This is my favorite vape shop. They have everything from disposables to rebuildable atomizers and tanks. The selection of e-liquid is much better than most places around Pensacola.The old owner always seemed to have a chip on her shoulder and may have been on some type of drugs. While the new owners are friendly and take the time to get know what your vaping needs are. I havent had any issues with them keeping things I need in stock either.I highly recommend this vape shop!

Out of my pods for weeks just sold me the wrong ones and a expired vape. nervous dud behind the counter haamajor tweaker vibes. Sketchy. not the same. sad

Love this place!!! They always have tons of great juice to pick from in stock. Lots of diffent things you might need for vapes and things of that nature. My favorite thing of all is they have GOOD vapes there like rebuild tanks amd wire to make your own coils with great mods.If you need any vape accessories and things similar to that, then this place is one of if not the best you could ask for.

This is the best and most friendly shop that I have ever visited!!! Very knowledgeable staff and super patient!!! They are the bomb dot com and blast em with business!!! Also, their mascot is super awesome and super friendly and absolutely adorable!!!

The best Vape store in town. Delightful owner and employee. It’s always exceptionally clean and well stocked. Courteous and knowledgeable about Vapes, CBD, Synthetic THC. Delta 8 and 10 merchandise. Large selection of everything and most importantly they have never sold me an old vape that goes out in less than 24 hours because it had sat on the shelf too long.

I have been using this shop for a very long time because the customer service is always spot on!I had an entire box full of pieces and parts that I could never figure out what went to what -I took it in this morning, and TJ the owner put all of it back together, gave me the filters for each one, put them in baggies for me to keep them straight, and Sincerely went out of her way to help me. TJ, thank you so much for your help, it was more appreciated then you’ll ever realize!❤️❤️

Love this shop!As soon as I found it, I wont be going to another vape shop! I was in Pensacola and had an issue with a device I bought at another shop, and THEY HELPED ME get it working AND had the replacement coils I needed. The girls are so polite and helpful. They werent trying to sell me extra things, they just assisted me. I ended up getting a few juices at great prices, and now drive 45 minutes just to go to a shop I trust! They have an amazing selection of my favorite dessert flavors, as well as a huge selection of devices. Its an artsy, chill atmosphere, and THE sweetest dog ever will greet you at the door.Worth a 10-star review… no doubt!

The owner is so sweet and knowledgeable. She recommended me an alternative non-nicotine disposable. Smooth taste and definitely coming back next week to try another brand she recommended.

This place is horrible and they WILL RIP you off!! Check your receipt every time! They got me good last night. Over charging! When I called to tell them, the staff was rude andunacceptable .Take your money elsewhere. Never going back except to get refunded. Think they need to stop using their products while at work. Totally unprofessional!! First she told me the owner was never there and then she told me she was the owner. Did not believe her. She said she hopes after she fixes the overcharges, she no longer wants me as a customer, even though I spend 200.00 a month their on average. This woman was beyond unprofessional and should be ashamed of herself!

We had a great experience here. The employee at the counter was very knowledgable and really helped my husband and I to make choices that worked for us. The atmosphere was relaxing and I really enjoyed looking at the art on the walls. I felt good about my purchases when we left, Ill definitely make the hour drive to visit again.

I go here probably once a week or every two weeks. I have celiacs disease and have to be careful with some vape juices- the staff here has been incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Great place for intermediate or beginner knowelge. Also gorgeous shop and great selection 😁😁

Very friendly experience. They have a great diverse even hard to find items in stock. Good competitive pricing with a 10% military discount. Im not from Pensacola but pass by every weekend and make it a point to stop by and stock up on harder to find.

The friendliness and knowledge of the staff is amazing. Ive never felt so welcomed into a vape shop before. I normally feel rushed out by uninterested staff, but not here. These guys take the extra time and really care about their customers.

First visit was .... 🤷🏾‍♀️ fine. Was sold a $2 poor quality pod for my Juul ... went back a second time because I liked the variety of flavors. The second time I went , I told the lady and a young man working there that the pod she sold me a week prior was leaking when I took it out the packaging and it was leaking in my mouth after I wiped it off and took a puff , and I brought back the pod for her to see , she didnt care. Actually her response was I know , thats why theyre on sale well had you been honest with me I wouldnt have wasted my money. So therefore you lose my trust when it comes to doing business!

Great selection of juices and equipment. Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and offers everything from help setting up your new equipment to basic advice for beginners.Absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a super relaxed atmosphere and one-stop shop!

I just got a 30ml bottle of saltnic for 12.90$I’m just amazed at the prices here!I picked a flavor on sale however the other prices weren’t bad at all! 17$ was the highest she said usually its 20$ to 25$...With out a doubt the best prices in town. I’ve got to serval vape store just too lookHalf the time they don’t have what I need, or it’s stupid expensiveThis store has everything in stock and a great choice of everything !The lady in here though I don’t know her name is very very nice !!!

The shop has steadily declined. More often Im noticing defective products or just poor attention to detail with products I purchase.If by growth you mean adding beer to your items, I guess so. youre still in the same little building. You sell defective products and then you dont stand behind your business. you make the consumer eat the cost. You do this regularly and then you get on google and you try as hard as you can to make the customer the one in the wrong. its a repetitive thing with you and thats why I know youve lost at least 8 customers in the past two week, because they all told me they started going to cloud city. You have a good image, but bad business practice.

Very friendly and knowledgeable, tests things out and does research before selling products to their customers. Has become my go to shop for all things vape and even some glass.

1st time here and love this place! T.J was extremely knowledgeable, so helpful, and very nice. I would strongly recommend everyone whether youre new to vaping, hobbyist, builder, or a collector of unique high end mods this is the place for you!

I used to think this was the place to be in terms of vaping products. However I have had an experience of late that I just cannot ignore, nor can I recommend this place any further.I went in to purchase a new tank for my mod. The man behind the counter grabbed up a tank and put it in the bag with my juice no harm no foul, didnt think anything of it til I returned home. The tank I had just bought, was leaking. I dont mean I put it on a mod and something was wrong, I mean it was on the seat of my car in its package and was leaking someone elses juice!!Selling a used inhalant item on a good day is outrageously wrong. Saying nothing of the current Covid-19 crisis!!And this is not the worse part of this visit! I took it back the following day, the woman who I have come to know as the owner/manager, flat out accused me of using it and trying to return it! I insisted that I did not and even pointed out that she knows I dont vape the clear juice that was clearly inside the used tank. She agreed to return the item despite the policy however at the end of the transaction she made the statement of looks like im gonna have to get this cleaned up.... while looking at the recently returned tank.....I have zero doubt that tank sat for sale as new once again shortly after I left. In the middle of a world-wide pandemic, that involves the respiratory system. Appalling! Disgusting! I can hardly find words for how blatantly wrong and horrible this is.BUYER BEWARE!!!

From out of state and went to a lot of stores to find a product that I needed and this was the only one in the Pensacola area that actually had stuff on the shelves jammed packed! Good vibes and grate people.
