DISCOUNT SMOKE SHOP RAZ VAPE LOST MARY GEEK BAR ( Pinellas Park )

Came in earlier this afternoon and was in a bit of a hurry but I come out of my way from St Pete to come to this location and they’re usually very nice and helpful. I went to the side of the counter because for weeks they have been out of the flavor vape I usually buy so while the employee was helping another customer I was just trying to look at the flavors they had in stock in the brand i usually buy. The employee seemed highly annoyed by me (I wear glasses and can’t see well so I was only trying to read the flavors) he got snippy and told me to come to the front of the counter. It was the way he said it. Maybe he was having a bad day but I walked out. When I come in 9 times out of 10 I grab what I usually buy pay and leave. And I ALWAYS leave a tip for them. He made me feel like a burden so I left and took my business elsewhere which is what I will be doing from now on. Won’t recommend to anyone else anymore.

Will never return. I buy my vapes here religiously once a week. For five weeks all fine. I went in today, literally opened it in the parking lot went back in said it’s not hitting right. The guy taste it says it’s fine probably sucking as hard as he can I showed him it barely hitting. Anyways get home figured maybe charging it will help and it still barely hits. It will blow out the opposite end just fine and not the top so I smoke enough to know it’s a defected one but very rude for $24. Just don’t even trust the local guys and smoke it in the store to make sure. Clearly i didn’t switch them out in my car, as you can see the new one is clean and it didn’t work. Its also not charging now so whats your response to that?

The guy who was working was super snippy and looked annoyed during our entire interaction (I was the only customer). I came there just looking for discounted vapes. I ended up paying almost $27 for a cali 8000 puff vape and then was denied the 15% off because it was already discounted…. How much are you charging originally that $27 is a discount?Maybe you should recheck your sources before calling this review fake. Here’s a receipt from the day I posted. Clearly poor management.

I love this place. The worse thing about buying new vapes are if you don’t like the flavor your stuck. Here you can try any vape you want to. Corey has been there every time I have went and he is so helpful and kind.

This smoke shop is the best one I’ve walked into, always willing to help, always super friendly. I’d recommend this place to everyone, plus they have all the different things you can’t find at other smoke shops.I had an issue with one of the disposables that I bought the night I got it I went back in there and they were the modest friendliest easy people to work with even the boss! Cause she had to call him for approval!!!!!!Hands down the best one around probably Pinellas County!!

I wouldnt have any idea how a smoke shop could offer anything unique with so many popping up signs all over town. This man is genius and has really set the bar to a new level. From the flavors and inventory thats offered, the awesome service provided, and actual deals that bring you back. 10 outta 10 definitely recommend!

Came in last week while visiting. Shop was very clean, great selections. Jason was working, very knowledgeable and helpful with my selections. Would definitely recommend and come back next time I’m in town.

I went here for the first time and I do not have enough good things to say about this place. Jason was beyond helpful and answered my thousands of questions. They had everything my girlfriend and I were looking for at a great price, we’ll definitely be back.

I purchased a rechargeable Vape on Friday November 25 used it did not need to be charged til Sunday night November 27. Dummy Vape was the brand 24 dollar vape. Put on to charge it and it would not charge. Went to return Monday night, but was told I could not return it, because it was past the 48-hour return policy. It was 48 hour before it would even need to be changed. Now I am left holding 24 dollar Vape that is useless only got to use it for 48 hours I got to use it so I guess the policy is you get to use it for 48 hours once it breaks youre done with it Ill never use this place again its horrible horrible service, since it is a rechargeable Vape and not a disposable vape . I am able to use it without charging it for over 48 hours, so when it was time to charge it the 48 hours policy conveniently for Discount Smoke Shop was up. By the time I found out it was not working I brought it right back. When instead replacing the 24 dollar vape I was offering a coupon for Dunkin Donuts. It wasnt until I spoke to the owner that he offered me 25% off on my next purchase. Instead of just replacing my 24 dollar vape. Which most likely cost him maybe 10 dollars. I leave it to everyone else out there the customers to tell me if that was a customer friendly move.

So first, let me just say…. VICTORIA IS MY BUDDY FOR LIKE LIFE lol she was extra friendly, beyond knowledgeable, and cool as a cucumber in a freezer :)Seriously though, I’m balling on a budget due to a house fire, she went beyond the “Customer service” role and literally helped me out, and people just don’t do that anymore these days. I’m not saying I’ll be back, I’m just saying I might do repeated pop ups to purchase some things of a… Smokey nature lol thank you guys!!
