Everything about my first visit to see Vanessa was wonderful. Her space is warm and welcoming (just like her!) The massage was exactly what I needed for my back/hip pain. Vanessa is so knowledgeable. She was very thoughtful and responsive to my particular needs and tailored the massage to meet just that. Really glad we found her and looking forward to more sessions in the future!

The Kinetic chain in the body Release painful holding pattern caused by body imbalance. I will tell you it really do work. I injured my right shoulder playing basketball. This place is wonderful! I received the Kinetic Chain Release treatment which was my first time with this therapy. I didnt notice an immediate difference but when I woke up the next day I felt wonderful and it lasted throughout the week. My therapist, Vanessa, also recommended some exercises I could do at home as part of my treatment plan. I highly recommend Tahitian Wellness - they offer a full range of body and facial treatments.
