When I visit from Pittsburgh, one of Danielles dances are always on the itinerary. Either @ Gulfport Ballroom or Bayou, the experience is informative (lessons), awesome, uplifting, and such a joy. The folks I encounter on and off the floor are so inviting to this visitor and incredible steppers!! Danielle provides the foundation for a fun yet comprehensive dance lesson, whether in a private or group setting. I received personal attention and structure which boosted my confidence as well as adding to my love of dance. A seasoned dancer or a newbie will benefit immensely from the experience Danielle shares. The social dances she organizes are outstanding! Not only social, but the bonus of a lesson before every dance. A group of dancers and myself, competed at Orange Blossom Festival with her and she went above and beyond preparing us for the event. I’ve know Danielle for 15+ years and taken many lessons from her. Besides being an amazing follower, she’s the only instructor I’ve learned from who can truly find a way to explain things where I understand completely. Mainly I think because she’s just as talented at leading as following. Danielle is a fantastic dance teacher.Have had private lessons with her periodically since 2018 and advanced my WCS and 2-step skill level over the years since then. She got me ready for my first pro-am competition in 2023 which really helped my social dance skills.She also runs the best Saturday night dance lesson and practice party event in the region every month. This is great to help people of all ages with mental health, self-confidence, and partnership skills (lead and follow).

It was not easy for me to come back to West Coast Swing after 10 years break. However , Danielle made my transition much easier - with her sensational weekly group classes in addition to her top of the line private lessons.Thank you Danielle for all your hard work at the Tampa Bay’s WCS and country dance community 💃🏼

Danielle is an amazing instructor. I’ve taken private lessons from some of the top instructors in the country and she’s one of the very best. Her Saturday night dances/parties are amazing. Her music and energy are part of what makes the parties so much fun. She does an amazing job in her group lessons of helping each individual student get to “their” next level and at the same time making it a fun and entertaining class. Nobody does it better.

DB dance isnt just a place to learn or improve my dance, but a place where I met terrific people. The weekly dances, and Wednesday classes provide endless opportunities to learn. All of this in a friendly environment. Danielle and her assistants create a welcome environment for experienced and novice dancers. I only wish I would have started this activity sooner, but glad I didnt wait any longer.

I trained with Danielle Blouin from 2007 to 2009 to compete in the United Country Western Dance Councils events around the country. I placed first in my divisions in many events such as Orange Blossom, Peach State, Christmas in Dixie and in the 2009 UCWDC worlds, my couples partner and I won our World Champion belt buckles under the tutelage of Danielle. Ive danced many different ballroom, Latin and swing styles under many different teachers but I have never met one who is so passionate about her vocation and unwavering in her support of her students.

It is one thing to be a good dancer, another to be a good teacher, and uncommon to be both. Danielle is both. Her students learn while having fun. Shes hands down one of the best dance instructors Ive ever had.

Danielle Blouin is an amazing dance instructor with an extensive background in Country, West Coast Swing and Ballroom! Her private lessons, group lessons and social dances are for all levels of dancers, and you do not need a partner to participate. She provides many opportunities to dance, learn and socialize with an awesome group of people, new dancers and those that continue to come back out of the sheer enjoyment of the environment. Ive known Danielle for over 10 years. She is a world champion dancer in Country, a great West Coast Swing dancer and an excellent instructor. Her friendly, enthusiastic teaching style makes learning fun. Her dance knowledge is endless. She has devoted her heart and soul to the Tampa dance community and hosts a variety of dances. You cant go wrong taking lessons from Danielle. Youll continually learn and have fun at the same time.

DB Dance has been one of my favorite dance venues for a year. Mostly its west coast swing, with a little country two-step, and an occasional country nightclub or waltz. Group classes taught by Danielle and occasional guest instructors have been great.

Highly recommend for Country 2-Step, West Coast Swing or any other partner dance! Danielle Blouin is a fantastic instructor, passionate about making you a better dancer. Her Wednesday & Saturday group classes/dances are a blast, but if you want to improve quickly, book a private. She connects well with many personalities and works hard to get you onto the dance floor, having fun and meeting new people. Just do it!

My Husband & I have been taking private lessons from Danielle for about 2 years now. We appreciate her World Class high level skills, applied to our beginner level. She explains so we understand.
