They have recyclable bottles for the in-house vap juice! The gentleman that makes my mix has great recommendations and is very polite. There is no pressure to make a sale and is very informative about alternative juices. One step closer to staying off ciggerates for good👍

Very unprofessional went in for an interview two weeks ago said theyd call me Monday which was a week ago I called them and nothing so Ive been calling everyday for the past week trying to get ahold of the regional manager finally got ahold of him and said that there not looking for anyone to hire Im sorry but if youre not looking for anyone to hire then whyd you waist two hours of my time doing an interview and if youre not looking for anyone to hire then why would you not call back when you said you were to let me know Im sorry but thats very unprofessional

Place always has a sign on the door “be back in 10 minutes”. Also never has coils for anything stocked. Wont be coming back. 3/4 of the reviews on here are from paid for bot accounts. Don’t be fooled.

Absolutely love dr Vape it I buy all my vapes from them I love that they make the juice in-house staff is always nice and always answers all my questions and explains it to where I understand some time Vape language is like Russian to me lol

Told the guy I wanted a geek vape, he still gave me a raz. When I said something he said, can y’all move out the way I have other customersas I was already mad about his attitude and how he presented himself when we walked in. Thank God I’m not from here bc I will never be back to this vape shop.

Guys are great I came in from out of town and run out of coils and stopped in to grab some new. The guy at the desk sold the wrong size but no big deal they made it right and even ended up paying the difference on the new ones even though they cost more. Everything is nice and neat and clean and they also have a great selection of vape juice and coils/vapes and all accessories you need in between, highly recommended!

First off, Chris is an amazing salesperson with knowledgeable information! He not only made sure we knew what we were purchasing but went out of his way to make sure we were happy! Went in to purchase a new kit for the wife but ended up getting another one for myself. If you need anything vape related I highly recommend this establishment especially if chris is there! You cant go wrong with this business, customer service and knowledge is hard to come by now a days but they focus on this as their primary goal. Military discount is a plus, shopper for life!!!! I have gone to multiple vape shops around town and I really like a few others. However, for price and taste I personally prefer coming to this location. Most of the staff is knowledgeable and able to help. If any kind of mistake was made in their part they easily and willingly fix it with no hassle. They have always been friendly and great to stop in at.

I went in for the first time tonight, and the guy there was super awesome, friendly, helpful, and even blessed me with an amazing deal!! Im EXTREMELY satisfied with them and will use them as my regular vape shop from now on!

Very knowledgeable employees and good prices. This is the best vape store in the entire area! We are always treated well by all three men at this store and the juice is great for our vapes. Some of the other places have unreliable service, unreliable and headache-producing (and expensive) juice, but these guys really know what theyre doing! The atmosphere in the shop is very chill and welcoming, all of the employees I’ve dealt with have been very helpful and professional. With them mixing their juices in front of you gives you the ability to add more of a certain flavor when purchasing juices which is something I have not seen in any shops in the area. This is a good shop for all vapers.

The staff recognizes me and my wife as soon as we walk in, and are always kind, swift, and professional, without seeming like a bunch of robots. 10/10 best store ever.

Very cool people. Got what I wanted very quickly and also a stamp card for future purchase discounts. Coolest part is if you dont like what you got you can return whats left (if its at least half full) and they will refund it or swap it out no questions asked. Cant find that service anywhere else. After a complete fiasco at another vape shop i went to the ones i knew who would know what to do to fix my problem from the other place. not only did they fix my issues, it was a minimal charge (less than 5$) i will NEVER GO TO ANOTHER SHOP AGAIN! THE STAFF HERE IS SUPER FRIENDLY FUNNY, the store is clean, smells great, good avail hours (minus my 3 in the morning coil burn outs LOL) i will highly recommend this shop to all my friends and family.

I personally do not vape, but my boyfriend does, so I end up going into various vape shops looking for new mods or replacements for his, and it doesnt matter if I go to Davis or pine forest, staff here is always friendly and extremely helpful. One of the last places left where you can mix your own juice its wonderful the staff is very attentive and nice and pleasant and this is my favorite vape store in all of Pensacola

So you get a punch card.. After you buy 10 bottles, you get a free bottle. It was always a big bottle, like what I buy! Now its a small 30ml bottle, that they dont even fill all the way up! Didnt even last 2 days! A big bottle last over a week!! I dont carry around that card, spend over $200, just to get $5 worth of juice! Thats like buying bags of candy, and on your 100th bag, you get one piece out of a bag for free! Wont be vaping with you guys anymore!

All juices are ready to try in individually prepped rigs. No need to keep asking to try different ones since they are all out on display for you to pick up and try. No wait for service. I went by in the Middle of the Day and despite having an OPEN sign glowing in the window; the door was locked. I saw a well worn 8.5x11 Computer Print Out stuck on the door that said be back in 10, however I waited for longer than 10 minutes and nobody ever opened back up. Not sure if they are closed down or what but the shelves did look a little bare. So I thought even still if they are not closing down I dont think they have a good selection so moved on.

Best vape shop around. Great prices, so many flavors to choose from. Also fully stocked on all your mods, tanks and atomizers. They do an awesone 25% off juice for military and 10% off hardware. Making them even more cheap. They also have a loyalty stamp program where you can earn free juice or discount towards purchases. We have tried other places, only to be highly disappointed. The shop is nice and clean. Guy at the counter was knowledgeable and helpful just my husband (who vapes) was not a fan of the liquid selection. Im sure their selection may fit someone elses need/wants for vaping.

Good selection, sale on juice, but their system wont take debit cards. Walked out empty handed. The card worked on an atm but Im not making two stops just to go here.
