Friendly service & good prices!

Great experience from entry to exit. I was given a sample to try so I knew what to expect If I decided to make a purchase. Shared my situation a bit and immediately shown that they are in this business to help others find a healthier way to recover from heavier substance use.

Owner and her staff are always kind, helpful, & fun to talk to. I always spend a little more time than my schedule really allows for socializing with the staff when I shop here… which is often! I trust Kratom Islands with my plant medicine needs.

Highly recommend. Very helpful, very informative and patient. Helped me to better understand & discern which strains would be best for my needs, didnt try to push product, and made sure that I got the most bang for my buck. Great quality product. I happily spent close to 257.00 my first visit. Anywhere else, for the amount and quality I got, would have cost me 3-4 times as much. I called ahead, and my custom orders were packaged, labeled and ready for me, when I got there. They also ship!

Great selection. But above all else great quality. I make sure to stop by every time I come into town, every couple months or so.

Jillian was amazing, best customer service with a great attitude and smile. If I lived closer and they were a little cheaper I’d go there. But the quality is great I’m just used to paying $11-12 an ounce. I’m def not complaining because great quality and customer service. Can’t beat that.

Ive been taking Kratom for 2 years and came down from Georgia to Orange Beach for work. I was having the hardest time finding it and someone suggested heading over to Pensacola. After stopping a few places and not finding the brand I normally take I called Kratom Islands. Although she didnt have the same brand I was used to she explained what her product was and offered a free sample. It was great and I really enjoyed the knowledge she had about it as well.

I give this place 5 star because they are the only shop in town that sell the Runtz brand disposables. Those are my go to!

The staff is great to work with and very knowledgeable of the products they sell. A little pricey, especially with the CBD. If it wasnt for the price point I would have given 5 stars. Updated to 5 stars. The price is good asI have visited some other places along the coast. The staff is amazing as always and the quality is 5 star as well. I highly recommend Kratim Islands and Kratom itself. I drive an hour one way to purchase Kratom from here and its worth the drive.

Used Kratom from many different places, so I figured Id see how this places product stacked up. This is by far the best I have ever used. I have a brain tumor, throat and colon cancer. I may not have much of a chance of surviving the cancer, but Im not in pain. I feel good, have energy, and enjoying life.

Don’t waste time buying Kratom from other places in town or online for that fact. Kratom islands has by far the best/fresh Kratom I have ever tried and it’s right in Pensacola Fl! 5 Stars!!!

I went in today for the first time I hadnt realize you guys were right around the corner. The girl who help me was WONDERFUL. The physodelic shak had almost made me given up on kratom I bought several different kinds to which I hated all of them and for some reason they had told me they really couldnt explain it. I took her suggestion and she was right on !!!!! I will only be coming and referring your shop. She is priceless.

I am a wife, mother, and WAS a methadone maintenance patient at a local clinic. I spent the last year and 1 month to the day tapering. On January 19, 2019 I took my LAST 5mg dose of methadone. I tried Kratom Islands before, and was very pleased with the product. Had it not been for Kratom Islands being extremely convenient and having AMAZING product, I would have suffered immensely through the past 4 days so far of my detox from methadone. I was greeted, informed and always treated with the best customer service. I will not worry with trying to search & try other vendors as this is my hometown area, and as said above its good product etc. Thank you Matt for all your help this far. I will be in SOON for more.

Past experience with Alex, Leo and others fantastic. Today I was greeted by phone girl who never could quite seem to get off her phone despite my attempts for assistance. I asked for Alex or Leo, she wanted to know why I wanted them. And, who was I? I then asked if she they still owned it and she would not tell me. She asked me again, who was I . I gave her my name and she told me she would get the owners the message. If this is the kind of garbage employee they sponsor now then they dont need my business.

The prices are fair, they offer a variety of kratom products and Wendy is always so sweet and helpful. They also have a drive-thru which is convenient.

I tried all the strains , I love the white helps with my adhd. And gives me energy when I start getting tired to early. Nice to have something besides coffee without jitters . The red strain helps mainly for pain I take that one on Fridays and relax majorly. Thanks a lot

Terrible customer service. They never answer the phone. The three times I was actually able to get ahold them, they only shipped a package once. The other two times they took my information and credit card but did nothing after that.
