CURE de Repos

I have been coming to Cure since 2020. I struggled with acne my whole life but I really wanted to have glowy flawless skin for my wedding. Chrissy really got me right, she has a great touch, and is very attentive and intuitive to her clients. As of late I have been getting my facials with Dana as Chrissy trained her personally and her service is just the same. Dana is excellent, with an amazing touch, great sense of humor, and very knowledgeable as well about the skin products. Yesterday I came in for a facial, peel, and massage with Kay. Kay was exceptional as well. All around I love this place. The staff here is wonderful and they really make you feel like you’ve known them forever and really care for people. 10/10 highly recommend!!

If you want a luxury spa experience that feels exclusive with an award winning aesthetician who will customize the service for your skin type then this is the spa for you. I have been a client with Cure for over 5 years and the quality of my skin and experience has increased as Chrissy has introduced me to products I would not have known would be good for my skin without her recommendation. I also love that she makes recommendations for products without being pushy. I have recommended my friends, family and co-workers and they have had similar experiences.

Cure de Repos is a small, hidden gem. It was clean and everyone was so nice. I got the 2 hour massage with Jazmin. It, and she, were both amazing. They have a nice sauna in the back as well. I will definitely be back and would recommend this place to anyone.

Chrissy and her amazing team never disappoints. This was my first time in her new location. Elle and Lisa graciously greeted me e when I came in and settled me into this beautiful place. I traveled from NJ to get a massage and Mikel was absolutely awesome! His hands are truly a healing gift. I am definitely coming back! This boutique spa is a true gem.

This spa is one of the best spa experiences I’ve had in the area, and I’ve been to many spas. Lisa and the team are of the utmost professionalism, and not just that but pure genuineness and kindness. Even from calling multiple times to change my reservation appointments - every single person that picked up the phone was extremely sweet and accommodating, and wanted to do everything to make my spa day special. I took my mom there for her birthday and Lisa made sure that we were spoiled and pampered. She got us champagne, glasses, robes, and slippers and just made sure everything was perfect for our time there. My mom‘s massage by Ariel was incredible and they even gave her a little gift bag for her birthday with sample products, Lisa was extremely kind and helped give a relaxing luxurious experience for us. Will definitely come back for a visit.

The minute you walk into the spa you feel relaxed and taken care of.I received my first ever Head Spa treatment! I met Elisa who performed the service, and she transported me to the most relaxed state of being! Not only did anxieties melt away, but my scalp and hair are so healthy after!The treatment deeply exfoliated and stimulated my scalp and hydrated my dry hair! Leaving my hair soft AND voluminous after! I think my hair grew an inch after this!!All of the services at Cure De Repos are top notch.

CURE is in a lovely, quaint neighborhood, absolutely a beautiful facility and super friendly staff that wants to please and give you the most of your spa experience. My experience with Lisa, Anastasia and Kay was amazing. Use of the sauna is an added pleasure. CURE definitely goes out of their way to accommodate your needs. Very attentive. I look forward to returning.

DONT HESITATE TO BOOK!!! I had no idea that after strolling into CDR 3 years ago that I would be stumbling upon a forever thing. I have been to them all and I never ever want another aesthetician, CDR is the end all be all. Chrissy is beyond trained in SKIN, not products but SKIN. What I mean by that is, it literally does not matter what you look like, she will know what to do and how to treat your skin and thats only IF youre lucky to get an appt with her, but guess what ?!? Shes trained her staff so well in her expertise that they are all a quality option (yes I have experienced her entire staff). I will literally do anything to get and keep an appt with Chrissy, she is just THAT important to the health of my skin and my heart. I didnt know 3 years ago I would gain not only better skin and habits but a friend and family too. From the minute you walk in, youre treated like one of one, a touch that a lot of businesses have lost in this generation. If I knew the people reading this review, I would bet them $100 each that they would return after one visit and then Id be a millionaire because this is a promise and a guarantee that you will enjoy your experience at Cure De Repos. Great experience getting full body wax done here. Rooms are private and have a relaxing atmosphere, staff is super friendly and helpful and the products are great as well. Will be returning soon!

What a hidden gem! I treated myself to a one hour massage with Jazmin and it couldnt have been more perfect. Lisa was so welcoming upon arrival. And theres a cute sauna to use before or after your service. Very clean space.

I recently won a raffle for a one-hour facial at CURE…I’d never been there before. I was so impressed with this cozy, lovely place filled with a kind staff. Aesthetician Dana did my facial and eyebrow tint and honestly, I felt like I’d died and gone to heaven!!! What a treat!Also of great importance to me is that all the products they use are cruelty free!!!!!They are high quality from Europe and made me feel good both inside and out. Even my husband noticed the difference in my skin. What I once thought to be too decadent for me will now be something I do on a regular basis…a facial (and more) from this wonderful place using great products with a heart.

Amazing. Chrissy’s team knows their stuff! From consults, to products, to skills, this place is full of experts passionate about giving you an amazing experience while transforming your skin. I’ve done several facial options and it’s hard to find one I love most. Each one leaves my skin glowing. I’ve been fortunate to also do multiple types of their messages and they’re all incredible.

Chrissy, the owner of Cure, is incredible. She has created such a warm and inviting atmosphere at Cure. I had a facial and a body wrap. The entire experience was beyond relaxing. From the moment you walk in to Lisa at the front desk until after your services, you GET THE VIP treatment. I recommend it to everyone.

I was never a facial type of gal, they were nice but I didn’t see a reason to commit to them on a regular basis, until Chrissy. I now see Chrissy for a facial every 2 months. I got another one today and got so many compliments that my face has a natural glow to it!I also love the ambiance and environment of the spa. I feel a sense of calmness the second I walk in! We moved to the neighborhood a few months ago. My husband surprised my daughter and I with a facial day which is how I was introduced to Cure. The facial was amazing - incredibly relaxing. The facial cream is incredible and Im hooked on buying the beautiful soaps and candles as gifts. Since our facial day the Cure family has become our family. Chrissy and her husband Raj (owners), Lisa and the energetic team out front, and of course the kind women providing services are all professional while also being very warm, supportive, and fun. My daughter walks by daily on her way back from the bus stop and drops in for a big hug from Lisa. Knowing there are caring store owners looking out for my kids means the world. One of the best facials I have ever had! As soon as I walked in to the Cure de Repos, I felt like I was family. Chrissy was so nice and professional. Staff is fantastic! Highly recommend Cure for all of your esthetic needs!

My group and I had an incredible spa day at Cure de Repos! Lisa was wonderful, taking care to prepare for us in advance and was so very accommodating to our needs. The therapists and treatments were amazing - Rasha performed my scrub and body wrap and left my skin looking and feeling baby soft! Geri performed The Cure treatment on me - 2 hours of one of the most comprehensive and restorative massage experiences I have ever had. Its clear that she is meant to do this work! I left floating on a cloud and highly recommend this lovely spa to anyone who wants to escape for a bit of well-deserved self-care.

Do not walk, but run to Cure! Chrissy is a facial goddess. I originally went to Cure for a facial in January. I was immediately hooked! I did the “Bridal Bootcamp” leading up to my wedding and it was amazing! Not only did I walk out glowing every time, but I felt like I made a new friend along the way. I was given such great advice each time I visited, but never felt pressured to buy products. Lisa, the spa director, is an absolute doll! If all that wasn’t enough to convince you to go get a facial here, maybe this will. On the morning of my wedding, my makeup artist complimented my skin and complexion and said the makeup was gliding on like butter!

My girlfriends and I decided to have a girls weekend to celebrate our friendship and Mothers Day. Since we were all traveling from different states, we decided to meet at a central location which is Philadelphia. We chose this spa due to the excellent reviews and we were not disappointed! From the time of booking, Lisa (the manager), provided exceptional customer service. She was patient in describing the services and providing recommendations. She called in extra staff to ensure that our party would be serviced in a timely fashion. While we were there she was very friendly and extremely attentive to our needs.Now for the services... they were AMAZING!!!! I had the Le Cure 2-hr massage and a body scrub. Gheri was my massage therapist and her hands worked out knots that I didnt even know existed. Prior to starting she explained exactly what would happen during our session which allowed me to just relax and enjoy. Dana performed my body scrub. She was friendly, funny, and did an excellent job.Overall, I left this spa feeling relaxed and glowing from head to toe. I highly recommend for a girls spa day or a needed reprieve.

Cure de Repos is a Chestnut Hill gem! I’ve been coming here faithfully for about 2 years now and it’s always a pleasure (which is saying a lot as my usual service is for waxing!). I come here monthly for waxing, and regularly for facials and back facials. Chrissy, the owner, is an excellent esthetician and really takes the time to personalize the treatment to your skin. I have struggled with self-esteem due to redness and acne for a long time into early adulthood. I cannot remember the last time (before meeting Alexis at Cure) that I felt comfortable going out without makeup. Even in the past when I have tried to accept myself and go out anyway, the feedback from others has been painful. “What are those spots on your face” and other painful and shaming comments. I know there were spots on my face and believe me I wished they were not there.I made my first appointment with Alexis at Cure in February of 2019. I was nervous going, anticipating showing someone my skin without makeup. I think what struck me initially about Alexis was that she normalized what I was going through. I was touched by her genuine nature and kindness. Most impressive though was her clear knowledge and expertise related to skincare science. The first time I left, my skin was drastically improved in terms of redness reduction, pore size, and also softness.I have been returning to Alexis every 3-4 weeks for facials, each of which she tailors slightly after a conducting a thorough assessment of my skin.Each facial brings my skin one more step to long-term skin health. The experience is as enjoyable and relaxing as it is healing and transforming to my very sensitive skin. I have noticed my skin gaining a lightness and softness, like gossamer. My pore size is drastically reduced.I give my highest recommendation for Alexis at Cure de Repos without reservation for exquisitely curated facials. I started getting facials because I’m getting ready to get married and wanted great skin as I have struggled with acne for so long. As a 59 year old, who hasnt had a facial in > 10 years, I was a little nervous about getting a hard sell for products or services that were too much for me. But wow--Chrissy was fabulous! Explained everything she was doing, talked to me about what might benefit me, and what I really didnt need; I absolutely felt like I was in great hands (both literally and figuratively)! And my skin looked and felt amazing afterwards. Ill definitely be going back!

Post shoulder surgery I needed a massage. I was very fortunate to meet Paulina who was trained in medical pain relief massage. She knew exactly how much pressure I needed to feel better. I been coming to CURE for the past year and always leave feeling so vibrant and glowing. The vibe is alway amazing. It’s my girly getaway!I went in for a facial with extractions since I have oily skin and Alexis took one look at my face and recommended a custom Oxygenating facial. I’m still glowing three days later with clear skin and walking out the house without makeup on🤩 Alexis, was great, she explained everything to me and I knew what to expect. She also recommend a toner that was good for my type of skin and I’m loving it. Can’t wait to go back!

I went for the Oxygenating facial and a few day layers I still see the fabulous results in my complexion. Alexis was amazing, explained everything so I knew what to expect and she is extremely knowledgeable about skin care in general which helped me to establish a better daily routine. Today Gerry gave me the second of a three part micro-needling series. I was transcended. It was a beautifully, relaxing facial. My skin looks amazing and Im so glad I splurged on this treatment. She explained the magic of her facials to me. The oxygeneo machine exfoliates with enzymes and peptides, oxygenates your skin from within. Neo massage creates micro circulation and the ultrasound therapy helps to lift and plump. All of which aids smoothing of your fine lines as well as product penetration.I had many facials in my life, but this one truly wowed me. I will be back, and wish I could do it as my monthly routine.

Ive been a client at Cure since shortly after its open 4+years ago. The services and care Ive received are top-notch and Ive recommended Cure to friends and family. Ive received different services at Cure and worked with many of the practitioners, although primarily Chrissy and Geri, both are terrific at what they do - knowledgable, skillful and caring. I was devastated for them when COVID hit and was one of the first in line when they re-opened with their COVID protocols. As someone very concerned about COVID and an avid mask-wearer, hand-washer, I have high standards for how COVID protocols are applied. Cure has taken these incredibly seriously, all while delivering great services with their trademark caring touch. They only work with one client at a time and do a great job managing the public space and the private rooms. Cleanliness, always very high there, is even higher these days. The client check-in process (temperature check, new hand washing towel for each client, etc) makes me feel as safe as possible. Im really impressed with how Chrissy and her team have managed through this unfortunate situation and am glad to be able to see her again regularly.

I had a great massage by Ken tonight. While giving the massage I thought he was using a rod that vibrated down my back, he wasnt, it was coming from his hands. His energy vibrates from him while he massages and it feels great. I was drifting off to sleep when he said he was done. He speak quietly during the massage so he does not startle you and is very respectful when you are positioning yourself either on your front or your back. I would highly recommend Ken to anyone.

Cure is the absolute best! I come here for my facials, waxing and tinting. The girls are very talented and the work is always what I hope for and more. I leave feeling flawless and fabulous everytime.
