The massage was pretty good and the therapist actually gave me the full 60 minutes! Ill definitely be back. They start with back massage, then do your legs, neck, stretch, and flip you over. Hot stones are included for free.The 15 minutes of face massage at the end is amazing. I feel great. It was clean and professional too. Great massage!The experience would have been 5 star except the therapist asked for a tip (not appropriate) and I said Id give a $12 credit card tip. She said no, $20 is a good tip for 60 minutes. After debating this a few times I reached out and took my credit card out of her hand and left without leaving a tip.$80 for 60 minutes is a bit overpriced, the market rate is $70 for 60 minutes. Knock it off with the tip pressure/demanding higher tips.

Definitely the best massage in Jacksonville. Professional and clean. When you go, ask for Cindy. Cindy was able to get me in for an appointment, twice. Pressure was tough and focused on the knots. She spent time working on my shoulders, lower back and neck throughout the whole massage. Walked outta there feeling less strain in my back.Male or female, this place IS professional and they take their time. No quick walking on back, no texting on the phone while massaging and no dinners while watching TV. Quiet atmosphere.Give them a call early to schedule.

The spa I was going to canceled on me last minute and I found Amy’s spa and they made room for me! I’m an athlete and the deep tissue massage and knots I needed taken out was way too many to count but Cindy was so tedious and actually one of the best sport massages I’ve had.

When I need a massage, it must be good, hard, and targeted.I have been going to Amy Massage Spa since 2020 when I am in Jacksonville. They provide excellent, technical massage that provides good relief of chronic and acute pain. The technique is very good.The massage provider speaks good english and does a very good job of listening to my instructions and following them to focus on areas that need it. She knew when and where to drop the hammer, and where to be a bit more gentle. Most importantly, she followed my instructions very well.I just got a massage from a lady named CiCi. She worked hard on my back and legs for an hour without a break. No phone interruptions, no distractions. She was strong, skilled, and determined.The business is well run. I was able to make an appointment. They kept the appointment. The cost is fair for the service provided. No one bothered me or asked me for a tip. I gave CiCi a good tip for a very good massage, and it was received with an appreciative, thank-you. Also, no one offered any services other than massage, which I really appreciate. I hate that it must be said, but it must.I recommend Amy Massge Spa for anyone who needs a soothing, relaxing massage and people like myself who need a hard, deep tissue massage, and who want a professional, attentive staff, in a clean, nice, well run business environment.I get massage all over the world. In Jacksonville, this is my go to place for trusted relief of pain.

I made an appt and brought my mom in today for a one hour session for $80; back and feet. First time here since we live across town. Staff are VERY kind from beginning to end, friendly, and clean. The bed stays warm! We’ve tried many places but this here is the BEST massage in town.

I enjoyed my last massage very much, the masseuse’s name escapes me right now. I will be going back Saturday I hope.
