Seaflower Massage & Spa

I highly recommend this massage parlor, especially for deep tissue and stress relief. Sarah, the massage therapist, is amazing! Shes always friendly, attentive, and tailors the massage to your needs. Im so grateful I found her. However, its important to note that Sarah seems to be the only one working there, and shes putting in incredibly long hours - 6 to 7 days a week for 12 hours a day! So please, tip generously to show your appreciation for her hard work and dedication. She deserves it for the fantastic massages she gives despite her demanding schedule.

Got my first massage with seaflower and very thankful for it. The massage therapist was knowledgeable and worked hard to loosen my tightened muscles and knots in my shoulders/back. It will take a couple of more times to be fully healed but I have great faith in getting relief here. She works hard to make you feel better and listens to your thoughts and concerns which is so important!

Sarah is the best deep tissue massage therapist around. She is a very hard worker who is very smart about the body and what needs to be done. She has many regular customers (of which I am one) who continue to come to her for relief. You will be so glad you did!

First time here on 3/9. I called and told her I was in serious pain and she told me to come right in. Shes very sweet. Its very clean and smells so good. At first I was put off by her using mostly her elbow and going back and forth as Ive never had anyone else do it like that but Im not a massage therapist so I just went with it. I was a little sore yesterday but thats to be expected after a deep tissue massage. I feel much better today. The knots I had are gone so all in all, great massage. Ill be back.⭐️Definitely recommend⭐️Edited to add.... Ive had to take muscle relaxers for the last 3 months multiple time a day along with tylenol and Ibuprofen AT THE SAME TIME because Ive been in so much pain in my back. Today was the first day in that time that I didnt have to take ANYTHING.THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

I have been getting massages here for a few years now and when I say they’re the best, I mean it. There is a genuine concern for your wellbeing and a level of care I’ve found nowhere else. Each visit Sarah checks to see what my problem areas are and ensures I leave feeling better than when I arrived and honestly that’s the only measure of excellence that matters. Bravo!

This massage was not one that I would classify as good. She went over the same body parts with her elbow in a very quick fashion. There didn’t seem to be a routine. Worked more on my rear legs than anything. She literally beat me up. About halfway through I asked if she could use her hands and slow down which she did, but it still wasn’t great. She also used baby oil rather than massage oil. Maybe other people like it that have never had a great massage, but not this guy, I definitely won’t return.

I agree with another review, Ive had massages all over the world and Sarah by far gives the best massage Ive ever experienced. She also listens and focuses extra time on problem areas. She understands the pressure needed to get lasting results. Amazing!! Thank you Sarah!!

Sarah is a very talented and gifted massage therapist! Her technique is smooth-flowing and flawless. Id have to say shes probably given me the best massage Ive ever had! She made sure I was comfortable, asked what I wanted, and delivered exactly what I requested, applying the perfect amount of pressure. She is very sweet. I highly, highly recommend visiting her the first chance you get!

HIGH QUALITY AND REASONABLY PRICED! I am an active duty military officer and I visited Seaflower Massage two times while I was in Pensacola for a course. I highly recommend the deep tissue massage as I found it very helpful for my muscle recovery. She is very nice, friendly, and knows what she is doing. I found that she was able to work the muscles by applying the right amount of pressure without discomfort. I have had massages all over the world and this is by far best.

From Washington state visiting my mom and we had a 24hr traveling experience that just wrecked my body... even more lol. So just was going to Google a place and my mom Recommended Sarah. Literally made an appointment for the following week it was that amazing and for the fact Sarah actually listened to me on what was hurting/bothering me and she focused on those areas. We are here for almost 3wks and Ill be seeing Sarah again for another before we leave(total of 3). I hope to find someone with similar experience when I go back home. I know I could never find an exact Sarah because she really puts her heart and soul into this and wants you to get better in your body and mind. Along with having the touch of a massage goddess. Sara runs the show. She has gifted hands for providing a flawless massage, just be specific about what type of massage you are in need of, My style is deep tissue. But her deep tissue massage may be too much for others, as its a real deep tissue that gets down to the root of your problem. Try them out, prices are reasonable and worth the investment. You are paying for quality. Its one of the best massages money can buy.

Sara gave me the most amazing massage! If you have chronic pain. Dont waste your money anywhere else. By far the best massage therapist in Pensacola/pan handle. She got me in the same day I called for an appointment and worked out all my knots which were many. Im so happy to have found her and will be back everytime Im in town.

I go to this place for muscle pain and tightness and when I leave the tightness and pain is either almost or completely gone. Since my Dad passed away she has really supportive and caring to me and her professionalism is out of this world. She knows exactly what she’s doing and you can tell. This is hands down the best place to get a massage in Pensacola! It is always a very professional, friendly, and clean environment, and the price is more than fair. I stop in whenever I have some lingering pain or tightness, and I always leave feeling relaxed, and problem areas are always addressed. Highly recommend!

Sarah is by far the best masseuse in the area. I started using her earlier this year and immediately noticed a difference in my overall health. Ive lost over 40 lbs since our first session back in January. Sarah is passionate about her work and loves being able to improve the quality of life of her patients. Ive had 7 herniated discs for over 10 years, so Ive been to many spas. None have been as good as the specialized, focused treatments I get from Sara, at Seaflower. The young therapist there is exceptionally good and has the latest training, with excellent knowledge of anatomy as to how to message muscles to relieve the most pain.

Sarah is very professional, courteous and caring. She interacts tremendously with her clients. Her massage skills are truly exceptional. She is totally awesome!!

Ive been going here ever since the place I used to go to shut down. The massages are great for muscle tightness and pain relief.

While very polite and attentive I’m not sure the masseuses training is clinical. I felt worse the day after, and not in a good way.

I couldnt move my arms with out pain from a knot in my shoulder I got a deep tissue massage and omg the pain is almost gone. I plan on going back to get the rest worked out.

Great massage but the prices are way too high went in for two hour massage paid $170 today that $85 hr.
