My wife and I got a couples massage here and everything was amazing. From the second we walked in the door, to the second we left, we felt appreciated. Cameron and Nataly, Our massage therapists were great. Their communication was great and pressure was perfect. Would definitely go here again.

The front desk girl is so nice! I’ve been in twice and she is always so sweet! This last time I went with a girl named Sophie… I think… but oh my gosh. She took care of better than anyone ever has. She gave me the best massage experience of my life. She is my new religion. Anyways go here

I came here with my sweetheart to get the Signature Couple’s Massage and it was such a relaxing experience! We both had a very enjoyable time. They put in effort to create the best atmosphere with low, soft lighting and ambient music. We also got little chocolates with the fluffy robe!It was my first time ever getting a massage and the therapists did a wonderful job helping me to feel comfortable. My hubby agreed it was a 10/10 date and we’ll definitely return!

Will most definitely be returning. Scheduled a spa day, while my husband and kids were away in New York visiting family. Best decision ever!! Started with a massage, followed by a facial and ending with a pedicure. It was heaven. I had the same tech for my facial and pedicure… and she was absolutely the sweetest. The facilities were clean, and the vibe was super great.

Had such a great experience at the Spa Lounge! My massage by Kaylee was incredible. The only thing that would have made it better would be if the massage tables were heated. The room was a little cold and my feet were freezing! But the warm towels felt amazing!!**edit/update** The spa lounge made it up to me with a gift certificate to come back again. My husband booked me a 2 hr massage here for my birthday. From the moment I stepped in the spa all staff were so kind, helpful, and professional. Heather was incredible and created such a safe and relaxing environment. She listened to where I hurt most and she instinctively knew how to help my muscles release.Came in feeling physically broken and in so much pain. Left feeling hopeful, peaceful, calm, and in much less pain. My experience was amazing and I highly recommend this place!!

Got my wife a spa package for her birthday. Masseuse didn’t show up so no massage. Unfortunate! But, they were very kind despite that, giving us some free bonuses and a small gift card. Definitely handled very professionally!

We were so disappointed by the pedicure. I took my daughter to get a pedicure before she gave birth. The girls were nice, we did have to ask them to trim the nails and to trim the cuticles. We were enjoying ourselves, and didn’t notice the awful polish job. We called the next day to see if they could fix the issue. We left a message. We were even more disappointed by the response from management. They do not seem to stand behind their work. They did offer a $10 gift card for each one-and then only sent one..save yourself the headache and find a different spa..

We had a couples relaxation massage today and it was excellent! The massage therapists were very attentive to our specific tightness, the massages were great and relaxing. The atmosphere was amazing. We would for sure recommend and we will be back!

Loved my massage! I impulsively scheduled it because I slept on my back weird. Best decision! I was able to get in for a full-body massage on the same day with Jen and she was fantastic. 10/10 would go again.

First time going to the Spa Lounge. Had a very nice and relaxing time. Everyone is kind. Front desk ladies are super sweet. I got 4 things done a manicure, pedicure, eyebrows and a message. Each lady was so nice and welcoming. I 100% recommend this location.

We booked the couples package. Both our massages were great. They made sure we were comfortable and applied just the right amount of pressure. With the couples massage we got a cute little glass of martinelli and a piece of chocolate. Parking was tight in the back but doable. The inside is clean. We would go again.

Was a decent massage, this place came highly recommended to me but I couldn’t get into the massage therapist that was recommended. We had a 90 minute couple massage, which we only received a 70 minute massage. We were not taken back to our room until 12:15 and the massage ended at 1:27. This is really frustrating when you’re paying good money for a massage. We had Morgan and Courtney I believe. Other than than the time issue my only other complaint is that she didn’t really focus on the place that I asked her too but the massage was decent other than that. I just personally wouldn’t pay that much for this place.

Courtney was an amazing masseuse! The facial was really nice but I am never convinced. Great place. If they only had a sauna so you could really enjoy the time there, especially between services!

I gave this as a gift to my wife and she LOVED it! She did an hour long massage with an essential oil treatment and she raved about it! They had a nice changing space with shoes and a robe to change into!

I had the best experience at The Spa Lounge! The front receptionist was so nice and welcoming. I was greeted with the most positive, kind attitude. The quiet room, before my appointment, is very peaceful and had set the tone before my treatment. My treatment with Hannah H was amazing. She was very friendly, answered my questions and gave me a great relaxing experience. Ill definitely be going back!

Heather is the best! She did an amazing job on my massage. She made me feel very comfortable with the massage and communicating about the correct pressure. She also offered me very good advice. I highly recommend her :)

I took my daughter here for her birthday and got a Full Relaxation Massage! It was a great experience! very relaxing & Both of Our Masseuses were amazing! We will definatly go visit again!

Friendly staff and clean environment. Got 3 of the deluxe pedicures for myself, mother and sister-in-law. They honored the new client special for all of us which was great. However, I didn’t think the pedicure was anything special. Felt more like a basic pedicure. Minimal massage and treatment. Then when nails were painted they said done and walked away. Would have been nice to be left with a couple min massage, rubbing some more lotion on or something. I also asked my Nail Tech Lorelei to scrape the dry skin off (ugh Utah weather) the sides of my feet, not just the heel, and she only did one🤯 I had to go home and ask my hubby to scrape the other foot for me (36 weeks pregnant). For the elevated price, it didnt feel elevated. The room is also right by the front entrance area so you can hear and see people coming in and out and there was no music playing. Had higher hopes after reading all of the great reviews.

First time trying The Spa Lounge. My massage was a 7/10 but my experience with The Spa Lounge was a 2/10. Booked a massage and received a text confirmation only to show up and be told their system glitched and I had no appointment according to them. There were no therapists onsite so I was rescheduled for another day and sent away. When I returned for my rescheduled appt the therapist I booked with was switched on me without any prior notice.*edit* the $20 discount the owner response mentioned is an ongoing promo for $20 off any service above $65 available to any new customer (that I had to proactively ask the receptionist to apply), and was in no way an attempt to make ammends or compensate for lost time and inconvenience. I appreciate your profuse apologies, but nonetheless this was my experience and its fair for others to know should it happen to them.

Hannah was amazing! She was so sweet, great conversation, and she really took her time to give me the best pedicure. I will be coming back again and bringing others!

I absolutely loved my spa day at The Spa Lounge. Was treated with the relaxation package for my birthday! Anne gave a wonderful calming relaxation massage and Hannah H gave me glowing beautiful skin from a European facial. Highly recommend and cannot wait to return!

I went there for a reflexology session and I had Megan. She was amazing! I could feel the tension in my back break up afterwards. Your feet hold a lot from your body and Megan could tell. She asked if I had I been experiencing ******* and I had! She did wonders for me and I plan on going back. The place is very calming and clean and has a lot of nice touches. I’ve been to other salons but I’ll stay with this one.

My massage place closed so this was my first time at the Spa Lounge. I booked online and didn’t see in the email that I should arrive 15 minutes early. I wish that had been included in the text reminder because I showed up right on time and changing took time out of my massage.I scheduled a deep tissue massage and saw you can get a new customer discount. When I called to ask how to apply the discount to my purchase, they said I need to remind them but unfortunately I didn’t do that in time. Don’t forget to bring that up when they run your card! I also asked who does the hardest massages and they would not give me a name. My masseuse was good, but I could tell she was struggling. I am going back because it’s a clean spa and all of the employees were kind and helpful.

I got the signature massage with Brooke at the Pleasant Grove location and it was THE BEST MASSAGE IVE EVER HAD!!!!!! The pressure was perfect, she was so so nice, she asked to make sure I was comfortable and genuinely wanted me to feel amazing. I asked her why she became a massage therapist and she said she loves helping people feel their best. I know she means that cause seriously I have never felt more taken care of during a massage!! I will only come to her from now on. If you go to the spa lounge, ask for Brooke!

I took my wife for her birthday to Spa Lounge. We chose the massage and pedicure package. The staff were very friendly and professional and the price is very fair. We will definitely be coming back.

I booked with this business after seeing the intro offer on Google for $20 off first time customers. I was clear I was hoping to spend $65 after the discount and wanted an hour massage. The rep on the phone and my confirmation email both state a 1 hour time slot for my massage but I only received ~50 minutes of hands on work. When I contacted the spa the next day, they told me about their fine print for massage appointments not having a full 60 minutes hands on, but a 50 minute process. In addition, during the massage, they changed oils and it started to irritate my skin. I had to ask twice for it to be wiped off and removed.

I’m not one to write much reviews but my experience was traumatic. I went in as a walk in originally after I had looked at their menu and services online. I went in with my 1 1/2 year old and asked if I had to make an appointment. So fine, I did. Later that same day I came back for my appointment, with my baby once again. I sat down in the pedicure chair and got as far as soaking my feet and Gabriella took the Polish off my toes. The front desk girl came up to me and said she called her manager and kids weren’t allowed in the spa. (I was the only one getting a pedicure). Gabriela told me she couldn’t do my nails because she only has 3 tools and I had an ingrown nails so I asked her if I should just go and she said yes. So I left and told the desk girl I was just going to leave and no services were done. As I was about to drive away she says, the manager is on the phone and wants me to pay a no show fee. I told her, it wasn’t fair since no one told me about the no kid rule, the nail tech couldn’t do her job and I showed up for my appointment. I had never felt so upset at a nail salon or spa. I’m from out of state and I was very upset by the service I received or didn’t receive.

My wife and I went for a couple’s massage and had a great experience. Our therapists were great, and the spa was very relaxing with good lighting, decor, and music. We loved it and will be back again.

This is the best spa in town! I first chose to come here because I could get a massage without buying a membership. Ironically, I had such a good experience that I actually bought a membership 🤣 (I have never, anywhere else, wanted to commit to a membership). Natalie took really great care of me during my prenatal massage. It was relaxing and she was very gentle and understanding about needing to adjust during the session. I am 6 months along and this was my first prenatal massage ever. Best believe I will be back again for a massage whether it be another prenatal or just a regular massage. Staff treated me nicely, nice and clean lounge area, and option to change into a robe especially during the winter with all these winter layers was nice. All in all a great experience, 10/10 recommend.

The facility is always super clean and relaxing and the staff has always been really helpful and welcoming. Today I went in and had Sapphire and she was 🔥🔥🔥 my leg has been bothering me for weeks and I mentioned it when we started, not really thinking much would come for it. Boy was I wrong, she worked some kind of deep tissue voodoo magic (can you tell I don’t do massages very often?) and I have been feeling sooooo much better!

First time in and I had an exceptional experience with Kary. She was prepared! Kary was so knowledgeable and helpful as well as delightful. Will be back soon.

Pretty sure Nataly sold some part of herself to have the talent she does in massage therapy; completely relieved a three day tension headache. In all seriousness, I am very grateful to The Spa Lounge who understood my stress and treated me with such kindness after I walked in a bundle of anxiety and emotion. I almost had to cancel for a family emergency but was convinced by my sister I needed this and good land was she right. I walked out so relaxed. Like boneless chicken kind of relaxed. I will never go anywhere else for my massages.

I got many Maternity Massages here during my pregnancy and it was the very best thing I did for me! It feels like an elite spa experience and the technicians are all so friendly. They did an amazing job relieving all the pain that comes with pregnancy, especially sciatic pain for me!! I continue to go postpartum and it has always been a great experience. I would especially recommend Ashlee D, for any massage really. She is a truly fantastic masseuse.

I am visiting from CT. I had a free day and searched day spas near me. The Spa Lounge had good reviews so I called to book a facial and a massage. They were very accommodating making sure the services I wanted fit into a time window I requested. The aesthetician, Natalie, was excellent. She was gentle and thorough, making sure I was comfortable with extractions (Yes! Please!!) I was sad the facial was only an hour. My skin looked and felt like there was actual moisture in it. Heather was the massage therapist. I chose the lymphatic drainage service. It’s a great massage for people who don’t want to leave the salon with a lot of product on their body. Since I’ve never had this type of service before, I can’t compare but suffice it to say, I slept at least an hour of the 1.5 hour service. VERY gentle—I felt great afterwards. The front desk staff was also lovely and accommodating. 5 stars and then some. Thank you for my lovely day!

I really enjoyed my time at The Spa Lounge today. Everyone I talked to was very welcoming and helpful. The ambiance was relaxing, clean, and comfortable.

The massage itself was great and everyone was very kind. However, when I buy a 60 min massage, I prefer it to last the full hour and not 45 min. Especially when they ask that I show up 15 min early to the scheduled time.

I got the hot stone massage it was great! Place is nice and has a very calming environment. The front desk girl was super nice and helpful, my massage therapist was great, and I got some amazing lotion I’m beyond obsessed with! I’ll be back!

I got a facial and a message here. The facial was from Kaylee and the massage was from Sapphire. They both did an amazing job. It was my first time getting one, and they helped put me at ease. The waiting room was easy to relax in. I only have two small complaints, the robes weren’t as comfortable and fuzzy as I was hoping, and in my massage room I could easily hear people walking around and laughing and it was hard to relax. I’ll definitely be coming back here though.

Kaylee did an amazing job! I loved that she wore latex free gloves and I didnt have to ask or have her use the ones I bring with me. (I have a latex allergy) She paid attention to detail and my pedicure looks amazing! This was my first time to the Spa Lounge in Pleasant Grove but I will be back!

I’ve been to the spa lounge several times and purchased massages for family members as gifts as well now. Everyone has loved it. I usually get the 30 min massage and just did the cranial sacral - obsessed! The whole staff is delightful and so skilled. I was even late to a recent appointment and they didn’t charge me a fee they were so understanding 🙏🏻 the waiting room is so relaxing that I went online and bought some the same fake candles for my own bedroom so I can mimic the relaxing vibe :) 10/10!

My husband and I went for a maternity couples massage for our babymoon, and it was wonderful! Neither of us had ever gotten massages before, and we loved how comfortable, professional, and inviting this place was. My massage therapist was knowledgeable about how to massage me at 5 and a half months pregnant, and knew exactly how to help with my achiness (a pregnancy pillow was provided to keep me comfortable and off of my belly)!We will definitely come back!

Most incredible massage I’ve ever had. My boyfriend and I had a couples massage, they accommodated us being 10 minutes late without cutting the massage short, they listened to every request and checked in often. So relaxing, deep tissue really hit the spot. 10/10 recommend!

This place is amazing 🤩 I was in a bind and couldn’t make my 11 am pedicure and they were able to move it to a later appointment that day. I appreciated them going the extra mile 👍All there services are great! I’ve had pedicures, Gel x nails and massage. I have to give a special shout out to Courtney, she’s a massage therapist and she’s incredible!!! I have a lot of pain & inflammation, she gives me relief from my chronic pain👍If you’re looking for an amazing massage therapist, I highly recommend Courtney. I love The Spa Lounge 😊

LOVED my facial! I scheduled an anti-aging facial, with little to no expectation that it would be nothing more than a relaxing experience. I could NOT believe that when I woke up the next morning, the fine lines around my eyes were less noticeable. WHAT??? Natalie was my esthetician, and she was AMAZING! A completely relaxing experience from start to finish. I will definitely be visiting again, and requesting Natalie.😀

Yesterday, my husband and I had an appointment for a 90 minute hot stone couples massage. We went for our anniversary, and the minute you walk in, you feel like you aren’t in Utah. The place is absolutely gorgeous and extremely clean. The team member at the front desk was an actual sweetheart and she was so sweet. She explained everything so well and check in and out was a breeze. We got changed into robes, highly recommend just doing that! We waited in their lounge for our massage therapist to come and get us. When they came, they both were extremely friendly and listened to what we wanted out of our massage. They did a fantastic job and explained to us how we will be feeling sore and what to do after. I felt extremely taken care of. I highly recommend this place, even booking online was a breeze. I can’t wait to come back.

Courtney is the best for cranial sacral massage. She is very experienced and knows her stuff and it shows. I had a headache and a lot of tension for months. After a massage at the spa lounge I feel amazing!

I love the Spa Lounge. Great ambiance and feel. I always go to Morgan and she’s amazing. She is great at feeling out sore muscles and she always does the right amount of pressure. She’s super talented. I’m a massage snob and have had lots of massages that suck but Morgan is always good!

The service and quality was 100% excellent. I had one of the best deep tissue massage and gentle man’s facial massage of all times. There will be a return day!

I had an amazing experience here! I’ve gotten massages at several different places in Utah and Salt Lake counties and nowhere has compared to the Spa Lounge. I made a last minute reservation an hour in advance when my kids were with their grandma and I had more time than I thought. The aches and pains of pregnancy have been horrible this time around and I was hoping for relief. When I walked in, I was greeted with great customer service and led to the locker room where I could change into a robe and slippers. The locker even had my name on the door, which surprised me since I had only made my appointment an hour prior! Raevyn gave me an AMAZING massage — she seemed to magically find and resolve every area of tension. When I got up from the massage table, it was the first time I was able to stand up without SI joint pain in weeks. I’m super pleased with my experience here, will recommend it to everyone, and plan on only going here for massages from here on out!

I’m only giving 3 stars because the massage was relaxing. BUT we asked and PAID for deep tissue and got relaxing. A 90 min massage and I didn’t even have my arms massaged. We got a couples massage and both our therapists were the same. Maybe they are new to massage therapy, either way if a place is going to charge more for deep tissue they need to assure their therapist know what that means. I will not come back for a massage. The facility is nice and clean and that’s what you are paying for. But that’s about it, an over priced massage. It was our second time and our last.

I scheduled a deep tissue massage because of a recent shoulder injury. And that’s exactly what I got, it was thorough and helped a lot! Sapphire did an amazing job really taking the time to work on the areas that had been been giving me issues. I Will be following up with further massages with her.

Brandon did an amazing job focusing on my difficult areas(neck and shoulders) while still giving an incredible full body massage experience. It was relaxing as well as healing. I got my first facial here (hydrofacial) and was so excited. However, I got some abnormal bruising. But the management team was awesome! They were responsive and took action to compensate me for my troubles. I’ll definitely be back to try again. The office is very nice and calming, and again, management team was great.

I had an excellent deep tissue massage with Sapphire (sorry if name wrong). Her quality of massage was 5/5 for a deep tissue, and I would highly recommend her.Edit in response to reply from owner:My friend had booked my massage for me, and I was unaware that they are 50 or 80 minutes rather than 60/90. A place I regularly go to called Wasatch therapeutic massage does a full 60/90. So that is what I am accustomed to. I have added a star because that was my oversight. Just want others booking to be aware of shorter time length factored into cost (100 for 50 minute deep tissue massage)Also, as a side note, Google maps lead me to the wrong place but Apple Maps was correct

This was my first time getting a massage. We went in for a couples massage and it was a very smooth and easy experience. We were made to feel very comfortable throughout the entire experience. Been a member with Spa Lounge for couple of years now and like that they have a location in UT Valley now. The membership is great value for money for regular treatments. If you are looking for a great massage, I highly recommend Brandon. He has amazing flow, pressure and energy and he knows what he is doing! I can be very picky with my massages.

Cute quiet pedi place. Has different color options than I feel most other places do. Only downside is that its very expensive. Gel pedi was around 80 bucks before the tip

Bright, sparkling clean nail salon with very clean and comfortable recliners and nice,relaxing music.I had pedicures done by two different techs - Emily and Kaylee - and they are both amazing professionals and very kind people.Even the regular nail polish applied here holds for over a month and looks great.I highly recommend this spa for all of your beauty needs!

We loved the Spa Lounge! Such a cute little place. They had a changing room with robes and slippers and a lounge. I just wish the lounge was a little warmer. A fireplace (even an electric one) would go a long way. I couldn’t stay and enjoy it after my massage because it was freezing. The massage was great though! I’d definitely go back to Allie. We will be back for sure !

It was ok. I came 15 min early. Changed and waited for about 20 min in the lounge. When it was done I spent time changing. Made some tea, drank it in the lounge, used the restroom and went out front to pay. When I got out to my car I realized that it was still 5 min until the time my appointment would have ended. I paid for 1 hour but in the end it would seem I did not get a full hour massage. Dont think Ill he going back to this place.

I have had really great massages and just ok massages depending on the person, but I guess thats with any place. Heather P. is AMAZING for a relaxing massage, and if you want all of your knots out (not relaxing at all for me ha ha) then Morgan is your girl. The membership I think is a great deal. My only critique would be that the actual building feels very sterile, not really relaxing/comforting, and is always freezing cold!

This spa is very clean, everyone is friendly, spa area seems very zen. We came for a couple pedicure and the girls were kind, but it was lacking.

I scheduled a package: 60 min massage, 60 min facial and a pedicure. The massage was ok but was only 50 mins. The facility is the bigger problem. The massage room is cold and sterile looking— emphasis on cold. Even with the heated table I couldn’t get warm in there, after sitting in the cold waiting area for 20 mins, and the use of wet towels on my back and feet didn’t help as they start hot but then leave you wet and cold. The room also is on the street side and the noise of the traffic prevents deep relaxation. The facial was wonderful but also less than an hour. That room is warmer and quieter and I actually dozed off. Facilities are clean, just not exactly cozy.

This was my first visit at The Spa Lounge. Emma did such an amazing job on my nails! She was gentle and is a true perfectionist. I appreciate her quality work and will be back.

Kaylee was awesome!! She and I discussed what I was hoping to achieve with my facial. We decided on a chemical peel. She was concerned about my comfort but also the results I was hoping for. She even did spot treatments where I had the most concerns. I love my results! The facility was clean and comfortable. I will return!

My daughter and I went to the Pleasant Grove location for pedicures. It was super clean and the staff was awesome. Madi, our nail tech, was super sweet and did a great job for the 2 of us. I will definitely use this spa again.

I got my lashes lifted and tinted by kaylee and i love them! she did such a great job. the building was also very nice and well kept it had such a relaxing atmosphere 10/10 will be going again

Nathan was great! He tailored my massage exactly to my needs and offered some new ways that might help me that others have not in the past, such as abdominal massage to help my lower back and sides. Definitely recommend him!

We had a “90 minute” couples massage at the PG location. We were asked to arrive early, which we did. Our appt was at 10 and we got taken back to the room at 10:10. Massages began at 10:15 and ended at 11:20. The massage should be 90 minutes long where you are actually on the table being massaged, not 65 minutes because the massage therapists are coming off another appt and then need to prepare the room for the next person. I discussed this with the receptionist and she agreed. I told her I just wanted to inform her and wasn’t trying to complain. She insisted on calling the manager right then, but nothing came of that conversation. We paid for the 90 minutes when really should have only paid for 60 minutes for what we got.The massages were fine. The girls never asked either of us if the pressure was good so we didn’t say anything. We thought it would be rude to just ask them to apply more pressure but we definitely should have said something. About 75% of the time the pressure did not feel like a massage should.For the price of the massages, we definitely won’t be back if the low quality and short appointment are standard practices.

Would not recommend for a couple of reason.One the masseuse was coughing during our couples massage to the point where she had to leave the room.She did not attend to one of the areas specified.Paid for a 60 minute couples massage. We were waiting in the wait room by 6:00. We weren’t taken back to the massage room until 6:10 and then our massage was finished at 6:55. So we paid for 60 minutes and only got 45 minutes.When I put my robe on the heaping pile of robes in the dirty close bin about 6 robes fell off the pile that was stacked about a foot and half over the rim of the dirty close bin. So not a lot of attention is paid to the tidiness, at least the night we were there.My masseuse did a great job overall. Just feel like we kind of got short changed. Would have loved another 15 minutes so the guy could at least touch my feet once.

Super frustrating experience. Tried today for the first time and took my wife for a couples massage. Booked a couples aromatherapy massage. Was taken back and showed changing rooms etc and then told “oh you booked the aromatherapy massage so you won’t need a changing room because that is just fully clothed massage of your hands and feet. Perplexed went back to the front as the description said nothing about that and was then shorted time for a regular massage. After went to pay and was told the first girl didn’t know what she was talking about. Below average facility and poor customer service. Won’t be back!!

The spa lounge is a nice relaxing place. Nice and professional people. Has a nice locker room with robes and slippers and a relaxing waiting area. Martin is amazing!!! I do think that it is WAY too cold. I have been twice and both times I couldn’t get warm. When it is winter they definitely need to turn up the heat.

My daughter and I did the deluxe pedicure and it was AMAZING! Our technicians did a nice job at making her first pedicure one to remember. Warm lotion is new to me but game changer lol. I dont do this enough but Ill be back for sure

This new location Spa Lounge is not only highly organized and gorgeous, but also immaculate, and well run! The owners of this BEAUTIFUL new spa know exactly what they are doing! The spa has a lovely waiting area and beautiful treatment rooms. My massage was very relaxing and just what I needed! I will be back VERY soon! ;)

I received the power regeneration facial. It was fantastic!! The esthetician was friendly and interesting to talk to, but also knew when it was time to stop talking and let me relax. She put me to sleep at one point. My skin was super glowy and I felt refreshed afterward. Highly recommend!!

The gel x nails I got started falling off within the week! They made me pay to have them replaced.They didnt do the $20 off for new customers. I sent them a direct message about that, and still havent received a response after more than a week.I wanted to love them. Thought about doing the monthly membership, but am super disappointed

This place is Fantastic!! Best date idea ever!!! We got a couples massage. They give you a personalized locker with robes, sandals and candies. ARRIVE EARLY. If you do, you can enjoy their lounge. Its a darkened room with candles, fresh hot tea and complimentary mints/jelly ranchers. Just make sure to finish your candy before the massage or you might be drooling a little extra like my husband and I did x)Our massage therapists accommodated me with an extra towel (since Im breastfeeding and didnt want to wear my bra, it was nice not to leak all over) and gave us each individualized tips & stretches to help us take care of our tense areas better.What a wonderful experience. They deserved their large tip! Highly recommend.

One of the worst spa experiences I have ever had. I had the 60 min reflexology, and was never once asked if I was comfortable or how the pressure was. My masseuse even fell asleep. My husband also got the same service and we both only got 35 min of massage. We didn’t understand why it says 60 min if you only get 35 min. I did reach out to Spa Lounge directly to see if we could make things right since the services are expensive. Unfortunately, we never heard back. There are many other spas in the area that have better services.

I came in experiencing neck pain, unable to turn my head in one direction, and left with increased range of motion, and feeling better with my body overall. She paid special attention to my problem areas and was very thorough. Leeah helped me at the front desk and was very sweet. Would highly recommend a visit 👍🏻

Honestly the first portion of my facial was great. Though the person who took care of me was a little quiet and a a little hard to talk to. It was when we got to the extraction obviously it hurt but it went down hill from there. The bed wasn’t heated and it was cold in the room so throughout my facial I was cold, this was exacerbated by the fact that during one of the masks they put cooling things on my face. My person was a little rough with my massage but it was difficult to tell her anything because the mask that they put you in covers both your eyes and your mouth.Overall I’m a little unimpressed by it considering how much money it was.

I loved my lash lift! Rallet did a beautiful job! My eyelashes have never looked better.
