Wouldve gave them 5 stars (had 4 different buildings with the same address) they even had google screwed up with the name.. Well since they didnt caterer to vegans had to bring my vegan cheese steak. As long my God daughter was happy... P.S my baby girl did the decorations (party planner)

My daughter god brother baby shower was there. We got lost looking for it. the place is in the back. but wants inside it was nice.

First, the water pipes had busted somewhere in building leaving bathroom on first floor wet and no one came to deal with it. Bar area could use some sprucing up, price a little steep.

Plenty of room the only issue we had was trying to find the entrance its in the cut.

My cousin through my uncles 75th birthday party tonight there. We had a fantastic time.

This venue isnt in the best location, and parking was a nightmare with cars in all directions in the lot behind the building and cars parked on sidewalks up and down the street. When you arrive you drive past the venue thinking its just an old warehouse. Inside looks like rehab work was started but wasnt finished.The bathrooms were a sight, with two unclean stalls, soap that was scarce and nothing to dry hands on. We were there for a comedy show and chose vip seating which was a table but the location of the tables were off to the side of the stage, we had a large speaker blocking our view, terrible florescent lights along the far wall from us almost blinding if we looked towards the stage and an electrical box by our table that they were repairing the door while we waited for the opening act. Its a venue that if you know what to expect you arent surprised but if you purchase tickets for an event held there and think that it will be a nice banquet hall you will be displeased.

Our experience was great. It was our first time visiting the location and everyone we met were super friendly and helpful. Even the younger crowd that were partying in the other rooms were very friendly and cool to be around. Everyone there seemed to be enjoying themselves.

My Friend through an amazing party here but the air was not workin... The event space is nice and fit the occasion. Vary versatile. But someone shouldve came out immediately to handle it! Poor management. Ceiling fans dont cut it when its 99 degrees outside.

Tasha was very nice and patient with my sister an I. My sister is having a wedding in 2020 and this place was very reasonable. They have serval halls within the building depending on size of party guess you’ll be inviting. Bartender was reasonable, decorations, reasonable, servers as well were reasonable. Only thing we have to do is provide liquor and food. The also have a kitchen to prepare food. We were on the phone with his lovely lady for about 45 min and we felt so satisfied and at ease once our call ended. And we ended our search. Thanks againIm sorry viewers please disregard my post for 3 months ago. I will like to update my status on this hall. My sister was very disgusted, by the showing and I can’t blame her. Very unprofessional Tasha was. She couldn’t sit and have a discussion with me sister after she admitted that her office was junky. Knowing that my sister had a schedule appointment with her that day. And she resumed on showing her this horrible hall for a reception with patches on the wall, assuming there where once holes. There was no doorknob entering the building my sister had to stick her hand in to enter. Trash was very evident, and the space for the food was not sanitary, the stove looks like our food will taste Smokey, and the fridge looks and smells sour. Tasha partners sons were such a distraction for my sisters showing. With the money that they charged which’s actually went up from 3 months prior to speaking with her. The price going up wasn’t the problem we just assumed business was booming and that made us a little more hopeful until my sister arrive. We will not put up 3500$ for a building that someone can just stick their arm in the door to enter.

First time using them & it was the best decision everything went well no problem with anything all worked well tasha was alwayz a phone call away if I needed anything. We needed more chairs & it was provided quickly, and my niece had a wonderful tyme for her babyshower. And I got my refund back really cool place to do your party.

Im an American woman in my 30s. This place attracts a crowd of all ages, but mostly younger people in their 20s. They only played Soca music on reggae night. Theres no real bar, just overpriced small cups of liquor.

The interior was nice but from outside, main road, it looks like an old beat-up warehouse. I would suggest beautifying the Tabor Rd view for appearance and so that people know exactly where you are. I want sure my first time going there.

I went there for my sisters baby shower and it was amazing! It might not look that good on the outside but it looks outstanding on the inside!! I absolutely love it and I might be planning my birthday there!!!

Sephora Banquet Hall was a very nice size event space. But it was hard to locate via GPS. Also the event that I went to was at night. There was no lighting in the parking area. Where the event space is looks like there is also a junkyard there as well. Again it was very dark and people could be seen running in the parking lot. During the event I was attending you could hear several car alarms going off in the parking lot. I would not attend another event held at this location because its not a safe location.

Nice size hall. There is parking.They do not clean up post party. There should be someone to clean restrooms during events.

The place is a very comfortable spacious Banquette Hall. And the owners work with u if u have a budget,witch everyone has. Plenty of parking. Close to bus and subway. U have to check it out for yourself

It was a good experience for this to be there first time and theyre also working on getting it together inside. The comedy was also very good I would go again differently.

Honestly ive only been to this place one time setting up a party for someone I got paid for it then I left. I never had a party here I was only there for the job I dont know how the party went sorry but thats all I can say about the place.

Very industrial looking. Parking lot is not the best but there interior can be decorated nicely. Noting fancy but it works

Nothing was ready when we arrived, they was see till decorating,we had to help out , it was decor that we never asked for. The floors was dirty, it was just horrible

The parking lot was terrible. But the facility was nice. However, the bathroom had no paper towels.

Parking is crazy and place looks like a warehouse but good for birthdays and small gatherings, maybe not a wedding reception though

Its a very nice space and the people that own it was very nice and professional l would definitely come back and tell other about

Clean it up and it will be better. Just vacuum the rug and you will see a difference

Is good for small affairs and childrens party. Owners need to clean the carpet.
