Not a good experience. Bought into a membership that included a 15.00 message. Although i requested deep tissue all i got was glorified rub downs. I canceled the membership a few days before the recuring payment and had two message credits i had paid for. They give you 60 days from last Billing date to use the credits. When i canceled the membership i had a scheduled appt for the following week that they made me cancel and told me i would have to call the morning of the day i wanted a message. This was not in the contract. I tried 5 different time to schedule a message the morning of and of course they never had an opening. Now my credits are expired .Manager does care and they were unwilling to accommodate me in any way. Terrible.. I guess they really need my money.

If I could rate this zero stars I would. They LIE to you about their membership so DO NOT sign up for it. They say you can transfer massages, but fail to tell you that they charge a $20 fee to do so (even when you ask second time, before signing up, to confirm it is easy to transfer a massage and they STILL dont tell you about the fee)!!! Then, when I say I want to cancel my membership and not get charged for the next month, I am told to call on the 1st of the month. I do so, as I set a reminder in my phone to call and cancel, and I am told it is too late that I was already charged for the month of August. I am told that I needed to call the last day of the month!!!!!!! I tried to cancel the membership when I scheduled my last massage and was told to call back on 8/1 because I couldnt cancel before then. Then I am told the manager will call me back by EOD when i am told they wont refund my credit card. It has been a WEEK since, no call. So, I call this morning and then I am basically told too bad, so sad, my front desk girls would never tell anyone that which basically is calling me a liar. Why on earth would I make that up?!?! And then proceeds to tell me that I have to GO IN PERSON or write a CERTIFIED LETTER and send through USPS to cancel. Again, I am told by the manager that my girls would never not tell someone they have to cancel in person. She also refused to refund me for the month of August. Overall, I would warn others DO NOT signup for a membership. Also, do not sign the agreement without reading it front to back, word for word. They DO NOT explain it fully and I am assuming it is because they dont want people to know. I am reporting them to the BBB as this is absurd to me and very unethical. I am sure it has happened to others too.

I scheduled my first visit for a facial in November 2023 and immediately became an Epic Member after this fantastic experience.Their amazing and awesome Aesthetician Alexis, is professional and extremely knowledgable and will guide you with each visit as to what is personally best suited for you. She is an absolute delight to work with and I always look forward to my appointments!I have had three different type of massages; deep tissue, hot stone and swedish with Jamie and she does not disappoint! She is very attentive as to my needs with each visit and always checks with me in advance to see if I am having any issues that may require special attention or not.The front of the house staff members are on point with their product knowledge, polite, professional and easy to work with both in person and on the phone when making appointments. Always smiling and happy to do a great job!This membership is my one indulgence to take care of me and I love it!Thank you Massage LuXe!

Ive had many massages before and this was by far the worst ever. Ill mention that the girls up front were very pleasant. The facility itself was nice and clean. My complaint is that I was assigned to a woman massage therapist that was probably 80 plus years old. I selected deep or firm for the level of massage on the paperwork and also verbally told her thats what I would prefer. In no exaggeration, she spent an hour rubbing lotion on my back with zero effort, absolutely no massage took place. Im assuming she is too old to put force into it and Im not really sure why she works there if she cannot perform even the mildest massage.Their policy is to leave within 30 minutes and request somebody else. When youre in the moment and naked on the table, its extremely awkward to ask the therapist to stop what theyre doing and basically tell them that they are doing a terrible job. I also laid there thinking maybe she starts off this way and will eventually begin the massage. And given that youre laying on the table not watching a clock, you have no concept of how long its been.I called the next day because I still was too uncomfortable to say something and risk putting her on the spot but of course nothing was offered as far as a redo massage to make up for it.I also read many other reviews saying the exact same things that I just did, so Im really not sure how and why she works there being that old and unable to do her job.

The first massage I got was wonderful and the therapist was very professional. I decided to sign up for a membership because I value massages. Fast forward to my next appointment, the original therapist I had is “no longer with the company” and they failed to inform me. I got a random masseuse this time who was 15 min late to start. She also talked the ENTIRE appointment about how she hates her job, she doesn’t like management there, she got in an argument with another employee who quit, her health and family issues and to top it all off she was telling me about a disturbing animal abuse story. Not relaxing to say the least. She also kept using too much pressure which I told her, but she kept doing it. She also pulled on my neck unexpectedly which I was not okay with. I called to complain and figured I’d try one more massage with a new therapist to see if it was just a strange visit. I will admit I missed my appointment. I forgot.HOWEVER when I called back, the front desk girl kept saying “I just work here” and “what do you want me to do” instead of offering to schedule my next appointment or honestly anything to retain me as a customer. She seemed annoyed that she had to speak to me.I understand missing the appointment is my fault, but if you approach the situation with this level of carelessness, you’re bound to lose every client who ever misses an appointment. Who would come back when you’re treated like an annoyance.I spoke to the manager who was the same way. Just “hello”. Not “hi I’m so and so the manager how can I help?”So weird. Just seems like a bunch of people who hate their jobs if you ask me.I’ll be canceling my membership in person since that’s the only way I can cancel apparently. Wish I had never signed up.Also, if they comment saying they’re sorry for the issue under these bad reviews, I can assure you they couldn’t care less from the conversations I had.

I have had a memberships for many years now. My wife also has one. I have been trying for almost two months to get a massage scheduled and they have cancelled and rescheduled me now 2-3 times in a row. I cant drop my membership because I lose my money that is banked, but I cannot schedule a massage because they keep cancelling on me. This seems predatory as they will still collect the monthly membership fee. Not sure how this is how we treat long term customers.

Do not get a massage here. The therapist stole cash from my pocket. The sad thing is I purposely put it there to see if she would even think about it. I had exactly 3 5s and 10 1s just so I couldnt lose it and have doubt. She basically stole her tip, the office staff stuck up for her. Please be very cautious when using this massage buisness. Lock your stuff in the car.

Was given a gift card as a wedding present, got called into work last minute and had to cancel my appointment. I explained when I made the appointment I was paying with a gift card but they still wanted to put a card on file… I called an hour before my appointment explaining I got called into work and they said they couldn’t transfer my appointment to a family member or move it to another time. They have tried charging my card 7 times in 20 minutes and I told them I wouldn’t be paying it (I locked my debit card) and was told I won’t be welcome back. I work in the service industry and understand it sucks when client cancel or don’t show up, however emergencies happen. This is the stupidest and craziest policy I’ve heard of…

They were never clear when it came to us signing up for a monthly membership with them. Seems like they sugarcoated it and kept saying “for 15 dollars you can come back”. In fact we asked them a couple times and they never mentioned anything about a monthly membership- obviously a poor marketing strategy that damages customer relationships. So now we were charged with $120 taken out of our account. Called them today and she had the worst attitude saying “I don’t know where the confusion was” as if I didn’t just get manipulated into signing up. It’s sad how usually good companies choose to resolve the issue and apologize for their actions but this company chose to throw the blame on us. It just shows what their values truly are and seem to be just money grabbers. No wonder why they have less than 4 stars.

Had a membership pre-COVID. Their offices were closed for service but continued to take money from my bank account. After over $600 was taken from my account and the office was finally open, I went in to stop them from talking money from me. They had me sign a cancellation form and said they would not refund me but said I had credit for 11 one hour massages. Now trying to get the service that I had paid for, they said that they show my account as cancelled and I forfeit my $600+ and any time that I had already paid for. This business is criminal and should be punished as such!

I wish I read the reviews. I called and even told them about the review they said it was because people did not like “policy”. I did not think much of it , the young lady that booked my appointment mentioned a Groupon without talking about all the catches! Not only until after my massage was their a lot of double talking good cop bad cop . I asked a lot of questions before saying yes . As I thought about I called back. Both were ABHORRENT . Now saying I have to come backIn to sign a cancellation and would not give the owners or next level of escalation. So to the prior reviewer yes indeed BUYERS BEWARE BIGGEST SAM I HAVE EVER SEEN. Great, clean facility. Cool little quite and peaceful waiting room with water available.The massage was average, but I think that was probably my fault because I struggle to be vocal and let the therapist know what I want. I just felt like she missed some key areas. The hydro-luxe machine was a cool experience. You lye on your back on the machine and jets of warm water run up and down along your body (you do not get wet). They are really pushy about trying to get you to sign a contract with them, so just be prepared to stand strong if you are not interested. This place is pricey and they dont display their prices easily in their brochures, you have to ask for them.

Horrible customer service .. and I was doible talked in paying upfront for services with no paperwork given to me .. when I tried to cancel I was told I couldn’t. I am calling the better business bureau about this company .. buyer beware !! I also was given the 15.00 pitch as she called it when I tried to cancel .. so disappointed, when I told her I was confused with what she had said, she acted like it was my fault I didn’t understand .. I also called and asked for the managers name and was told they don’t give names over the phone and I wasn’t entitled to that info..Update .. I see I was charged today 2/27/24 for a massage I wanted to cancel .. it funny how I never got any paperwork to sign yet was told I must come in and sign paperwork to cancel after already be charged .. such a scam . I went into this salon 2 weeks ago to cancel and was told there was nothing I could do but wait until after I was charged .. what !! Waiting to hear from the better business bureau.!

One of the worst establishments I’ve ever seen in my life zero customer service. They screw you over they won’t contact you they won’t help you they won’t give names. It’s ridiculous. They tell you too bad basically and bottom line I purchased a Groupon for a deep tissue massage came in. They put me with a nine year old woman Who could not do the job. She had no strength. They redeemed my Groupon two hours prior to my appointment. They would not reschedule with another person because they said their system won’t allow it to get with Groupon and try to get your refund. Groupon tells you to get an email The merchant to confirm the service was not completed. They don’t have a way of sending an email. I called them back again. They said, call corporate you call corporate no one answers, and no option to speak with anyone. I asked, called them back asked for them to have them call me they said they can’t do that And Groupon. I would not suggest going to this place or purchasing a Groupon at all ever absolutely thieves.lol… their reply is a joke I’ve called that place Four times No help from them at all. So whoever wrote that below, as a response is nothing but a liar as well.

This place is a scam. Never give the correct information & mislead their customers. Staff & especially Manager very rude & argumentative saying I should have read the fine print in the agreement!! It’s Scam for people who trust them for their word. Extremely dissatisfied & disappointed with everything. This was my first massage experience ever! I got a groupon to take my mom as a gift and I’m so glad I did. My masseuse Vanessa was amazingggg!! Listened to what I wanted for pressure and made adjustments accordingly. Had great conversation with her and am so happy to have met her. I am a person who has a lot of trauma and I was concerned about how I would react to getting a massage but she made me feel so safe and comfortable that I was actually able to relax. Emely the receptionist was so helpful and kind navigating the massage luxe deals for the first time. 100/10 service! Will definitely be returning!

Massage Luxe has stolen from me. I received a call from them yesterday stating that I missed my appointment. I informed them that my appointment was Friday not Thursday because I work on Thursdays. my appointments are almost always on Friday. the person on the phone had told me that they would reschedule it for today like it was supposed to be. after I received my massage today I found out that they had charged me for yesterdays massage even though I didnt get one. it was their mistake when making my appointment. I am a member of their massage club and I prepay my massages. so when I got done they wanted me to pay for my massage today. they are a bunch of Thieves I will never use them again you shouldnt either they were just a bunch of money hungry people.

Had to cancel because we were in the highest urgency hurricane evacuation zone and they told my partner who is 8 months pregnant that they had a very strict no cancelation policy and had to charge us full price (nothing they could do on their end). After a long conversation they said a $12 discount was the most they could do for us (showing us that they could in fact change the price). You don’t want to get tangled with people like this who don’t seem to comprehend common decency.

Avoid this chain at all costs! Run of the mill massage place that will cheat and scam you into a membership that you can’t get out of. After my groupon i was promised 2 massages for 60 $ membership and that i am free too cancel anytime. This is not true. The membership can only be cancelled after the first billing date. None i spoke w on the phone knew exactly what the membership rules were… and i was told different things depending on which location i called.The two massage Therapists i got were especially bad and didn’t bother to work on the areas that i requested , poor technical skill and attention. I got swedish , not deep tissue. The first LMT complained about everything and the second was also in a bad mood, the flow was all over and her pressure/ effort was absolute bare minimum. Do NOT recommend!

I been a member for a long time and couldn’t ask for a better place to get my massages. Tonya is one of my favorite therapist as so is Michael. The girls upfront are amazing and very helpful. They have strict policies but as long as you follow them you should be good. As most of these negative reviews are from customers that didn’t care to follow their policies and are upset the staff can’t just overrule them.

I purchased a groupon and scheduled an appointment. The day before my appointment my brother passed away suddenly. I flew out the next day for the funeral. Of couse I was not in the mindset to call and reschedule a massage. Who thinks about that when there is a death in the family. They validated my groupon without my permission and told me basically too bad I would have to puchase another groupon since I did not cancel in advance. The manager was very inexperienced in customer service. She would not allow me to speak to her manager. She was very controlling. Do not use this company. They are despicable people with no heart. Just horrible.

Best membership I’ve ever owned! I look forward to my massage every month. I specially love that I don’t have to pay extra for deep tissue. Everyone is so friendly and the lounge area is so relaxing. Best deal around for massages. paid 115 for 3 massages for my mom by going on groupon and taking advantage of their special for first time customers. after ur first month of the membership you can choose to cancel or keep going with it which i suggest if you get massages often. saved me a ton of money. not sure why there’s so many bad reviews, they explained everything clearly to me so i knew what i was getting into. as long as you pay attention to their policies you won’t have any issues. customer service is great too everyone was very nice and informative

I had a wonderful experience. Violet absolute best! Shes coming fulltime to Palm Harbor ( I hope!) I explained what my physical therapist asked of her, and she did amazing job! So the girls at the front are so shady. They literally lie to your face to get your money. Keep cutting from the time in away or another. Very rude when you question on what’s going on. Had an appointment for one hr and a half and we did confirm before I got inside and after I am done ( one hour only) I asked her about the half hr left and she said it was a speciality. So what they do is they got people get appointments through Groupon and when they come in they will do every way to let you sign up and then they will steal your money with such an Audacity and be disrespectful to you if you wanna question it. Just don’t go there.

Zero stars// No customer service. Inflexible policies. Do not purchase one of their groupons. They say they text and call you to remind you of appointment. I did not get any calls or texts yet they redeemed the groupon any way. I did call and reschedule but the assistant manager said they did not have a record of this and proceeded not to allow me to reschedule with her. DO NOT GO HERE. MANY OF THE REVIEWS HERE ARE RIGHT ON! It is better that I did not go here. Although I lost the money I paid for this, I can see it could also have been a waste of time as well

I have been going here for a few months now. Everything was great until today. I had an appointment for 11am on Saturday, I called to try to get my mom an appointment as well as I was upsold into buying gift cards since my hours were used up and werent rolling over on my membership for 2 weeks. I figured I would gift one to someone to refer them business as I have done in the past. I could not book the appointment with my mom as they wanted a different card on file so I told them I would call back if I wanted to reschedule the appointment, I never changed my original appointment time to 12pm. My time slot was changed on their end, I did not change my appointment time! Wes my masseuse is great! Every time I have been their I have had a great experience until today. As far as front desk goes, I dont appreciate paying for extra massage gift cards that I cant use this week and their nonchalant attitude for their members. I work an insane amount of hours and look forward to my massages when I can squeeze them into my schedule. Very disappointed that they did not offer a solution, just cancelled my appointment and hung up the phone. I find that to be poor customer service if you want to keep member and repeat business.

I signed up on Dec 8 and knew I had made a mistake immediately. After day one, the customer service was NEVER great. I scheduled a massage but they canceled it days later saying they had no therapist, but then I called them one day later and they said they had a time available for me... at the same time that mine was originally scheduled for. Then I tried to gift an hour to a family member but they claimed they werent able to make ANY changes to my account until after the first billing cycle (Jan 8). But when I called another location to ask the same thing, he said WAS able to process my payment for the next month earlier in order to process that extra hour. My home location had to give him permission to make that payment... even though they claimed they werent able to do anything to my account until the 8th. They run a really shady business and do not adhere or stay true to their spa regulations and policies. I have tried to cancel my membership via phone call (which they stated I could do when I signed up via phone call AND it states it on their website), but they are trying to have me be there in person or send a signed letter. They know I have relocated out of the area, and I dont trust them to actually confirm they ever received such letter. They wont accept a fax, nor an email which would come from the email that I signed up with.... Although, AGAIN, their website policies say it is possible to do so.

Paid for a membership monthly for nearly 2 years. They never called or emailed to remind me to use my sessions that I paid for. But when I couldnt pay the bill for 2 months, they gladly canceled my membership, revoking all of my paid sessions, still with ZERO communication from them. Horrible customer service. Well over $1,000 paid to them and I couldnt even get one massage, because my payments stopped going through. Granted, I failed to call to make an appointment, my life is always chaotic, so I forget about taking care of me. When I finally had some time, I called to find out that all the sessions I paid for no longer exist because they took it upon themselves to close my account. other places that you pay monthly for a service, will give some calls or emails to remind you to use what you are paying for, and will usually send some sort of communication to get you back in before just cancelling you out. This place doesnt care how they get their money, or if they provide a service in exchange for the monies rendered.

So I had tried this place with my husband back in 2019 had very good massage therapists so I decided to buy 2 gift certificates in Dec 2021 for my husband and I again. I also saw Groupon had a great deal for 2 massages, it was almost like 2 for 1. I was at the place buying the gift certificates when I asked the girl working there if Im able to use a Groupon also for another visit. She was like sure as long as its 12 months between each use. Only can be used once a year. I was like great. So back on January 2022 I was ready to make an appointment using the Groupon, the girl was ready to take the groupon info but all they had was one at 1 hour and then 1 an hour later so I did not book it. I called again about a week ago and got the general manager who has now refused to honor my Groupon and was very adamant about it. She was practically forcing me to buy a membership and very rude after I have already purchased it about not honoring them why would any one just purchase something knowing they cant use it? Did the general mgr make a one time exception since already purchased, of course not.. Great customer service lady and great way to keep or get business. You act like the money is coming out of your pockets really??? This location is terrible.

Cancelling my membership was the worst experience ever. I was given inaccurate and conflicting information. When I asked for a manager first I was told we are not allowed to disclose that information. Then when Chelsea, the purported manager whose name I was not allowed to know seconds before, came on she contradicted herself twice about the cancellation policy. Bought 2 trips for my parents from groupon looked promising because they had 36k+ reviews 4.5 stars. DONT BE MISLED this place was horrible, my mom went in for Swedish message got a decent person to message for her thats the only reason this isnt a 1 star. My father on the other hand went in for deep tissue and got a 80+ year old woman with arthritis that had no strength in her arms and was winded 90% of the time we asked for another person they denied the request the oil they use doesnt smell nice and just smells like butter. The rooms are small and the beds they use look unwashed and dirty even before we came in. They also forced to pay tip, not ask but FORCE I dont mind paying people for good service but this wasnt that, not at all. Im 100% the reviews on groupon are totally fake because no way both the locations for this chain have under 3 star reviews and groupon has 36k+ with 4.5.

The absolute worst massage and worst I’ve ever been treated by staff in my life. After being a loyal member for over a year, I will never be back. I asked for a deep tissue and was scheduled with someone who gave no more than a lotion rub down. When asked how my service was at the checkout counter, I told them it was not good and was not what I asked to be booked with. They told me “too late, nothing we can do now, you could have ended it early if you weren’t happy”. After telling them I didn’t even know that was an option, they said “well you signed the form acknowledging it.” They claim the forms are reviewed with you when you check in, when they are not, you are handed an iPad and asked to sign things without them explaining everything you are signing and all of the options. They didn’t care how bad the service was, how they did not explain what you are singing, nor did they try to make anything better. You lost a loyal customer because of how this was handled. Don’t waste your time or money going here.

My husband and I Went to Palm Harbor on Groupon for a massage. The first massage was great second one wasn’t so great. I felt like the young lady didn’t know what she was doing. My husband did enjoy his massage. When we were explained about sign a membership we were not explained the full details of cancellations etc. when I got around reading it I realized it was $58.88 for both of us. The girl explained like you would get 2 hours free for a membership. They also explain it was easy to cancel the membership by calling and can cancel up to 1 day prior to billing date. My husband and I wasn’t that satisfied with the massage and after reviewing the price we can go elsewhere for less price and a quality massage. Please read contract before signing. Don’t go off of what the young ladies at the front are saying. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone. Ours first mistake was not reading the reviews. Second was then the contract. 3/17/21 UPDATE - I increased my rating from one to four stars. I called them again, and FINALLY, they did offer an online cancellation form. Additionally, I received gift certificates for each of the unused credits I had prior to cancellation (they can be used until September 2021) so that gives me plenty of time to go, if I were to do so. Regarding the staff, everyone I had interaction with was very pleasant. Im glad this situation was finally rectified.Before Covid, I joined with a monthly membership in Jan or Feb of 2020. Shame on me, but I did not read the fine print on the contract. If you miss a month, you do get a credit, so fair enough. That said, Ive been paying $60 a month for over a YEAR now, with many credits built up, that I never use due to not feeling comfortable given Covid. I tried to cancel a couple times, but have always been talked into staying so I can utilize my credits. After spending hundreds of dollars, I finally called to do a firm cancel. I was told that it wasnt possible over the phone. That I either had to go there in person (at which point I expressed my discomfort) or sending a snail mail. I literally havent had stamps for years. I feel totally SCAMMED. As of today, I still pay them $58 a month. I regret ever going there. Im literally at the point Im going to have to cancel a perfectly good credit card so they stop taking my money. So incredibly unhappy. Please spend your money at a reputable place that doesnt screw you over.

Beware of enrolling in their membership club and if you cancel an appointment get it confirmed via text or email. Haley at the Palm Harbor front office professes to have a perfect memory but surprisingly has no recall of canceling an appointment for me on the same day she rescheduled me for the the following Sunday. Her ‘perfect’ memory cost me $68 as I was charged for the appointment I had called to cancel 48 hours ahead of time. No one from corporate retuned my 3 phone calls nor were my 2 phone calls requesting to speak to the manager at the WestChase location returned. Pitiful customer service. I was a previous member of another branch but stopped my membership because I lived too far.Today, I got there early for my appointment at 9am. The massage therapist was 20minutes late!!! VERY unprofessional and treats their customers awful.We had an appointment set with them and the massage therapist showed up over 30 minutes late. They asked us to reschedule and promised us a 90 massage (extra 30 minutes) to make up for it. We agreed because we didn’t want them to have to reschedule other customers and completely ruin their day. I got a call a few days before our rescheduled appointment and they told me that they couldn’t give us the extra 30 minutes they promised unless we were members (which you have to pay for). They insisted there was nothing they could do for us and that we could call corporate if we wanted. Corporate was no help and they said that all the location are owned independently and they only enforce polices. Today I received a call that they are canceling our appointment and will “no longer service us.”I can guarantee if we paid for the membership we wouldn’t have had our appointment canceled! I was approached by a man to come get me for my massage which I thought was odd because I was scheduled for a female when I called. The front desk informed me that they switched it because they didn’t get a preference from me when I called. However if I was told I was being scheduled with a male I would have let them know I was not comfortable with that. Was an absolute delight. Staff was friendly and inviting. I knew there would be a sales pitch but it wasn’t aggressive which is always appreciated. My massage therapist, Michael, was BEYOND AWESOME, very highly recommend. I have disc issues and ongoing back and neck pain and he knew exactly how to find the knots and work them out. I went with a deep tissue massage and it had been my first professional massage since being diagnosed in 2014. Coming out of the massage session I felt pain free and very relaxed. (Within the Groupon it tells you “if you you purchased a Groupon within a year, you are not allowed to purchase another Groupon”). I was very well aware of that. However, we called the office DIRECTLY to see if they would be willing to book me an appointment using a Groupon. they confirmed that would NOT be an issue. My boyfriend and I showed up at the appointment and I was told that I could not get a massage because I had to use my Groupon with in the last year, I was also told that they didn’t contact my boyfriend to let him know, I was also told that there were no other massages available. I was also told that my massage was never booked as a couples massage. I wasn’t able to speak with a Manager. The young lady at the front desk wouldn’t even contact the manager. My regular therapist was away so a receptionist recommended me a different therapist and claimed he was great at deep tissue and had a strong pressure like I requested. The massage I got was not deep tissue and I didn’t feel like any of my knots were actually worked out. I delivered the feedback to the front and some to the therapist during the massage and was told there’s nothing they can do and was charged full price and of course I left a 20% tip because I understand the therapist does not have as much experience as my regular guy and has no say on who gets recommended to him personally. Not impressed with this experience and how they handle customer feedback and retention. Reception sometimes comes off as very unprofessional.

If you cancel you lose any unused sessions. I have over 20 sessions that I will lose if I cancel. You can only give one per month away and still have to pay an additional $20 so if you cant go every month you either have to give up all the sessions youve paid for, cancel and take the loss or keep paying. If you pause it you cant use it. Its ridiculous that you lose the sessions you paid for if you stop paying.

They will take other customers before you. They will violate your HIPPA laws and ask personal questions in front of other customers and employees. Deceptive advertising. I purchased a black Friday deal for 10 massages for my wife. The website suggested that they all had to be used by the same person. Im okay with that because I was giving all to my wife. When she went in to use her first massage, she was told she couldnt use anymore because it is one massage per coupon and not per package of coupons. I really hate deceptive and unhonest companies. If they do this to you, dispute it with your credit card company and they will reverse the charge.

After a poor first experience at massage luxe in Tampa. I decided to try again in Palm Harbor and it was worse. I paid for a 90 minute massage, we started at 6:10 and ended at 7:15. (???) The therapist gave a good effort which I appreciate but was simply not experienced and there was no flow to the massage whatsoever. It was not relaxing and I couldn’t wait to get up, pay, and leave. My roommate bought me a Groupon for Massage Luxe. I went in for my massage yesterday. Never again. I have fibromyalgia and asked that my massage be light touch and NOT trigger point or deep tissue. Amy was my masseuse and kept pushing her luck and my limits. I lost count of how many times I and said Ow ow ow!. I left there in pain and am in even more pain today. So I took my boyfriend here for a couples massage over the weekend with really high Hopes he had never had a massage before. I was very disappointed. The girl he got was wearing a glove with her could feel threw the whole thing. It was very distracting. It was also very uncomfortable. It might’ve been a four star review just for the environment and the massage therapist but their business model is awful just like planet fitness do you have to come in to cancel They make it extremely difficult to do so they will not email or fax it to you and I just don’t like that they serve their business financial needs before their customers comfort I’ll never use them
