I had a full day exploring Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure yesterday, I knew I was going so I planned a massage for the following day. When I set my appointment up a couple days ago the lady was very nice. I came in and honestly it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. No foot massage, but everywhere else. I believe my masseuse’s name was Jung, he had strong hands and was firm but not too hard and not too soft, it was just right, very very relaxing. I told him my left shoulder was my problem area and he paid special attention to that area. I’m feeling great! I will say it wasn’t quite like the massages I’ve had in the past, but it was wonderful!

Best massage Ive had. Did a couples massage with Jenny and John. They were so kind and the place was clean. Will ask you if you want medium or hard. I said hard and its no joke! Great pressure to work on those knots. Also the hot stones were amazing! Would def go back!

Went in for a couples massage and had a wonderful time. The full body massage was definitely full body and the pressure and attention they gave were amazing. They even gave us some water at the end. Would highly recommend!!

The massage was alright but I sat for 20 minutes on the table waiting for it to start. When it did start the massage therapist kept getting interrupted by phone calls and people knocking on the door and at another point she left the room for 20 minutes. I damn near lost it. They came back said sorry and gave me an extra 15 minutes. Not a bad massage but room for improvement.

Absolutely loved my massage here! I had John and he was fantastic. He communicated well with me to make sure he was using the right amount of pressure and let me direct him to some problem areas that he spent extra time on. Definitely going back!

This Spa was not only nice and clean, but the staff were so friendly. My massage and facial were done by JoJo. She was absolutely amazing and I highly recommend her. The whole experience was wonderful and I will definitely be back!

This was one of the best spa experiences Ive had. The hubby and I got a couples massage, and Amy and Jamie did an amazing job. Very relaxing and therapeutic. They hit all the right pressure points. They worked out the hubbys shoulder and my lower back. I feel so much better and less tense than when we arrived. Clean and neat bathroom also. Great location, price, and service. Also, Mindy at the front desk was very kind to us. They did not hound us for a tip at the end like Ive read about other places. This was worth the time and effort. Ill be back!

The massage I received was legit, not one of those “fake” massages where they just put oil on you and barely use any pressure. I asked for hard pressure and they delivered!! Even had a walk on the back for the first time. It felt great! I originally booked for the 50mins, but decided to extended to 90mins because it was that good. Hot stones were placed on my back after they massaged my back. Then they used the hot stones to massaged my legs and shoulders. I didn’t feel rushed, they literally used every minute of it to massage. No side conversations or idle time during the massage. I really like that they wiped down the oil before they are done, as I don’t like feeling greasy walking out a massage place. The location is easy to find, the place is not luxury/fancy feeling but it is clean. The massage room is not soundproofed as I could hear the conversations out at the hallway. Overall, friendly staff, clean facility, amazing massage and I will return again.

I went in for a massage this morning and was not totally happy with the experience. The therapist was good (didn’t get her name); however, I was surprised that she wore gloves when massaging as I have never had that done before. The feeling of the gloves’ texture was unpleasant. I am not sure if all of the therapists use gloves when they massage their clients. I gave the therapist $20 tip and she was not happy since she wanted more.

The Women in this place are doing GODS work! This was the best massage I’ve EVER gotten in my life. I’ve been to all types of places and I been to some pretty $$$$ spas and I can honestly say not one of them have ever come as close to giving me a massage as great as this place has. You’re paying for quality here! They relaxed my entire body wow. Thank you thank you thank you. I will definitely be back and I’m recommending this place to everyone I know!

I was just at my happy place. The first time I ever met Lulu was now. My tight muscles are finally at ease after that long flight. Because my feet were enjoying it so much, I asked if I could stay for an extra hour. I recommend that everyone take advantage of the Groupon deals they are currently offering. To the tip I already planned to give, I add what I have saved. The owner of this establishment is the kindest person I know, and she keeps the place spotless at all times. Shes the head of a highly reputable spa. Thats why Im counting down the days until I can go back.

Called ahead to make an appointment. When showing up for the appointment the lady at the front desk forgot about the appointment and was currently helping someone else. She asked me to wait 50 minutes and was not professional or respectful.

We are down here on a trip and after a 13-hour day in Universal, we needed a massage. We did the 50 minute custom massage with hot stones and I am being completely honest when I say this is the best massage I’ve had in years! My friend also agreed- she hasn’t really been to any hole-in-the-wall places and was shocked at how amazing it was. We recommended them to everyone at the resort we are staying at as well. Monica was absolutely amazing!!! I called on short notice and was able to get in as soon as they opened at 10:30. The music was serene and Monica made sure I was at ease before she walked my back. Never before have I experienced a massage that was so thorough. The pressure was perfect and Monica was extremely talented and had complete body weight control! She finished with her hands as she placed the hot stones on my back.When I turned over , Monica gently massaged my face and scalp. She then stressed my legs with a perfect balance of gentleness and firmness. My experience at Orchid Spa was marvelous and I will definitely be back whenever I visit again. Thank you Monica!!

The girl at the counter was not helpful at all. I wanted a half an hour massage and she didnt say anything, she just asked for the payment, and took me to a room. As no one explained a thing, it was very hard to understand that I had to be in my underwear and laying on the bed. The massage was kind of rude (even tho Im used to the rough ones where you are not relaxing but releasing tension) and I ended up with more sore muscles. When I was about to leave the girl asked, are you paying the tip on cash or credit card? She didnt ask if I wanted to tip... When paying the tip, I saw a tiny cartel where I could see that, an hour massage costs what they charged me for the half hour massage (if the girl had explained this at the beginning I would have changed my decision)...Anyway, maybe I just had one bad experience, but no way I can recommend this place!

These ladies were truly have Angel Hands. 🥹😂🥰This was by far the best massage I’ve had in such a long time. I came here with my partner and had the couples hot stone massage Phenomenal , these lovely ladies were such a joy and we shared a few laughs.

Acu I Spa got me and my 3 daughters in last minute for massages and facials and definitely a 5 star!!! They pampered us and took EXCELLENT care of us, hot stones and everything, I highly recommend!!!!!🙌🙌

My wife and I found this massage place after a previously planned massage was canceled due to covid. They were really great to fit us in quickly while we were on vacation. The price for the actual massage was fairly cheap. $60 an hour per person. So for two hours we gave $240. They did fail to tell us about the service charge for using a card. The front desk lady/masseuse had very broken English. It was definitely a unique massage where the ladies used their whole bodies in the massage. If you are modest and don’t want your whole body shown I would not suggest going here. They left the door open to our massage room the entire time and basically uncovered our whole rear ends with no sheet covering it. The two female masseuses conversed in their language the whole time and would leave the room every so often. At one point they took the sheet and only used it covering my knees and then the other masseuse said something in their language and my masseuse started recovering me. At the end we were going to tip each masseuse $20 and the one who had broken English stated that $20 tip was for only one hour. I’ve never had someone demand more money on a tip. Wouldn’t come here again while on vacation.

Service was not at all what I expected gave it a chance because it came up on Groupon. The person that took car of me seem to be the only person working so she was taking calls while giving me my massage. When she was finish I gave her a 20 asked back for a 10 and she proceeded to say no 5. I said no please give me back 10 she walked off stomping like a child having a tantrum, speaking in her language not at all professional to behave like this. Will not be back do your due diligence before going to this business.

I believe her name was Lola, and she was fantastic. I was asked whether the level of pressure was comfortable, and I was given a great massage with really gentle hands. She still wanted to know whether the stones were too hot to hold her hand on.

I had a 90 min service, 45 min massage and 45 min facial. Staff was professional and regularly checked the pressure. Would recommend on visits to Orlando!

I went today to have a massage and Luna did a great job! Everything was clean and she asked what kind of pressure I wanted. For me, the medium was perfect. I really recommend this place if you want to relax!!

Had a great massage today! The lady that worked on me had strong hands. I asked for a hard massage and got what I asked for. Got interrupted a couple times, but she apologized and still went the whole hour. Very professional and pleasant. I’d recommend this establishment to anyone.

We did the couple massage and it was amazing! The 2 ladies worked on all parts of our bodies, especially our backs. The hot stones were great! They were very kind and respectful. Will be back!

Just got back from my favorite place. This time saw Lulu for the first time. My muscles are so relaxed from the airplane cramped seats. It felt so good I asked if I could do another hour, for my feet. they have Groupon specials, I suggest everyone take advantage of this. I just add my savings to the tip. This place is always exceptionaly clean, the owner is the sweetest person I know. She runs a very professional spa. I can’t wait to return.

Me and my family of 3 out of town from New Orleans, 2 foot massage and 1 full body massage. We get in the room settle me and another person and a lady come in and say 5 minutes more people are coming finally after 10 minutes to Hispanic girls come in with the Asian lady and they don’t know where anything is doesn’t speak English only Spanish! So I asked the Asian lady how do they communicate she said a translator! Again the two Hispanic ladies didn’t know where anything was so It was sitting right we need ! Finally I said no this not right did you get these women off the street they came in all dressed up the Asian lady say their part time but they didn’t know where anything was ! I requested my money back and left ! DO NOT RECOMMEND

This place is AWESOME!! Granted, this was my first time getting a message Peter set the bar very high. I needed a strong hand and he did a great job checking on me and going over and beyond. My sister was with me and she had Emily. All I can say is before I knew it, my sister passed out in the middle of the session. 😂 need I say more 🤷🏽‍♀️. This place was awesome 👌🏽. Highly recommended.

I bought a 30 minute massage for my wife, The price is very reasonable for being so close to all the resorts. They are a small local place and it is very clean and professional. They have private rooms also. My wife said she felt very comfortable and safe going there, for being from out of town. My wife also reports that it was a great relaxing massage, and the lady that was doing the massage took her time and worked out the knots in her shoulders. The only reason for a 4 star rating over a 5 star, was that I called earlier that day to schedule her an appointment for 7pm that night, and when my wife showed up, she was told they had a walk in appointment, and she would have to wait until 730. In the big picture it is not that big of a deal, but I wanted to pass it along. But we will definitely schedule another appointment next time we are in town.

Wow, Mia really stands out. Straight from the airport where I landed after a flight from the West Coast, I made my way there. I had a lot of tension in my neck and back from sitting for so long on the plane. After 60 minutes of deep massage with hot rocks, I was done. I quickly recovered from my illness thanks to Mia.

Had an amazing experience in our Couples massage Peter and Coco truly were wonderful and in sync with our bodies needs! I had Peter and he gave me strong pressure and they both made sure we were comfortable the whole time.Please check them out we found the on Groupon and called first to see if they had any availabilities, they did and honored the groupon price!Truly recommend them if you are going to be staying in the orlando area!!! Best massage we have yet had and we get them frequently!

Lola (I think her name was) was amazing. Asked me if the pressure was okay or not, very soft hands & provided just a superb massage. Even with the hot stones she asked if it was too hot or not.

I mean the massage was good, I just wish they dont have their phones in the room during the session, and I think it would make sense if the therapist and front desk communicates better or have the therapist ask their clients what their concerns are instead of saying sorry I didnt know

This is hands down the worst massage I have ever received. My boyfriend and I went for a couples massage and we could barley even move when they finished. I felt like I had just been beaten. They also make you tip more before leaving. As we were leaving the man pointed to my receipt - where I had already left a tip and said ‘more, more’.

Extremely displeased. My boyfriend and I wanted to go for a relaxing massage. It was not relaxing it was painful and uncomfortable and also unprofessional. Also, I got asked to tip. Which I didn’t want to because of how bad the service was. I said something to her but she would listen for a min and then go back to doing the same thing.

They got me in same day and the massage was affordable. I had a massive knot near my shoulder blade that they were able to work out so I could turn my head to either side again. Will be back if my back is in pain again.

This was quite enjoyable! I was very pleased as was my mother in law. I have fibromyalsia and I wasnt sure if the light massage would trigger my pain. Once I told her, she regularly asked how things felt so she would not hurt me. We will definitely go back next vacation!

I went in trying to get a massage before taking my flight and at the moment I was going to pay before getting the message they asked me if I wanted to add the tip I said yes $10.00 and the lady at the front desk kept insisting to leave 20$ she kept saying 10$ is too little for a tip and kept arguing back and forth about the tip and I found that rather unprofessional and rude. I ended up leaving and was really looking forward to it.

I am a big guy, but the relaxation massage was pretty good with adequate pressure. Only issue was the lady at the front desk insisted I tip 20 bucks instead of 15 like I told her to run the card for. She then said 30. I told her no and to run it for 15. She ended up running my card for 20. That was certainly unprofessional and not allowed/illegal to do in America. I heard stories of this happening overseas, but here it is illegal to run up a tip or price of service.

The massage technique is very good, the service attitude is warm, the environment is hygienic and elegant, I have personally experienced it twice,I feel good, I will continue to visit!

I am a massage trainer from the Uk I had a massage here and found it extremely unprofessional. The male therapist did not use a modesty towel while doing the massage which is a must in the training I do!. I think a lot of women would be uncomfortable with his massage.I would recommend seeking a more professional massage spa especially if you are not use to getting massage. I would give a minus star rating if I could!!
