This dude must be paying for upvotes lmao this is THE WORST, nastiest vape shop I think I have ever been too. They A. Barely have any flavors. B. Charge $23 for what every other vape shop charges $17. Dont waste your time this place was so run down and ghetto

Great store, friendly staff, found a super cool case mod, and the store has an awesome aesthetic and welcoming environment.

All I can say is wow! I went in not knowing what I wanted specifically, and the manager there Lamar was fantastic!! He listened to my concerns on some products and gave phenomenal product recommendations. Got us taken care of and did it all with a smile right at the end of his day with less than an hour to closing.

Always out of what I need. I come in trying to get coils for the tank you sold me and your always out. now you never have my juice. i feel bad for the people who work here having to deal with never having product to sell.

I go here regularly to buy juice and coils, if you they dont have it Lamar can find it for you. They really do treat you like family, i find myself spending far too much time chatting and joking around with everyone who works there. The prices are good and they make sure you are taken care of. Go in and visit them its worth the time.

I love this store! They are so personable and kind. I asked for charged batteries and they gave me one of their personal batteries that havent been used yet. Thats awesome! Also, Im digging their remodel and the idea of coffee and Boba tea. Such a great place for adults to hang.

This place looks like its going out of business. I frequently visited this store (navy) for quite awhile and everyone of the employees are nice as could be and very sociable, so no complaints there. They have essentially nothing to buy at this point! Its been a good month and a half and they havent had a single new liquid in since! They are down to all the stuff nobody wants and as stated above, looks like they are closing down! So, employees 5/5. Stocked items 0/5.

Great customer service. Chose this place because it was the first one that came up on Google! Looking for a particular juice, called the had 1 left. Left immediately and grabbed it up. Definitely made us feel like family!

At one time they were a good place but recently they hardly ever have the brand or the flavor of juice I need and or the coils theyve always got to order it but other than that I dont want to say too much bad stuff about it at least they try

These guys are great. Always helpful, friendly, good prices, and clean store. They were out of the coil I needed so they took one out of a tank on display to sell me. If you want excellent customer service, go here.

I went in a couple of days after the hurricane and was grateful the store was open since we still didn’t have electricity restored, but that’s where the positivity ends. The one thing I established right off the bat was that I wanted a higher nicotine level and was looking for mint or citrus flavors. After looking at a couple of suggestions the gentleman behind the counter picked out one that was behind others and in a different type of bottle than what was displayed in front of it. He studied it for a few moments (in retrospect seems as though it was an older one and he was trying to figure out what he could get away with charging me for it.) He finally said he’d do it for $18.99. There was someone else waiting and I felt pressured to make a decision- huge mistake. It was a complete waste of money. It never should have been handed to me - I trusted that he would give me one that met the basic factors I had requested- higher nicotine and the right flavor profile. It has almost no flavor- if it were that alone I wouldn’t be leaving a negative review. But I finally just picked up the bottle to look closer at it and discovered that it has almost no nicotine. If it were just a flavor issue I could deal with that- but the fact that there is almost no nicotine is what it most upsetting. I feel completely taken advantage of. ***actually I’m going toamend this- the first thing I said was to the guy behind the counter is that I use refillable Juul pods- I just discovered that he sold me the wrong type of juice altogether. I would love to be able to change this to a 5 star review- if the shop would be willing to work with me on an exchange of some sort.

Awesome place and great and friendly personable staff! Alot of choices in vapes, and they know what they have and about their products! I highly recommend this place!

I felt like I had a very good shopping experience. I was helped out by James and he seemed to be very informed. He discussed my different options and was very patient in explaining the differences in the different mods and juices. Definitely check them out!

Jason was super helpful! I came in looking for a tank and he helped me for 10+ mins checking out all their options until i decided on one.I give them a 3/5 for cost though. The prices for juice and hardware at this store were higher than any other vape store Ive been in so far. When I made a comment about the prices I was offered 10% off my purchase in exhange for my in-store google review. Still overpayed on my tank even with that bit off..

Amazing, knowledgeable staff that treats you like family. They always have new and innovative merchandise and a huge selection of flavors by a large selection of brands. Ive been going here since they opened and I will never get my vape supplies anywhere else. Go see the guys and get them to hook you up.

My wife and I were visiting vape shops in the Pensacola area and the customer service we received on Sunday afternoon at this place was awful. The gentleman that was there didn’t greet us when we came in, and he seemed annoyed that we were even there...He was rude when we did ask questions and being new to vaping I didn’t feel comfortable even asking him much of anything. With as many vape shops to choose from in the area you would think providing superior customer service would be a priority. I will not return here and there is a far better experience just a couple miles down the road.

The guys in here are great! Jason and Brandon were so helpful. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a good vape shop. Husband has been coming here for 4 years and Im finally getting my own and I didnt want to go anywhere else.

Nice place inside. I use salt-nic and their selection was a little light. The guy behind the counter seemed knowledgeable though and overall it wasnt bad. Not my preferred store, but I wouldnt hesitate to go back if I was in the area.

Im new to Vaping however when my husband and I went in to get my first Vape the salesman Roman was very knowledgeable and helpful. He allowed us to take our time to pick his brain and ask a million questions until I felt comfortable in my decision to buy. He didnt rush us, and he was very professional in his handling of our continuous questions while also taking care of other costumers with questions and those ready to purchase. Needless to say with his great costumer service and knowledge we did end up purchasing all we needed and because of Romans welcoming costumer service, my husband and I have been RETURNING costumers for all our vape needs, each time Roman has been our go to guy....................GREAT JOB ROMAN!!!!!

This place is great and has a very large variety. One of the workers named Cassidy was extremely helpful and kind. She explained things well and was very respectful. If you go to Vapors Republic be sure to ask for Cassidy she’s the best!

Calm friendly place Cassidy helped us with recommendations from a Vape store owner in Oklahoma !!! She was fun, giggly and her side kick was great also!! Pleasantly surprised by the knowledge they had will be back and will verbally spread the recommendations!!!!

This place is awesome. I travel a lot and have hit a lot of vape shops all over the Southeast. This shop easily competes with any of them. The staff were friendly, extremely helpful and knew their product inside and out. The selection of flavors is the best in the area, with a lot of vendor flavors like Bad Drip and Space Jam. They also mix custom flavors.This is my new Go To vape shop.

Best vape shop in Pensacola for sure. Everyone is nice there. They will fix the broken stuff you buy at the other places. If you want good stuff with good people I would shop here. They have any flavor you want!

This place is a joke. Bought a Kaos Spectrum for my wife for $170.00. After 10 days it went out. Batteries were fine, they checked them. They said the chip was fried because she charged it with the USB port. It says right in the manual can be charged via micro USB, and they tell me this is the reason the chip was fried. Would not replace the product but offered a discount on another. I would never give a business that doesnt take care of its customers. I wish I could give no stars!!!

Great little vape shop! Stopped in on my way to the airport because I was completely out of juice. Snagged a Juicy Watermelon by Vapers Republic and it quickly became me favorite ADV. I only come to Pensacola a few times a year and haven’t found anyone else that carries it. Hoping I’m back in town soon so I can stalk up this time. Staff was super friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Y’all will definitely be my first stop next time in town from Los Angeles! If you haven’t tried their Juicy Watermelon ejuice you are missing out! I’m yet to find a watermelon flavor that compares in taste and cloud!

I was looking for a cinnamon flavored vape juice and I called the store. The gentleman who answered said they had a bottle of “house brand” red hots flavor they made custom and a customer never picked it up. I got home, put it in my mod and then hit it... I have never been more disappointed. This not only lacks the intense flavor that red hots tastes like but it has a disgusting metallic aftertaste. God I can’t believe I wasted $24 on this. WHAT A GIANT LETDOWN..

I always go here for all my vaping needs. They are always so nice and extremely helpful, and they are very knowledgable about all their products and vaping in general. Im a pretty casual vaper, and they have everything I need but they also have tons of amazing products for the serious vaping enthusiasts. I had a battery that I purchased there that wasnt working so great (I got the really cheap one) and they replaced it for free and they were happy to do it. They treat you right and are always happy and willing to help as soon as you walk in the door. They also make the best tasting made in store e-liquids that ive ever tried. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get into e-cigs.

Amazing place, very friendly workers. The juice here is really good and it is an awesome spot to just come sit and chill. They have a pool table and ping pong table, along with a pong table, dartboard and the vape pen is a good spot to chill.

Everyone here is awesome! Friendly and extremely helpful. Huge selection of juice and latest mods and tanks. Anywhere from small basic pen to affordable cloud machine. Whatever you need they got it.

At the Warrington location, they didnt have my coil I guess, so sold me one that would work for $6+. It does not work, so now to replace a simple coil will be $12 flipping dollars since I have to go to another store and buy one. EVERYTIME I buy a coil here, its a headache.

I would highly recommend this vape shop out of any within escambia county! They are truly amazing, willing to take the time to help in any way, very informative and honest. I will definitely be using this shop only from now on. Thank yall for being the best!!!!

Way over priced and when i called them out on it the kid behind the counter tell me too bad. He was bragging about almost burning down the shop and tryed to sell me a tank for 80$ when its worth only 30.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. Got my first vape and didn’t feel overwhelmed and the staff was very nice.

I checked their website saw they had vape juice starting at $6.49...so I head on over only to be told they have nothing like that. He asked where I got a number like that..their website is connected to google maps take a look. Now Ive wasted gas too.
