Employee sells me expired produce on accident. Looks to exchange it, and finds several other expired ones in the case. Employee offers to exchange for a product, the same price and similar but needs owner approval . The owner said she’s not aware of the transaction, even though the employee stated that he clearly remember selling them to me a couple days ago. I really feel sorry for the employee because he has better customer service experience and wherewithal than the owner and he looks truly embarrassed . Steer clear

Too start off Ted the owner is great! He is very knowledgeable and has great customer service. Unfortunately I can’t say the same for the employees at this location. The selection is average, although I can’t say the quality is great and they do sell questionable products. Unfortunately I had a ruff time with an employee (Steph) that will probably keep me from returning to this location. Customer service is so important and to receive anything but exceptional is upsetting. He wanted me to make sure I knew his named when I made this survey so he spelled it out for me S T E P H…. Yeah it was an experience to say the least. Thanks to Ted though for at least fixing the issue.

The staff are so friendly I always go in there and talk to them for a little bit. Marley house is the only place I go to for my vape juice and anything else that I need. They have great prices and if you cant find what youre looking for they will order it for you. Other Marley houses in the area are not like this one! So if youre looking for a smokehouse you should choose this Marley house in Pinellas Park!!

My partner and I stopped here really quickly for a couple of things and we had a wonderful experience! Steph was super helpful, knowledgeable and had great energy! He also ran out to our car to bring us an item we almost forgot, phew! They have a great variety! We will be back ☺️

Absolutely terrible management. I regularly come to this store to buy nicotine Vapes, and every time I scan the code on the box to verify authenticity. There’s a lot of fakes going around St pete and I definitely don’t want that for obvious reasons. After I purchased a vape on this occasion I opened the box to try the vape as they say to try it before you leave. It was then I realized this box had no scan code. I asked the clerk to exchange it for a box with a code on it and she refused. When I asked her to call her manager the manager also refused.For all I know this vape I bought is a fake, and this store will no longer be getting my business. I’d advise you don’t give them business either because they clearly care more about their profits then customer service.And to confirm, this vape is in fact is defective. It heats up and won’t stop heating up even after you stop hitting it.

Been going to your store for quite awhile. Went in Sunday morning for some flower and tried asking person there which one was good for the needs I had. The person had no idea and when I asked isnt that something u should know she threatened to kick me out of store because I asked you dont know anything about any of them it was very humiliating. She said she was the assistant manager. I hope she doesnt treat all your customers that way

Went into the store 2 days ago, 10-6-22, and bought a vape for $77. Was told that if we were not happy, something was broke/missing or it just wasnt what we wanted then we could return within 30 days. Well we get home, SUPER excited to get into our new vape and low and behold there was a battery needed that we did not know was needed because the boy who sold us the vape only told us enough to sell us on the product/didnt go into detail about what was needed with the vape. No hate whatsoever towards the worker!!! We decide we cant spend an extra like $20 on a battery so we were just gonna return it and buy something/somethings of the same value. We get there and the dude wasnt even willing to help us. Just told us he couldnt do anything and basically told us sorry not sorry. We told him what was wrong with having no battery and it too expensive to buy a separate battery. We were hoping for a store credit or something but we had to walk out still dissatisfied with our purchase. Im not trying to say anything negative about the store or the workers but it would be a big help to the customers if we could do an exchange or something to make sure everyone is satisfied and happy with the purchase. All my husband and I wanted was to exchange for something or somethings we could both enjoy. I hate to say it but I think we will take our business somewhere else from now on. Good luck with your business!!Also to add we never got to trying the vape. Opened the box but it never touched any mouths or anything. We even let the man know, nothing could be done though.

Right around the corner - I received excellent service, despite the current conditions. Meticulous, friendly, personable. I seriously need to start remembering names because this employee was wonderful and deserves recognition. Also super stoked that they had the 50mg hyde sticks in stock in several flavors. Will absolutely be back.

This is one of my favorite Kratom tea shops in St. Pete. The shop is always clean and they have accessible parking in the back. Their kratom teas are good and they have a large selection of flavors.One of the reasons why I like to go to this shop is because of their awesome staff. Taylor and Andez are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They always greet me when I walk in and are very helpful if I have any questions. They also have specials throughout the week and offer punch cards for discounts. Highly recommended.

Bought a stem and bowl. Bowl was broken missing side stem. Got home pulled a rip and found that out. Called shop was told I can get 5% off. Lol. First off it should have never been out on sale. So pay attention if u shop here. Proper customer service is needed at this shop

The young lady was very cold personality. Customer service isnt a roll she should be in. She had to be in her early 20s here 2 different groups of 40+ year old patrons talking and spoke to us Im a disrespectful manner.Also the most expensive Kratom shop out of the 9 I have been to in the area. Over $12 for a single red.

I don’t recommend this store to anybody if you’re looking for great customer service. I came in one day last week and was greeted by Katrina with an un friendly attitude. Didn’t care to help me find what I was looking for and all together had a bad attitude. When I spoke with a friend about this shop they also had stated they overheard the same girl talking abut some very inappropriate things with another female. I don’t believe that’s professional.. anyways won’t be returning!

Its my go to spot to hang...their kratom bar rules, strong tea, and good mixes. Turnover is a bit high surprisingly (perhaps this accounts for some of the one star reviews) but the staff is usually super friendly at least. Its a cool hang, and one of the few smoke shops that you can go to and truly just hang out for a while.

Everything at this shop is highly overpriced. You could save so much money even if you had to drive all the way to Tampa. They wanted $60 for a vape tank that I bought in Tampa for only $20. Very nice interior though. Great place to shop if you dont mind wasting a ton of money.

Was able to get the perfect stem for my favorite piece with the curbside pickup service. The owner was super nice and working really hard, he remembered all the other items we order and we got it for a good price. I couldn’t recommend a smoke shop to go to, I wish I could give 6 stars!

This smoke shop had everything I need and more and that is always something I am excited to see. I specifically smoke smok products and while most places at least carry one or two of their mods for vaping, 90% of the stores that carry those same mods do not carry the coil replacements for them and when I find a place like this that has everything. I stick with them until I am either too far away with my living situation or until I can no longer get the things that I need there any more. The people who were working there were great, they help me with so much stuff. They showed me multiple different mods based on what I was looking for and after a week of no vaping in 2 days of smoking cigarettes I left that shop happier than I have been in a while as I took a hit from my nicotine vape walking back to my car. I remembered all over again why I quit smoking. So I want to give a big shout out to the stores like these that keep vaping going and keep us fiends/ connoisseurs in business by keeping us vaping the way we want, at the price we want, with the products that you want. Once again youll be seeing much more me in the future. Thank you for everything you did yesterday!

Writing a review is important for several reasons. Therefore when writing a review it should be 100% honest. How would you feel if someone posted a review at your job against you that was not the truth? I deal with Taylor and the rest of the staff at Marleys in pinellas park almost on a daily basis and i can say that the entire staff is very honest and never imply, do or say anything that is illegal or False. I will continue to give them my business and i recomend this store to anyone.

Wont be taking my business here anymore. The young arab kid that works here is extremely ignorant and rude. He sold us two pens for our cartridges a week ago and told us if had any problems to bring back with receipt so we did. Told him my girls pen stopped working sometimes and switched between working and not working. Well since it was working when we brought it up and wasnt currently malfunctioning the kid got an attitude and basically told us to kick rocks. We didnt want our money back just a new pen and ended up still having to buy another one because we need a working pen. Wouldnt give me his managers information or when I could return to speak with them or even call them immediately. Asked him what do i need to do for you to do something record it not working because I will? Kid was too stoned to comprehensively answer questions and is confused on proper customer service when a repeat customer has an issue and is asking how to resolve it you argue with them? Yikes. I hope all of your employees are not like the child you leave running your store. All we wanted was a product that we paid for to work CONSISTENTLY proper. Obviously wasnt trying to get one over on you when we didnt want our money back & STILL bought another pen. Ridiculous service we wont be back as long as he is there.

Only go there if you’re white, the owner is racist will act nice in your face and then watch you as you browse and then act surprised when you buy something. Notice they have an all white staff at all timesI think it’s ironic that the owner is calling me a racist while I’m a minority and she still has an all white staff who mistreat customers consistently this is an example of of how they treat the customers instead of saying I’m sorry for the experience they decide to call a minority racist, it’s sadI hope everyone reading this can see how hate the manager is by saying my experience in her location is false all because it’s negative and also note how since it’s not in favor of the business, the my feeling and experience are invalid to her. It’s 2019 it’s time for businesses to understand that being prejudice is wrong!

I love this place! The employees treat me like family and they are honest aboot their products. Their prices are great and well worth the products they sell. Plus, the java bar is a fantastic place to hang out. They have the best kava around!

Tez is very patient and helpful. Ive bought a few products from Marleys in the past. I called about a vape device Ive been using for over 3 years and broke the glass and tez tried to find compatible glass and was very compassionate and apologetic towards me even though they didnt carry the product.

Very friendly staff, and a great large variety of vapes, juices, and tobacco products! Its my go-to without fail.Whats really awesome, is that they allow you to try any vape products, before you leave the shop, so you can ensure that your new vapes work for you, and that the vapes are as you wanted. This is great, because if theres issues, you can exchange anything not good for something else, or get a full refund on it. The small catch is that you need to do this before leaving, but that makes perfect sense!The various drinks, which they serve at their non-alcoholic bar, are all quite delicious and high in nutrients! Perfect for that afternoon wakeup or a relaxing evening brew.Seriously, Marleys is one of the best smoke/vape shops in the area! Check them out! :)

Such a great store!! They have a cute tea bar AND a vape bar area with vape juice menus and a nice lounge in the back for hookah! Not to mention they have so many cool pipes and accessories all over! Prices are good and staff is so great!

The manager is very erratic. I witnessed her being rude to other customers while I was in the store. Have been in there numerous times and you never know what youre going to get with her. Trys to upsale just to make an extra buck not because she believes in the product she is selling. High prices compared to other places.

They have some of the better kratom tea in town and lots of great specials, like BOGO Wednesday and free upgraded size on Sunday. I highly recommend if you’re in the area to give them a visit.

Place is trash the sell overpriced broke items and won’t return them. Do not trust this place at all. Nice local shop with a lot to choose from. Only thing is because of Covid they stopped the trying of e-liquid before you buy it’s totally understandable considering the circumstance but it’s something I miss and can’t wait till we can transition back to it

First time stopping by today to look for some new CBD juice for my pen and found what I was look for. The manager and guy working here were very friendly and helped me find what I need. They also have CBD pre rolls and candy. I bought a juice, a pre roll, some chocolate and the manager sent me home with a free gummy to try. I’ll definitely be back and this will be my go to shop from now on.

So went to Marleys yesterday, was in a hurry because was returning from work and wife was in severe pain.They are really helpful but everything is priced more than 3 times of what you can get on internet.As I was in hurry, I relied on information they gave and came out with bill of around $200 but then I researched afterwards and found that I was ripped off by at least $50.I would advise people to stay away from this place until you do your research because if you would be inexperienced like I didn’t know anything about CBD, they will rip you off.The vape I bought was Smok NOVO which available online for $16.95, they sold it to me for $40 plus taxes. Same with Naked CBD liquid, available online at $24.95 and sold to me for $55 plus taxes.I understand that business runs on profit but charging 50 to 60% profit on original price is beyond me.

I went there and asked for a detox drink cause my doctor said it might help with some of my medical issues. When I asked the girl (with nose piercings) she said that this product will help me pass any drug test. I was mystified cause I thought they legally werent allowed to say something like that, plus I was insulted that she assumed that I smoked drugs. I had the feeling she was trying to get me to partake cause she then asked during our little chit chat if I burned. I found it completely unprofessional and on the verge of illegality. Please be careful ! They are not as on the up and up and it may seem.

I bought a battery and it doesnt work .The guy who sold it to me said if I have any problems to bring it in with the recipt.Well I did and the girl tested it on hers and it worked so i brought my two different cartridges and showed her it didnt work.Her response was well its not faulty so I cant exchange it . So Im out of $20 so no more going there for me.

So we bought something that we didnt need and we went to return it and they said that we couldnt return it even though it was not opened and they never told us that we couldnt return it when we bought it. My experience at Marleys house was nothing short extraordinary thanks to the help of your employee. They assisted me in the difficult decision of choosing a cartridge battery. Eventually we ended on the GBOX and I couldnt be happier. I will certainly be back with future miscellaneous needs.

Clerk was not wanting info to pass to management to help grow the store and info to help her grow in her job and knowledge of products. The store also has outdated smok vaping devices but the do have is replacement parts for tanks like coils

When it comes to E-liquid they have the best prices that Ive been able to find and alot more great prices throughout the store

The staff are nice people but the prices are ridiculous, they took advantage of me being a new smoker and sold me a 18 dollar pod system (novo 2) for 45 dollars, not to mention its around 10 dollars for a single replacement pod and like 35 for a pack of 3, its insane
