Cookies Orlando never misses. Their knowledge, customer service and just all around vibe is industry leading in Florida. Today was no different than other times I’ve been there. I was greeted warmly and assisted with many questions and issues I had. My issue was resolved immediately and every single question I had was answered professionally and I didn’t feel like I was being talked down to like other dispensaries I’ve been to. I really appreciate that. The bud tenders ( I won’t post their names) were super nice and pointed me in the direction that I needed to be. The medicines that were recommended to me were very and are exactly what I need for my medical needs. 10 out of 10 would recommend

Great experience! Quick and easy. The guy who helped me (Jose - I believe his name is), was very knowledgeable and friendly. He guided me the whole way through the process. I would definitely come back to this store. My experience here was better than some of the other dispensaries I’ve been to in the area.

The marketing team need better wording for this, went in today to take advantage of this deal and was told there’s stipulations involved that weren’t listed on the promotion advertised. Didn’t even get any of the stuff I wanted to try, nor did I get anything free after buying 3-3.5’s, just paid for something that was “on sale”. This is not a way to a way to gain “foot traffic”, if you advertise something you should honor it, not change the rules when ppl walk into your establishment…this isn’t hood monopoly. Then when I hear back from the company about this, the customer support email they gave me wasn’t even active, my out going email couldn’t get delivered because the email was inactive. 🤦🏾‍♂️, I like cookies…I really do, but this just might make me go to another vendor.

It’s always a good time at cookies, I come here frequently. The product is simply the best there is and especially at the value.The store is always clean and is essentially an experience. Manager Ryan is always willing to help and informative as can be. Shay was very helpful in my selection of product along with Karla and Eddie tending to the front of house providing a secure, hassle free, and fun transaction.

Super easy experience, was in and out quickly. I believe I spoke with Shay, Cay and Ryan (I think that was his name 😅) and they were all super friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend checking them out! Oh and also Cay for president!

They finally opened. The building has been sitting for a year.Stopped in for the soft opening and then on the grand opening. Soft opening experience was way better.Big sign and lots of branding on the outside of the store. The inside is very bright and open. There are displays scattered through the store, with merchandaise on the walls.Flower station lets you see and smell some of the flower they have available.Check in at the front and then another budtender will help you from there.Good to great product, although very steep retail prices. Must use the early bird discount (09:00am - 11:00am) for 25%. They used to have a 10% online discount you could stack, but they stopped that.Catering to higher end shoppers, this isnt really a budget friendly dispensary.Their rewards points are one of the best in the FL program. $200 spent gets you $25 (12.5%). Your wallet empties after 90 days of no purchases though.

Carla was amazing. I came in looking for specific terpenes to help with a specific ailment. Carla was patient and able to answer all of my questions. I never felt rushed and she kept me at ease. It was my first time visiting a Cookies dispensary. 10/10 for customer service and product knowledge. Thank you, Carla!

For those complaining about the door, got to realize there must have been some kind of incident, or else they would have the front door accessible to the public, But once you are in the store, customer service is top notch, especially a young lady by the name of Cassandra, such knowledge of everything in the store, keep up the good work and much success to all employees. I Was coming here as a first time customer today however I left just as quickly as I arrived. From the greeting the woman was immediately rude and confrontational at the door. I am a veteran and have a bad back therefore my wife had to walk with me . However before we could even step inside out of the rain happening and entering through a back door side entrance due to their broken front door she refused to let my wife come in with me as a visitor , I’ve never encountered this kind of push back at other dispensaries. I was wet cold and not feeling well and after the ladies rude attitude and verbiage I left . Not after I almost fell due to the treacherous path you have to walk to get to their doorMaybe others have had good experiences here but as a first time customer and disabled person I was let down. Their winter park location was a let down.We went to the Deland location an hour and a half later and they allowed my wife in no problem no questions and treated us with dignity and compassion something the winter park store is incapable of.

Came in as a NP today, was greeted by Lish who set up my profile, explained everything to me and helped me get a good deal. Mikey served me and was very helpful as well with concentrates. Both were very friendly, knowledgeable and made the experience easy. great experience thanks to them!

I really like this Cookies, they’re so knowledgeable and friendly. Ryan has helped me the past two times I’ve been in, and he’s such a friendly guy and he always explains things to me and I’ve never been disappointed. First time visit to this location as I’ve previously been to the Las Vegas location. I wasn’t in the store longer than 5 minutes. First, the main entrance is not accessible and you have to go through the back side entrance which was very confusing and there wasn’t a sidewalk to walk on, you have to walk on lose tiles within the grass then ring the doorbell and await for the door to open. I had my cousin with me as a visitor and the gentlemen informed me no visitors were allowed due to a recent incident. Very inconveniencing as my cousin didn’t feel comfortable sitting in the car in the neighborhood. Next I asked to view their online menu on their tablet and was told that they couldn’t do so & to research it myself. I asked if they had a lighter to purchase and was told they don’t have any available. I went to INSA Dispensary, 3 minutes down the street & received better deals, great quality products, review their menu on the in store tablet, bring my cousin in as a visitor, & get a lighter within 5 minutes total. Overall I think they should consider relocating this location to a better area & look to retrain their employees in customer service. Will not recommend this dispensary or be returning back to this location.

First time shopping at this Dispensary. Bud tender was great she answered everything I had to ask... My problem was with the flower. Its wasnt fresh it was hard and turned to dust when grinded down. This was totally unacceptable especially being that Cookies is supposed to be a top of the line dispensary! Bad enough they charge an arm and a leg at least have fresh medication to give to patients

Soooo very upset about the product todayI come quite often but usually I buy your vapes or concentrates, so I figured to finally try the flower out and see what all the hype is about went ahead and bought a 1/4, and UNFORTUNATELY it was beyond dry and crunchy so needless to say it will be my first and LAST time getting your flower. I am very disappointed with the terrible quality.

Horrible establishment, this was my first time coming to a Cookies. My wife just didn’t want to sit in the car seeing how the neighborhood didn’t look too good. I was told my wife couldn’t come in without her I.D, we went back to car and got it, only to then be told, because she doesn’t have a medical card she can’t come in. I’m a manager at Surterra! We welcome all guests at all times of open hours. Telling a patient they can’t bring someone into the store and expecting them to still give you their money is wild. If you want to be treated like a person and not just a number come see us at Surterra.

This has to be the worst dispensary in the area. The staff has no professionalism, they act like they need to beat a damn timer during check out , it’s managed by a bunch of young people who have no consideration for their loyalty members. This location closes earlier than the posted closing time they will sell you high priced marijuana products, ATTENTION CORPORATE YOU NEED NEW STAFF TO RUN YOUR LOCATION INCLUDING NEW MANAGEMENT WHO ARE ACTUALLY WILLING TO WORK.

So far I have always had a good experiences in Cookies Orlando with every one I have delt with from the people that work the front desk to the greeters at the door of the sales floor to the customer service and sales resgister people. On my last visit I was being helped by Michael C. and as per all of my experiences with staff members at Cookies Orlando, Michael was very professional, patient, and most importantly he had very good energy which made it a pleasure to be helped by him. Shout out to him and the rest of his fellow Cookies staff members.So far I cant say anything negative about Cookies Orlando and their staff EXCEPT that they dont have enough sales and special pricing to help balance out their high Cookies tax. Their prices are often high compared to other dispensaries that often sell comprable meds at lower and more reasonable prices whether at regular prices and/or at sale prices. Other than that, Cookies staff, Cookies products and the Cookies brand in general are top notch and arguably the best in the Florida dispensary biz.

This dispensary has good flower, and the staff are friendly and helpful. However, this company knowingly sells defective products. I recently purchased a dual chamber vape from them that became unusable within 2 days, with the vast majority of oil still in the chambers. It would clog and taste overwhelmingly of metal. I checked Reddit and found a comment from their rep from a few days prior admitting that they have problems with the vapes. So they knew this and sold me an expensive faulty vape anyway. Extremely untrustworthy company. If you visit this dispensary, do your research ahead of time (and maybe just stick to their flower).

Location is easy to access, infrequently crowded, and efficient in their operations Product ranges from good to great. I dont personally shop here often enough to determine how consistent they are, but Ive been pleased with the ~2 ounces of flower Ive purchased in the last year.Cant speak for the concentrates, but with their pricing model it is an attractive option if you take advantage of the Wake & Bake daily discount.Michael, in particular, has ensured that each of my purchases are properly dispensed and well chosen. He has gone out of his way several times to assist me with my requests and is a great aid in strain selection. Hes also been instrumental in correcting errors, such as the single return Ive made or when he rectified a glitch in the OMMU system that affected my rec limit.Each time Ive visited, Ive had an enjoyable interaction with staff. From selecting and purchasing the ideal products for my needs to the casual and inviting atmosphere, Cookies Orlando has checked the boxes in my case.

Cookies was wonderful as always. McKayla was great. She made me feel comfortable and got me in and out quickly because I just been in a bad accident. But she also made sure that because my order had been canceled that overnight that it was replaced and replenished and remade quickly and got me in and out and got me a bowl that I could hold and Make sure I had the right bud for pain relief that I needed. She was excellent always cookies is always excellent. Between their 25% off early bird special, you cant beat it. This is the best dispensary around the best bud and the best prices and the best staff.
