Weve had such a great experience here. Every time we come in the staff is right on top of everything. There does seem to be a gentlemen working there who seems completely out of it. He has rang me out without giving me the products Im paying for, had to ask for my number multiple times because he was in and out of it, during the entire transaction. This has been almost every interaction with him. Hes the one who wears a had with a bandana underneath.

We ventured here originally to look at costume jewelry as a friend needed to wear an affordable plain band for her wedding ring finger. They also sell clothing apparel (shirts) lighters, small pocket organizers, and other things. We were warmly greeted by Austin - who was just as friendly as he can be. I love coming across employees who actually give off the vibe of loving their job and who enjoy being at their location of employment. He gave great customer customer service and was just eager to help us in what we were looking for. We even came here maybe 6 weeks ago and asked them to size a wedding band to see what size it was, so we can buy a ring online with the proper size, and they were more than happy to help us with an unusual request, even if we didn’t buy anything in our first visit. I look forward to coming back here, not just for the merchandise, but for their memorable, fantastic customer service!

I just moved here and was looking for a good shop to goto. I stumbled across this shop by chance and i was greeted by Austin. He was such a AMAZING help I had to stop and ask if he was the owner. He took pride in every part in what he was doing. Not only that, he made me feel like a long lost friend. I will always shop here from now on. There may be so call bigger shops but because of Austin there is no better. Give him a raise

Great spot to go to to get good prices on vapes. Staff is always very helpful and quite informative. Got the ultra pro, and come to find out that when the vape is at zero on the juice, there is still enough life in the flavor to get a few more hits in.

Im so thankful I found this place. It is always so clean, and classy. They have the BEST selection of tanks, mods, juice, and all your vaping needs. When I leave, I dont feel the need to shower immediately like I do after leaving a smoke shop. Empire is a place I would hang out at, and I occasionally do. Its that cool of a place. The owners are incredibly nice people, and very generous. They always have the best prices, and they do weekly giveaways. They are not little prizes either. The staff is well trained, and very knowledgeable on all their products. Every Friday night they give out free food from the Holy Grail, which is two doors down, or theyll order pizza for everybody. Right next door is Insomniac Cafe. A hidden little gem of a coffee house. I always grab a delicious iced coffee on my way out. Empire is hands down, The Number 1 Vape Shop in Utah. The competition... they dont have competition. No other vape shop even comes close. When I decided to quit smoking, I thought vaping might help. The choices of vape shops at the time were slim pickins. Unless I wanted to drive 30 - 40 miles away, I was stuck with an overpriced, dirty scheming smoke shop for assistance. I probably would have started smoking cigarettes again if it werent for Empire Merchandise. Long live the Empire!

We all know the feeling when youre nicotine source, for whatever reason, unexpectedly cuts you off. This happened to me tonight, 10 minutes before my regular vape shop closed. I began down the list of all the local shops near me and set out on what I thought would be a quick errand, I arrived at two places that google said should be open, yet they had already closed. Finally, 16 miles from home, I came upon the refuge and solace I desired!! Empire was the only place still open. The sweetest gentleman helped turn my entire evening around! Thank you, Juan, for going above and beyond tonight. Youre a beautiful soul, and your friendly demeanor made buying a disposable vape a grandiose and gratifying experience. I simply love this vape store. I use to live by it, we moved to Draper and I have started going down there again for vape supplies. Friendliest staff. I always feel great when I leave. I feel they have the most reasonable prices on juices. Even bought a new mod.

They have a unique and great selection that I havent seen in other stores. I would recommend this shop to anyone who wants a switch up from the usual regular shops you go to. This is by far the absolute very best customer service Ive ever experienced. Austin has always been so knowledgeable and helpful whether I was in need of a new mod to different types of coils he goes above and beyond. Even when they were out of the kind of vape juice I wanted they ordered it for me they even called and let me know when it got in. Idk about u but Ive never had a better customer experience. This place is my go to place! They have a great variety of juices and mods and the most affordable prices Ive found. They are one of the only shops I know of that not only carry Saphire pouches but always has them in-stock as well.The staff is very knowledgeable, patient, helpful and all around great! I actually decided to change my rating to a 5 star and to leave a review. I rarely feel the need to change either one, but I honestly can say it is well deserved. Extremely helpful couple of guys working today. I flew in from Seattle and left my mod behind and I needed a quick set up and these dudes hooked it up. The store has a great selection and pretty typical prices you’d find at a shop (still way cheaper online) for your mods and juice. Highly recommended

Wonderful little shop with a good rewards program! Run by a fair and decent guy who always treats us right and has a very informed and helpful team. Very comfortable atmosphere. Based on what other customers and friends have told me about other shops, the mods are priced better than most other places. They also include free unicorn bottles and tank bands. Went into this place to get two bottles of juice and walked out with 3! They gave me a 60 ml on the house of their own juice which was awesome. Im never in the northern part of Utah so that was my first time there and the girl I talked to there was very welcoming and kind! She let me try the juices and helped me find really good juices. Definitely my favorite vape store. They have so many options on juice. This is the only place Ill go to. Their workers there are very friendly and if you need a good recommendation on a new juice. They always give good recommendations. They are very patient with you when trying to find a juice youll like. I highly recommend Empire. Very affordable too.

This place is dope. You can get jewelry, clothing, hats, art, stuff for your beard, and of course anything vape related. The owners are amazing people and the staff are always very chill, helpful and polite. They have a sweet rewards program and you get a ticket for their weekly raffle with every purchase. I love Empire Merchandise!! I had a broken tank and they totally took care of me. I got a whole new set up and Rob took the time to teach me everything I needed to know and made sure I was comfortable with it before leaving. They also have amazing prices and defiantly take care of you!!

Usually pretty cool people. Salt Lake didnt have a vape I needed and was gonna head to PG, but wouldnt give me a price over the phone for the drive. Called another place and found the vape I needed and was quoted before driving. Poor customer service, wish I wouldve gotten his name!

Love the Empire merchandice company! Everyone I have met there has had great customer service and been very knowledge, especially Dan he is exceptional.They also have a very large selection of products, one of the biggest Ive seen for juice, even my very picky husband gets his favorite from here (not even a house blend). They have a large selection of house blends too, I enjoyed their duramax and am about to try blazin berry.They provide deals, discounts and a reward system. Prices are just as good if not better than anywhere else. I highly recommend this place.

Quite honestly the best place to go for vapes, juice, pouches, CBD gummies ect. Great staff that is always there to help answer questions and make sure you leave happy with your purchase. I havent gone anywhere else in years as there is no reason to go anywhere else.

They are always so nice when you walk in and always get you the type of juice you want. The staff is some of the most awesome people you will meet the owners are the same way because if you are talking to an owner you wont even know its them until they tell you but they are always trying to make you feel like you walked in and its a chill place.

If you have questions, youll get satisfactory answers.They offer testers in a quick manner and are highly organized, if its not up front, theyll check the back without hesitation.Their reward points system is cool and easy to get set up on, and the customer service is always on point. I’ve been here multiple times, this being the first shop I went to after turning 19. I don’t have a lot of experience towards mods, juice, and coils, and I first walked in asking for information on which is best and what they recommend. First few experiences - great! Friendly male staff that make you feel welcomed and happy, they also told me to bring my dog in and I have ever since. I have never had a problem up until I came in contact with a female worker of yours. She has long, dirty blonde hair, blue eyes, and looks about 40. Not sure what her name is, and I don’t care to learn it. A couple days ago my boyfriend and I came in looking for juice. I didn’t drive, so I left my ID at home, however multiple staff recognized me because of the dog I always have with me on each of my visits. My boyfriend wanted an opinion on juice, so I told him which one I liked best. Without my knowledge, as he approached the register, she asked for my ID as well because I had given my opinion on a certain flavor of juice. Not driving back to my house to get my ID for something I’m not paying for, I told her I didn’t have it. Not only did she continuously ask me to go home to get it, she made me feel like a minor trying to buy juice in a smoke shop illegally and blatantly made me feel stupid. I even got a couple comments from other customers as I walked out. Finally she told us she would “let it slide” and let my boyfriend buy HIS juice with HIS ID and HIS money.Fast forward another week, I come back with a piece of paper with the name of a coil written on it in which my boyfriend had given to me so I didn’t forget. I had my dog with me as always, and upon entry I had an employee recognize me and want to pet my dog again. (If you read this, I’m sorry he’s a dick. He’s rude to everyone) I spoke to a nice man and told him that the paper was what I needed, after telling him my boyfriend had given it to me because I don’t know what the name of the coil was. He immediately called this same girl over to me again, and she then interrogated me. Asking me where I had gotten the paper, who I’d gotten it from, and that she couldn’t sell anything to me. It pissed me off pretty fast considering the other staff knew me, and I was simply asking for a coil that was written on a piece of paper. I told her it was for me, and my boyfriend. She asked why he couldn’t come, where he was, and why it was just me. To which is none of her business considering I had my ID and money to buy the $4 item. She went on to tell me that it was possible I could be buying something for a minor because of my specific word choice - to which I understood and rephrased by telling her it was for ME and OUR mod. She then cut me off and told me she was simply educating me on something I didn’t know. Which pissed me off even more and AGAIN made me feel stupid in front of all the guests.I bought the stupid coil and left after thanking the male cashier who’d helped me. I love this shop because of the atmosphere and the staff. But after these occurances, you’ve lost 2 great customers who frequently buy our monthly supply of juice from you. Not only us, but we’ve spread the word and you will be losing quite a few more people whom shop at your store. I love the rest of your staff, but this girl is demeaning, rude, and blatantly bitchy. Get her out of her your store if you want good business, as we’re taking ours elsewhere.

I have been a customer at for around 3 years. In my opinion Empire is the best vape shop in Utah County. The owners and the staff are some of the coolest peeps I have met not to mention they are incredibly caring!!

I used to go to empire once a week and haven’t been for about a year... I just went last week again and now I remember why I stayed away so long. It’s unfortunate, because I love the large selection they carry and their prices... but the majority of the staff is SO rude and disrespectful, and I won’t spend my money somewhere I get treated poorly. Once again, the same staff members treated me and my friends like garbage and now I know I won’t be back.

Just stopped in to get some info and look at their selection because we just moved to the area. Theyre great, answered all my questions without looking at me like I had 2 heads. Real nice selection of Vapes as well as juices, even had specially juice I was looking for. I will definitely be back in real soon to get a new vape and juice.

I’m from the south end of state, the sloppy seconds part, where we are stuck with limited options of shopping and inferior product/service but still pay a premium for the same product. Asking for an ID and then asking for my name which is clearly on the ID for someone who is 45 with no hair and a gray beard sounds ridiculous when Im not asking for a beer, its worse than a liquor store.

I know the owner Rob and his wife Genie (sorry if spelled wrong Genie😬) really well and since day one they have always been super generous, hospitable and genuinely nice to me. They treated me with respect, Tob was always willing to help ifna problem arose. Ive watched their vape shop grow since the beginning and with Robs amazing business skills, and his and his wifes desire to make a difference in the community has hands down made them the best vape shop in Northern Utah county. This is one place that I can say has the best customer service and pricing around. I deal with Law Enforcement and Government agencies from all over the world, it is very refreshing to have this kind of customer service so close to home.

This may be a little long as I will review my visits with the other local shops I have tried (Vapor Logic, Rolfs, and Stogies smoke shop.).Empire:Juan and this girl(dont know her name, Juans girlfriend I believe...maybe a bad assumption but I swear she said that) .Employees at EMPIRE are VERY helpful I usually try and go for them if theyre working. I have made all my big purchases there, including a Valyrian tank and most recently a DEAD RABBIT RDA (WHICH IS AMAZING) . If you go on a friday it has light machines and feels like a good vibes ratchet trap discotech. Customers range from cowboys to hipsters.The staff have good recommendations (i went in thinking I wanted another smok product boy was I glad I listened to juans and the blond girls EXPERT advice) .Upon questioning EMPIRE about EVERY single RDA they had , I decided on the Dead Rabbit with Juans expert help. He sat with me personally one on one and taught me how to set it up.was able to show me how to build My first time (I got it down first try after watching him). Boy im glad ive found my local GO to shop I can Trust. If you buy a naked juice you get a house juice FREE, they also have Free Stickers and tank rings. If i spend over $50 they even throw in a little chubby gorilla bottle, that is customer service and they have won me over. Friday night is a hip scene with the latest urban / rap/ hiphop music banging.I recently saw the jewelry section of the store and they have some really nice rings, etc.Empire also has raffles where you can win free stuff you can sign up with every purchase. I need to start buying one thing at a time rather than spending over $50 on multiple items so i can get more tickets.They have a Massive selection of juices, and the BEST BATTERIES you can find (lg brown guys). They even wouldnt sell to me and my mom first time in because I had left my ID at home. I brought it in the next day and they were able to service me- they didnt make me feel embarrassed for not having my id and i tried to talk them into it but they wouldnt budge on selling. AWESOME company. VAPINGS FOR ADULTS NOT CHILDRENLet me start by saying Vapor Logic is owned by and old friend.e what i was asking was a joke- I wanted to know how to switch out flavors faster, and an RDA seemed like a good option- or a second tank. The employee said you can not run an RDA on a coolfire IV 40w vape. they talked down to my like i was stupid it wont even power any RDA, you want to get a more powerful mod .Despite his bogus advice I got a mesh RDA and before I could buy my next MOD and was Puffing Flavorful huge clouds off it with my coolfire IV (OLD ASS MOD) They also charge $10 for a pair of clapton coils prebuilt, while EMPIRE charges $3 for the exact same pair. No one has ever offered to let me taste juice at vapor logic, or recommended a product I have heard about. When shopping for my last RDA VL tried to sell me an outdated RDA online it was on clearance for $14. VL tried to charge me $50 plus tax, also said we cant help you build it if you buy it I can tell you how but youll have to figure it out.IGNORANT NEWS Media is ridiculous trying to give vaping a bad name. Its usually irresponsible people using setups they dont understand, or batteries they dont understand. The news just looks at all the bad, not that its completely taken out cigarettes for millions of people.ROLFs vapor joint ive heard good things from a friend, so i paid a friend to take me to the orem location on a tuesday middle of the day, online it said it was open. We roll up to a chained off door, and 6 to 7 customers coming up and knocking and no one was even there. IT was a pain to me because i paid my friend gas money to take me there. They lost my service the second they handled their business like a teenager.STOGIES- stick to water pipes and cancer sticks they only sell the smok brand there, imren batteries. New to the area and was out checking a few shops to see what the deal is out here. This place was the last on the list and daaaaaaaamn Im soo glad I rolled thru! Got to chattin with one of the employees and he broke it all down for me! Im from Cali and had no clue the ridiculous regs Utah has in place for vaping! Anyhow i got to asking a few questions and the owner rolls in and the dude Im talking to (sorry cant remember name) says hey hesh from Cali too. Low and behold hes from my town as well. Cant tell ya how nice it was to run into a neighbor all the way out here!! Thanks for the chat brutha! He actually tried to find a juice I used to vape long ago which I think is no longer being made, wasnt surprised couldnt find but the fact that he took the time and effort to try and locaye says a lot about his customer service as well as all of the employees! They really arent that great, the employees there in the last couple visits were not nice and not really helpful, I sent my wife in to get me a couple things and I had sent her with a list on her phone and she showed the girl there and the girl at the shop gave her a tfv12 coil when she asked for a tfv8 coil and it specifically said tfv8 on her phone where she showed the worker and we live 30 mins away so when my wife came home all I thought was of course they screwed up and asked her to drive all the way back that night so she can switch it out because no receipt was provided and she needed to see the same employee to verify and all I can say is head shops provide more quality employees than empire.

Love going here, theyre very helpful and most of the time have the juice we want which is why we travel from Orem to Lindon/ Pleasant Grove to get what we need.

This shop save me at 8:40 pm on a Sunday night. Our usual Vape Shop is vapor logic in Orem but they dont stay open past 7 p.m. I come to find out that the shop is 2 minutes from my house and so much cheaper. I paid $5 a piece for two cleito replacement glasses I usually pay $9a piece. I broke my tank at 8:30 p.m. and thought that I was up creek without a paddle come to find out I wasnt.Thank you so much Empire!
