My 1st Time in the shop and I must say if all retail stores had customer service like this one the world would be a much better place. Absolutely fantastic service. The gentleman who helped me was extremely knowledgeable about everything in the store and he is extremely personable . Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!

Used to shop the selection when they were located in the gas station and always liked their selection. Now that they have their own store the selection has only grown. The owner is super friendly and easy to talk to not mention he’s super knowledgeable about the products he sells. I was there asking him questions for 10 minutes just because the guy was really passionate about giving the best customer service. Clean place and great prices. His discounts for loyal customers is better than other vape shops in the area. This store is a great addition for the Ewing area.

My brother bought from here and the guy is cool when you buy from him but then you just try there product to see if it works and it doesnt and when you want to bring it back they dont take refunds. So if I want to try there expensive erigs at the shop I cant cause you cant smoke in the shop. What kind of backwards selling is that. Shady selling and return procedures.

Been meaning to write a review for a while but havent gotten around to it. The store has a great selection of products, ranging in a variety of prices. Store owner and clerks are all kind, warm, and inviting people. Keep it up, fellas

I love this shop and everyone in it. Every time I walk in, they remember me, welcome me in, and show me the new products they have. I bought various lighters, vapes, and CBD oil here, and Im happy with each thing that Ive bought. Their products are great, and they dont try to sell you everything. They listen to what you want and find something for you. Ive been coming here since it opened, and I plan to keep going.

Super friendly staff. Wide selection of vape supplies from coils to mods to e-juice - they’ve got a ton of stuff! Went there for the first time and they had exactly what I was looking for. Great prices and they even have a loyalty program. Definitely going back next time I need vape supplies. If you’re going there for the first time look for the “Circle Cleaners” sign. They’re the shop through right side door under that sign. I missed it the first time I went around the circle. They are there!

This shop is AWESOME! They were friendly and extremely helpful. Im from out of town and the flavor testing was an extremely unique experience. There was a tablet with all the list of flavors and categories and it made it extremely easy to find what i like.

Great place to shop. They take their time to let you find the flavored juice you like. I love that you can taste before you buy. Very knowledge and they want to make you satisfied before you leave. Love it. ♥️

This place is very well organized and the owner is super nice. They carry cigarettes, hookahs, pipes, pipe tobacco and vapes, among some other tobacco products. The selection on cigarette tobacco is no too wide. The adjacent shop, apparently run by the same owner sells CBD and THC products. Ask them on gmaps, they are responsive.

Amazing selection of product. Everything is reasonably priced. Staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely be back!P.S. the store smells amazing! Lol

Best smoke shop around! Their selection is amazing and you can try before you buy just about any flavor you can imagine at their smoke bar and even pick your flavor off a tablet based on your likes and dislikes! The owners are so friendly and their prices can’t be beat! Definitely returning 😊

Great customer service and great satisfaction going to this store. They have help me so much with the wild hemp juice I been sleeping better and my mood has changed so much since starting it. Ok so Kaps was the gentleman who helped me and he was so freaking nice it was insane! He showed me at check out this awesome punch card that if you come in 10 times you get $20 towards anything in the store. He also assisted me with getting salt bae juice they didn’t have my normal flavor so he showed me the watermelon flavor and let me tell you it’s amazing. So to sum this up: amazing customer service, trusted product/ name brands, and great deals! Thanks Kaps!!! 😁

I’ve been a loyal customer since the store has opened. Very friendly and very informative. They have always gave me very good recommendations when a new juice comes in and what to try based on what I like. I’d highly recommend stopping by if you’re looking to purchase anything vape/CBD related.

This vape shop is the best in the area!! You can taste any flavor with this amazing tasting system I’ve never seen and any other vape shop! The owner is so friendly and helpful! I am so happy i took the time to see this shop so close to home! Not to mention the best loyalty program I’ve seen so far! Do yourself a favor and stop in this shop!

The owner Kaps is an absolute gentleman, he was so thorough and explaining all of the different and new vape products. He was very patient in explaining how to use everything and how some products compared to others. Not like most vape shops I go where the employees/owners are rude to walk in customers who know nothing about vaping. Frankly it felt like he genuinely wanted to help me out and as a noobie to vaping I really valued that. Another thing he did which most places don’t do is he offered me samples on any vape juice I wanted. The dude was so cool and patient, definitely will be back, THANKS FOR THE VAPE KAPS!

Went there on 5/24 around 10:45 am no one in store, and was there for like 10 minutes, called multiple times, heard phone ring, no answer, store unsecure.

The customer service is absolutely phenomenal! Product is beyond amazing! 10/10 would recommend! Sells authentic product and nice one of a kind glass!

Not happy about a vaping store that will attract young people likely underage kids seeking to buy products here. Parents beware. Glad that Hopewell Valley School District has been proactive in educating parents and students about how dangerous vaping really is.
