Valley Smokes & Vape Shop

Currently 9:15am signs says they open at 9am the door is locked and no one is answering the phone there is a truck parked outside but I guess they are just ignoring customers this morning 5 people including me have tried to go in and no luckUpdate this is the 2nd time I have drove over here and the store has not been up and its 9:20 what in the world is wrong with this business finally done trying with this place

They have great deals and prices, and the people are usually very nice, but most of them havent the slightest clue about any of the product they are selling. This is the third time Ive gone to the shop and told them what part I need, showed them the product I need it for, and theyve still ended up giving me the wrong size part. Im tired of having to run back and forth errands to fix mistakes that could have been avoided had these people received any actual training or information on what they sell.

Boy, we had a pretty unsavory experience at this shop. The kid that was working was less than enthusiastic to help us. You would think around the busiest retail month you’d put in a smile and say more than three words to your customers. We ended up purchasing something for a gift, but reluctantly. The room was full of boxes he was unpacking, which made it hard to shop. We bought a big very breakable piece and I had to ask for some bubble wrap and had to wrap it myself.Over all just bad service. We frequent shops like this often and was excited to check out a new place. That’s too bad.

Ive been taking kratom for a few years for chronic pain and I saw these guys sold it. I apparently got a bad batch here that didnt resemble anything Id ever taken before. It was about two weeks before I was able to make it in to let them know and I honestly thought I might get some pushback. The guy looked at it and was totally cool about agreeing it was not right and gave me the equivalent amount of a better brand. Havent tried it yet but it definitely looks and smells good. I definitely appreciate it. Didnt know if I was about to be out 45 bucks or not but they made it right. Ill be back.

A lot of different prices, the guy couldnt explain me how the vape worked, but although was a great experience buying here.

Very cool place. One of the most unique stores around. Check out the amazing glass zoo. Not to mention anything you need for all your vaping needs. And the employees are awesome.

Definitely the best smoke and vape shop around excellent customer service always happy to help answer any questions I have an amazing variety of vape juices and tons of hand blown pipes it makes it difficult to pick which one you want to buyi tend to leave with more then I planned on buying just because how great the stuff if plus the prices are amazing if you havent made it in you need to definitely worth the stop
