White dude behind the counter is super rude! Stopped in on my way to my Dr Apt to get a vape . I was on the phone with my bank getting paperwork so i could register my car here since i just moved back from Texas . Well once he saw i was on the phone. He turned the volume of his horrible Emo music up to full volume. I finished with my Call . I asked him if that was on purpose. He said Yes people on the phone is his petpeev … listen dude you work at a vapeshop not a dr office . So for that i give this store 1 star because thats the only option. Crazy because this store use to be my goto when i lived here a year ago. I guess they will hire anyone … ill be sure to share with everyone how poor the customer service is at that location

Very disappointed. I come here all the time to purchase vape supplies. I came tonight on my way home from work was 8:55 pm when I got put of my car and the lights were still on out front. As soon as I got to the door the employee said my drawer is already closed. I alreafy knew what I needed. I pay by credit card so you dont even need to use a cash drawer to process my payment. Guess I will take my business somewhere else who actually stays open until the time advertises on Google which is 9pm. This is very Poor customer service for a business who I am sure needs as many sakes as they can get to stay up with the competition around OP.

Closet store near me with the Peak pro v2 love it. They were friendly from the beginning throughout the entire experience. Keep up the great work.

Friendly service, the guy working even called someone to make sure he understood the bubbler we were purchasing. Good prices, great service, and an easy place to shop due to their cases and employees being helpful without being overbearing. I highly recommend this chill store for great glass pieces and accessories.

This is a cool smoke shop. They are friendly and will give you good deals. They are very helpful with any questions. I really appreciate supporting this local business.

Called to get the price on a device. Was quoted a marked up number, asked them to confirm that was the actual price, they then came back with a 25% lower price. Great. Get to the store and they charge me the marked up price. “Oh, I looked at the wrong device when giving the lower price.” Asked them to at least meet me halfway considering I directly asked them to confirm price after repeating device name and they wouldn’t budge. Not what I would call a great business practice.Plaza is extreme poorly lit at night.

Bought some vapes on sale. One was leaking, came back inside to ask for a new one…. The guy at the front was overly rude and acted bothered (only reason I’m writing this review.) i watched him repackage the bad vape and put it back on the shelf… I received a new one and that one was burnt tasting. At this point I gave up and took the loss. I don’t suggest buying anything on sale nor buying from here.

The girl there was very patient and kind. Helpful too!Update: my mod was defective but the manager fixed it and gave me a better coil for free.

Bought a shikra vape from this shop few months ago. I drop the vape and the glass was broken so i took the vape back to the shop to get a replacement glass, they say they dnt have no replacement glass for that vape. So they sell vape that they dnt have replacement parts for. They main priority was to sell me a new tank,and all i new was a new glass. They didn’t even try any of the other replacement glass they have in stock to see if it was a fit. Went to smoke city and they even try to replace the glass and I didn’t get the vape from them. Went to new leaf across the street and the replace the glass for free.

I love this vape shop. Great selection of vape juices and the people behind the counter are always very friendly and helpful. I love stopping here after work to get supplies

They have anything you could need and the prices are affordable but some of the staff is rude and acts like its an inconvenience to ask them questions. I had to find a new vape shop.

Went to buy a vape shop that was in clearance (no signs that would say that, only the price of the vaper) and it was broken, oil was leaking and no charge. The girl was very friendly but far from looking for a solution she just said that they were in clearance and they didnt have any refund. I think that was unfair but since I noticed that she was not going to help I just walked out.

Jeff is amazing at helping pick out the right juice and coils for the tank I have. He always makes sure it’s the right one before I buy them. When I have trouble finding a juice I want he asks questions to help me figure out what I should try and I usually love it. He’s nice and has great customer service.

Ive been a vape user for 8 years. I have used many different devices. I have a visual impairment that makes it hard to see so when I buy a new product I always ask questions about how to use it, how will I know when something needs to be replaced or if it has gone bad. I dont know everything there is to know about them but I try to learn ad much as I can. In November I bought a new unit from them, one Ive never seen or used so I asked a bunch of questions and I was mislead. I feel like I was taken advantage of and not properly informed on this device. This morning the device caught on fire and it wasnt even in use and hadnt been for a few hours. I called the store/owner and he was very rude, had an attitude, acted like it was a inconvenience to him. He got very defensive while I was explaining what happened. He doesnt back his products. He patronized me and talked to me like I was a child and done something wrong. I feel these products are unsafe and defective. All I wanted was a new device and someone to actually have good customer service. I feel he doesnt care because not once did he say Im sorry to hear that. Are you OK? What he said is I dont deal with these problems its the manufacturers problem. Come in and Ill give you a deal like a discount. I dont believe I should have to pay for this to be corrected when I wasnt properly informed. Im not telling you not to buy his products what Im telling you is please be careful because in time someone will end up being seriously injured or worse killed because of store owners selling poorly made products that become defective within less then 3 months. Its really sad because I liked this place. I dont like being treated the way I was..

When I first moved here it took me forever to find a vape shop I’d regularly shop at. This is the spot! They have all kinds of products to fit everyone. I was using the Orion pods at one point and they’d stock up every week for me. If they didn’t have something at that time, they’d place an order no questions asked. They take care of their people! I’d recommend this place to everyone who uses vapes.

Not only are they just about the cheapest shop in the area, but they also have a rewards program and thats awesome. Every single person that works there is also awesome and friendly. Im in their every couple days and they are all always super helpful. Theres a few vape shops that are closer to me but I will 100% make the drive to this shop.

Looks like your normal smoke shop with all the expected products, but they shine on price of at least hookah products. They are the best on Blanding Blvd and are always stocked with want I need. They even so far to order a new charcoal item after I mentioned they should carry. Customer service is good and if they do well with the other types of products as they do with hookah youre in good shape!

My weekly stop for some of the best treats for my face I enjoy this shop a lot talk about Nick sucks talk about disposables they have them all people come down check them out I know I sound silly but sometimes this is the best way to do things in order to get peoples attention so stop by and check them out great variety cheap prices will probably not cheap but still you know what I mean competitive maybe no but still great products cheers

Honestly this place is horrible way overpriced and the customer service is horrible. As well the owners policies of how he conducts business is a joke. This guy obviously doesn’t have a good business model to treat customers hey certain way because he’s selling faulty products. If you take the time to read this go check out the shop over off Wells Road Budzburn they’re awesome super cool and a great shop.

Extremely displeased with the young girl that works there at night. From as soon as I walked into the door the first time to the second time later on that night the girl was nothing but rude. Very unhappy and satisfied with the services for this young lady. She seemed look too occupied and worried about talking with her friends than dealing with customers. Auto product realize there was something I needed or wanted to maybe exchange but as soon as I walked back into the store she yells at I dont do exchange or refunds. Seems pretty rude to be mouthing off as soon as someone walks into the store especially someone who just bought a product and they have other questions. Either way seriously not happy in the only time I will be returning his tomorrow to talk to the manager. Really do not recommend this store better services and prices at Smoke City and glass eye.

Theyll always help you out with recommendations. A little low on 1.2 ohm coils for pod systems but I cant blame them because its hard to find stock anyway so. 5 stars

Selection of flavors was amazing and the store manager was friendly and possibly one of the most knowledgeable vapers weve come across in Jacksonville area. Five stars from us!! We were in and out in ten minutes and super happy!!! We will be back!!!

Ok guys I dont normally rate my vape shops because well I never stick to just one due to never finding one I like. But... I think I found my shop they have a wide variety soft-spoken kind staff with knowledge and willingness to answer questions. And if your in a hurry and just need to get some juice and a coil and go well they will help u quickly as well have yet to have a complaint here. Plus they have all sorts of glass pipes and water bongs as well it is a pleasant dimly lit environment with clean clear air and good ac make sure next time u need to go get some supplies to check em out 👍

Best place to buy vape mods, pods, disposables, accessories etc. Very wide range and variety of other smoking products as well. VERY FAIRLY PRICED! Their collection is different than most other smoke shops, plus the staff is VERY friendly and knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend. 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼

I wanted to take a second to edit my basic review giving this shop a rating but now add a comment about it. This has been my go to shop since they opened a few years ago. They have the best prices on e juice that injave seen in orange park. They carry all the newest flavors as well as any of your favs. If they dont carry it just ask them ti pick up some when they order more juice and most times they will. Much better place than smoke city as far as employees with knowledge of their products and pricing. Go check them out and most likely they will become your new fav vspe shop!

This shop is right across from where I work so Ill definetly be stopping by alot more! I never caught her name but the redhead girl was super nice and sold me a cute vape pen for an affordable price instead of trying to sell me something expensive! Shes very helpful considering I know absolutely nothing about vape pens (: thank you. I would totally recommend this place to a friend.

Quite a nice place, good selection, albeit some items a smidge pricey. Although other items priced very well. Staff is not quite knowledgeable about many of the products they sell, so feel free to enlighten on any visits.

Its like no shop in town teaches their employees anything about smoke shop etiquette. Probably one of the worst in town. They dont even know anything about their own glass. Its cheap china. Lol. Not heady at all.
