Purify Wellness Center

Traveling to Utah County to take my child to a day long conference, I decided I would use my waiting time on myself. I searched for massages and found Purify. After calling, I found they offered more than I expected. I spent my whole day and was catered to as I did a class, massage, therapies, and salt cave. End result…very satisfied and relaxed, and my financial responsibility was extremely low for the services I received, and the way I was treated. Already reviewing my calendar to see when I can visit again for round two!

So nice that this place is close to home so its a very convenient location to get to. Ive been here a few times for a full body massage and they did a pretty good job. The massage room was calming and lovely to be in. I definitely felt relaxed and rejuvenated after the massage. The massage therapist listened to my areas of concern in regards to what areas to focus on and the ailments that I had before the massage started.The salt room was pretty impressive, and I love the smell and ambiance of that room - feels really cleansing.The front desk staff is friendly enough, but a couple of times lacked charm and knowledge of things. The employee who gave me a chakra reading was really friendly and personable though.

Member for over a year. Purify offers of variety of classes at many different times from early morning though late evening . Two different full-size studios, allow for variation in, practice type, instructors. During super early morning sessions, I really appreciate that There is a staff member at the desk during the class I am attending, it makes me feel safer. This is the first studio that does this, after nine years of practicing in Utah Valley at various studios. Purify yoga is always clean, well organized and clear with expectations to ensure everyone’s comfort. Staff is always kind and welcoming. I am glad I have a membership here.

I just adore Angela’s classes. Her style is tough and so different than what I am used to. Heard she won’t be teaching Tuesdays at noon anymore. What a shame! Hope this studio can work with her schedule and allow her to teach classes that would be convenient with my schedule. Definitely going to miss her for the time being.

I started going to Purify because I had a really bad cough so I could start going to the Salt Cave that they have. I had gone to MD doctors to help me with this cough and nothing they gave me helped. When I started coming to the Salt Cave my cough has got so much better. It was not overnight but it has helped a lot. The staff is so friendly and so kind, it is a very pleasant atmosphere. I am very grateful that I was told about Purify and what they had to offer me for my health needs.

Okay LOVE this studio!!! ALL the staff is friendly and nice. especially the front desk ladies. i love all the yoga classes i go to. i typically attend josh, jeff and IDONIA’S class.i love doing hot candlelight yoga. IDONIA is wonderful. she provides essential oils for thoese who want it and often fragrances the room for a positive energy and to open your chakras. she encourages you to become your best self. after the class she offers an amazing sound bath that really helps you channel the strongest aliance with yourself. not only is she an amazing instructor, she cares about you outside of the classroom.JOSH’s classes are freaking amazing. he really takes the time to explain how your body should be postistioned so you can get the fullest experience and deepest stretches that are most comfortable to your body and it’s needs. he also is so friendly and helpful! i always walk away from his classes feeling like it’s one of the best classes i have ever been to.JEFF is wonderful, an amazing instructor and a very caring person who will guide you through what may feel best for you. very kind and helpful.I LOVE the sound baths(holly is awesome ;) ), salt caves, and all the things this studio offers.

I had a wonderful, RELAXING, experience here tonight. Purify offers a Salt Cave treatment that was cleansing & therapeutic at a reasonable price. It is definitely worth trying. Overall, a great time.

I have participated in many services here including massages, various yogas offered, and the salt cave. It is always clean and welcoming. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and makes you feel welcomed. The massage therapists are professional, listen to your concerns and address them. The salt cave is like nothing I’ve ever been to before. I love to sit in there relaxing. I look forward to exploring more services they offer. Thanks for creating an environment for wellness

Seriously. I thought i would never belong to a yoga studio, it seemed too slow for me. Stop everything and go to Purify! I came to a girls night here in July. Tried the week pass in August and just kept going and got a year pass. There is such a variety of classes, they provide so many nice extras like the cold towel at the end of hot yoga and many of the classes share oils. AMAZING. The community is terrific, feels like visiting another home now! Thanks to EVERYONE at Purify. My life is better because of you!

I have been doing yoga for over 14 years now, and Idania Hansgen is the WORST yoga instructor Ive ever come across. She BLOWS your eardrums with Mexican dance music so loud you cant even hear her and she goes around spraying essential oils all over everyone without even asking.With zero warning she sprayed some lemon grass oil right in my face mid class and set my sinuses on fire, triggering an asthma attack so bad I had to get up and leave. I was sneezing and choking with my eyes watering so bad I could barely even see driving home to get my inhaler.Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from the candlelight vinyasa! Youre not missing anything.

The Salt Cave was amazing! My wife and I are not super wellness-y people but went at the invitation of some friends. This was an incredibly unique experience that had us feeling really relaxed and fresh.The facilities are beautiful, modern, and relaxing. Management is doing some great stuff!

Such a pretty, clean, upscale looking place! The salt cave is amazing and helped so much with my head cold, the sound bath is AMAZING 10/10 recommend, its so relaxing and helped me feel much better. Ive heard of so many people going regularly and it has helped with their health issues like migraines and pain from old injuries so Ill be back a lot for sure! The owner Holly is the absolute best and cares genuinely about every person that comes through the door and will consult you through anything you have a question on. The energy mapping was awesome and spot on! I highly highly recommend coming here for any time of class or service!

I have seen Holly two times for energy mapping appointments. Both times I left with a greater understanding of what is going on in my body both physically and energetically. I really appreciated how Holly pointed things out to me without judgment. I also loved how solution oriented she is! I highly recommend having an energy mapping of your own, and don’t miss the salt cave it is VERY cool!

The salt cave was such a unique, cool and relaxing experience. I WILL be coming back to try a sound bath and couples massage here for sure! The staff was so helpful and kind.

Although I can’t speak to their other services, I can totally speak to their yoga classes & atmosphere. I’ve had punch passes & a membership to their yoga studio, and I love it. They have a hot room & a non-heated room, which is very valuable. Their teachers are really awesome (at least the classes I’ve been to). The desk staff start to remember your name & make you feel at home very quickly. Their Himalayan Salt Cave is a lovely, healing, and unique experience for sure. If you’re looking for some yoga in the area, I recommend this place for sure.* They do have strict and unwavering cancellation policies for services & memberships, etc. This aligns with some negative reviews you may read for this place. However, as long as you read their policies and are aware of them, you should be more than fine. I do that & I’ve never had a problem here!

I received a gift card for Christmas for a 60 minute Massage. Needless to say I was not disappointed. I would highly recommend Savanna. I have had many massages from various places through the years and this was by far the best Massage I have ever had. She was very knowledgeable and hit all the right knots and pressure points. She went the full 60 minutes none of this 5 minutes for paperwork and ending 10 minutes early. Extremely impressed!

All of the services offered at Purify are top notch! Ive done yoga, sound baths, salt cave, and massages and everything has been amazing! The whole staff is amazing! The online booking system is also super user friendly and quick. Also their hot yoga classes arent the kill you type of hot classes, the avg temp during a hot class is 97-100, so hot but again not kill you hot. I love this place! If youre questioning if you should try it out...please do, at least once. I guarantee youll be very happy with your experience.

I love the Purify Wellness Center and what they represent. I hope to do more with them. I recently experienced the Himalayan Salt Cave, something I’d been looking forward to for a while. I agree that it is a unique, healing, and relaxing experience. The benefits of the salt were noticeable right away for me, and lasted several hours after I left the facility. The unfortunate part, is that we had several people in our session who were inconsiderate to the rest. One person who couldn’t stop coughing, and really needed to excuse themselves. And a couple others who would not stop whispering.This was after we were strongly encouraged at the beginning to refrain from talking through out the session. This was really disappointing and frustrating, and kept me from having the full benefits of the experience I paid for, and looked forward to having. I mentioned it to the front desk afterwards. But by that time, everyonecausing the disruption, had already left and the staff couldn’t document it or give any warnings to these people. I understand this isn’t necessarily the fault of the Purify Wellness Center. I’m not sure what can be done about situations like mine, if anything at all. However, I hope by speaking up and saying something, it might help change the experience for someone else later.

Booked a sampler package for my girlfriend and I to celebrate her birthday. Everything was more than fantastic!! Booking was super easy 5 min phone call and they got us in back to back for the whole package. We did a sound bath and energy consultation with Holly and it was amazing. The sound bath was soo relaxing, we then sat in the salt cave and did Beamer and light therapy. I’d give more stars for their awesome customer experience if I could. We will definitely be back!!!

My husband and I recently went to Purify Wellness Center for couples massages. The staff was responsive - if we left a message, they got back to us promptly (and I tried a number of spas in Utah County - this cant be said about a good number of them). I was also appreciative of the email confirmation regarding the date and time of our appointment, as it gave me peace of mind knowing we were on the same page. Our massages were wonderful. Im a little over halfway through my pregnancy, and the staff made sure to set up a table that would work for my needs. My therapist made sure to check in with me in a quiet, respectful way throughout the massage to ensure that pressure and needs were being met. I was so sad when it was over, because it felt wonderful.Just a note - dont book the salt cave for a massage if you need some quiet to relax. The salt grinder was distractingly loud, faintly reminiscent of a circular saw. I kept quiet for a good while, hoping it was just temporary and would quiet down, but it didnt, and I wish Id spoken up earlier. We wont pay the extra $100 for the salt cave again, but would be more than happy to go back and get massages.

We booked our adult family of 6 for the salt cave. The staff were friendly and helpful and the cave was amazing. We were disappointed with how packed the cave felt. We couldn’t even sit together. There were a couple women laughing and talking loudly even though the sign asked you not to. We loved the benefits of the cave, but feel like the experience could definitely be improved by having fewer people in there at a time. They said you should be able to taste salt on your lips at the end, but we were furthest away from their sort of wall salt diffuser and wonder if being closer provides more benefit? Maybe even a staff member leading a guided meditation to start everyone off on the right foot and set a healing, relaxing tone.

My partner and I purchased the Total Sampler Package and were very disappointed with the overall experience.I booked a massage only to be told on arrival that there was a staffing issue and they couldnt deliver the service that day. When I tried to reschedule our next set time (my birthday), I was made to pay a $50 change fee. The massage was the worst I have ever received -- one arm was worked on and not the other, one leg and not the other, inconsistent pressure throughout, and the massage therapists hair was down and trailing over my body the entire time.The salt cave was lovely, other than the girls night out groups who were talking the entire time. Little instruction was given for Red Light Therapy -- we were shuttled into a room with a massage table and told to take off our shirts, stand for 2 minutes facing a box on the wall and turn around for the last 2 minutes. No other instructions or descriptions given about the purpose of the treatment, the benefits, or recommended frequency. The Bemer and Sound Therapy took place in an unfinished back room among the storage. I was given headphones for my treatment, my partner was not. The Energy Mapping was extremely confusing. The categories were not explained, and I received no interpretation with my printed reading, so I have zero actionable insights into restoring balance or interpreting my results.I tried to contact the owner, reached out via phone and email several times to discuss my concerns and experience, but nobody ever responded. Very unfortunate. Do not recommend.

A place of healing emotionally, physically and mentally. I am so blessed to come across this place. The hot yoga and regular yoga have all been amazing and helped me work through some anxiety and depression. I have done the energy mapping and light therapy which I love. Holly who owns this place is genuine and has a gift to share. The salt cave looks magical and excited to try that next. I am so happy this place is so close to my house as I have been looking for a good hot yoga studio close by, yet found so much more. This place is awesome and I am excited to see it grow.

Best wellness center in Utah County. This place is an absolute sanctuary. The staff are kind and open to assist anyway they can. The yoga instructors are both knowledgeable and welcoming. Not to mention the amazing sound bowl sessions and salt cave….Awh! The minute I walk in the door, I know I’m in for a treat of breathing, relaxation and rejuvenation!

I visited Purify Wellness Center twice last week, once for a salt cave session and a second time for an energy mapping session.I loved the atmosphere of the salt cave and how quiet and calm the whole experience was. I had been looking forward to trying it out and I can say that it was worth it!So when I came back for my energy mapping session later in the week I was excited to see what would come of it; however, I left feeling less than satisfied. Holly, the woman running my session arrived 15 minutes into my scheduled time of 30 minutes. She then proceeded to noticeably rush through it to try and cover everything within the time we had left, but her phone also kept buzzing and disrupting us. I felt like I was practically pushed out the door at the end of the session as she had another client waiting and she needed to catch up. Overall, I really loved the information she provided me with and thought that everything she said seemed to be true, even if that might just be due to confirmation bias. But I wish that I had been given the full time that I paid for, so that I could have gotten the most out of this experience as possible. I get that rough days happen though and that time can get away from us, but there was nothing done about the situation to remedy that.

I love everything about Purify. As a male in a more female dominated space Ive appreciated feeling welcomed by all the instructors. The various types of Yoga have been eye opening and life changing (Kundalini especially). I started going due to lower back issues and have felt my core and overall body strengthen greatly.I really enjoy the Sound Baths on Thursdays which our family loves, and the Salt Cave is such a peaceful and grounding experience. On top of that the light therapies, massage options, and energy mapping are all wonderful add-ons. Overall the schedule has great options and Im grateful its just off the freeway for easy access.

I had the most incredible experience with Holly! I did energy mapping and I feel like it shifted my entire life! We got to see the salt room and the different yoga rooms and I am in awe at how incredible this place is! I will definitely be coming back really soon! Holly was very professional, personable, so full of knowledge and very kind. I’m so grateful for the experience I had there!

We really loved most of our experience. We did the $150 package with a group of four. The massages, yoga, salt room and energy mapping were great. They could do two massages at a time and two light therapy sessions and then we switched. Being the last one to do light therapy left me on a sour note. There was a huge group for the salt cave that was super loud and obnoxious. The light therapy is done in a room that looks like a conference room and shares a wall with the salt cave. Its supposed to be a guided meditation and all I could hear was the group in the salt cave, especially because the headphones volume was so low and when telling the girl this, she just shrugs and says she couldn’t figure out how to turn up the volume. Not only that, the front desk staff were coming in and out of the room during light therapy; moving chairs and being so disruptive. Not only that, but they took the other chair used for light therapy to the salt cave because they didnt have enough chairs for the large group. So the last two members of our group couldnt do the light therapy simultaneously. Like I said above, we loved all the other things we did but this area seriously lacks and I felt like a big part of this was due to the front desk staff not really caring. She also forgot one of our members when it was time for her light therapy to be over and then literally waved it off like it didnt matter. The front desk staff could be a lot better and I wish guests would be encouraged to be respectful to others, or maybe staggering large groups to maintain the ambiance.

This was a truly wonderful experience. I arrived late to my appointment for the salt cave. GeneralIy when I arrive late to a facility they are grouchy and notify me I was late with often times negative energy. PTHAT WAS NOT WHAT HAPPENED HERE. I was greeted with the most pleasant staff and welcomed to Purify. It was such a calm experience it really allowed me to enjoy the entirety of my experience! (Although it was shorter since I was late.. my bad) BUT it was very clean, very organized and very peaceful! All of their services are truly top of the line. They have really put an emphasis on wellness and it shows in every regard! I plan to work closely with them in the future for corporate perks so that our agents and clients can enjoy this wonderful facility as well! 10/10 in staff, experience, facility, ownership! The owner is so pleasant and I look forward to working more with this wonderful company!

Attended the re-opening weekend July 10-11. The educational classes were so professional and informative. I love the educational aspect to help in the healing process. Holly was so informative as we participated in a sound bath, which was so calming, peaceful and amazing. The salt cave was a unique experience! Cant wait to go back for a foot zoning session and to take my kids in the salt cave. What a great resource and destination for the community. Thanks!

I came for a girls night out session where are we went to the salt cave, had aura energy readings, and a 45 minute sound bath! It was wonderful! We all had such a good time, learned so much, and Holly was very helpful, friendly, and inviting. Such good vibes from Purify Wellness, I am a fan!

I love this place! The staff is friendly and helpful! I love all the classes, the sound therapy is amazing! Nice bright energy when you walk into the building! I absolutely love that none of the staff wore masks! Instead of forcing you to comply, they let each individual take their health into their own hands, as it should be. This company really does know about “health and wellness” I will continue to support this company!

I’ve been visiting Purify for more than a year and have thoroughly enjoyed all the services I’ve received. I recently took my children for a session in the Himalayan Salt Cave, and they immediately asked when we could go again! I’ve found the staff and experts to be helpful and knowledgable, making me feel welcome each time. I love introducing my friends and family to Purify!

What an absolute Gem! This place is seriously such a blessing. I just went in for the first time, and I am so glad I did. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a friendly smile, great energy and a fantastic setting. I sat in the salt cave for 45 minutes before my massage and it was so nice to unwind from the stressful ordeals of life and just breathe in the salt lol. It really was so amazing, I did it for the relaxation but it has so many health benefits as well. I then proceeded to a 90 minute massage with Melanie. She was the bomb!!! Just the right amount of pressure I needed. Holly the owner is so fantastic, its nice to go to a health center where they genuinely care about your well being and want you to have a great experience. My wife invited me to a date night here. Not my thing at all but was open to the idea and it was actually really dope. The sounds bath was crazy in a good way. Great vibes in the salt room. And the Ora stuff was cool to learn and was educational in that aspect of energy, etc . If you’re looking for something new for a date or already into this stuff just looking for a new place. These guys are dope and made for a good time. Definitely recommend.

Love everything about this place. I started coming in February 20. I feel the positive effects of the salt cave for days after every visit. The sound baths are incredibly calming. I love the variety of yoga classes both hot and cold. Kundalini is a personal new favorite. My foot zoning was amazing! The energy mapping was incredibly enlightening. I used the light therapies to heal from injuries sustained in an accident. They have considered the whole body and the best ways to improve your overall health and wellbeing. I recommend Purify to everyone, GO!

I love, love, love this place! The salt cave is a sanctuary. The light therapy took away my afternoon munchies. And the yoga is in the most beautiful studio Ive ever experienced and the teachers are excellent! When Im laying in shavasana and the instructor sprays Purifys essential oils--its like Im on a tropical island with flower petals raining down on me.

The couples massage in the Himalayan Salt Cave at Purify Wellness Center was absolutely amazing!! It was relaxing, refreshing and exactly what my wife and I needed. We loved every minute of our date recently at the Purify Wellness Center! We appreciate the fantastic team that made it a wonderful night! Thank you Purify team!! We highly recommend it to everyone!

I love this place, everyone is really welcoming and the whole environment is amazing and calming. Its my favorite place to get a massage; Emily is the absolute best. I drive all the way from Salt Lake and its totally worth it. Ive also done the salt cave that I love, and I hope to try more of the services in the future.

GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! They have my card on file, and charged it WITHOUT giving me a massage! My spouse has the same weekday off each week. I scheduled my 90-minute massage for the day he is off and put it in my calendar. I get a call the day BEFORE my scheduled massage telling me that I am 5 minutes late to my massage. Someone on their end scheduled it wrong - but they still charged me the FULL AMOUNT for the massage THEY messed up on. I know what day works and thats the only day I schedule my massages for. Completely unethical!Update: In response to the owner. Despite your efforts to undermine my true and accurate review of your business, the truth remains, the business practices are UNETHICAL and ABYSMAL. You offered no remorse or desire to make restitution for your mistake. You suggest it impossible that I could have booked at your establishment, but in an effort to protect sensitive patient health information from being disclosed, I used a fictitious name to write a review. I never received any emails, therefore, never confirmed any appointments. Yet, Purify Wellness Center still charged me for a 90-minute massage without ever giving the massage. What’s the point in “confirming” an appointment, if you’re going to charge for it regardless of whether the recipient receives the email or not? What’s done is done – I’ve found another location that is capable of making appointments on the day I schedule them and emails me confirming appointments. They DON’T charge my card whenever they want for services they don’t render.

I like to thank Holly for providing this wonderful place of inspiration. I love this new studio because it inspires me each time I take a class. I do hot yoga and also I had experience the Sea salt care. I am blessed to have a place like this close by that I can go I enjoy myself and have wonderful experiences for my body, mind, and spirit. SALT CAVE. This wellness center is really amazing, they have so many good natural therapy options to choose from. The facility is really clean, new, and very well lit. My favorite is the salt cave, here in Utah I tend to battle sinus irritation and get twitching eyes from time to time. The relief the salt cave provides to these is pretty amazing, it really takes down the sinus inflammation, stops the eye twitching, and even seems to clear up my mind. I did not expect it to work as well as it has. Amazing

Purify Wellness Center is wonderful! The salt cave is one of the most beautiful and peaceful rooms I’ve ever been in. I have been a “regular” for a month and I truly feel that the salt cave helps me mentally slow down, be mindful, and feel refreshed. My daughter used the cave when she had a cough/congestion and it truly helped clear it up.I’ve also been using the Bemer electromagnetic chair. It has greatly lessened my chronic back pain that I’ve had for 10+ years. It’s a miracle for me! Also I’ve been using the Vitamin D light therapy lamp they provide because I’m chronically deficient in Vit. D.Since I’ve been doing these 3 therapies at Purify Wellness Center, I have truly felt better all around —body, mind, and spirit. I’m so grateful for Holly and her wonderful staff (Nikki especially) for providing this magical place of healing and peace. I’ve been recommending this wellness center to several friends and family and will continue to do so.And the sound bath meditation Holly guides is AMAZING and powerful.

I like the different services they offer and all at pretty reasonable prices. It’s a great place to go for a relaxing day. The massage therapist did a great job and I was also impressed with the foot zoning. I would go back more often if I lived closer!

My family came in for the Himalayan salt cave experience, and let me tell you, it is an experience! Such a deep meditation and incredible atmosphere. I love the feel of this studio and all the services/therapies they offer! I will definitely be back!

Amazing place, but beware lack of Covid precautions. We loved the salt cave and thought the massages were wonderful, but were surprised that none of the staff wore masks. We requested our massage therapists put them on--they were baffled and had to hunt some down, like this was the first time it had ever been discussed. It was ironic that a wellness center didnt seem very concerned with Covid safety. I look forward to returning in different times.

Absolutely the best place for for mind and body wellness ! Sarah is an amazing massage therapist who really connects to what you need. The yoga classes are wonderful and the other treatments they offer are top notch. The packages make it super affordable to make sure you can maintain your health !

Holly has created an amazing space to relax where every detail is taken care of. The massage therapists are top of the line. Everyone we worked with was friendly and made us feel so comfortable.

This place is beautiful! Ive only been to one yoga class so far and Im already in love! It has such a calm and peaceful ambiance. The hot yoga was extremely therapeutic for me. Idania was such an incredible instructor with such good energy. I cant say enough good things about it!!

Do not get a membership here!!! their cancellation policy is a trap…..30 days notice is required to make any changes to a membership, like to pause it, and $250 to cancel. I’ve had medical bills come up and literally cannot afford to keep paying monthly and definitely cannot afford to cancel…any business that puts you in a bind like this is not worth investing time/money in. I used to love this place. I wish I hadn’t bought the membership and just did drop ins..definitely won’t be recommending this studio. So upset…

Probably my favorite yoga studio in the area.The instructors are all super knowledgeable and I always feel encouraged and challenged in my practice.The staff and owners are super kind and I can tell they genuine care about community and bringing healing into peoples lives .

My husband and I had an amazing experience getting our energy mapped, spending time in the Himalayan Salt Cave, and doing the sound bath. All incredible! I highly recommend each of those experiences. We will be back!

Ive been searching for a group fitness spot ever since I moved here, and I saw Purifys free day offer on FB. When I signed up, they then offered a 7 day pass for $7. NOTE: Purifys not even open 7 days a week (closed Sundays), so prepare to be gipped for the 7 day pass (especially if you buy one for $25).When I bought the pass, it said if I called in to schedule, they would throw in a free Sound Bath (only Thursdays). The bummer is that the chick who scheduled me over the phone confirmed that the sound bath was free for me, but didnt offer to schedule it for me. I didnt know it filled up so fast til I went in and asked to schedule days before it happened, and the front desk told me it was already full. They asked, You got the 7 day pass, right? I said, Yes, and all they had to say was Oh, sorry. Um, okay. I was really looking forward to this, but did not get to experience it, and I was not offered any sort of solution.Ive been practicing yoga seriously and regularly for 10+ years, so when I search for a studio, I look for a community, a family feeling. I like that the owner built her dream up from an essential oils company into a full-on yoga / healing center, but I felt like I do when I go to any other gym where people are just out for themselves.Warning for people new to yoga: ALL of the classes will be difficult for you, including Gentle Yoga. Even the Candlelight Vinyasa kicked my butt. I dont like how they dont level classes like other studios Ive been (Vinyasa I, II, etc.) I could see people get overwhelmed and some people bailed mid-class. Surprisingly, all of the instructors made a point to introduce themselves to me, but none of the patrons did. Lame. It felt clique-y since they only stuck to their own.My least fave part of this studio are the front desk staff. I call them blonde props as they always looked like deer in headlights any time I walked in or asked them the most reasonable question (Which room is the class in? Can you sign me up for this class since I cant do it online bc of the 7 day class pass?) They just seem like mean girls from high school that youd do anything to never be around again. Every time I got out of class, theyd be whispering to each other, then stop short, pretty obviously talking about something they didnt want other people to hear. AWKWARD. I was never even given a tour of the facility, so they just kept looking at me like an idiot every time I wanted to confirm which room the class was in. I had no idea there was only one hot room. Oh, and no showers that I could find.Imma keep searching after this one since I just felt like a number, not a member. It does smell amazing in there though!

The salt cave here is one of the nicest I’ve seen. It’s the first salt cave I’ve seen with a full salt floor.Also, their essential oils are very pure. Talk to the owner about their own line of oils and you’ll be impressed by the smell of each oil. It makes other oils smell much harsher.

The salt cave was awesome. The greeting not so much... we arrived early since it was our first time. Our greeting was you are early THEN they ran our credit cards 4 times since they couldnt figure out how to give us the discount code we had. We had to swap money between each other since they still didnt get it right.

I got my second massage here today and it was amazing!! I love the facility. It’s clean, relaxing, and the massage therapists always listen to what you want/need. Lela and Rachel were awesome!!!

Beautiful experiences all round. Superb yoga and wonderful teachers. The Night Owl classes are my fav!

I emailed Purify Wellness to ask if they incorporate social distancing and/or masking in their yoga classes. My mental health has really suffered over the past couple of years, and I was looking for something to feed my soul, while still allowing me to feel safe. Their response was an explanation that they do not use masks or distancing because those things do absolutely NOTHING, along with a long list of references for that viewpoint. I understand that there is so much conflicting information out there, but coming from a family of medical professionals, I believe masks and distancing work. I respect their position, but it means I dont feel safe at their studio, sadly.

Watch out! Watch out! This company is not concerned with thier customers only their own revenue and dysfunctional rules, that are a burden to the customer.Based on the response, you missed the point completely! I did cancel within 24 hours and followed the instructions I was given. I honestly thought I had canceled as I was instructed by the text to call the number which I did and was taken to voicemail where I left a message twice as well as respond back on the text To cancel. It did not say on the message that said to call that number that I had to talk to a live person so why would I assume I needed to call back until I connected with somebody live. Why dont you have that instruction on the text that you send your customers if thats what you want them to do! Instead of charging your customers credit card without their permission. I honestly thought I had canceled and of course doing the responsible thing. Leaving a message on the phone number youre instructed to call when you go to voicemail should beSufficient to cancel.Your information is Incorrect about trying to reach me Nor did anyone tell me when I booked the massage about any cancelation policy. Why would I even bother to have left 2 messages and return the text by saying canceling if that wasnt my intent? I have everything saved If you would like me to produce evidence. This is not the 1st time that your company has been misleading and not in touch with the facts.Watch out! They wont tell you about cancelation policies on their website but they will hold you to them and charge your card on file without your permission. Even if you cancel according to the text message they send you from the company they will still charge you. Holly the business owner has Bad business policies and practices and its very difficult to get get ahold of her to resolve issues that should not even be an issue. Dont keep your credit card on file if you dont want it to get Charged even though you canceled per instruction sent by thier text

I relaxed in the beautiful salt cave and then enjoyed an amazing massage by Rachel. She was an expert in massage and knew exactly how to loosen up my sore muscles with the perfect amount of pressure. I will definitely be back!

I received a massage and not only did it feel amazing but it was also so insightful into how my body was functioning and where I needed to focus more on my stretching. I loved it so much!

I would have given it 5 stars but was very surprise they did not have employees wearing masks or had sanitizer that I noticed ( maybe one room). I was shocked with lack of precautions after looking at their website. It said they required hand washing coming and going...ya, nothing. Truth be told, I wouldnt have even considered doing anything like this during Covid but the website had made me feel better. It was a bummer. They said they dont wear masks but will if someone asks them to. I thought it was mandated???! I did ask but only the owner put one on. That being said, it was a great. I loved the treatments and if I dont get sick will prob get a membership in the near future as long as they will wear masks! If you arent worried about covid, its def. a great atmosphere. If you are concerned, maybe wait awhile! I told some people about it but now they literally wont go. Its such an easy and respectful thing for a business (or just people in general)to do. The owner was VERY nice.

Received a deep tissue massage from Cameron today and it was phenomenal. Cameron was detailed oriented and paid attention to my requests and had an overall kind and healing energy.

This experience at the Wellness Center of Purify was amazing. Holly gave us a personal tour that afternoon and we enjoyed the Salt Cave, I have never enjoyed such an emotional spiritual relaxation experience, as this.

This was the best massage I’ve ever had! Bri did amazing!! Zero complaints. The room smelled amazing, the music was great, I seriously have nothing but good things to say!

I got energy mapping done yesterday. It was awesome! Holly did an amazing job explaining everything to me. She also gave me several other resources to further my education. I really love this studio!

It is an absolute pain to have to go thru the automated system and not actually be able to talk to people there at the desk!! The Salt Cave was full . I went to relax and listen to the music. People were being so noisy talking. Very disappointing. Will not go back. Not personable at all.

This place is absolutely INCREDIBLE. I was able to have my aura read and my mind is blown. For sure coming back!!! Can’t wait to try a yoga class here and will definitely be getting a couples massage in the salt room 😍😍😍

Just went in for a couples massage. I highly recommend it unless you love knotted muscles. The therapists are really experienced and did a great job.

Purify is one of a kind. They become invested in you from day 1. Everyone celebrates when you show up and value your efforts. I leave feeling physical stronger and more in line but also self confident, empowered, and ready to jump back into life.
