Love the store and the problem is so does everyone.. Lol so almost every time I go nope, EXERY TIME I have ever went i buy a whole new vape and flavor which for most part theyre stocked with such awesome favors, but if say you smoke elf bar a certain flavor for a while @ this store you buy a vape then you go back 2 weeks later and they dont sell that kind no more. Its every single time now. And how do prices go from buy 1 for 20 ans 2 for 35 to now they all $22.00 magic improvements made in untouched merch yet the price went so u explainable high. They should remember, people like a flavor and or a brand, you cant just change that anymore than you can change a smokers Marlboro red cigarettes, to Newport Green

Today, 9/3 at 3:40 pm. I entered Black Lava Vape Pahoa. I waited 5 minutes as the employees there were helping a couple. No one said, Ill be right with you, no one even looked my way. So, I left. NEVER TO RETURN! Who ever manages this location should train your employees to greet a customer, at the very least. I had no problem waiting my turn, I will not be ignored when I am there to spend my hard earned money at this location!

Our go to place for all our ecig needs, definitely a huge variety of different brands and flavors to make sure they’re your first and last stop. Also the staff are amazing so much aloha 🤙

Great location. Great prices. Great staff. We’ve been here several times over the last month and the customer service is always on point. We expected higher prices than in Hilo town, like most other places, but we’ve found them comparable.

The awesome staff make you feel like an old friend the second you walk through the doors. They are all experientially educated on the shops multitude of vaping devices and the flavored liquids that fill them. i always ask what flavor they recommend when I want to try sonething new -they have never steered me wrong! The prices are great and coupons/discounts are beyond generous which reward loyal customers almost every visit. Since I always leave with a smile after humorous conversation and impeccable service no matter who is at the counter, I make sure to put a healthy tip in their tip jar, because they deserve it and with the discounts- its easy to tip big and show appreciation for their service with a smile. To anyone who vapes, if you havent been in to Black Lava Vape in Pahoa- do yourself a favor and go there at least once and give them a try....its worth the drive, I promise- I drive almost an hour to shop there and have no relation to anyone working there and no financial interest in promoting this company. I just give credit where credit is due, youll see what I mean on your very first visit and likely wont go back to any other vape shop after wards. No need to thank me, you are very welcome. 🤘😆🤘

I loved everything about this Vape Shop. Wide range of disposable mods, juice, & everything else in between. The customer service hands down THE BEST I’ve ever come across when visiting any vape shop. Felt super comfortable, staff was friendly, staff knew what they were talking about & when I bought the GLAMEE BEER disposable, I realized I didn’t have that specific charger. Called the store & asked what type of charger it was & the guy who helped me, his name is KC, he offered to gift me one! I highly recommended Black Lava Vape at the Pahoa location!

I’ve been coming here for the past 9 months moved from the mainland was looking for a vape shop & black Lava Vape is so convenient for me only 5 min away from me and every time I go in there such great customer service feels like family when I go in there I always stay in there longer then I need just talking story with the owners so awesome a cute couple with their son they’re all amazing and the verity or disposable vapes is huggggeeee love that always in the mood to try something new and they always have something new to fit my needs.
