Great Customer service, but the automatic 15% service fee and request for individual tip was Crazy. Price was to high for food quality, Ribs over cooked, salsa was just pico and was watery. Wouldnt even stay on the chips, and the cheese was can cheese or cheese wiz, street corn was okay, but lacking in sweetness.

We had an exceptional dinner. The atmosphere and the food were great, but it was our waiter, Diego, who truly made the experience much more enjoyable. Not only did he recommend some amazing drinks, but from the moment we arrived, his service was impeccable. He made us feel right at home, ensuring that every detail of our visit was perfect. His friendly and professional attitude made our night out truly special. He definitely deserves recognition for his excellent service.
Its what youd expect from Señor Frogs. Good fun, food and damn near impossible to frown with an 18-inch margarita. It takes a bit for adults to come in and take over the place with drunken shenanigans, so kids can have fun beforehand.I ended up spending about a hundred bucks after tip. It was just me, but I got the 2 for 1 yard margaritas that were a little more than I was expecting to spend. I had a little buzz, so I ordered an app to wait it out. Food always comes quick, so dont bother with an aperitif.
Im from arkansas and ive never seen anything like this place in my whole life. i came in and colorful lights were flashing, there were people on stage dancing and there were six birthday celebrations and one anniversary celebration. the employees got on stage and danced and one employee walked around with a follow the leader sign. we did the cha cha dlide as well. i went there at 7:30PM and this is the most hype, fun, colorful, and non judgemental place ive ever been to, not to mention how sweet and helpful the waiter was. if youre just travelling through florida, this is a place you need to stop by.
I had the opportunity to have dinner last week at this restaurant. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. I especially want to highlight Marcelas service, who was incredibly kind and attentive throughout the evening. The food was delicious, exceeding all my expectations. Each dish was presented with care and detail, and the flavors were simply exquisite. The ambiance of the restaurant also contributed to a memorable dinner. The decor, music, and atmosphere made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I will return to this restaurant with my friends and family.
Had a fantastic time at Senor Frogs. It was a Saturday night and the place was buzzing. Free shots at the stage during the live music. The food was really good. Had the Blackened Mali Tacos, they were delicious. Got a couple of souvenir drinks, not too much alcohol in them. Service was ok, the music is loud throughout the entire place even in the dining area. I liked it but its really a place to go have a party then a family dinner, at least late at night. Overall a great experience at Senor Frogs.
Had the pleasure of being served by Diego, and he was amazing!! Went with a few friends to celebrate a friend being in town and he was so kind and funny! He helped us pick the right drinks for our taste and the food was also good even though we just got some things to share. He hands down made our night and I will be back because of his great hospitality!!
Maybe cause it was crowded on Tuesdays there but I felt as if we were waited on a Lil longer than the rest. Dunno if we slipped thru the cracks or not but the food was OK. Steak seemed to be a bit dried. But overall it was fun. They do birthday partys etc. Atmosphere was good. Decorated very nicely inside
The reason Im leaving three stars is the facts that I was never aware of a service charge I ended up paying 133 for one adult meal one kids meal one app and 2 drinks and on top of that the food was a 4.5 out of 10 never again will I come here this is something you let your customers know before ordering
Went to celebrate my best friend 57th birthday. My first time there. The food was very good. Music was good. Service was fast. Only bad thing was were they sat us. Our table was in the back near were the waiters and staff come in and out we kept getting bumped in to. But overall great time. If you looking for a place to eat good food and drink then dance (club vibe) this is the place for you. Plan to go back next weekend.

Giving one star due to the poor service received. I visited tonight Saturday 7/21. Upon entering this establishment there was a sign stating that the cover charge was $20. However, the cover is subjective depending on your skin color. There was a party of 6, who paid $5 each. However, when i stepped up next I was informed that the charge was $20. The money wasn’t the issue. It was the inability to explain why the charge was different for me and the patrons behind me who looked like me. I got no explanation. I’ve been here several times. Will never come back. Please educate your front staff about prejudice behavior. All people deserve to be treated fairly. No exceptions.
My last day in Orlando for this trip.Just visited this restaurant and was thoroughly impressed! The grilled chicken bowl was a delightful medley of flavors, perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The chicken wings were equally impressive, with a succulent taste that left me craving more. This was my first time at Señor Frogs, we came here for my birthday and I had an AMAZING time! David was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed and made it very fun! The drinks were phenomenal especially the yard, the food was delicious, overall it was just a spectacular experience! Will be coming here again!
Insanely overpriced food for below than average quality. Enjoy the surprise 15% service fee and tacking on items I didnt even order. Service is also poor, Ive had plenty better experiences at McDonalds. Never go there, way better options for half the cost.

Beware the automatic 15% service charge. I normally tip 20% or more. But when an establishment tacks on a service charge, that goes away. Our waiter did pretty good but the DJ played the music way too loud to be enjoyable. The salsa was runny and the sprig of cilantro in the middle of it made dipping interesting. I could only rate the food mediocre compared to other local restaurants.
The food was amazing, my family and I came while we were on a family vacation and it was an awesome environment and it was very kid friendly! The only thing I need to complain about is the waiter. She never came to fill our cups, we waited 40 mins just for us to ask to get the check and she was walking around just talking with her friends. Not professional at all!

Popped in for a quick drink and a couple apps. The salsa is basically liquid. The queso was very good but was surprised by the service fee automatically added to the check without any warning. There are plenty of other excellent restaurants that dont hit you with hidden fees so consider them.
We cane out for my sister in laws sweet 16. The atmosphere was fun and busy but the food was meh. It’s a place to go for fun, dancing and drinks but it seems like the food was lacking. I got shrimp tacos and the shrimp was fishy and over spiced. When it came out the plate was warm and the shrimp was cold. My husband got wings and the meat on them was lacking. They were cooked fine though so thats a plus. The staff seemed to huttled together and most of them treated their job like they were at a party and the customers were their annoying sibling that tagged along. I wont be back.
This place was made to have FUN. With a variety of frozen drinks and drinks on the rocks (mugs, yards, or pitchers) there is a drink for everyone. Their food menu also has a wide variety of food options including shareable platters for groups and kid’s meals for the little ones. Their chicken taquitos are delicious, the guacamole is exceptional. We ordered their 3 cheese queso dip, however, I couldn’t find where the name came from as the cheese tasted as if it came straight from a bag/can let alone 3 different cheeses. The corn is tasty and good to share.Frankly, you’re better off eating in the surrounding establishments and then coming in for drinks unless you’re in the mood for some tacos/Mexican food. This place is great to party and have a good time with friends and family. On late night Thursdays they have live DJ, please do call and confirm as this could’ve been a one time thing. Hookah is available if that is of interest to you. Keep in mind, the ambience is different during the day compared to late nights. You can choose to dance by your table or in the dancing area in front of the stage. Have fun and bottoms up!

I genuinely wish I could give them ZERO stars. TWO fights broke out in the standing room area, with injuries to everyone around them. There was no security in sight, and it broke out in the exact same area. Manager was addressed to the situation and just threatened to kick people who were concerned that they almost got hit and asked for actual security in the area out. Security was not in sight and bystanders had to intervene to break up the fights. TWICE. On a weeknight.Management and security do not care if you get hurt here. Avoid if you want to have a safe time.

FYI the BOGO margaritas are a scam 40 dollars for one and you get the other one free when most places are 16 dollars for one GREAT margarita so dont buy into the hype they basically kick out off the table after 2 hrs if you wanna get your moneys worth just go there the dance and party after 10 be sure you already Drank good drinks cause theirs is not IT still had fun because of the DJ and atmosphere.
This is not a family friendly place. I used to work at a Senor Frogs in Acapulco, and we never charge for an entrance. This place will charge you a cover entrance which includes nothing. The drinks are mediocre. The food is just bad. They claim to be a Mexican cuisine, but this is not Mexican at all. Nothing about this place is Mexican, not the food, not the music, not the staff, not the decoration, nothing. Dont waste your money. Go to Bahama breeze that is close by. You will get value, for your money.
I went Friday with my sisters to have lunch, all food was excellent and delicious. Our server was Marcela, she gave us the best costumer service experience and it was exceptional. I truly recommend this place to eat and also as an option to hang out with friends at night

We had a group of 8 people celebrating an 18th birthday celebration. It was FANTASTIC!!! The service was incredible Sebas our waiter did a great job and the party went flawlessly. We closed out the club and even the security were friendly and seem very attentive to the crowd.Yes there is a cover charge. (What good club doesn’t have a charge?) $10 for adults and $15 for under 21Parking is difficult if you want it free, but for $20 the valet puts you right at the front door. Visited Senor Frogs on New Years Eve and had a great time! The food was really good and there was such a great vibe in the restaurant. The cocktails are really good but make sure you check the price before purchasing as they are very expensive. Friendly services - will definitely return when Im back in Orlando!

Our experience with Senor Frog is very bad. We ordered a sampler appetizer and queso with chorizo, and a cheeseburger for our kid. Our cheeseburger had no cheese and our server took twenty minutes to come back for us to tell him this. The queso is pretty much velveeta. Even the chorizo is not flavorful. The taquitos were not seasoned and the wings were extremely overcooked. The bbq sauce for the wings is terrible and a very weird red color. We waited at our table an additional twenty minutes waiting for the server to come back for us to get the check. And on the check was a 15% service charge for 3 people. Gratuity is typically for large parties, so buyer beware. The women’s bathroom was gross and had broken faucets. Definitely the most Americanized Tex mex I’ve ever had.
The food was good and filling. I recently went Vegan and didnt have trouble finding something at all. We went when it opened around 12 so we didnt have to wait. This also helped with service, they werent busy so they checked on us often. The food didnt take long at all. They played Latin music and had a colorful interior design. Great! Cant complain.
Went there while visiting friends in Orlando. Its a cool place. My only disappointment was the $19 for the three Carne asada tacos that were tiny as heck. More than $6 a taco, and they were so dang small that I was still hungry when I finished them. Service was good though. The waiter kept up with our drinks.

This place is just expensive. They sell you 40 dollars for 1 drink and give you the other one for free. The servers wants to sell you the promotion even when you ask her for details she just focused on the 40 dollar promotion. We ordered the promotion and the drinks were just fill it out with ice, watery and not alcohol at all. The music was just the same all the time and the Dj was not good at all. I went to ask him for a song and he told me in a very rude way we are done. It was 10 minutes before closing and the DJ was not willing to play a different song that I was requesting. This place is not worth it. Just expensive, not good music and rude people. Horrible place!
Amazing as always, we went for a birthday celebration. The atmosphere at 5 pm was laid back yet the music was bumping! The service was exceptional, we had a party of 10 and all the food came out together and was hot and tasty. I had the chicken Alfredo and Corn Ribs as a side, both were so good!!! Come here at night and watch a restaurant transform to a club right before your eyes! We love Senor Frogs!
Went for lunch and the service was excellent. The decorations are fantastic. If you sit in the middle of the restaurant there are tons of funny signs on the ceiling and walls to read. The food was decent. I was disappointed that the kids meal said mini hot dogs then we got a larger than average hot dog. We sat on the patio originally but had gnats floating in our drinks so we moved inside.
We came to this location with a large group, we were in Orlando for a sporting event. The food and atmosphere was amazing. The service was great until it came to our bills. I was charged twice for 2 meals and drinks. The server INSISTED that mine and my friends bills were together and not paid. We had asked for our drinks to be on the same bill ( 2 drinks) Anyways she lied and both of us were charged for these meals so they were paid TWICE. So now I need to dispute a $147.02 because the server wouldnt allow us to leave without paying it. VERY disappointed.

Went there a couple days ago for dinner and we had an amazing time. The environment was amazing and the costumer service from my server Marcela was out of this world. Strongly recommend going there, specially if you are celebrating anything special.
The food isn’t that good. There is a thick cherry looking glaze on the ribs. It actually tasted pretty good but it’s slathered on and the ribs were a bit tough. Mac n cheese burger wasn’t good. The chicken was dry that came with the pasta. The margarita on the rocks pitcher tasted like juice and the pitcher of frozen margarita wasn’t any better. The queso with chorizo was the best thing we had.
Our waitress Kristtial was amazing. She kept our drinks full and plates came out hot! She checked in on us consistently and made sure we had everything we needed.
After good experiences in Cozumel and San Juan tried this version of this chain.Not many guests and when we got the check we understood why. Besides the 11 usd for some chips and salsa they also added 15% service charge. Food was disapointing so to prevent low tips, they tipped themselves I think.If with a large group, I can understand this but we were with 2 adults and a 12yo. We ended up paying 75 usd for soup, chips and salsa, 1 portion of wings and a kidsburger, with less meat a mc donalds burger.Very disappointing experience.
Music was great on a Monday. The 18% gratuity just because its after 11pm is not appropriate. And thats per person on the tab as I was explained. Not happy about that. We hadnt even ordered food. So we have to pay employees we havent ever gotten service from or ordered from because were in the building. Absolutely not.
The vibe here is IT! Talk about a great time in Orlando. The food was amazing and super quick to get, the atmosphere is fun makes you want to party all day and night, the drinks well I mean come on now it’s Senor frogs ofcourse they are amazing, and our lovely server Lizzy was the best she was super sweet and fun even helped us out with tourist locations to visit. We will be back when back in Orlando!

This is the worst restaurant I have ever ate at in my life. I do not recommend it for anybody in the Orlando area. They brought us the wrong food the trio enchiladas, which we did not order. They proceeded to charge us for it after being told no we’ll just count it as the chicken fajitas. They did not change the bill. My bill was 270+ dollars and they wanted me to pay an extra $33 for a tip. Never go to this restaurant!

Everything was great. I got the fajita burger. It was so juicy and filled with flavor. We got the sampler as well which was to die for. DRINKS WERE OUT OF THIS WORLD. The vibe was great. Everyone was so nice.. Was very pleased. Only thing is they did fail to mention they do charge the tip on their own about 18%. So thats just something I feel they should let people know or have it written somewhere on a menu or at the counter.

Quite interesting decor - bright and vibrant with loud disco music. Sadly downhill from there, possibly the most bland Mexican food to have passed my lips, only brought to life with lashings of hot sauce. Really wouldnt bother if I were you. Sorry.
Your carne asada taste like dishwasher and was like rubber. Your waitstaff cant count. When told we need a table for 5 we are taken to a table for 3. When we told them we needed a table for 5 she just walked off. I would recommend everyone avoid this place. There are many far better places to eat nearby.

I do not recommend this place if you want just drinks & appetizers. I came to Señor Frogs 5/4/2024 with friends to enjoy the music, have fun, enjoy drinks & appetizers. Reserved a table, which has a 2 hour limit (no problem with that). Was sitting at the table for no less than 20 minutes with my appetizer & drinks and was told I was needed to order at least an entree to continue sitting at the table. My friends and I felt like we were getting pushed out if we did not order more than just drinks and appetizers. The waitress & manager told me it’s a policy you can’t just order drinks and an appetizer and they have people with other reservations. I understand 100% you are trying to get people in and out for other reservations. But I made that reservation for a night out of fun simple drinks and food, but no where was told there is a “policy” of having to order more than just drinks & an appetizer to share. I came here the weekend before and ordered drinks & appetizers, but was told nothing about a policy and the waitress let my friends and I enjoy our time. I looked on the website to find the “policy” but no where to be found. Love the music and fun at Señor Frogs, just rude service.
The best time weve had in awhile! We brought the whole family for a birthday party everybody there was very nice and took great care of us. The food was absolutely delicious and the drink prices were perfect for my budget this will definitely be our new party spot!
I am sooooo DISAPPOINTED with this experience! This is my first time in Orlando, FL, my first time eating at Senor Frogs, and was not a good experience. We first walked in and there was a wait, which is ok. The hostess was kind of nonchalant. After about 10 minutes we were seated. Our servers name was Kelvin. I was trying to ask him questions about the menu, and he could not understand what I was asking. I felt the disconnect there. The majority of them do not understand English well, so it was difficult talking to them asking about the menu. I tried to ask him what was good. Then, we placed our order and the guy delivering the food obviously did not want to be at work. He had dark, neck length, curly hair, with a red cap and glasses. He kept delivering food to the wrong table. I overheard the ladies at the table trying to tell passing servers that they delivered the nachos to the wrong table. Our server finally came back and took the nachos off their table and tried to put them on our table. I said no, I dont want that and they were on their table. I want some fresh nachos. I cannot believe he was going to put food on our table that had been sitting on another persons table over five minutes. He hasnt been trained not to do that? Then we watched the man deliver food to the wrong table at least 6 times. Every time he brought food out, he took it to the wrong table and they told him it wasnt theirs. The food was good, except my moms macaroni burger. My mom did not like the burger. It did not have a taste to it. The food is extremely expensive and overpriced. The burger was $17 and the burrito was $16.50. The server, Kelvin, did not check on us at all. He communicated and checked on the four Caucasian women that fussed at him about not putting those nachos on our table. But he did not check on us. He acted as if he did not want to even talk to us. It is so sad the discrimination and prejudice that continues to take place in this country. Its even sadder that its Hispanics discriminating against African Americans. I did not want to give a tip at all. He did not deserve a small tip. But my mom gave him $2. He did not say thank you or nothing. Extremely bad service. Do not support this extremely expensive business.
This was our second time dining at the establishment. The first time, we thoroughly enjoyed the cuisine and overall experience. However, this time, we encountered an unfortunate situation where myself and my family experienced gastrointestinal discomfort after the meal. It is difficult to pinpoint the exact cause, but it resulted in a less than satisfactory dining experience.
Other than the atmosphere, this place is mid at best. Given its obviously a tourist trap. I just went with some friends for a birthday. The food was okay. The drinks were straight alcohol, no mixers or flavor to be found. I mean a strong pour is nice, but these were basically giant shots. I actually sent one back, and the next one came the same. I ended up asking for a cup of soda to mix with it. They also didnt give my friend her second drink on her 2 for 1 order, but she definitely paid for it.

It was more of a club / restaurant lol. But we had a great time. But really $2.00 for sour cream 🙄. I had to ask to get menus and service we sat for a while with no service. But staff was friendly and accommodate us. Just very hard to hear over the music giving our orders and what they were offering.
I dont appreciate how they add-on the gratuity. And then charge you for a tiny cup of ranch dressing. If youre allergic to ketchup and you asked them for ranch, youre gonna get charged a $1.99. No I took my family there in. You can get to buy one, get 1. Its not Bible, cant win? Youre paying full price. Dont even drink there, you can go, buy. You think alcohol somewhere else? Our family ended up at Senor Frogs the day after hurricane Ian. It was wild, probably over 100 guests and maybe 8 staff running FOH. Everyone was extremely kind, the hot food served hot and cold food served cold. I hadnt ever been to a Senor Frogs, but the sincerity of the staff was amazing. We had Isabella and she communicated well and took care of everything we needed.Im not sure what theyd be like during normal circumstances, but if our experience was any indication Id highly recommend them purely for their customer service. Im just grateful they chose to open.
I ordered delivery on 5/4/24. Only one third of the order was delivered. Veggie Fajitas basically was onion. Unable to reach the restaurant by phone and went to voice message directly every time I tried. Other people may have had better experiences but please be aware if you order delivery.
This place was decent. We got invited from a couple people at a hotel we were staying at. Im glad we went for the experience. It was hard to find parking but we did. They did offer valet parking but not sure the cost. They had a line to get in which moved pretty quickly. The decor and the way it looked inside was so dope. I loved it. And it was pretty big but still quite packed. I was sad about the cover price at $15 a person but it was worth it...especially since we drank for free thanks to the people we met. They had a couple good specials though. Served food. It closed at 2 in the morning. All around a fun place. I really enjoyed it.
Margaret was an excellent server. She was very personable and nice. She made sure to explain everything on the menu for us. We need someone like her everywhere!
I would like to start that I had high expectations for this restaurant. I went for my friends birthday recently and was disappointed. My food was spoiled. Everything was astronomically expensive. My meal was $30 and it was barely decent.When we first arrived there was a long line but I didnt mind since I expected it since it was a Friday evening. We had a reservation and were a little late so I knew there was going to be a wait.When we got a table which did not take too long, our server was nowhere to be seen for about 30 minutes. We were assigned a waiter later on and finally got our waters. We had to flag a different waiter to grab our orders after waiting 20 minutes and looking for our waiter.I ended up ordering the fajitas since it was what he recommended and it was quite pricey for what I got. It was barely decent. I also ordered a pitcher and the drink was decent.My friend ordered the shrimp burrito and it was gross. [then again i dont blame the restaurant for this one because it is hard blending in shrimp with a burrito] Our table ordered nachos with carne asada and they were spoiled. Everything on it was fine but the meat had a sour spoiled taste to it so I advised my friends not to touch it.The balloon animals were quite fun. My friend got one for his birthday. The dj was great and I had a fun time. The service and food was just horrible experience. There is also a cover before entering unless you enter before 9 pm. (i think the cashier mentioned it was free or $5) For $60 that night I thought it wasnt worth the experience.I would come back just for the dj and atmosphere but besides that I would not recommend eating here or getting drinks.

Drinks like House Margarita were very good.On service I recomend to pay more attention to the people sitting at the bar.Great job of the guy with the balloons making fun all customers in the restaurant.
Ordered Mexican Street Tacos steak they were horrible. The meat was dry with no flavor and the tortilla they were dry and cold. The atmosphere is great but it is visibly clear they are not cooking authentic food. The food here is not good.
Watch out for the Margaritas. My wife had one and was sick for the next 4 hours. We both had carnitas, and I had no issue. She is not a big drinker, and she complained while there that she felt drunk after less than half of it. She finished 75% and was like, no way. Ended up sick three times in a 10 minute drive. Several others in our party tried yards of Margaritas and complained of similar issues. It was 2 PM after AAU volleyball, so no one was drinking prior and no one drank more than one. Was pretty glad I was the driver and elected for a lemonade.
Im from Vegas and this was my first time in Orlandos location, all I can say is Felipe, Valentina and Pamela did so good. Food amazing, drinks great. Coming back really soon!
One step up from Chipotle. Check your bill, they add a 15% service fee. Was told ALL International Blvd restaurants do it for the bartender & kitchen staff. Not true, was at LongHorn night before & spent same amount. Had waitress remover the service charge off bill. We were a party of 2, no large group.
We walked by Señor Frogs several times before we actually made a reservation to eat there. From the outside it looked like a family restaurant, but we were pleasantly surprised when we finally decided to check it out. The food tasted great! The staff were all very welcoming, friendly, and seemed to work well together as a team helping one another out. The atmosphere was very colourful and the ceiling was covered in signs which were entertaining to read while waiting for our food. The signs they attach to your chairs also add a fun touch. At night I imagine they have live music as theres a stage and what appears to be a DJ stand. We would definitely eat here again and highly recommend if youre looking for somewhere to go for food, drinks, and a great vibe!

Our first time at Señor Frogs and we really enjoyed it. The decor was very bright, colorful and cheerful. The Restaurant itself was very clean even though it was busy, which is always a plus to me! The host who seated us was very friendly as was our waitress. The menu has a little bit of everything. Lots of appetizer choices. Lots of drink choices including frozen drinks which are a favorite in the Florida heat. We ordered the Jalapeños Poppers which were delicious! The breading was light and the flavorful. My Husband got the Mahi Mahi tacos and was so/so about them. They werent what he would get again, but they were filling. I got the Chicken Bowl. They actually brought me the Carnitas one on accident but were quick to fix the slip up. The Bowl was very filling. Make sure you ask for sour cream because it didnt come with it & definitely needs it. Overall a good experience. Also we did not order any desserts but they did have a good selection as well as a kids menu.
Angel greeted us today with a great smile, told us about drink specials, made us laugh. The food was outstanding and his service was top notch. When I come back I will ask for him

Amazing atmosphere, my wife and I had an amazing time. We really enjoyed the birria tacos and the barbecue chicken. Thanks to the friendly manager Yusepe for all the recommendations. We love the Fort Lauderdale location so we were sure we were love this Orlando location as well. We will definitely be back whenever we are back in town
This is the worst place ever. 15% mandatory tip added to your bill then they ask for more. Then they force you to pay your tab at shift change. $20 for a mixed shot. Good luck coming here. Been to run down tiki bars better than this.
2nd time at senor frogs and Its such a vibe tbh, brought one of my besties for her birthday and she enjoyed every moment...a time was had! Its a restaurant & kid friendly during the day...but the lights go off at 10pm and the adult funn begins, great music,great food,hookah clean bathrooms & great service. What more can you ask for :)

This place has stolen my heart!I have been going here for 5 years and it feels like family! From the DJ (metro) to my favorite bartender (Mila) to my fav security guards(Aaron and Tj) and the nicest manager (Giuseppe) they make it feel like home! And I can’t thank them enough for that!And I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else than here to drink, dance and party! 💚

We had a group of 32 people for a team dinner for volleyball nationals. The staff was awesome, food was excellent and everyone loved the atmosphere. We went on Friday night while on vacation and it was a whole vibe! The DJ kept it lit and the energy was electric. We came back the following night with our teenage daughters and nieces so that they can have a great experience on their last night in Orlando and they were pleased! We will definitely come back whenever we are in town.
Tamara was an excellent host for our first experience. My love Kelvin and I enjoyed our self to the upmost. And because of Her great Vibes. We will be back.
Our Waiter Juan was okay but he could do better . Honestly he could of told me there was a tip already included before he pocketed the tip money I gave him . Its a fun place to eat, listen and dance music. Staff are very friendly. Food is really good but pricey. If you want to stay longer for music you need to find a spot on the bar area because table maximum time is 2 hrs which is sad after paying so much in food and 🍸 drinks. The ceiling of the place is cover of different messages.

Not sure where to begin...I had heard such awesome things about senor frogs that I was totally excited to visit the one in Orlando. Its a popular tourist place, clearly, so parking wasnt easy but we found a place and was charged $10 by employee number 1. We walk in and were greeted by a frisk from employee number 2. Carded by employee number 3. Charged $5 per person for cover charge by employee number 4. Finally meet employee number 5 to be sat at a table. Employee #6 stopped to tell us to scan the menu on our phones. Employee #7 asked if we were ready to order drinks. Employee #8 which happened to be our actual server to our drink order. She informed us that the yard beers were bogo ($21.00) for Stella, so we actually ordered drinks. While she was gone, Employee #9 stopped by to sell us $5 shots... we declined. Employee #10 stopped by to ask if we wanted hookah (not sure of price). Employee #11 stopped by to see if we wanted souvenir pictures. Employee #12 stopped by to sell balloon sculpture design thing for $5. Then our server brought our drinks and took our food orders. Employee #13 stopped by to see if we wanted shots. Server brought our food. The dj is playing awesome dance music, the atmosphere is fun. The manager, Employee #14 stopped to see how everything was. People are dancing and having fun. Just a fun place. Then we noticed a sign on the table that we could only stay at the table for 2 hours only and would need to go to the bar. Asked the server about this and she said they are strict about this policy. Food was good. Service was fine until the bill came and our server told me that the 15% gratuity that was added goes to the restaurant but the extra tip that I was expected to leave would go to her.In short. Im all about capitalism and business thriving, but the ABSOLUTE GREED that I experienced at this place was so overwhelming that it ruined an experience I had been so excited to be part of. Dinner and 3 beers for four that would have cost $75 elsewhere cost over $200 at senor frogs. But the server asking for an additional tip on top of the already added gratuity was the icing on the cake and I had to leave. No ill never return and seriously could never recommend even though the food was good and the general atmosphere was fun.
Marcela was our server and we had our 3 year old with us. The service was amazing and the food came out fast which is great when you have a kid! Absolutely recommend this place and ask for Marcela!
Upon entrance we were greeted by multiple employees.I love the whole vibe of the restaurant.They play a great music selection.Food was good.Service was excellent!!!However, their prices are just too high! The price did not meet the value of the meals at all. 3 pastas, a cheese quesadilla and a burger came to $102! Soda was $3.75 each!!!

We had a fun time, but the food I ordered came out wrong, and instead of offering to fix or replace the food the waiter argued that what I received was what I had told him I wanted. I remembered ordering. He was gaslighting me about my food order. Not cool.

My first experience at a senior frogs. The food was mediocre at best. The menu has too much variety for anything to be excellent. It was very generic. The music was a bit loud and it made conversation difficult.

Worst place to stop by on the strip. Desperately we stopped for food here. The food came out super fast however I handed the credit card to the waitress she refused to take it. After she did take it she walked back behind the bar and then lost it for the next 30 minutes. When she came back she told me I had the card and I was the person who lost it after multiple exchanges it finally appeared out of nowhere but I already tipped. I would not eat here if I was starving

There was absolutely nothing left on the plate when we were done.We shared the appetizer sampler. Amazing cheese quesadillas, BBQ chicken wings, chicken taquitos, and jalapeño poppers.We fought over the grilled shrimp 🍤 😋 tacos.. blackened grilled shrimp topped with fresh guacamole, Chipotle anchor dressing cabbage with Pico on top.Now. The drinks..... 🍸I got the Sr frog. It was amazing! My husband got the pineapple Rita. They were amazingly 👏 😍 👌 ❤.
Never had a bad experience until last night, we made reservations for a dinner party for up to 12 people. You give us two separate tables so everyone can not engage in conversation then have the audacity to say that we need to order food, if we just wanted drinks we should have gone to the bar. The whole idea was for us to have dinner is why we made reservations but you could not accommodate us all sitting together. We couldnt hear the waitress when she was taking our drink order because it was way too loud. Definitely need to change up your management tactics, we are the customer which is how a business thrives, why not say let me see what I can do or Im sorry this is best I can do right now.I spent $75 on 2 drinks, $25 on valet.Down $100 in a matter of 30-45 minutes,For absolutely nothing!!!!
I have to been to various senor Frogs in vacations and stumbled upon this one in International drive in Orlando so I had to check it out. It was a Saturday evening at Pamela was running by the bar by herself. She was busy but still very sweet and attentive. I didnt plan on eating but she sold me on the street corn and the Birria tacos which were fantastic. I will make sure that senor Frogs is a stop I make everytime I come back to Orlando. Hopefully Pamela will be running the show at the bar again! 10/10 experience, Thanks Pamela!!

Drinks were unappealing and this place is a madhouse. Dont go if you have any light or auditory sensitivities at ALL. Even the children were covering their ears and ducking their heads when the staff would start strobing the lights and blowing whistles indoors. Bartenders were quick.
I chose to spend my birthday here and it was a fun atmosphere. Lots of music and drinks. They do charge a cover charge for you to enter at night. Its 10 for adults 21 +and 15 for underage. Which is a little much with the price of food. Chile we spent 300$for some drinks ,wings ,and fajitas . They advertise the yard drinks as bogo but they are$20 a pop so damn right you better give me a second for free they are all ice . However, to be extremely packed, The food came out quickly and well seasoned but it took forever for simple things like waters and To-go boxes. And they charge for every little thing you ask for like extra tortilla or more chips for the salsa. But the dj was playing good music and a lot of crowd interaction. The parking was also crazy so prepare for the traffic turning onto international drive and the parking lot.
Place is a complete scam. My wife and I arrived at 1:51am, ordered 2 draft beers, and poured without issue. 9 minutes later we were told to “chug” our beer and leave the property as they were closed. We paid $20 for 2 beers and 9 minutes later told to leave the property. We talked to the “manager” and the head “body guard” and was told the same thing. My wife was very upset, but the manger and staff acted like we were trying to take the place down. People in mask, people 4x size of me trying to bully me out while we wanted to finish our beer. Screw this place.
Nice place, entertaining. I didnt like that they charged an entry fee. Especially since we bought food and drinks. plus 20 to park, 30 to park in front. Too expensive but nice. I wont be going back, sorry to say. Not worth all the add fees.

The most overrated place in Orlando. This restaurant looks rundown. The high reviews are from tourists who unfortunately do not know any better. If you’re hungry and want “Mexican food” go to Chipotle. You’re better off. I ordered taco salad which the presentation was so horrible. The food was not hot and was just a hot mess. Spare your money and eat elsewhere. The drinks are bland and have little to no alcohol in there. 🤢🤮
My first visit to Senor Frogs. I had dinner with some coworkers while at a conference. The atmosphere was fun & our server was wonderful. They randomly put little signs behind your chair, mine said hot & ready, lol. I ordered the virgin Miami Vice & it was delicious, so was my chicken quesidilla. My husband had the hurricane and he said it was pretty strong but good. Will visit again.
Terrible manager and staff. pulled into the parking lot nearby and took a sharp turn at an angle to back into a spot. seemingly out of no where, a senor frogs security guard started screaming at me to pull over, hitting my windows with his hands, and shining a flashlight in my face. he screams at me to pull over every time i try to move so i rolled my window down and said i was trying to and asking what i did?he started yelling at me for my ID and so i reach into my bag on my passenger seat and he starts screaming at me asking if i was with these people he pointed at down the parking lot. I tell him no, he yells for my ID again. i had been feeling around in my bag for my wallet since he had first asked.Still feeling around for my wallet, he screams, “why were you cutting in here so quick? where are you going?” I tell him i was just trying to find parking, he yells for my ID. i tell him im trying to find it and when i show it he takes it and yells at me again to park right there, in the spot i was originally going to. then he walks off with my ID.I walked down the parking lot towards the direction i saw him go to go after my license. then finally on the other side of the building find him walking a woman who had been accused of stealing to her car where she said she had the money to pay them back.he walks up to me apologizing and thanking me for my cooperation in this investigation and hands me back my license and asks where i was intended to go. I said here and he promised me, in front of another employee of senior frogs with light brown hair, that my cover would be on him and he’d cover 1 drink as well.I walked up to the entrance and at the front the man there told me everyone has to pay, i tried to explain again, getting more frustrated. the man at the podium looked at me annoyed and like i was crazy and gestured over to another man who also argued with me while i tried to explain and then finally the man with light brown hair came around and confirmed it was covered.i say, “thank you” admittedly with attitude, but given all they were putting me through. the 2nd man who had walked up before told me not to give him attitude. after doing absolutely nothing wrong, so i responded, “I can say whatever the f🦆 i want.” and that man ended up being the manager and he had me kicked out. i had snapped given all the unbelievably ridiculous interactions i had with each of these employees and “manager”.i never saw that first security guy again and the other guy didn’t back me up because, “he’s my boss”. I was suppose to reunite with some really good people for one of their birthdays. haven’t gotten to see them in ages, hopefully there be another chance somewhere else.i didn’t deserve to be treated like that given how i had been holding my composure to begin with, especially. it was only after i was promised something and then treat like a criminal AGAIN, that i got angry.You all are very much in the wrong here.

Food terrible. Service trash. This restaurant chain has always been “touristy” but this one wins the crown. Avoid at all costs..oh yeah. Let’s not forget they automatically add a service charge for their sub par service. Oops! I almost forgot!!! The random man in a shiesty as we were leaving! Felt so comforting…

We had heard about Senior Frogs all you can eat tacos for a few months and finally decided to try it out on a whim.. I had never been to a senior frogs before, but it was pretty much what i had expected. Colorful and whimsical interior design. For me, that was the best part of the experience. Our waitress told us about the all you can eat taco special and let us know it was $25 a person. That was JUST for the tacos. If you wanted rice and beans it was an additional $5. There was steak, two kinds of pork, chicken, veggie, shrimp, and mahi-mahi. Unfortunately the seafood options werent available for the special I was going to get something different, but to tell you the truth most of whats on the menu was between $20-$30. So, with that in mind i decided to just get the special. Now, Ill say this, the kitchen was very quick to get our order out. But, i didnt know if thats because of their skill or the fact that there were fewer than 10 people in the restaurant. Side note: for a place with a taco Tuesday special, it should have raised a flag that it was so empty. When we got our food, we got four street tacos. They werent bad, but i dont recall seeing street tacos mentioned anywhere on the menu. Maybe its my own perception, but i imagined a full-sized soft taco. The second and following rounds only had two tacos at a time. For three people to have the special and drinks the total came to $92. The meal wasnt bad, but nowhere near worth the price we paid. It was an experience, but not one well be repeating
Came drinks are ok, the chairs are very uncomfortable. Bartender girl Alexandra ignored us, she has no idea what’s in the drinks. Which is ridiculous. Also they use fabolouso to clean the tables and bar it smells awful. You would think a restaurant would use approved cleaning supplies not dollar store cheap products. Especially in the bar. Nasty work.

Lovely and fun decor. The drinks where good. The foods good but not the best burrito I’ve ever had especially for the price. The food and drink prices are too high probably why there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. The staff was nice and friendly, but could have been a bit faster to welcome guest into the restaurant.
They took our party of 10 without a reservation on a Wednesday evening.The atmosphere is very much a party.The food was tasty and served appropriate temperature.
Señor Frogs Orlando is a great place to grab a casual and fun lunch. The vibe is lively and energetic, and the menu is packed with delicious options like tacos, nachos, and burgers. The drinks are also fantastic - I recommend trying one of their signature frozen cocktails. The service is friendly and attentive, which makes for a great overall experience.
Food was not good. This is more of a bar only waiter never came back to refill our drinks because we were not drinking alcohol also you are charged 18% on the check no matter what. I must have missed that on the menu because we would have left right then.
