Amalia and Christie were amazing. I had a massage and facial in one day. I was able to schedule them back to back online. I will be going back to both of them. I love the Palm Harbor location, all of their staff are great.

Donna made me feel very comfortable and at ease. She identified areas on my legs that were sensitive and tight and was able to make me feel better. I highly recommend her!

I don’t normally treat myself to a massage on a regular basis. In fact, this was only my second one; the first one being a facial. Richard was very thorough and made me feel at ease. I can honestly say my shoulders felt 100% better. I highly recommend Richard at massage envy.

The massage was good, however, she wouldn’t stop talking or asking questions. I just wanted to relax and get my massage. Don’t get me wrong I love talking just not in that situation. Overall very sweet woman.

I have been going to Brenda for a long time. Every time I see her, she ask me what is going on with my body. When I tell her, she works out the muscles. She not only works on one part of my body. She makes sure my whole body is good. When I leave, I feel like I am renewed. Thank you for taking care of me!

The massage with Michaela was the best massage I have ever had. She asked what I needed, listened, and provided a fabulous service. I only wish I could see her weekly.

Very nice front desk people. Andrea is helping me with my athletic injuries. She is massaging at the source of my pain, as well as showing me how to massage it myself. I like that.All the therapists are excellent. Today, Zoltan was excellent. He spent nice time on my scalp, neck and shoulders. This is where I carry my stress. He also worked nicely on my hands, which are tight from computer work and texting. I needed that. Great job.

Don’t fall for this place. It’s a scam. We have a monthly membership. We pay every month. A few days ago my wife booked a couples massage to use our monthly membership. We were called 3 times in the past 24 hours for therapists that canceled and were “sick” this is unacceptable. We will be calling corporate. This is borderline fraud.

I visited Massage Envy a few months ago. I was referred to Janice. During our first meeting I told her I had developed pain within my front shoulder area that was interfere with my sleep. She put together a plan and my health has dramatically improved to the point of this pain being eliminated.

I have been going to Koryn for almost thirteen years. She gives a wonderful massage and knows how to work the kinks out of my back. I would highly recommend her.

Michael was great at Massage Envy! He took time to find the exact areas that needed work and adjust as needed through the massage. Going back to him in a couple weeks!

I see Angelica every Tuesday at 2 for deep tissue massage. None better in my opinion and the entire staff at the Palm Harbor location is amazing.I believe its because of the manager Beth who hires in her own image.

I have been to high end spas all over the country (Red Door, Scottsdale, AZ, to Nemacolin, Farmington, PA, from Palm Springs, CA to NYC) and Nicholas ranks among and better than any of them! The spa itself was inviting and the friendly and helpful staff were welcoming.I actually signed up as a member because i KNOW Ill be back to request Nicholas!The other ME locations Ive visited on my travels around the country have proven to hold the same high standards for their technicians. My first experience with Massage Envy in Palm Harbor was great. Quick, efficient check in. My therapist Andrea was very good. Able to do firm pressure, checked in with me frequently during the massage and made adjustments as needed. Very professional and great at her job.

Im a massage envy member whos spending 3 months in the Newport Richie area. I was overdue for my bimonthly massage. I was surprised to see that the only Massage Envy is in Palm Harbor 30 min away.I got a 90 min deep tissue session with Donna the next day after calling. What luck! Donna is very knowledgeable and skilled. After a brief conversation about my medical history and massage experiences, she quickly and expertly found my areas of need/knead! It was a glorious session that was relaxing and invigorating. I drank lots of water and took an ibuprofen in the hours after. I had much more movement in my shoulders! Thank you, Donna!The facility is in an older strip mall with SHADED parking. The room was small but cozy, and I had requested the minty essence of Invigorate added to the massage lotion.I highly recommend Donna and Massage Envy in Palm Harbor, FL. Ive had membership for years at Massage Envy. I travel frequently and Im not in the Palm Harbor much. When my credit card was stolen the CC company issued me a new card which stopped my automatic payments. I had to cancel an appointment 35 minutes prior due to an auto accident that happened in front of me and traffic was gridlocked. I rescheduled for next day. Upon check out there were 5 employees and the Owner standing behind counter.The girl took my card, charged me full price $188 AFTER I had treatment, without telling me before hand that the Owner was not renewing my membership. After charge went through , Owner said I was no longer a member and that she used ALL my pointsdue to the cancellation (which couldnt be helped due to the accident). At the time of checkout not one word was said about the charges until AFTERWARDS. I was going to pay the back months that the card didnt go through to bring status current but wasnt given the opportunity. They just charged my card for the higher amount and took all of my accumulated credit. Intentionally blindsided and unprofessional The Owner should have taken me to the side so not to cause a commotion in front of all the employees and customer waiting room. Owner acted unprofessional and did not handle this situation properly. Further action will be taken.

I had an amazing massage with Donna! If you like the light/medium pressure that’s your go-to! I also mentioned i have been moving my body even more adding pickle ball into the mix and she made sure to target the areas i mentioned. One of the best massages I’ve ever had, will be going to Donna again! Thank you Donna!!!!

I wanted a nice relaxing massage and that’s exactly what I got. She was wonderful. It was combined with aromatherapy and did the trick. I was completely relaxed.

Toni was excellent with my massage. I lift weights and my muscles get sore and tight. He did an amazing job on those areas and had the perfect amount of pressure.

This is a pound of skin on salmon cut into four pieces Ill just turn these over to coach see theyre getting a bath today too Just like my feet will be getting later in our foot bath with all the Epsom salts and Ill let this marinade for about 30 minutes and allow the fish to soak up all of these tasty flavors young.Whoops I didnt mean for that to happen but anyway Cassidy is a fantastic massage therapist at this location with a penchant for aestheticianism or something like that. This was my second with her. Best therapist I’ve ever had. She has great technique, has an intuitive touch, and is meticulous. She’s interesting, easy and fun to talk to, but not chatty when you just want to float away and relax. I’ll definitely be back!

Bought my husband gift card from the Palm Harbor location last Christmas. Called a few days ago to make appointment for him. Girl on phone asked if hed ever been there before, I said no, I purchased as a Christmas gift & hes finally able to get there. She asked how much the GC was for, I told her $70.00 which is what a 50 minute deep tissue massage was at the time of purchase. It was also written on the card ( 50 min. deep tissue $70.00) She mentioned that their rates had changed but since I purchased the card at this Palm Harbor location they would honor it, (as they should). My husband got his massage from Lauren as scheduled, the massage was a good one and he left her a tip on her table. When my husband got to the desk to pay, he handed the woman his GC in which she replied, well your massage is $125.00 so you owe $55.00. My husband is quite surprised and said well the card says $70.00 for a 50 minute deep tissue massage, why do you want to charge me $125.00? Her response is, well your massage was one hour, not 50 minutes. Now my husbands confused and says, well Im face down on a table, its not my job to watch the clock, I was scheduled for a 50 minute massage, so you went 10 minutes over and want to charge me another $55.00? She then goes to talk to her manager, whomever that is, unfortunately my husband did not get any names. She comes back and says, ok were charging you $75.00 LOL. Husband says so you want me to pay an extra $5.00 even though the GC was for $70.00, as though they were doing him a favor because they really wanted to charge him $125.00 What an unprofessional & unorganized business. Will never use a massage chain again, they ruined his gift as far as Im concerned! Ill find a good private massage therapist in the future.

I moved to this area over a year ago. I was driving all the way to the Massage Envy in Wesley Chapel to continue seeing my therapist there. I finally decided to try Massage Envy Palm Harbor a few months ago. Lauren T was recommended based on my requests. She has been amazing! I am always happy with the results and feel rejuvenated every time. I am so glad that I found her!

I had a chemical peel done by Karen at Massage Envy Palm Harbor. She really took the time to give me all the information that I needed to know about the procedure and how to take care of my skin after the treatment, including what to watch out for and what to avoid doing. I asked her about the ingredients in the products I was going to be using after the peel since I prefer more natural products, and she told me exactly what each ingredient was going to do for my skin, when and how to use the products, and it really made it easy for me to stick to the post peel protocol. Karen was very thorough while doing the peel and was checking in with me every step of the way and really took care to make me feel very comfortable. Karen also consulted me on the products that I should get for my home skincare routine, and again, she went over every single ingredient in the products. I really feel that she could not have possibly done a better job, I felt like royalty with all the care and attention Karen gave me.

She attended to the areas that I had mentioned were bothering me & was technically awesome!

Anthony aka Tony is AMAZING!! Both my gf and I go to this palm harbor location and its the only one we will go to. The manager Beth is super people oriented and cares about the customers. The front desk girls are always super sweet.

Each of the massge technicians that I have had have been amazing in their own way. Yesterday Valeria did exactly what needed to be done. I told her of all the walking I had done recently and she focused on my hips, legs and feet in a way Ive never had done before. When I left I felt like I was literally walking on air. So light and not in pain one bit. It was truly amazing.

We are from out of town (snowbirds), so I was a little anxious about going to a massage therapist I hadnt visited before. However, Tony did not disappoint. He has an engaging personality, and he did a great job of working out my sore spots. I would go back to Tony anytime!

Andrea!!!She was born to give not just an ordinary massage but definitely therapeutic massage.Her knowledge of the human anatomy along with its muscles and the difficult names to pronounce, shows she is doing this because it’s actually part of her to make people feel better.Within moments of her massage I felt releases of pain. Jennifer has extensive experience, and it shows. I have had a ridiculously tough area for a long time, and it has challenged many a therapist. Jennifer recognizes the problem knots, and uses her experience to bring relief. You will not go wrong with Jennifer as your therapist!I have had several massages at this location, and have had very limited less than ideal massages. Kory is AMAZING! She has treated my wife and I both, and she did not fail to exceed her reputation. My wife raves about her, and when I had the chance to experience her as my therapist, she was better than even my wife claimed! Definitely one of my favorite therapists.

If you need a deep tissue massage, Ramon is excellent. Since moving to Florida a few months back, I’ve had a hard time finding someone who does a really good deep tissue massage. I have a frozen shoulder issue and he found all of the right spots to work. I would definitely recommend him and will continue booking my massages with him.

Usually five-star reviews give me pause, but the simple truth is this place is really, really good. Wide selection of therapists, number of options, very efficient, and has good communication. On the rare occasions small issues have cropped up, they handled them well. Even though I had to cancel my membership for financial reasons, Im still using leftover credits with no issues and there have been 0 annoying attempts to win me back, which I appreciate. So five stars are deserved. Especially for Lauren, who has consistently delivered good quality and service. I know customer reviews can be a confidence booster, and Lauren (and the rest of the staff) have certainly earned one. Thank you!

I was lucky enough to have another massage from Andrea this week. As always, she was very attentive to exactly what I needed and made sure that I left feeling better than I entered. I am always impressed by the professional service I receive from the staff and the high quality therapeutic massage I receive from Andrea.I have been receiving weekly massages grim Andrea at the Palm Harbor location for about two months now. My chronic knee pain has diminished markedly! Andrea has an uncanny knack for finding the muscle groups that need focus and her techniques always improve my range of motion. Plus I always just feel good after her massages!

Melanie was amazing and respectful my needs as a pregnant mama. She let me fall asleep and had light conversation when appropriate. One of my biggest complaints with other places is when the masseuse isnt able to read when you want quiet....no issues with Melanie!!! She was perfectly in tune with my energy and responded accordingly. The massage was top notch and the service put it over the top!! Will be back!

Michelle is the best! I tried 4 other therapists before I found her. I will most definitely be booking all future appointments with her. She is professional and truly cares about fixing whatever your aliment is during your visit. She is small lady but very strong and gentle at the same time. Try her for a deep tissue positional neck and shoulder massage. Shes the best!

Tony is amazing, best massages ever! Hes the only reason I got a membership and keep coming back. Everyone that works there is super nice too. I just had a massage from Lauren, and shes great Im so glad she could fit me in. I was in crazy pain and she did an amazing job!

I have been a regular and with two exceptions have always gone to the same person - George. We get along and he understands what my body needs. He is a special person and a great masseuse!! I would add a 6th star if I could.

I went in looking to help with tension and I had zero preference. I was paired with Greg. I was so pleased with him that I booked two more sessions straight away with him. He is very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing. I would recommend him hands down every time. He helped me so much that my fitness journey has improved. I dont want his time filled but I have to give credit where credit is due. - Jordan.

I had a 1 1/2 hour appointment with Donna and was so very pleased with her professionalism!She started off by adjusting the room and table temperature to my liking, then discussed my problem areas, and finally asked what firmness I was comfortable with.With soft, soothing music playing in a dimly lit room, we chatted back and forth for a bit while she worked the knots out of my shoulders (heavenly!).When I finally succumbed to the relaxing environment and stopped conversing, Donna became quiet allowing me to just enjoy.I have always felt comfortable at Massage Envy and would recommend both the business and Donna.

Lauren is amazing. Ive seen her about 4 or 5 times now and she does great work. They have always been generous with my time and understanding when it came to my tardiness (2 kids - night appointments are challenging). I wish she worked in the day, but she is worth making time in the evening for.

Melanie is one of the best massage therapists Ive ever been to. She is thorough, professional, great techniques, and answers all questions appropriately. She is knowledgeable in her field and I recommend her highly. Overall, Massage Envy is a great experience and very delighted to be a member.

Very very poor experience with Ang the esthetician, it’s apparently all about her tips and not her career. Bad attitude! She started the experience very badly and ended it just the same. We come in to relax and her tone and attitude ruined it before we hit the room. She doesn’t seem to keep up in her own care as well. Thank goodness I have massages awaiting me at home thanks to the hubby. Very very poor experience and will definitely rethink going to Palm Harbor massage envy for future visits. Clearwater is so much better in SOOOO many ways!

Went to this location for the first time and got a deep tissue massage from Tony for a stiff neck. I had full range of motion with little leftover stiffness by the time I left!

My wife sent me in for a massage here and i was expecting it to be weird. Typical guy thoughts ya know. Low and behold customer service made me feel like I was someone important to them. Not just another customer they just are looking to get money from. On top of that the service I received was amazing. Im a tall guy, large guy and I was worked just right. I havent felt my body ache free in so long. It was well worth it. Thanks to the wife and the staff here at this location. Kudos!

Melanie did a great job! She listened and worked on the areas that needed it the most. Most therapists either ignore my knots or work on other areas to make it easier. She did not. She only worked on my neck and shoulders which was nice to finally find a therapists that understands and listens.

The Massage Envy staff are all a pleasure to work with and I have never had a single issue after years of going there. Clean, respectful and relaxing environment. My favorite massage therapist, Alex, is highly skilled and personable; she makes every visit my favorite visit. I highly recommend!

Mel is clearly one of the best therapist at Palm Harbor. Her experience, knowledge, compassion are evident in her massage. A combination of therapeutic and relaxation with the ability to adjust to your preference in pressure. I highly recommend her!

I stumbled across George for I was in dire need of a foot massage specifically and he was trained in reflexology. He was so good I went back for a full massage and have now been with him for 9 years!! Hes awesome at what he does and is a true professional.

Ramon was beyond great and always is. Excellent at sports/ deep tissue massage and hitting those sore/trigger point areas!!! The communication is excellent as well. He tells you to let him know if the pressure is too much or too little so that way you get the most out of your massage which is awesome because some therapists I have had in the past dont even ask about the pressure and if its good or not and I have to tell them to go harder usually because most of the time it wasnt as much pressure as I desired or expected for a sports massage but Ramon gets me right every single time!!

I’ve been going to Rebecca for months now and I highly recommend her for anyone who enjoys light pressures massages. She is highly educated and can recommends things that will help your pain and flexibility at home. She’s helped me so much, as I am on my feet all day everyday for a highly physical job, plus I workout 5 days a week. She is a sweet soul and so relaxing to go to!

I thoroughly enjoy going to massage envy. I go between palm harbor and the Clearwater location. They always treat me great and I even pay to be a monthly member. Totally worth it by the way. Last massage I used Jennifer in palm harbor and she did a great job. I always leave feeling refreshed. If you haven’t had a massage here yet I highly recommend trying them out.

I like a very firm, deep touch, and was trepidatious when I moved to north county from St Pete.I know the key to a good massage is a good, compatible therapist... it took 4 tries, but that’s the beauty of Massage Envy - lots of different therapists!Find one you like, and you can always choose the same expert for your every visit!

We have been getting massages from Melanie for a few years. She is consistent, professional and one of the best therapists I have had the pleasure of experiencing.

Ive been a member here in Palm harbor Florida for over a year. Ive had many massage therapists at this location all of which have been excellent. My most often used ones are Tony and Zoltan though Ive tried many of the girls including my last one Melanie which prompted this review. All of them have been excellent; professional, friendly and conscious of my quirks & kicks. The receptionists are friendly and the place is very clean. I used to pay upwards of $60 plus $20 tip for a massage at my other place -- double at the spa. For the price of this membership and then weekly visits I am saving a ton of money.

I have been suffering from a frozen shoulder for over two months. I have been in therapy, doing daily treatments at home and working very hard to regain my range of motion. When I scheduled my massage, I asked the front desk for someone who was a therapist and Andrea was truly an answer to my prayers! After I got off the massage table, my range of motion in my shoulder went from a 45 degree angle to about 150 degrees. I honestly could not believe it! I am truly thanking God for whatever Andrea did to greatly accelerate my healing process!

I’ve been a member of Massage Envy for ten years. This is the first time I’ve been moved to write a review. I saw George at the Palm Harbor, FL location. George is a master at his craft! He isn’t over talkative, yet communicates fully. He easily detected that I had scar tissue from a torn rotator cuff and painlessly worked that area, increasing my mobility! The entire experience was relaxing. A much needed treat! Be sure to ask for George on your next visit.
