Stopped in to check this place out, love finding new coffee shops to review and taste coffee ☕️ since its my jam.This place is casual, the atmosphere is chill, most people on computers, headsets, into other things instead of each others business. Its wonderful found a nice table plugged in lap top and got on with my business. It is a nice place. We ordered ice coffee and French press the drinks were so reasonably priced. You dont feel rushed to leave. We ordered cheezsticks wonderfulThe lady serving today was wonderful. Great customer serviceMake this your next great place to chill. I recommend

I’m so glad I found this spot!I was looking up lounges to study in around Pinellas and found this hidden gem. Not only is it spacious and open, the kavatenders are super friendly. I am new to kava and Frank walked me through everything! He knows his stuff and is enthusiastic to share the knowledge. I ended up having a citrus white tea that Frank made and sipped on it while studying. The drink was lightly sweetened and the perfect pairing for working or getting homework done. I found this to be a great spot to chill alone or with friends. They workers are really friendly people and the vibes are great. Highly recommend checking it out.

Ive been to many kava bars and love many of them but The Chill Room is just one level above the rest:The atmosphere is inviting and warm.The people that come here are incredibly nice and you can always find someone new to talk to.The drinks taste the best and look amazing too.The events are great fun, it gets busy and you meet lots of fun people.But most of all the staff here is amazing. No matter who is working Im always excited to hang out with them and have a great conversation. Everyone here makes you feel like youre right at home. I have to give a special shout to Jillie for being an amazing bartender and awesome person all around.

Pretty nice kava/tea spot with live music occasionally, a large menu of food and drinks, and a very wide open floor plan. Atmosphere is very welcoming. On busy nights, it seems like theyre slightly understaffed sometimes, but the waits are never horrible.Definitely a good place to bring a group of friends for a chill night out.

So many great things to say about The Chill Room! Tim is the kindest kavatender - attentive and always making you feel welcome/included. He made me the BEST Chai tea latte Ive had in a while. The people there are very friendly as well. They have fun event nights of all kinds... pool, poker, karaoke, open mic nights (their pool table is really nice). Did I mention they offer food as well?! All in all, hands down, the best kava shop in the area. Good vibes all around. Would highly recommend. Its worth checking out. You wont regret it!

I come here almost daily and i love it here, im not even a big kava drinker here( still getting use to it) but the mixed drinks are impossible to tell they have kava at first. Giving a HUGE shoutout to Hali’a, Tim, and the owner for letting me and my bf( alongside a few others at times) chill there all the time. Best kava bar i have ever went to and you guys are the greatest

Super Knowledgeable manager Frank takes the time to help you understand all the ins and outs of ingredients and flavor profiles as well as health benefits and ask you what your looking for to help you get a customized beverage to suit your mood and taste buds. I wasn’t into going to Kava barsBut I came here three months ago and fell in love .I tried other places but this places Vibe Staff atmosphere spaciousness everywhere. Here has a great outdoors front area.I stopped wanting to go anywhere else and be here on a daily basis

I first came here a few months ago and fell in love with the place! I love the atmosphere and and all of the drinks are amazing. Hali’a really made it worth while and is a big reason why i kept coming back! She’s very kind and very attentive to everyone in there and goes out of her way to make sure you have a good time while you’re there.

Highly don’t suggest going here, if Rebecca is who they have working! She will be so caught up smiling in your man’s face, worrying about conversation with him, that she can’t get your order correct! Not to mention he was almost done his drink by the time I got my hot latte that I did not order! FYI, I ordered an iced caramel macchiato! Literally, never spoke to me with intention, would only speak to him/address him unless I got her attention. When explaining how the whole thing worked, she LITERALLY, only spoke to him so I was still clueless to even know what was going on!!! WOULD NEVER GO BACK!!!!Edit to add….this was really fd up since we came here to “chill” instead it was me being completely dismissed while she continuously went out of her way to make conversation with him, as if I weren’t there! About his name, his vibe, things he likes, etc. wasn’t even asked what drink I wanted, she ASSumed I wanted what he ordered and started to make the same drink! I had to stop her after she started pouring to tell her I wanted the iced caramel macchiato and I still didn’t get that!

This has been my new favorite little kava spot. Drinks are strong & delicious, bartenders are all wonderful, it has a nice open layout & they have a bit of food!

The vibe is very chill indeed. The dumplings are delicious, the teas are fantastic, I asked for a blue lotus rad kratom mixed with whatever flavor they recommend, what I got was delicious and blue lotus typically has such a weird flavor but they made it a rose peach flavor which tasted very pleasant. Kira makes a flavorful but not overbearing drink, is very pleasant, and provides a relaxing atmosphere and intelligent conversation. I will definitely be coming here regularly from now on.

My new favorite spot. Delicious, strong drinks. Talented Teatenders who set a good vibe. I recommend the sunrise, the Hawaiian slap, and the pretzel bites!

Hands down my new favorite Kava bar. I was immediately impressed by the fact that this is a unique spot, home not only to Kava and Kratom drinks and amenities, but a full food menu, an in-house smoke shop featuring high quality glass products, and plans for a future glass-blowing studio. Halia, Joel, and Kira are all super chill and provided fantastic service, and made me feel right at home as though I was hanging out among friends. Overall this spot was a great find, and I see myself spending a lot of time here.

Stopped in for a beverage in between some appointments. Went with the whole flower blueberry tea. It was delicious and refreshing.Props to Leah for great service!

Leahs lemonade is worth the try!!! My first time there... Leah was very knowledgeable about the products they serve, kava and kratom infused drinks and maybe food, dont quote me on the infused food. Food service as well, my friend had chicken fingers and it was simply delish!!!

Very cozy, laid back atmosphere. The drinks were great with a huge variety. Mozzarella sticks were just ok, but honestly everything else more than made up for it. Halia (I think that’s how she spelled it) was the manager tonight and she was SO sweet, informative, and attentive. I knew nothing about Kava and she explained it to me and made perfect recommendations. Will definitely go back.

My favorite kava bar I’ve been to. The drinks are amazing. They taste good and the Kratom is a bit more potent than the other places I’ve been to. Hali’a is an amazing kavatender and she always makes me feel welcome!

I love this place! we found it on a whim looking for events one weekend & came across music bingo! we stopped by & i always hated Kava, until i arrived there i spoke with the Kavatender Tim & he said “i can make one you like” he made me a Kava mudslide & wow it changed the game! so not only are the staff awesome, the kava is awesome, always events going on & great crowd. Everyone, even people already there are so nice & welcoming. We went there for my girlfriend’s birthday, we were able to get good seating & it was so fun! they got pool tables & clean place, good snacks. This is really the Chillest room in pinellas park! 10/10 our new favorite place!

I always have the best experience when Halia serves me. She is sweet, professional, a great conversationalist and it really seems like she goes above and beyond. She is an asset to this company!

This will be one of my regular spots due to great customer service and calming atmosphere. Halia is a great kavatender and really listens to my every day problems. Frank is a down to earth person that really relates to me.

I came here a few months ago and was served by hali’a. She really took the time to explain what the different drinks were and had recommendations to make them all fit your preference. She truly just seemed happy to be there and will overall be the reason I would come back

I can’t speak highly enough of this place, especially the kavatenders. Jillie and Hali’a are amazing, kind, attentive, helpful, legitimately some of the best service staff I’ve ever met. The vibe is really nice, with a well put together and clean space, good music, and a fun crowd. The events are extremely well run, drinks well made, and the space well managed. You won’t regret coming here!

Love the vibe of this place and they live up to their name! The product is top quality under the new GM, Frank. The rest of the staff is also fantastic! Leah, Tim, H’alia and Sam will make you feel at home, are super knowledgeable and attentive.

The guy behind the counter treats the kava like a Michelin star chef treats an entree. Thats respect for the product and culture that you dont get most places.

Ive been to quite a few kava bars in the area and I gotta say this is by far the nicest one Ive ever stepped into! Its pretty big on this inside but has a really relaxing vibe. The girl behind the bar was extremely friendly and made good suggestions. The smoke shop thats attached is really well organized and looks really nice too. The person in there named Joel was super helpful in explaining how everything worked that I wasnt familiar with. It is absolutely worth checking this place out!

Really chill atmosphere with great bartenders. Joel welcomed us at the door and let us know about everything they offer. Great new pool table as well for free as long as u get a drink. Thanks again to Joel for making us feel welcome and like a family. Definitely will be my new hangout

Love this place!! Jillie was the first person I met there and she’s really the one who made me keep coming back. She’s so sweet and helpful, even when the place gets busy, she still takes the time to make sure I’m good. She’s amazing!! Kira, Halia and Donovan are wonderful people. They always make me feel welcome here and won’t hesitate to help just like Jillie. This place has some awesome workers and love their kava and yummy kratom drinks. Oh and the food is fire 🔥 Now it’s my favorite spot! 10/10 :)

This place has become my safe space. Amazing people, great tea, awesome options on food & snacks! There’s weekly events, oh and the pool table is the best in the area. I bought some custom blown glass pieces that I LOVE!

The Chill Room has got to be the best Kava/Kratom bar in town! Very spacious and kept clean, amazingly friendly bartenders (shout out to my boy Tim), very potent kava and kratom (The Sunrise is my personal favorite), not to mention the tasty teas with the occassional good deal on drinks! Tuesday kareoke nights especially have been great, but no one can turn down Thursday trivia! If I could rate it more than 5 stars I would.

Great bar, very good prices for the amount in the teas you get. Love the kava strains! Definitely my choice bar to go to in this part of Florida.

Love my experience here. I drive 45 minutes just to hang out and became a regular thanks to Halia. The drinks always turn out amazing!

My husband and I went there for the open mic, and it was spectacular. The stage was beautiful. The sound was awesome and the host was the best. Thank you for Fred! Of course they had kombucha so they are high on my list of places to go to open mics, but other than that it really had a nice setup of furniture and decor that was very welcoming.

Walked in and immediately felt welcomed from Tim. Gave me and my fiancé the feeling of the Kava bars at home. Been hard to find that when we visit St.Pete area. Best part of everything was the product! They brew with leaf and actually know how to brew Kava it’s not water and sand they actually know how to get the taste and the potency on point. Do not hesitate to check this place out between Tim and Ha’lieah you will have a great time and a great conversation and leave there with new friends. We will be back!

What a fun and chill place to sip excellent drinks, enjoy nibbles and experience live entertainment. We went for an open mic comedy night and saw @lucasisacomic and musical comedy which was actually pretty funny. There are plenty of comfy chairs to sit on while taking advantage of happy hour.The Chill Room has different theme nights, so we will be back.

This was my first time visiting any Kava location, and I dont think I couldve asked for a better introduction. The drinks were really good, and the Kava and Kratom extracts are both incredible. The bartenders were nice. Everyone there was very welcoming. I look forward to returning.

The Chill Room is the best kava bar you want to go to if you want to go to a good kava bar. Hali’a is a great kavatender, she is really nice and is very informative on kratom and kava. The kava here is some of the best i have had in Florida. The place is nice and open and they have really chill vibe (╯°□°）╯

Really glad this place opened! It’s a really nice space, great for remote work, and the drinks I had were delicious. Plus there’s legit food, which is weirdly rare at kava bars. The manager was really welcoming too.I’ll definitely come back when I need to get some work done or whenever I want some kava.

My acquaintances and myself... I MEAN my f*cki*ng boyz loved the CHILL ROOM. Great environment to chill HENCE THE NAME. Halia, one of our kavatenders had really great customer service and the coffee and food was great. She even let us put on the sportsball games which we really enjoyed. Definitely will be chillin in the Chill room more chilloften:):) We love the mac and cheese bites!

One star rating is being generous. Not sure of the server’s name but she was rude, unwelcoming and provided extremely poor service. Heard it was a good spot but my experience was very negative. Extremely disappointed 👎

So much more than the beverages you order.The team here is truly invested in maintaining a welcoming environment. It’s actually contagious. There’s an event virtually every night (trivia, karaoke, open mic, game night).Even if you don’t drink kava or kratom, order a soft drink and join the conversation.
