They are very professional, highly experienced, and they create an atmosphere of joy that enhances the the journey of learning and improving ones dance skills. My instructor, Tanya, is amazing! For over two years I was searching for a professional dance instructor that could teach and perform the complex style of Cabaret and Theater Arts. WOW was I impressed when I finally met Tanya. She is an expert in many ballroom dance styles. Her expertise, patience, and genuine care have made each session not only productive but also incredibly enjoyable. Tanya goes above and beyond to ensure that I am not only improving as a dancer but also feeling comfortable and supported at every step of the way. My journey with Tanya has led to multiple national Fred Astaire championships as well as Vice Champion at USDC- the largest US based independent ballroom competition. Tanya and Igor are incredibly dedicated professional dancers and instructors with extensive experience and knowledge. The way they run their studio is fantastic! I would recommend them 100% to anyone from beginner to experienced dancer- to those who either want to learn, perform, compete or just have fun!

I cannot recommend enough!!! The environment is SO supportive and the instructors really take the time to get to know you/introduce you to others! I’ve been here two months or so and am SO thrilled with my progress, support, and for my future! Everyone’s so passionate about dance and about you as a person. Definitely pay a visit if you’re on the fence :)!

My wife and I went to Fred Astaire in Doctor Phillips to learn a choreographed dance routine for our wedding on 9/1/18. We worked with both Grigor and Angela, and these two were absolutely wonderful! We purchased the 5-lesson program and learned a ~2 minute routine to our chosen song. Both Grigor and Angela are lots of fun, very patient, and great instructors. I would highly recommend them for novice level dancers like us, or for the more advanced as well. The studio is very spacious and beautiful with lots of amenities. We plan to come back for more lessons as a fun date night experience!!

Dancing is one of the languages of love. The fluid and poetic movements can spark desire, rekindle the flame of passion, or offer the chance to become close to a lover; or to someone you propose to make one. Dancing inspires images of steamy Latin nightclubs, elegant waltzes or for those who are watching me, a spastic gorilla with impulse control problems. That being said Grigor and Angela had a lot of work to do to get me ready for the first dance of our wedding. As they taught my Fiance and I to dance they did so with a great amount of patience and levity. They reworked some of my signature moves so that no spectators would come to any harm during our opening number, and made it so that my new wife was charmed by me on the dance floor. Great teachers and a great opportunity for date night.

Love it! The dance floor is huge. The decor is gorgeous. One private lesson also includes three group lessons a week in the evening, Monday, Wednesday and Friday. There are parties monthly too. The whole experience is fun and exciting. The owners Grigor, cute as can be, and Angela, sweet as she can be, make learning easy and enjoyable. I have been dancing without my husband so I get to dance with Grigor and burn a lot of calories. You don’t need a partner.Doctor Phillips Fred Astaire is located on Via Dellagio Way across from Regions Bank on the second floor so just go up the stairs or in the elevator. It’s in Dellagio off Sand Lake Road and Della Drive. Try it and you will like it. Tell them Lydia sent you. The lessons are the highlights of my week.

Just finished a private introductory lesson with my fiancé taught by owner Grigor. He was welcoming, positive, and made us feel very comfortable. We immediately got the impression we are in good hands to prepare for our wedding and will be continuing lessons at the studio.

It’s a great place to be here. Everyone has a beautiful personality and are leading experts in the industry. I enjoy being here. I take advantage of the studio time and practice.

My wife and I had dance classes here on vacation, and he was fantastic!!! Super charismatic, and helped us without getting in the way.In just 3 lessons we learned the 3 basic steps for the rumba, foxtrot, tango, and salsa.The complimentary wine, rum, and whisky were a plus too!

Grigor makes me laugh so! I look forward to my lessons every week. So much fun and great excercise. Love the other students and now have a new group of friends.

Absolutely love this studio. In the 5 months my 9 year old daughter has been coming here, her dance growth has been exponential. Truly love the staff and the spirit of this school.

Amazing place to get your dance on. For either entry level or expert dancers. The owners are amazing and all their teacher really good instructors.

Grigor is the best, I had couple of classes already I have long way to go I know but with Grigor it’s just so easy to learn. Highly recommend
