the last time I went in and described how the USB port on my battery failed they switched it out in less than two minutes. That, along with taking back a flavor if you dont like it (so long as you havent used more than a tank full) means a ton to me. That ease/support is worth the price.Employees still rock.---Ive been going here for nearly a year now. Friendly staff that have always been worthy of a five rating. Ive only rated it a four due to the cost of the juice itself. I generally chalk that up to convenience though and not to mention they have a point system thatll get you a few dollars off (sometimes tens of dollars off) depending on how much youve purchased.Again, great employees. Nice clean store.

Ill start with my only complaint: Their prices are a bit high. Other than that, everything about this store is amazing. It feels nice to be in the store. The staff are always courteous, and helpful. They have a good selection of fluid flavors. The also will be able to set you up with what youll need to vaporize. If you choose to vape, then check these folks out!

While the store is clean the prices are too high and the staff is aloof and condescending. Came in her to give them a 2nd try after my last visit was so terribly awful and swore I would never come back because I was in a bind and KC Vapes my usual go to closed down recently. My husband recently had surgery and so I couldnt venture too far from home and I live locally in OP and was in need of disposable mesh tanks so stopped in for a quick purchase of 2 tanks. Those two tanks cost almost $15 where anywhere else they are $3-5 a piece. I guess the upcharge is due to the franchise fee or something, not sure but its just too much. Wont be giving this place a 3rd try! I will try one of the other local places or make the drive to Smokey Barrel out in Middleburg!

I love coming to get my stuff and just sitting and catching up on whats been happening. Walked in the place out of nowhere a few minutes after they opened up. Cheyenne was behind the counter. I was in a desperate situation and needed help replacing a whole rig for someone who is very sick and bedridden, and I had zero knowledge. I was really kind of stressed out from caretaking for someone I care about a lot, and Cheyenne was so helpful and totally listened to my unhinged rambling as she found the perfect replacement battery unit for an ancient one that looked like it had a bunch of Bondo holding it together on the side.Cheyenne, if you read this I want you to know it worked out pretty great... eventually. I have had nothing but positive experiences shopping at New Leaf. Given certain circumstances the employees there have gone out of their way to help me out. I understand certain products may be cheaper to purchase online but the customer service alone warrants my business. With almost any issue Ive had there was a clear resolve to my misunderstanding.

They are so nice always willing to help and know what flavors will suite you love coming here !

The products are expensive for how cheaply made they are (you can go online and get them cheaper and for better deals). I can tell New Leaf takes pride in having a sister company make their juice to satisfy customers needs, but compared to other lines they carry, their juice lacked flavor (Im sure that causes other customers who buy this juice to go through it quickly). The overall environment of this store was unwelcoming. I would suggest going to a different vape shop that has reasonable prices, with actual juice.

Products are great and their customer service usually is too but recently the managers at both this location and the mandarin one have been very rude. Recently they mixed up my cbd oil that I have bought before and they gave me the wrong one. Visited both stores and all they could sat was that I am out of luck and wasted $40 on something I cant even use. I called corperate and all the man could say was that I am out of luck and there was nothing he could do, not even give me the correct product or store credit. I will deffinitely be switching my vape company since they could not even help me with something so simple.

I just want to say this is actually my second review. Mel A. and I went in the Orange Park location and purchased two new devices and atomizers. Getting home we realized that I was a little confused about one of the functions on her Nautilus Mini. So we returned this evening and as always we were helped promptly and professionally buy a young lady named Ivey. I do not regret the drive to get there or any of the nuances of Blanding Boulevard just because of the service we received there. If you are looking for a one stop vape shop you need not look any further. I am a normal dude and Im telling you they have what you need and customer service is top-notch. Thank you again guys. This is vape store is good it sells some pretty good and tasty flavors. I do suggest if you go only use cold hard cash unless you plan on be screwed hard and fast on your credit card. The flavors that they sell is the only reason the got 2 stars instead of 1 star.

I initially went to New Leaf OP to quit smoking. Started with a pen and over the past year have upgraded several times. Fortunate for me the staff knows what there doing.Id like to address one staff member in particular. Jestin has been very professional and is very knowledgeable on the products.Somebody needs to give that man a raise......

Bought a Eleaf iStick 50w less than a month ago. The unit fell off of the couch onto the floor and now the display doesnt work. I thought I thought I could just go into the store and get a replacement, maybe even upgrade my original purchase. I was told that basically since I dropped it, than it cannot be replaced. I felt that If I had lied then it would of been replaced, so much for honesty. Anyways now I am out 130.00 for a unit that still somewhat works. I would take my money and business elsewhere. This unit was dropped one time and it broke. What happened to quality!Very disappointed in this store.

My boyfriend and i were interested in quitting smoking. We were told that New Leaf Vapor had a program that could help. We decided to give it a try and when we walked in 3 weeks ago we were not really 100% surewe could do it. Jestin is amazing! He walked us through everything and was super patient with us while we went through what seemed a million and one flavors to see what would suit us. I am happy to say i have not had a single cigarette and have even lessened my nicotine levels. Jesten has always helped answer questions without fail and is an amazing salesperson. Called to see if they had a coil in stock. The first time they pick up the phone and after silence hung up, the second call they didnt bother checking if they had it they immediately said no.This is my second experience with this store. The first experience I asked for a specific mod and when they wrung me up they charged an extra 40$ above the listed price saying that it was the actual price

Customer service sucks.... I asked what was their best flavor and tanks, and the clerk basically gave the tablet and told me to look for myself. Another thing was, when I asked about flavor, I was told they dont sell Marijuana.
