Amazing customer service, great products, and great prices! I went to this store 3 times and mostly dealt with Moe but the last time I got to meet Mark and Maheim (may have spelled that wrong, sorry). All guys were extremely helpful with great personalities. I traveled all the way from New Orleans and when I come back into town this will definitely be the smoke shop I come to. Hands down the best smoke shop in Orlando plus they everything you need. Literally EVERYTHING!
Noe was really good at helping me understand why their brands are the best when it comes to purchasing hemp & thc and also when it came to customer service he put his best self forward by being really engaging and was curious about my smoking experience and what he could do to best enchance my experience. The place is also extremely clean and the setup is simple to understand when checking out different products.
Sammy was super helpful. I’ve been to 15 smoke shops in the last 3 years and have never experienced this customer service. Highly recommend out of all the smoke shops in downtown. The rest are ridiculous. Sammy made it super quick and fun for the most part.
Best Smokeshop in Orlando by a mile! Not only is it huge, very clean, well kept, and cheap, but also they have an amazing selection and an incredible staff. I’ve had the pleasure of being helped by both Mark in the morning and Sammy in the evening they are both incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. This will definitely be the only store I go to from now on.

The staff is friendly but not necessarily to everyone. Store is big and pretty clean. Hours are not accurate. Sometimes store is still closed even after posted door hours. Definitely not a 24/7 location. Be careful paying with any form of payment. I’ve been charged twice on 2 different occasions and prices seem to change daily because there is no set price. They key it in manually depending on what they are selling and to whom. Stopped buying from there because a guy asked me if I had my phone on me and wanted me to leave a nice review in exchange for a “upgrade/discount”. When I declined his whole demeanor towards me shifted and he nearly went to help someone else before remembering I was in the middle of buying something. Didn’t even speak to me from that point forward.

They get one star because zero isnt a option I came to the store for a smok amp5 The guy sold me on the pro version which is not really a big deal. Im OK with that the problem I have is that the difference between the pro and the regular is that you can swap out the batteries which is really. Cool option for longevity of the mod problem is. The sales person did not tell me I needed a battery. For this which left me on another hunt after I already drove 40 minutes to pick this up from them. Then come to find out. I got charged more? Than. Double for what you can buy this from a vape store right off line. Also this location is in a downtown area. Theres no parking. You have to park and walk to it as far as the store. It looked nice the sales person I was not happy with at all. I would never come back here. Its not a big deal because I do not live in the city. I just would really differ people from the store unless you know exactly what youre looking for because you might end up shorthanded.
The best vape shop in downtown Orlando hands down. The shop keepers are caring and well informed on their product.The amount of vape juice they have here is insane. Most vape shops nowadays only sell disposables but not this shop. They have a wide array of vape juices and vape accessories for people who still run mods.Every time I go in I’m greeted with a smile and the highest level of care. I’m happy to say that I’ve made this shop my primary and I look forward to remaining a customer of theirs. If you haven’t been here, go. You won’t get better prices anywhere else.

This place is ridiculous. I bought 2 packs of vape pods... total was 98 dollars and some change.. when I said something about this to the cashier I was told all sales were final. If YOU KNOW you are over charging and YOU KNOW you cant refund someone who changes their mind before leaving the store THEN YOU NEED to SAY HOW MUCH THE TOTAL IS!!! Way too overpriced. Disputing charges with my bank.
