Tonight was my first time at Arcadia. My back was so tight it was painful to walk. I received a 90 min massage. She knew exactly how to lossen it up and work the right spots. Very professional, and a great massage.

Massage was good! Body took a toll this week from work and my go too is booked so I was glad they were able to take me as a walk in! Full hour body massage. the front desk lady did interrupt mid massage for a couple mins and killed the mood to tell me that I never payed for my massage and I had to get up to show her my payment. Kinda weird and hard to get back into a relaxed state after that but other wise it was good.

I went in for a massage and cupping yesterday for the first time. Today, I feel great! Amy did an amazing job. My shoulders feel better than they have in years! No knots or tightness at all. It was so worth it. I will definitely be back.

I have now been here 3 times seeing Coco and Lili. 90 minute massages. When I ask for attention on my neck, shoulders, and back, that is what they do. Legs and arms 15 minutes. They do what you ask for. They are very adaptive to what you want. I love this place! I found it on a whim looking for a massage on a day I was very stressed. I highly recommend. They are not a cookie cutter experience, it is all about what you ask for.

I just had the weirdest first time experience. After paying the full and exact price for my small family to have a massage. The massage was decent and the care seemed considerate until we were leaving. I should’ve know something when the lady said “make sure you leave a tip”…keep in mind this was oriented to my sons first time who is 12. I left the tip in cash that I had available and the reception complains I HAVE to pay more of a tip. Gruitiy there was not mandatory but the lady was ADAMANT that I HAD to PAY….not wanting to ruin the fact that I was treating my son out, I decided to pay more but I will never return. Money is hard on everyone and if forcing gratuity isn’t in writing…then what’s offered should be accepted and respected also weird is you call the local number and another number calls you from a different state

Best deal on one hour massage, they are talented and experienced. If you need a deep tissue massage, this is the place for you. If you need a relaxing massage, go somewhere else. They will find your right muscles and work them out like an athlete. Love this place.

I dont even want to rate 1 star. I came here with my fiance for a couples massage. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional. My lady kept falling asleep while massaging my back, she barely did hot stone because it was burning her hands . She kept laughing and making noises cause it was hot then eventually just stopped doing it. Kept telling her harder and focus on my upper back and she kept pushing on my legs and lower back. I would feel her stop pushing then I would hear her snore . My fiances massage lady left a dirty kleenex on his bed. I will never be back.

I visited Arcadia a few days ago. It was like going on a 1 hour vacation. Amy did a great job working my back and legs. Occasionally checking to make sure the pressure was not to much. The hot stones added a nice touch. I will continue to use Arcadia.

I went in with a very tense shoulder and neck and had 2 sessions with Amy in 2 days. I was so grateful that I found this place and they did walk-ins because everywhere else was booked out a week or more. Price is reasonable too. Amy does an excellent job of finding the knots and applying the right amount of pressure thats needed. Shes continually checking in with you to make sure its not too hard. Amy found knots and tension that I didnt even know I had! Im glad theyre open late too since I work a full day and then some. She offered to do some hot stone massage without charging me extra like the corporate places do. I struggle a little bit with a language barrier/accent but I just listen intently to find out what theyre asking me. While they do take walk-ins, its only if they are available. A reservation is still best to make sure you can be seen. Give Arcadia a try; youll be happy you did.

Amy, is a professional! She not only does the best massages but stretches you better than Stretch Lab & thats all they do. I cant wait to have my wife try Arcadia. Definitely the best Ive ever been too & they dont cheat you on time either.

Awkward experience. Not professional.My husband and I did a couples massage. The two massage therapists talked a lot between the two of them, taking away the whole relaxing atmosphere. Very thin walls, can hear everything happening on the other side of the wall. Both therapists left the room multiple times without notice and leaving the door open while we are laying on the tables. The massages were okay but hard to try to enjoy when distracted with other stuff going on. Not a full 60 minutes as told on the phones.

Amy was very good; I had seen her a few times and was planning on being a regular til I was offered additional services from the other lady.I got an email from the owner and was offered a free 60 minute session and i was reassured that any inappropriate behavior is unacceptable.

This was my first time here and Lulu did a really great job, she truly gave her all! This massage was no joke at all and I’ll have to be intentional about my recover to reap the benefits and not the soreness.It’s definitely moderately priced, but in my experience it’s more expensive compared to other Chinese massage spots. So if you’re a student like me—SAVE UP and TIP WELL. My issue is definitely gonna take a few more visits *sigh* so with this recession and realities of being a broke student.... I’ll definitely have to plan ahead going forward. Simply because everyone deserves to be tipped well.Again, thank you Lulu! Especially for the stretching and hot stones! I look forward to working with you again, as well as the other staff here. I can’t ignore the other rave reviews for the other masseuses.

They are wonderful!! Got my shoulder loosened up. I havent been able to lift my arm for about 2 months. Very friendly and kind. I will definitely be back!! My friend had her 1st massage ever and LOVED it!

Excellent massage. I have visited this establishment twice now. If you need a deep tissue massage this is the place to go! This time I started with medium pressure and we worked our way up to deep pressure. My masseuse was so easy to talk to and was constantly concerned with my comfort. She knew just what I needed. I told her my concerns and what I do for a living so that she could use the best technique for me. She combined a few things, and nailed it for me this time. She combined deep tissue, hot stones, and some unique stretching. This place is super clean and cozy. Also, I am terrible at predicting my schedule and making appointments for a massage. Both times I was able to walk in within an hour, which is excellent for me. Cant wait to visit again!

Ive been to a chiropractor. Been to a doctor. And none of them seem to of helped. My first massage I was a little bit leery. But I couldnt believe how much it helped. So now Ive gone three times and I have really noticed a big difference. I like the people that are there. And I will be going back. Thank you Amy ❤️ for tackling the spots that needed to be addressed.

Amy brought her cell phone in the room and answered it several times I felt uncomfortable. I am almost certain she took a photo of me under the sheet of my lower private parts. She had the sheet lifted and her phone in her hand and she hadn’t moved for at least 15 seconds. She also grabbed my hips and commented on my body looking under the draped sheet. I left feeling very uncomfortable and violated. Do not go here. This place should be shut down immediately.

Had my third massage there this morning, on Thanksgiving. love this place and Lulu is amazing! The staff is great, the place is very clean, they take walk-ins, and the price is reasonable. What more could you ask for? I will definitely be going back. A lot.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Acadia. I went in for a massage before my wedding. The lady who did my massage brought her cell phone in the room and it was vibrating non stop the whole time. Halfwsy through the massage her cell phone was ringing AND SHE ANSWERED IT. Completely unprofessional in my opinion. She also left the room 2 separate times to do god knows what and came back 2 minutes later. I truly will never return and was disappointed I spent close to $100 on the worst massage of my life.

Amy quickly determined what type of massage I needed to help relieve the tension in my upper back. She combined different techniques and I walked out of there with my shoulders loose and whole body relaxed! Thank you Amy - I will be back. Pricepoint for 60 minute massage is great too!

Wonderful first time experience! Calm vides, and strong hands. They are so kind and even asked if we wanted hot stones(must have, if youve never had before). Cant wait to come back!😁

Just got done with an hour deep tissue massage and it was fantastic! Highly recommend for people with stubborn knots. I already have more range of motion and pain relief. Thank you and I will be coming back!

I have a major shoulder injury and aside from chiro services, Arcadia is the only place I will go to when I am locked up and cant move. The deep tissue massage along with different pressure points being hit is the best! The ladies up there are truly the best!

My first visit here. Walk ins are welcome. Amy did a wonderful job and was constantly making sure i was receiving the pressure that was wanted. Definitely calles for another visit.
