I adore the staff, so nice, helpful, accommodating! This store is my favorite. The prices are really decent, and they are honest and have good stuff!

I just want to give kudos to Jonah holding it down tonight. We went in today to get a few things and ask a few questions, at the same time about four other people came in, some with questions, some knowing exactly what they need. As a customers point of view I think he did an amazing job fulfilling everyones needs and answering all questions. I also observed him reassure a one customer on a purchase before the customer left. He also helped us with what we needed and answered all questions promptly!! I thought he handle everything pretty smoothly.

Nicest guy with the biggest heart you could ever meet.. works with the customers and treats his employees with the upmost repect... And he has the most Angelic man-voice Ive ever heard..... Irie Hawaii Smoke Shop Pahoa needs to get employees who actually care to work there. They need to be a lot more personable with their customers. Instead of ignoring them and watching the TV... TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE....

It would be nice if the girls that worked there put some clothes on they always have parts of their bodys exposed its unnecessary. They have what you need but the girls inside that shop need to have some talking to.

1 star (cant go lower) is for the Kinoole shop, ONLY.I normally shop at the Pahoa store, however, yesterday I was in Hilo & the KINOOLE store was very close to other errands. Bought a bag (last one on the shelf, of my regular tobacco. When I opened it this morning, it was so crunchy & super dry! Long story short, at the Kinoole location, ALL SALES FINAL. NO REFUNDS/exchanges. Buyer beware. They do NOT stand behind their products......Plz note, the Pahoa store is a whole different story, had I bought it there, they would happily exchange the item...
