I have loved this shop for a while now. The service and prices have always been reasonable. Lia, Josie, and the rest of the crew have done an amazing job at keeping the shop in its original state of exceptional quality.This last time there I had a small issue involving a mutual misunderstanding, I had no problem confronting Lia who helped me find a suitable resolution.You wont be dissapointed, their store may appear small but dont be fooled. If u need something they have it and if not they will find it and get it in the store asap for you. Just ask.Schwerve

Good selection of vapes and friendly service.

Bad customer service. I understand the policy of no money back on vapes after you leave the store and I always check my vapes when I purchase them here before I leave the store but this time, the vape I bought wouldn’t recharge. Went into the store and they said there was nothing they could do. Wasn’t their problem. They said “that’s why we say to test them before you leave”. I understand that but how am I supposed to test they it won’t recharge?? They can see that it’s still full of juice but it just won’t recharge. They wouldn’t even listen to me at this point and totally ignored my question of an even exchange. I will never be back. Spent $24 bucks on a vape for less than 24 hour use. Just bad customer service.

Chill environment with good staff. Large variety of products and good sales. They have a point system that allows you to save money every few purchases. Jay is Great. He is knowledgeable about the products and is very amicable.

An amazing experience every time I walk in, so easy to find what I’m looking for.. they also have a very helpful staff with info on everything you need so feel free to ask a lot of questions like I did😂

Amazing selection of glass, this store has everything you need! Theres even a kratom/kava coffee bar. The staff are friendly and informed. I will definitely be back!

Ryan is the absolute best manager district manager excuse me. He knows his store like the back of his hand and takes very good care of his customers. He deserves a raise. I only go to Palm Harbor to shop and they always have what I need.

Ive had some ok trips to this place but its ran very poorly and more often then not I am disappointed. They dont seem to care about their customers even in the slightest :/ cool looking stuff though

I did not catch the dude’s name working this Friday night but he is great! ! I’ve been trying to find a particular peanut butter and jelly vape juice and though I didn’t get what I was looking for, he was quick to be able to point me in the direction of several flavors with the same type flavor notes. Usually I get someone that has to read every single bottle/flavor and points me in the direction of some left field flavor like lemonade or menthols. 🫠Walked out with what may be my new favorite juice!Thanks for the help dude!

I like that they support local artists as well.And the prices are fair and competitive.The best part is the drive through That is open until midnight 7 days!! Good job Marleys!

I’ve read some of these comments and I’m an assistant manager here. When it comes to people buying something, I take my time with each and every customer. I take my time when explaining anything, I clarify any questions. Now a couple of these reviews are pretty one sided. Like the guy talking about the “personal problem” I was the person who helped him. Instead of allowing me to explain the difference in what he was wanting to buy compared to what he needed, he didn’t want to listen and insisted on buying the wrong product. Called the store to get a refund because he didn’t like the product. During the transaction I told him about the no return policy. Now I will try to work with every customer to right any wrongs that have been done by our store. But I can only do so much! Please remember we are only human, and we do appreciate each and every one of you! But please if we make a recommendation, weigh the options out before just picking the 1st thing you see! #buysregret

One of the nicest smoke shops in town. Andrew was very well informed and attentive, every question i had he had the the answer. Would definitely recommend stopping by and checking out their large selection of products. Worth the experience!!!

They always have what I need at decent prices usually. Obviously online sites will have some things cheaper with less overhead but they do have a wide selection here and the prices are still solid.

A+1 Love coming here, the Smoothies with kratom is phenomenal and the price is unbeatable for the service and quality! The kavatender Hope was super helpful with finding what I like to drink!

Stopped in this morning ( the palm harbor location ) to pick up some vape juice for a new pen of mine and had a great first impression! Excellent customer service, great prices, chill vibe, and awesome smoothies! 🤙🤙🤙 10/10 would recommend. They also had some really cool glass pieces that yall should definitely check out!

I went there out of convenience! I recently moved from wv so drive thru vape shops are very rare!!!! A nice lady Athena really helped me out and was very knowledgeable on the product(s), really hooked me up. 5/5!

The new manager Sierra has really turned the shop around! All of the employees are sweet and helpful to their customers, the store is well organized and there is now a lounge area where customers can play games is a fun and safe environment. I can always rely in Marleys House Palm Harbor for my smoke shop needs.

Their price on disposable vapes is the lowest of any local shops I’ve seen. Some of the staff is great, and very helpful, other members of the staff not so much. All in all this vape shop is reliable and I feel their hours of operation are very accommodating. The one major thing I don’t like about this shop is the individual with the purple hair, because she has consistently asked me for a tip, which I feel is very rude. Sometimes I tip at shops, but when the person asks me to do so I think that’s a bit of a reach. All you did was pull my product off of a shelf, and scan it, so please don’t have the nerve to ask me for a tip. Extremely unprofessional.

Love supporting my neighborhood smoke shop. The customer service is incredible. Each time I’ve been there, it’s been a great experience. They are very knowledgeable, attentive, and kind. I’m always happy when I leave there and I can’t say that about other businesses!

Store does not allow people with disabilities to protect themselves. They require masks used for medical reasons be removed. I cannot go anywhere without a mask due to being immune compromised. They said they were afraid I would rob them. Absolutely insane. So I left.

I bought a new pod system and after 2 days, was having hardware issues. I emailed the manager and brought it in to replace it. Within 15 min or so I was walking out happy with a replacement. The manager emailed me promptly, which goes a long way now a days. Will definitely be back.

Very nice store with a Kratom/Kava bar. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. Only reason I give two stars today is because upon my arrival to grab a tea I was informed that the fluid ounces changed but the prices still remain the same. That to me is very upsetting because with the new change I feel as if I’m not getting my money’s worth. If the owners want to make they’re customers happy and keep them coming back then they should definitely consider the changes they made.

I have been shopping at Marley house for quite some time now. Usually clearwater (five star store) palm harbor location not so much. My fiance purchased a vape for me as we were going out of town and I had misplaced mine. The second I opened it I realized it was broken so I called the store( Im not one to return I do realize these things break easily but this one was brand new out of the box) The store told me they would take it back as long as I had the reciept or the card it was purchased on. 2 weeks went by I made sure I called them again to make sure it was still OK. When I get there I was helped by a nice girl who was in the process of doing the exchange when another girl comes over and tells me nothing is wrong with it and she wont do it. I explained to her that i was told multipal times I could bring it back .i didnt understand how all employees werent on the same page so I expressed my concern and this employees whole demeanor changed. At this point she called her manager and litterally gets rude and disrespectful towards me. I told her not to speak to me like that and left my information for the manager to call me. I still went about my purchase and left. The manager never called me. I still have the broken vape. I even purchased new pods for it at the clearwater location to make sure nothing was wrong with the pods. Ryan at palm harbor has been great and also said the vaoe was broken that the pods wouldnt change anything. I will no longer be shopping at the palm harbor location. With so many competitive vape stores around I would think management would want to train their staff to be respectful and all on the same page. I understand it is hard to Staff right now but there is 0 excuse for management not to get back to me. Save your money and go else where

Great store... Friendly knowledgeable staff. Cute, too...I was surprised at all of the product selection. So much to choose from. They have a Kratom/Vap bar, too. High quality Kratom with a good price tag, thats not watered down and served up in a fair sized cup. They even had to-go cups if you wanna take it with.Ill go back.

There prices are double any other smoke shop in the area. On top of that they sell faulty vapes I’ve gotten two from them that don’t work after hitting in about ten times at most. And if you call to tell them they will just say sorry if it didn’t stop working in the store we can’t exchange it?? Like you know what your doing. That’s very scam vibes but go off then!!!!

I had the privilege of meeting the store owner, Ted today. Ted was extremely hospitable and friendly and went out of his way to ensure that I felt at home. Ted is extremely knowledgeable in a wide range of topics especially coffee, kava, and Kratom. Ted made my experience so amazing that we ended up chatting for upwards of 45 minutes about life, his story, and his store. If you’re looking for a reliable smoke spot with tons of great hospitality look no further than Marley’s House!

I have visited and purchased many items from this chain. I will no longer terrible customer service. They refuse to exchange or warranty items even with a receipt. $300 pax . 2 days after purchase. call the manufacture. Same thing with a faulty battery with recipt. Bought formula 420 2 weeks ago. No liquid when I went to use it. Asked for a simple exchange. Sorry cant do it . Leave a review on Google. Kids work here with no cust service or knowledge of what they sell. Ill go to an owner operated shop. Terrible customer service.

They had a really great variety of different pieces, got a really cool one made by a local artist. Staff were really friendly. I would say that they need to figure out what to do with that massive empty space in the front of the store.

Just recently purchased something and I was told since I don’t like it that’s a personal issue and I can’t return or exchange the item to me that is is very unprofessional and I recommend any other vape shop than this place

This place is cool....bought couple supplies seems like young owners... so respect the local....Also thay came in to my place of work a few weeks later dropped a business card and were very polite and real people so DBL props...SO I personally with them all the best

I’m editing this review to one star because 2 out of 7 products i’ve bought there have broke within days of me leaving the store. (i try it in the store first)absolutely trash. they don’t care.

Stopped a little before ten and they were not open. The guys in another car went up to the door and told us it was locked and we saw the drive thru sign and went around the building but it was kinda dark inside. They didnt have any hours posted but the drive thru sign and stuff appeared to be on.

I purchased a smok product from this company that malfunctioned through no fault of my own, unused, and they refused to back it. Unfortunately as many good times as Ive had while enjoying a cup of Kratom and waiting for my product in the past, I will not return for business here. Such a bummer Marley House : (

Actually I bought a new base for my vape, last week. I kept the glass and coil from my old one. The guy cashed me out. BUT he sold me coils for $15 that were NOT for my vape. Once I noticed, (2 minutes later) I went back in the store and he told me All sales are final, no returns. Im sorry. So they can sell you stuff that doesnt even fit your stuff, and NOT RETURN YOUR MONEY. BE CAREFUL WHAT THEY RING UP!!!

I got an infinix from this shop and the battery only lasts about 30 hits, which is nowhere near what it should be. Ive had two infinixs before this one, so i know what to expect. I came to exchange it for another infinix which will probably work. The guy at the store literally told me to git it till it dies so that he could exchange it for another one. Maybe thats just the employee, but still not the right attitude a store should have for a customer with a complaint. I wasnt about to hit it for 15 min until it died

Tyler was awesome. He took extra time to awnser all of my questions (and I had a lot) Ive been struggling with anxiety and he explained all the benifefts of CBD. It was a great experience Ill definitely be back to see Tyler!
