First time visiting Zen .Jennifer is an outstanding masseuse. I booked a Signature Massage. Pressure was perfect! I was surprised that my booking included time in the Sauna! What a treat!! 25 minutes in the Sauna felt amazing !I didn’t get the gentleman’s name at the desk but he was so respectful and offered a membership. I appreciated that he allowed me time to think it over and not have to make a decision.I recommend this location and Jennifer as you masseuse.

So friendly, sweet and just genuinely nice. The massage was amazing, the pricing was great, and the services they have.. wow. First time getting a massage and it was wonderful. The staff members at Zen Serenity are awesome. I purchased a full body massage and a 30 mins steam therapy session. I can’t complain, I walked in to the center with a lot of muscle tension from stress. The center was calmed, my Massage professional was Xu, he did an amazing job. Angela was amazing! I got the pain relief package. Im extremely tight all over so this is just what I needed. She really focused and took her time on each section. The massage was deeeep when I say deep I mean DEEP. I loved it bc it means they really focus on getting rid if your knots while some places just do deep and dont. Its hard to explain. The visuals are amazing. They have a sauna and a shower room. They are very accommodating make sure u have everything you need. So underrated. Just heads up they have incense so if your sensitive to smell. But it felt like home for me as Im used to it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND😊

I visited Zen spa today and let me say such a great experience! The owner was welcoming, friendly, and informative. I had Angela perform my massage and wow!! She really exceeded my expectations . I booked for a 60minute Swedish deep muscle massage and left feeling great and relaxed. The sauna was pretty hot lol but well worth it. I’ll be getting a membership and enjoying this luxury more often! (This was my first professional massage btw 🤗)

Their staff is so well trained that you don’t even have to do your due diligence to pick the top masseuse. They are all fantastic and make you feel at home. Excellent massage therapy. I had a lot of lower back pain that traveled to my upper thigh area and leg. A good amount of the pain is gone throughout my body. The price is very fair for a 90 minute session. The whole staff is friendly and makes you feel comfortable with no anxiety or pressure. I highly suggest using Zen Serenity for massage therapy.

Just had a couples massage for our 6th year anniversary and... this place is FANTASTIC! Its so clean, all the decor is pleasant to look at, and the service was on point! Got to say I received the firmest, most thorough hour-long massage of my life. My partner agrees and were both so happy she suggested this place 🔥🔥🔥. 🤩 Definitely coming back to check out more services! (During the walk to the bathroom I peeped at a few other vacant rooms, the whole place is a ~v i b e~). 10/10 🤌 would recommend. Last but not least, the staff was so accommodating and sweet, they have a wonderful crew at the location.Also they close an hour early the day before holidays so ideally check in before then. We were super lucky to have one of the last bookings before July 4th.

Amazing experience. Massage was 10/10. Facial was 10/10. I didn’t get to use the Sauna because I had to leave but everything was perfect. Staff was extremely pleasant. I didn’t have to wait long to be taken back into a room. The facility is very nice and clean. I would recommend and I am definitely going back.

Okay.. Zen Serenity is truly THE best massage center I’ve ever been to. First off, the service is INCREDIBLE— the kindest, most accommodating people that will cater the experience to exactly what you want. The amenities are top notch— they have Sauna, Himalayan salt room, showers, and even herbal steam therapy😍. And the massages are out of this world… their staff is well trained put a lot of effort towards their clients. I highly recommend Linda, but everyone is great. Great company, great people, high quality service, and a very fair price. I am usually picky about massages and I never really write reviews but this place checks all the boxes and I keep coming back. 10 out of 10 ⭐️

The facility is brand new but there is so much attention and care in the details that you feel they have been here forever. Truly a luxury spa feel with extremely reasonable prices. Ive been suffering with a pulled groin muscle, my doctor said try OTC pain reliever, no help,he said get a massage, I went to 5 different massage therapist and no help, I thought I would try one more before giving up, and I went to Zen, I had a massage with XU, he asked what was bothering me, he knew exactly how to treat my pulled groin muscle, it was painful at times but I got through it, when I walked out of the room, immediately I felt relief, I am having much less pain now, thank you XU!, Im definitely coming back

Went for a 90 minutes special massage and it was great. The ambiance inside is amazing. Masseuses took their time working out tense areas. We were just visiting Philadelphia for the weekend but it was worth the trip out to this place.
