Well I went in to buy some quick fix which I did purchase and decided to check out the grinders. I decided to purchase a purple green monkey grinder, since purple is my girls favorite color. Within a week of having the grinder it begin to fall apart (as you can see from the pics). I decided to give them a call to let them know about the grinder and was told he could give me 30% off my next purchase. I declined and told him don’t worry about it, definitely won’t be wasting any more of my money on the cheap product they sell.

I bought a pretty expensive $80 battery with the digital display for cartridges, after about 2 days the cheap thing starting getting lose everywhere and practically falling apart. Now the battery at FULL CHARGE last about 1-2 good rips and then immediately dies and takes like 2 hours to fully charge again. When I bought it the MANAGER said keep the receipt and take it back if I have any problems. Now when I bring it back they tell me they cant do anything because its used and there are no returns on the window. This shop is a scam, they tell you to keep the receipt when u cant even take it back. This shop has THE CHEAPEST products Ive ever used its like they are drop shipping from temu or something. Do not waste your money at this horrendous establishment

No respect or care for the customer! No one else was in the store guy asks me what I want I tell him he proceeded to grab my item, lady walks in walks up, and cuts in front of me at register. And the guy completely ignores the fact that I was there!! in line!! being served!!! All so he can flirt. Worst part is i couldnt even ask him why he did that without him refusing service. Dont expect to be treated right when you do nothing wrong there..

So let me get this right, if Im a woman I can skip the line and be treated with royalty? As I walked in the store I witnessed the store perfer favoritism of a woman vs a customer that had been waiting, I watched the customer ask why he was ignored and skipped like that and the dude had no answer and when the customer continued to speak and conversate about the issue. He was told he had to leave and they wont sell to him..what kind of store is thais?? The guy was just trying to find out why he got skipped and ignored and was told he was being unreasonable.... I think the owner needs to reevaluate the workeds and there customer relations how are you supposed to have reoccurring business if you push your customers away? I didnt even fully walk in the door turned around and walked !right back out wont be returning

Most run down selection of fake vapes. Employees inattentive unless making gross remarks. Dirty building, dirty parking lot, and dirty people running this place save your time and money and go elsewhere or even better go buy some nicotine patches from Publix across the street because this place will have you rethinking that Nic fix.

Love this place! They had a huge variety of smoke devices, beer and wine.I went there for a gift and I dont know anything about vaping devices, but the female clerk was so helpful and explained all I need to know about the functions of the device. I felt comfortable about the purchase I did. 😊

Went there today, shout out to Cody helped me out did a great job. Very customer service oriented, willing to explain everything in detail and sympathize with the customer. Cut me a deal which made me happy and definitely good experience overall. Will buy here again.

They have a ton of products but their employees were not helpful what-so-ever. I actually went two different times, one day apart and dealt with two different people and unfortunately neither was really helpful. I explained that the product I was buying was new to me but I still felt like I was having to pull information out of them rather than them being willing to just offer it. Also on my second visit the person assisting me wouldnt even take the items out of the glass case for me to hold and really look at in which was I felt was odd. Ultimately I left disappointed and ended up going to another Vape shop a few miles away and made my purchase. On a positive note, they do have a large variety of smoke shop type products.

Sales associates that are aware of what is actually being sold in the establishment are very informative and very helpful. Ownership is very questionable. Myself my family, friends, and co-workers will not be returning. Wether it’s a quick stop for some papers and a beer or $200-$300 worth of hardware, we will drive out of the way to go elsewhere. We were sold a broken product “a dud.” We bought two of the same products, one worked one did not. The intellectual at the establishment agreed to exchange it and at the register they tried to charge us 70% of the cost of the item. It wasn’t expensive maybe $20-$30 but it was more of a principal issue. They have no problem screwing valued customers over. Several hundreds of dollars spent there yet still they won’t honor a $30 mistake. I recommend finding somewhere else to spend your money. Wether cheaper or more expensive Atleast you will be dealing with honest people with integrity.** Very honest review, very dishonest reply**.Lowering the review from 2 stars to one.I hope people use caution when shopping with you, plenty of nicer shops near-by.

I like this shop. They have a great variety for all types of smokers needs. Some beautiful glass pieces, awesome incense fragrance, good prices on cold beer, soda, juice or water. FRIENDLY, Helpful staff. Ware yr mask and check it out. You will find something you want.

I just love these people. They create an amazing and comfortable atmosphere for anyone to walk into. I went in there this evening, and they were playing the soundtrack to descendants two, and that just made my night. I almost sang every word and the clerk suggested that I should, but I didn’t... lol! They have a good selection and better than most for you E-juices. I like their incense selections. Lots of paraphernalia for smoking anything!!! The prices are too pricey- you can get the same products 10min away cheaper- they should be more competitive.

Small shop with odd parking availability. They had what I needed, but I ended up paying double the actual cost of the item because I didnt know any better and the same item sells for half the price elsewhere. The guy who helped me was very informative and sold me what I wanted not what he thought I would want. So if your in a pinch and need something, theres a good chance they have it here... My second visit coming here... They have a variety of items, but the staff today was rude and not professional. I came in browsing around and for a few min there was just the older guy behind register, then moments later a young guy comes and ask if we need assistance. I began to tell him what I was looking for and he showed me where I can find it... He then went behind the other counter and began to placed his phone to his ear...I was browsing as I thought I was waiting for my item, i quickly realized I was no longer being helped so now saying something the older man, the young man caught an attitude because I told him he needed to get off the phone. The whole time after being assisted he was on his phone. He then continued to mumble things and then when asked for manager the older man advised this was an privately owned establishment and the young man startedyea this aint Walmart... So he must think I cant complain or express my experience and nothing will happen to him because he might be related to the owner. I will never spend any money out of any ones pocket in this establishment thanks to the inexperienced employee on his awesome customer service!

Wish they actually had taste buds... every time I inquire about products of what their name actually is (vape) juices they give me a completely different description of the flavor profile... 3x already Ive ended up with the infamous disgusting custard flavor vape juice at nearly $30 a 100ml bottle which is average price for a repulsive tasting product. All have been different brands. Ask about any other products on the opposite side of the room though Im sure theyll go into full details...

One of the best smoke shops in orlando, they got these new disposable bars called “Cali Bars” , same company that makes Cali pods. Hits smoother than a baby’s bottom, tastes great, the workers there are very friendly, i frequent this place every week. Highly recommend.

Its an ok place. Good if you go in the day but at night Ive been given the wrong juice multiple times and they wont exchange it for the one you asked for. If i cant go in the day i just go somewhere else. Juice is $20 and coils are expensive. Like $40 for a pack of caliburn coils lol

WORST PLACE EVER. SO apparently, so you can discriminate against people. My daughter turned 18 and on her birthday went into the shop with her legal Florida drivers license. The girl with the braces stopped her at the door and said you have to be 18. My daughter said I am its my birthday and showed her license. The girl wearing braces told her she was not allowed in the shop. This is after my daughter just left from getting her first tattoo from a very reputable shop in town. We live about 45 minutes away and she went to Orlando for her birthday. This place is a joke or at least this employee is a joke and someone needs to have a good hard talking to her about discriminating against a person. My daughter did nothing wrong, had a valid license and was of age. Never again will she or her brother, who goes to smoke shops in Orlando ever spend a dime in your store. This girl needs to be fired.

What kind of business doesn’t offer warranty on their faulty equipment. Bought an $80 Smok prince stick vaper and the thing was leaking oil through the airflow chamber the next day. Called the store and the lady who answered COACH me into how to probably fix the problem, called the second time and asked me to bring it in and see if they can fix it or if not I can take it with the manufacturer. No customer satisfaction guaranteed and poor business model I’m surprised they’re still in business and with a 4.5 review rating! Unbelievable! . If this had a zero star rating I’ll definitely rate it -3. Because at least they’re nice at taking your money in a polite way.

Wry friendly shop with helpful clerks who are knowledgeable about their products. When I was a cigarette smoker I collected Zippo lighters. Now and then a cigar sounded good so a butane lighter was needed. Refilling a butane lighter was just that, I thought. I have to carry a lighter for work. The lighter doesnt work reliably. I was told that there are different grades of quality and the problem could be just that: a better butane. He recommended one and told me if it doesnt work bring it in and he will try to work on the lighter. It worked! I have 3 or 4 cans of the same brand but look different. I guess if I think about it, there are different qualities of gasoline.

Horrible place. As soon as we walked Jose was very rude and racist to us. He automatically profiled us and said we smelled like pot and then told us we had to leave. It must have been because we were black. We don’t even smoke. I’m glad we left and went to a better establishment because this horrible racist place didn’t deserve my money. I hope he gets fired because he needs to know how to talk to people. Wish I could give this place no stars.

Been going to this vape shop past few months, never really had any issues but the last few times I was completely unsatisfied. I bought a fume disposable for about 15 bucks, as usual I was told to test it before I leave the store because they can exchange it. When I tested it it had no flavor and didnt give me any kind of nicotine buzz, even had my girlfriend test it who doesnt vape and she didnt even cough like she would when I even vape near her, store clerk wouldnt let me exchange it and I had to end up buying a second vape, which also sucked...

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff when it comes to vape pens, machines and replacement parts. They have more juice varieties and items than most all smoke stores and they sell beer.

Great place. Very good selection of smoking and vaping accessories and also good quality Kratom thats reasonably priced. I use Kratom as a natural remedy for pain and inflammation due to endometriosis and the side effects of radiation therapy and the employees not only keep the brand I like well-stocked for me but are very welcoming when I bring my ESA (registered emotional support animal) in with me. Very recommended.

Chinese knock offs buyer beware! This place is horrible I have spent 80 in the past week on 2 bottles of horrible juice 1 bad coil and a discount the manager gave on the wulf micro that....DIDNT WORK. Save your no st go to a real shop where every time you visit some ones coming in for a device malfunction. I am seasoned in vape shops and head shops....this one is not even worth a look ! Horrible service. See how long you have to wait before someone realizes your standing there. Not to mention ALL THE SPICE PRODUCTS THEY SELL

An hour after using a debit card here, I got a call from the Fraud Prevention Dept of my bank asking me if I authorized a charge of 119. Without a physical card, someone attempted fraud. Lacking a PIN or a CCV number, it didnt go through.

Stores always been sketchy. Theyre known to allow drug deals behind the store. I went in multiple times without any ID and got away with pieces, alcohol, and saw people even dealing powder in the parking lot. Should be shut down!

First time in today, I thought I would get my vape juice here out of convienance. Bottle manufactured in correctly, obviously not this shops mistake. Half the bottle went all overy pants arms and carpet in my car, while walking back In the owner stares as I struggle to open the door, I look at him and say yes? He replies are you ok? Never offering to open the door, provide me with a napkin or something to wash the concentrated nicotene off, then follows me into the store and barades me telling me to relax, that I didnt have to yell at him in front of his friends? Well if your friends cannot understand why I am frustrated they are as poor at customer service as you. Whether you manufactured the product or not no one made you carry it. And instead of arguing with me and pointing out what you didnt like about how I shopped at your store, recognize that I am a paying customer and offer to make it right. Ruined pants, stained carpet in my car, first time customer last time customer...Bravo!

I went in to this shop looking to spend about a $100 on a Box mod set up I had to wait for 20 minutes for an individual that was knowledgeable about the product after which she rudely informs me that boxes start at a $150 I informed her that I bought a mod here and for $60 she pretty much called me a liar I went to fast eddies and had AF very pleasant experience and saved a lot of money versus dealing and with these scam artists Today July 26, 2019 I waited too long to get cotton bacon from my normal vape shop I normally pay $5 for 10g of genuin cotton bacon prime I called up this joke of a business they told me the only carry cotton candy which is a cheaper name brand and they wanted $12 for the same amount you guys are stirring up the vape game youre turning customers away by overcharging them for the market 1st timers look at your stablishment thinking $200 why would I ever do this and they continue to smoke cigarets and all fault You guys are doing as much damage to the industry as JUUL And thats hard to do

Ok. So I walk in. One person was being attended. No one else in the store but a whole bunch of vape merch. No music playing, just dead silence. And as I had to wait just to ask if they sold regular cigs about 10 min. the person behind counter NEVER bothered to say hello or be right with you.When I finally asked my question out loud, after realizing I was going to wait forever as she seemed to try to make a vape pen work, the counter girl looked at me like I was crazy for asking....ok, um..didnt know. Lol.Sorry. Wierd place.

Best smoke shop in town hands down.... if they dont have it its just not available.... Everything from papers to hookahs to flushes to cool decorative items and even beer and wine. If you smoke or know a smoker and are in the area its a definite must.

It was the first time in this place. A friend recommended it to me, but kept pushing it off thinking they would just try to sell me a new torch (butane lighter with powerful wind proof flame). I walked in with very few clients. I was walking around the store when a young clerk asked if I needed some assistance. At this point I had walked the closest aisle to the entrance and down to the center and standing in front of a tall display case of lighters both torches and novelty (they have one I had bought 10 years or more ago: basically a hand flipping a bird wearing a ring, I didnt try this one but mine has a sound chip that repeats F#&k You.). As Im looking at the lighters and torches, I am explaining my problem. Everyone I know need a cheap lighter to ignite the torch since the ignighter goes bad. My issue is the gas does not stay or get into any of the ones I have. I use Zippo, Ronson, and Colibri in a black can and silver can. The Colibri worked better than the others, but still not great. It was suggested that the butane varies brand to brand and suggested Colibri Premium Butane 99.999% pure ($9.99 I think). And if I am still having issues to bring both torches and he will try to adjust them. I paid and brought it home. I tried to fill them. I was skeptical. The damn things work like a charm! They have a new customer in me!

Purchased 2 bottles of Naked Ice, One of them was an open bottle. I did not want Naked Ice but did not notice it at first. Literally walked out the door and back in 30 seconds after the initial purchase. They proceeded to refuse to exchange one of the bottles because it was open. I was not the one to open the bottle and again was outside of the store for a solid 30 seconds. But somehow it was my fault that they sold me an open bottle of juice. Exchanged the sealed bottle but said they couldnt do anything with an open bottle, even though it was clearly opened in transit to the store or an employee. I even left the open bottle and walked out, they more then likely put it right back on the shelf so i would not recommend.

All the employees are very nice and welcoming as soon as you walk in. The prices beat every other shop around that I have come across!

Cool staff but way overpriced 70dollars for a tvf8 cloudbeast tank, not to mention there prices on mods. Must be smoking something that hasnt hit the streets yet. Talk about extortion when most shops charge no more than 30 for a Subohm tank...

If you want to overpay for the products you buy. Then this is the place for you. Cheap vapor pens, then they don’t want to reimburse your money. Bad customer service. I will never return to this establishment or recommend to friends.
