I was scheduled for a 90 minute massage with Petra and it did not disappoint! She did a fantastic job. In fact it was so relaxing I believe I fell asleep for a bit. I will definitely be scheduling with her again. Highly recommend.

Beatrice is amazing. I had A extremely bad case of tennis elbow, and Beatrice suggested cupping. Told me it would take around three sessions and it should be very close to healed. After my 3rd session I now have full movement in my elbow with no pain. I would suggest anyone with any nagging injury to book a cupping session with Beatrice today!!!! You won’t regret it.

Brandon was the absolute best. Soon as he touched my body I was instantly relaxed and was put as ease. It’s like he massaged away months of stress. It was a great first experience and can only hope the future is just as awesome.

In Florida for a mini vacation and decided to try getting a massage while were out here. Through online they had to availability, so I decided to call just to check and sure enough they did. From the time of booking over the phone until the massage, everyone was professional and very attentive to my needs and requests based on the treatment I chose. The masseur, Brandon was hands down amazing with his hands and technique. I didnt even realize it was already 60mins when he woke me up at the end of my massage. I felt so relieved and rejuvenated, my body felt great all over. Definitely worth every cent and I will be scheduling another when Im in town again. Five stars all around!!!

My husband and I went to this Massage Envy to celebrate our wedding anniversary with massages gift certificates that we received months earlier. I enjoyed my massage but my husband did not! He requested a deep tissue massage prior to his appointment and that did not happen! In addition, I explained to the receptionist when booking that we were looking for in massages and the key areas of concern, she recommended hot stone and CBD oils. I told her that we would let her know upon arrival. Both therapist did the work with out explaining any additional fees would be involved. We were up charged without a clear understanding of the fees involved. I paid what was owed but will never return to that location.

I’ve had massages with both Brandon and Manny, and I highly recommend both their work! Brandon is able to find muscle knots I didn’t know I had and provided a lot of pain relief at all the right places. Mannys massage were a mix of assisted stretching and firm pressure on knots. He was so kind and personable! They were both were wonderful, very responsive, and had me completely relaxed! Looking forward to my next visit! 🌟If you’re looking for a skilled massage therapist, both Brandon and Manny were fantastic choices! 😊Everyone at this location have been so incredibly kind to me! Libia is just the best…she breaks every knot in my back and drains all excess water from my body after i went there for the first time i saw a huge change on my face. Also my husband had been in the hospital for 2 days because his back was hurting really bad and they released him without answers …we went for a massage with Libia and the results were amazing …pain went away and it never came back . We highly recommend her , we have gone to many different places trying different types of massage. Libias is the best

I had an amazing massage with Amiris, probably the best I ever had. She used firm pressure and worked out all my knots. I felt incredibly relaxed and rejuvenated afterward. I will definitely be going back!

I’ve had a few massages with Brandon and I can always feel an improvement for a while after. I work a physical job and my monthly massages have taken away most of my back pain, I know when it’s been a few weeks since my last massage when my back starts hurting again. All other staff is professional, friendly, and always more than happy to answer any question.

My experience was everything I expected. Some years back I went to one in Bowie Maryland. So I knew what to expect . I was in pain when I went but was so calm when she was done and I still feel great the next day . Had a back facial done and the massage on my back took away my shoulder pain. Thanks the Lady’s were helpful and very nice

Jennifer was AMAZING. her pressure was perfect and understood my concerns and focused on the specific area at hand. She also doubled checked that the pressure was ok. She also gave me my full 90 minus 5-10 mins for prep..Ive been to some massage envy that they short change my time.I highly recommend Jennifer and when im.back in the area I Will make sure I book with her!

Brandon was awesome! We are in Orlando on vacation, and I kept teasing him about taking him back home with me. My home location always takes extremely good care of me, but his technique was different than Ive experienced in any prior locations. After all of the walking and movement, this was a much appreciated and relaxing end to this magical trip.

I requested a deep tissue massage, and it was definitely deep, but more of just pressure points and getting out knots. I would have preferred a little more massage to balance it out. I also prefer to start face down so I don’t walk out with marks all over my face. 🙂

I had the pleasure of receiving my massage from Kate. She massaged the knot out of my back and went above and beyond to explain what exactly she was doing. She also did not have a problem with my children being in the room. Good atmosphere, will be back!

I get massages on average once a month and it and seems like anyone will call themselves a masseuse with no type of training or skill. This was my first time visiting this massage envy location and let be me tell you, Jennifer was amazing!She is definitely an artist with those hands. Definitely will be back!

I have been getting massages at Massage Envy for years. Daphnee is one of the best. Great personality. Excellent therapist. She works out all my problem areas while allowing me to relax and enjoy the ME time.

Therapist listened to my requests and provided a very personalized and specific session. As a therapist myself, I was impressed by the depth of understanding and extraordinary methodology. I have suffered with curvature of the spine for 50 years and I walked away with noticeable improvement.

I’ve been going to Jasmine for over 6 months and she’s definitely my favorite! I always feel so much better, and she finds all the spots without me having to tell her. She’s amazing!

Went to Massage Envy yesterday with my husband, sister and her husband. We were well serviced by the massage therapist. My therapist, Daphne met all my requests and was and excellent therapist.

Manny was great! I had a black belt testing this morning and was having lots of back pain. He was able to move the muscles enough where I was in less pain! I just passed that test@ i appreciate him so much!

Manuel - is a great masseuse. I highly recommend him, great at work out tough knots! Massage Envy at Dr. Phillips is clean and friendly 5 ⭐️!

Received the worst massage of my life at this location. She didn’t work out a single knot, just kept pressing down with her palms across my body and then spent about 15 minutes just pulling my head away from my neck. It was lazy and a complete waste of my time. Do not recommend!!!

Excellent. The only thing I do not like is the 45 to 50 minutes spent on my body when I’m paying for an hour. Seems very short!! But besides all that a great therapist Libia is.

Libia had her work cut out for her with all the stiffness in my back and the knots galore. She worked so hard and diligently on each one. Excellent massage that hurt so good and was so needed!!!

Well if it’s not broke don’t fix it! Brandon is the best in my opinion. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else, even though I did and tried multiple other people but he supersedes them every time. He makes it relaxing and you can tell he is passionate about his work and you can also tell the ones who are not, just there to collect a check and go home. That’s why I’m sticking with him! He’s a great guy!

I used a gift certificate I received to Massage Envy to start my monthly membership. However, I did so over the phone, never being in person/IRL to sign and accept terms. I had the worst massage of my life, tried to silently disappear and not speak on it, but they harassed me nonstop (b/c I gave a rating via text of 1 for my service) and kept asking for my feedback/ for me to give a diff masseuse a chance. I literally had no choice but to say yes bc the manager wasnt backing down.When I got the text abt my upcoming apt, and was given the option to cancel, I did, because again I dont want a makeup massage, I just want to be done w/ this company. This was followed up by continuous calls, during which I said please cancel my membership, I was told no can do, and that I can only place my membership on hold for a few months at a time.I guess the on hold period is over now b/c they just tried to charge me the monthly fee YET AGAIN...FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, I DONT WANT A MEMBERSHIP, I just want to be left alone and have my membership cancelled.

Libia is the only reason I re-signed my contract with Massage Envy Dr. Phillips. Everyone is nice there and it’s a great environment with amazing prices but I require a special more intense type of massage and she has amazing hands. She was also able to actually explain to me where my pain was coming from and special exercise’s to help in my healing journey. Libia has really helped change my life with reduced headaches, less tension and her great advice! I recommend every one give Libia a try! She will change your life too! See you next month Libia!

My visit included massage and facial with Ruth. She is excellent and professional at both services. I had not planned to have a specific pain to focus on but gardening gave me a pulled muscle. She knew exactly where to treat and stretch out to help me with pain. What a relief! Will be returning soon!

Ruth does a fantastic job with listening to your facial/skincare needs and helping to decided what treatments to get. I have seen improvement in my skin listening to her advice and setting up a better skincare regimen. And the staff is always asking for feedback and offering helpful tips and advice. Definitely would recommend the Dr. Phillips location!

Went in for a routine lower back massage, and Manny did what I can only describe as a neck isolation that was pretty much life changing. Highly recommend a booking with him - especially if youve got a migraine coming on.

This location is amazing. I use several massage therapists for different things. Shoulder has pain then I use Katie. She has years of sports therapy experience and knows how to adjust and massage out certain pulled muscles. If my back has some issues and need a good deep massage then Nelea is my go to. Super deep, strong massages then works out any knots or tightness. If I need a smooth massage that puts me to sleep on the table and leaves me relaxed, and recharged for the next day then Jennifer is my choice. All the therapists at this lo action are amazing. I just picked 3 for this review.

You should probably have your masseuses read the consent form the client fills out, idk just an idea. Would help you to not get sued n stuff. Luckily for you Im an easy going guy. But yeah dont uhh touch people where they say they dont need to be touched.Also, being able to communicate effectively in English is probably a pretty important skill for this type of job... I was trying my hardest but lady I couldnt understand a word you were saying and apparently she couldnt understand me either as my requests were ignored.Lastly, without getting into the rest of the lesser problems, dont constantly move your clients arms into an unrelaxed position then act all exasperated when they naturally fall back into a relaxed position. Sorry I cant keep my elbows pinned to my sides and be fully loose at the same time, like what do you want from me.I dont want the poor women to lose her job or anything but holy crap what a terrible experience. I mean they broke their own terms and conditions of consent I cant give more than 1 star for that

I had the worst pain in my left hip for a year and a half. I told her about it and within two sessions she had loosened it up and I was beyond relieved! She does exactly what you ask and explains what she feels and is doing. We have had the pleasure of talking a bit about our lives and she also seems like a phenomenal mother! She deserves a raise for her hard work! She truly is a great person all around! Plus she has worked wonders on my body!!!

The shop is well-maintained and always in a clean condition. The desk staff is very friendly and accommodating too.

Katie was amazing! She is very knowledgeable about the muscles and the fascia and how to work it just right to release any tension. First time with her may feel a little weird at first with all the support cushions she uses however they definitely help support the body and put you in the right alignment for the massage to be effective! Had a 90 min massage yesterday with Manuel-Ray (Manny) and in his true fashion, my massage was AMAZING! Manny is always very accommodating with specific areas and pressure requests. He is very knowledgeable in anatomy and physiology, so he uses the info you give about pain and he finds the particular areas where your pain could stem from. Manny has been my go-to therapist for about 2 years now and I am so grateful for him and his gentle hands. Manny, youre the best!😊

We live in Orlando part time and I normally visit my home location but have always been happy with my services that I have gotten at ME Dr Phillips. This appointment was wonderful. Ralph/Rafael really listened to my needs and was very attentive to my aching shoulders! I will definitely continue to use this location while in FL and if you get Ralph/Rafael you will have a great experience!

Alexander provided an excellent one hour full body massage including my scalp and extra attention to tight traps. He utilized modest and appropriate draping and made sure I was comfortable the entire massage. The pressure was perfect and he employed a mixture of techniques that were all relaxing. I recommend this ME location and Alexander as a therapist.

ME is the perfect place to go for regular massages. Katie is helping keep the knots at bay while I train for my first marathon. She’s great!

Alex is an asset to the ME team of Dr Phillips. My first visit resulted in 3 more appointments with him. He has excellent skills with honed techniques which makes him a superb massage therapist. Anyone seeking a high quality therapeutic massage should request Alex.

Elizette is wonderful. Every other month I ask for her 30 minute stretch with a 90 minute massage. She throughly works to relieve stubborn muscle tension especially in the neck and shoulders. Elizette asks throughout the section about the pressure of the massage and the extension of the stretch. She is professional, pleasant and prompt. The front desk is efficient and courteous. The atmosphere is relaxing and safe.

I love this place! The facility is always very clean, the front desk team is extremely pleasant and professional, and the therapists are fantastic. Ive used several over the years. In particular, Petr has been providing excellent focused therapy for a very painful shoulder problem.I saw some other comments about the staff not being helpful or having a bad attitude. Im really surprised by this. Ive been a member for several years and have NEVER seen a bad attitude. The staff has always been helpful, kind, and professional.Update as of March 2023: Ive had excellent experiences with these therapists recently: Katie, Alex and Mergery.Update as of July 2023: Ive just had a wonderful massage from new therapist Rodney. He knew my history, focused on my problem areas, and applied just the right amount of pressure. He did great upper back work.Update as of November 2023:The front desk team and the therapists are always friendly, professional, and excellent. Ive had many great massages with this service during the decade plus that Ive been a member.Brandon was particularly great with a particular arm problem Im experiencing. She has taken the time out to help educate me on products to use at home and thanks to her I am finally noticing a difference in my skin! Elizette provides the most wonderful experience in massage. She always asks what areas need attention and works those areas to relieve tension and pain. She incorporates the stretching in the massage and educates while she gently but firmly works the muscles. I can’t speak highly enough about her skills and professional demeanor.

My experience with Jennifer was great. It helped me to a great degree with my sciatica issue. I also learned stretches I can do on my own.

My experience was not good I put in for a facial l didnt get it . The massage therapist was not good l didnt feel like l had a massage done.

Yesterday was my first massage in a very long time. I more or less gave up on them over the years due to not feeling any relief. However, my session with Ely (Elizette) was beyond expectation in the best possible way. Its been 24 hours and my lower back / hips feel like a weight has been lifted off of them after well over a year of chronic discomfort. I ended up signing up for a membership immediately afterwards.

Kira was so kind and gave stretches I could do to help me. Very relaxing and at the same time therapeutic. I would highly recommend! First time I have ever fallen asleep in a massage.

Daphnee gave a great massage and the front desk staff was courteous and kind. The facilities were clean including the bathroom. I was very impressed. I work at a massage envy in the Nashville area and was in town on vacation. I was able to get booked on short notice and was very impressed with my visit.

Woke up feeling well rested, stress free and pain free .The 90 minute massage always resets my body and soul. I was suffering with the worst tension headache I’ve ever experienced - and I have a high pain tolerance.I also had a gift card for Massage Envy burning a hole in my wallet for nearly 1.5 years (I was waiting for the right time!) and decided to finally use. A massage was my last resort before a clinical visit or ER visit. That’s how much pain and discomfort I was feeling.I booked online around noon for a same day 6:30pm as it was one of the few available. The fact that they could even get me in same day was a great start.Fast forward to the wonderful Ely who was kind and knowledgeable. She was completely understanding and knew exactly where to focus her expertise because when I tell you I felt immediate relief, I mean IMMEDIATE.She was easy to talk to, dealt with my chatty quirkiness (thanks girl!) and walked me through everything she was doing.When I go back she’s the one to return to for sure!Thank you so much Ely!Shoutout to Darianna also for being so helpful at throughout check in/out.

I had a 90 minute massage with Alex and left feeling amazing and truly inspired. He is wonderful! I would recommend booking with him to absolutely anyone.

In 2018 After my first appointment with Nelia I knew I found the right massage therapist for me. I bought a membership and booked in advance with her for several months. I got lucky that day because she had a cancellation. She’s booked at least a month in advance. Since then I’ve booked with many of the other girls and they’ve all been very good. The others are Flory, Ely and Amy, they all book about a month in advance as well so get on their book and let them rub all your tensions away.Nelia is my favorite massage therapist here. Her technique is flow & firm every time. No surprises roll the dice chances on her. She’s awesome.

Ive been to a lot of Massage Envys as I travel. Nancy at the Dr. Phillips Massage Envy is the best Ive encountered. I asked her to focus on my neck and shoulders and she was incredible. If I lived here I would request her every time.

Alex did a fantastic job! He regularly checked in with me during my 90 mins service to make sure pressure and all was great. My 4 stars is about the added foot treatment at checkin that was pushed was not impressive.

Front staff was very nice. Massage therapist wasn’t very good. I had asked for medium pressure and he just applied light pressure. He did not use different parts of his arms, like firearms and elbows to work on my tense areas and release “knots”.
