The owner overcharges for items..And will not return them even when you dont even leave the counter..When workers are there they charge the correct prices ...

Before 3 pm the owner is behind the counter, he charges more money than what the items are marked as, only change, but still hes a rip-off, after 3pm is different people behind the counter, those people are true blue. Ive bought cigarettes there, and numerous times the cigs had worm holes in them. I guess they were worm holes, dont know for sure.

They sell defective products. I used to be a regular here for about a year and a half because their e-juice prices are good, but I no longer shop here after several of the e-cig products they sold me were defective. One almost blew up on me and got really hot and wouldnt turn off. 10 minutes after buying it, I returned to the store and they refused to offer a replacement or refund. The employee was empathetic but said the owners do not allow her to deal with situations like that and referred me to come back when the owner was available. I came back several times over the course of about a month and was told the owner wasnt there and was on vacation.When I finally spoke to the owner (an older gentleman) he had absolutely no concern that the E-cig was defective. He had no interest in reporting the problem to the e-cig manufacturer and had no concern that it became superheated and almost exploded, less than 5 minutes after I purchased it. Instead he seemed irritated and sternly told me he would give no replacement and no refund.And this is why they get 1 star and I will never shop here again. The owner does not care about the safety of their customers, is rude to even regular customers, and does not support the products they sell.

Super chill experience here. I had a bunch of questions and the owner answered all of them super well and was able to get me the best deals. If anyone is thinking about a new place go here vs the other ones. Large selection as well. Very nice. Thanks bro.

Relaxed smoke shop with lots of variety across any budget. Ive been coming here for years and always had pleasant experience with the staff. They switched to more of a smoke shop recently, and John was incredibly helpful showing off the stock!

Some prices are excellent, other things are WAY overpriced. The older man its got much help. He knows the inventory but its is not well versed in what everything is for. Is impatient at times. His son., however, is super cool and helpful.
