Visited this place about a year ago, so this review will be for then.Decent inventory and staff were awesome with assisting in what you need. Never had a problem finding what I needed.

I went and bought a yocan vape that just stopped working..I called to find out they will not warranty something I bought about 2 weeks ago it still lights and charges just doesnt work..I would recommend somewhere else to shop a place that has some kind of warranty exchange policy I will recommend all my friends and family alsoAcquaintancesAnd people who frequent my business i will tell them never go there

One of my first time goin in was today and it was great the guys really helped me out and hooked me up with some free stuff so it was really nice experience

The only reason I gave it two stars is there no refund no return policy which really sucks especially when you get defective goods from them when the new owners took over they had Old Stock they were selling I purchased about $300 worth of vapors and almost all the batteries were dead couldnt do anything about it very disappointing but they do have a excellent variety of about anything you need prices are comfortable personally a couple items are kind of pricey I think they do have a very helpful staff very professional

Nothing they got is very potent, and the bongs are cool but only to look at I spent 80bucks on a Bong that broke after the first use, the glass was so thin but he said it was good never buying from him again.

Ever since the new owner has taken up this place its perfect five stars in my opinion always stocked with what you need ready to give recommendations

This place has a wide variety of vape flavors and vape products. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the products sold here. I love the selection, and they do sell other items not related to vape. By far, hands down, the best shop and reasonably priced.

Came in today to get a vape Isabella was extremely helpful in finding the right flavor and capacity she was very patient with all my questions and was able to answer all of them Austin the other employee was also extremely helpful in answering my questions and making sure I left happy I also want to give an extra shout out to AJ for the help and spectacular customer service you definitely going to be coming back here for my smoke shop needs

Seem like family to me there! Always chill, personable, great customer service , and if youre lost on your selection they assist you in guiding to your new favorite vape flavor. They have a rewards points system. Decent selection despite it being in a rural area

First time going in and I was very surprised at how much merchandise they had, and that they had everything that I needed, plus I got a senior discount of 10%, and the young lady behind the counter was very kind, respectful, and knowledgeable about their products and knew exactly what I needed. Ill be going back soon, oh and they have flavored papers a plus ➕️ 😄

The employee was super helpful. I just wish they had a steadier inventory. Seems kinda hit and miss with the vaporizer parts and the juice too. Never know what your going to be able to get or not get. Its unfortunate that the lack of products have forced me to purchase from online vendors, Id much rather shop locally and support a small business. for now Ill continue shopping in store first and order online any remaining items I need.

Prices are a tad (needlessly) high but the products are always quality. The store always seems to have a staff of mostly youths in the alt/goth/emo fashion too, so thats cool to see.

The girls that work there are so friendly especially miss Savanna shes goes out of her way to make sure your getting exactly what your looking for.

Updated review may 2024 Since the new owners have taken over the shop has gotten a lot better and more variety

The owner of this company goes above and beyond when something is not right. She took hours, days, weeks to locate a missing item I knew was stolen by an employee. Here we are few weeks later and the owner flys down to complete an investigation and then gave my father part of the money that was taken. Still awaiting footage she went above and beyond to help my father out and assist in every way possible to locate the stolen item and actually cared enough to replace some of what was taken. This wonderful lady will go above and beyond for her customers. My family, friends, and I will continue to return to and this wonderful vape shop that truly cares for there consumers! This place is ABSOLUTELY the WORST business I have ever experienced. They offer a point system for discounts that you can redeem through receipts, but then when they do not print you one, regardless.of the reason, you do not receive your points and are told, sorry, there is nothing we can do. I have ALWAYS been given a receipt and now because there is a new employee, I have to assume that I should ask for one. The employee chose not to print a receipt and I am being told it is my fault. They have gone out of their way to create issues with receiving the points that they advertise and then make it very clear that it is your fault if you dont received them and will not make it right. The new employee flat out lied to the manager and I asked the camera to be pulled to verify that he lied and she in turn lied to me about it as well.

Seems to (and not just recently) have troubles keeping anything stocked. Over half the time the staff has little knowledge on anything they stock and sell. More interested on their phones or hanging out with their friends/chatting. Not impressed with any of the new people I’ve seen. Will either start going to other vape stores in town or Vegas.

I went in to get some coils and juice. Chris was helpful and very friendly. This place is the best in Pahrump. You guys need to add Taboo juice to the menu. My favorite is Grape Cola. It tastes like grape at first then the after taste is like you just swallowed some cola and you could swear you feel the carbonation. Please consider this product. Great people at Smoke-N-Head!!

Phone number doesnt work, always short on coils, juices, etc. Been months since it has had anything stocked well enough to be interested in buying anything. Need to go back to how it was in the beginning. Change your delivery system, something? One of the only places in Pahrump to get vape accessories and never have what you really need. SML

I strongly advise going somewhere else. They only ever have like 3 different juices, a truck is always coming in tomorrow but seems to never happen. Theyre VERY limited on what juices they carry even when you can find a good day, they recently stopped carrying single mesh coils and have forced my fiancé to switch to new cools that burn up WAY faster. Theres another place on HWY160 by Big Five Cigars/Cigarettes - he has more options available, otherwise, just go to Vegas. This place SUCKS.

I love this place for many reasons but will only share a bit.They have saved my wife more times than I can count. They have excellent quality affordable products and most importantly they are all extremely friendly, caring and professional. I recommend anyone who needs any smoke related items, try this 1st. Stop in June 10th, 2020, with my wife. First time visit to this shop. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They help us find exactly what we needed. The prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this business to all.

Terrible experience. Went in to buy a vape, lady told me that my new setup took specific batteries. It does not, and she mislead me. I asked her about refunds and she said I could return them, and I made sure because of the sign that says no refunds. She assured me. Lie #2. I come back to try and return the batteries, she calls the OWNER to explain the situation, and I mean I was willing to exchange for something else. Owner tells me no. So now, due to the owner and the LIES of his TERRIBKE EMPLOYEE, I am out $20 and have 2 useless batteries for a cape. I wont return. Horrible experience, DO NOT COME HERE.

I recently went into this shop to buy a new vape device. The were not only extremely helpful with deciding which was best device for me, but the also went over and spent time with me going thru their flavor choices and again helping me find which was going to be the best for the flavor I’m looking for. Bought a smok rigel mini yesterday, took it home and realized it didnt hit hard enough. Went to the store today to upgrade for a more expensive mod kit and was refused in exchange. Not only that the place is extremely overpriced. Coils are twice as expensive here as anywhere else and the employees know absolutely nothing about any of the juices they sell. I dealt with expensive coils and guessing game with juices, but the refusal of exchange after 24 hrs was the last straw. I will no longer waste my money on a company thats not interested in customer satisfaction and only interested in profits. I will be taking my business online.

The female employee that assisted me and my daughter was very helpful. She didn’t mind all the silly questions we had. They had a variety of products and the prices were very reasonable.

The customer service here is on point. Ive only been in here once so far, but now that Ive found this store oh, I know I will be returning. This is the best vape store Ive seen in town by far and could stand up against any Las Vegas Vape shop. There is a huge selection vaporizers and pipes and all that good stuff. And like I said, the customer service I received was amazing. The store is clean and well organized and I highly recommend.

Do not recommend this place bought the coil thinking it was right walked out to the car sat down double checked the coil realized it was the wrong one went in to see what I could do, coil was still unopened staff member just pointed at sign saying absolutely no exchanges or returns told her to keep it then called to find out if there was a reason why that was there policy told thats just how its always been never coming here again

I go in daily as I live nearby. Always friendly. The girl who works at night as well as the girl who works during the day. They have a great point system in place.

This place does not know what they are doing they hire people who nothing about vapes or vape products they will sell you the wrong thing and when you call them out on it they just say o well and expect you to pay more money!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND AND WILL NOT BE GOING BACK

You know I really missed the guys from the smoke vape shop down on Frontage Road it was nice to be able to create your own flavors and two have whatever nicotine amount youd like and they were on point. But now we have THE SMOKE N HEAD and the girls are very nice and eager to help you to the best of their abilities and they have been very generous and very KIND to me, I recommend them I dont know if theres any other places in town but I do enjoy going to the SMOKE N HEAD vape shop. They do have a very large inventory of water pipes and hookahs, call it what it is they have some pretty nice bongs pipes lots of different vaping devices and they have salted and unsalted flavors with and without nicotine and many other things that Im not even aware of but they do have a very big selection like I said they treat me well I keep going back until they dont.
