First time visiting the spa today for a couples massage with my friend. The room was decorated so nicely and peaceful. The massage was great. Dont let the exterior of the building fool you, the inside was great. We cant wait to come back for another massage!
We had ice cold pedicures because they were having trouble with the water heater. An electric kettle would have solved that. She smirked every time I flinched and both of us left with cuts. Then the hangnail she was offering to help me with… she made into a point to grow in more painful. Note- the second picture was taken a week later but no, she wasn’t helpful to the calluses either. The decor was cute but we will never go back. Most painful pedicure ever.
I bought two facials one for me and one for my sister as a birthday gift. The girl honestly has no idea what she was doing. Both my sister and I had to correct her on her roughness. I personally don’t think she is licensed. She marked my sisters face with her “ extractions “ and when I called to ask what they recommended they stated it goes away eventually. Honestly the worst facial experience ever. Don’t go here.
I absolutely loved the couple’s massage! Both masseuses were very professional and talented! My husband and I especially loved the hot stones and the use oil therapy … amazing service! We’ll be back for sure. Recommend 100%
Very professional service, went in for a couples massage and will definitely be back. It was very clean organized and they were ready at the exact appointment time for us, I enjoyed picking my own essential oils and felt comfortable throughout the whole process. Thank you ladies you are wonderful
Annetta was a wonderful host in a very welcoming, calming environment. Upon entering, peaceful music and lovely aromatherapy scents waft over you. She offers you a bottle of water and lets you take your time picking out your colors (which are well organized and abundant). I got the basic manicure and pedicure, but both felt luxurious and not rushed at all. She’s great at the balance of conversation and quiet time. She did a fantastic job with not only the pampering, but the actual polish as well. 100% recommend you call to make an appointment and give her your business.

Staff was very welcoming and professional. The location is very clean, relaxing, and smells great. Services performed were couples massage and mani/pedi for both of us. Valerie was amazing. She applied the right amount of pressure to the areas that needed more attention and she made sure that I felt comfortable throughout my massage experience, honestly, one of the best massage experiences Ive had thus far. Annettas mani and pedi service was perfection. She is very detail oriented and was delicate with the care of my hands and feet. My boyfriend was very pleased with his massage as well as his first mani and pedi experience which were all performed by Annetta. Overall, we had an amazing experience! If I could give a 0 stars I would. The massage was too rough after I explained I don’t like rough massages. Also when I got there the lady in front tried to charge me more then what was told over the phone making me go back and fourth to make her realize she just told me a different price on the phone. Small place shacky looking building this company doesn’t get much business and I can see why. Save your money and spend it at a more reputable massage spa
When I say above and beyond I dont even think that fully covers the care Annetta gave to me while doing my pedicure. She was so professional and truly took such care in what she does. She is friendly and kind and worked with me to give me a 6 star experience. Check her out, I cant wait to come back for my massage!

Shameful practice. I called to make a booking, asking if they’ll honor the Groupon promotion and she said yes. Then when she found out the price was cheaper on Groupon said I was no longer allowed to make an appointment even though it was available and I would have to wait at least two weeks since I’d be buying the Groupon. Terrible business. You’ve lost a potential loyal customer and I am going to ensure I let all my girlfriends know not to come as well
I just did a 50 minute session and I walked out a new person. The ambiance, the aroma and the hospitality were all top quality. Despite all that they all came second to the actual session itself. I did the highest tier with the rocks and stretching and it was beyond worth it. I will definitely be seeing them again in the future!
I did a spa day with my daughter and it was amazing. We did the hot stone and aroma therapy and left relaxed. We will definitely be coming back. Annetta and Nyah did an amazing job!

I have never had a “back facial” but imagine a relaxing massage mixed with the ultimate skincare experience. Nyah is so sweet and knows exactly what she’s doing. The music and atmosphere is excellent and really completes the spa experience vs. just getting something like this done in an office. I found them on Groupon and they were able to give me the Groupon price without me having to purchase through Groupon and I really appreciated that.
I got a couples massage with my mom! We were so relaxed through the whole experience. Annetta and Nyah were our massage therapists and treated us very kindly! I will be back!
I got scammed. I made an appointment for my mother for Mother’s Day, however she was unable to make it due to severe illness. Upon attempting to call Spajuvenate multiple times to discuss my options, such as rescheduling my appointment or receiving my refund, they NEVER called me back even after leaving several voicemails. But I’m sure if I left a voicemail wanting to make an appointment and give them more money, they would be respond pretty quickly! If you make an appointment, make sure an unforeseen illness doesn’t suddenly get to you :)
Purchased a pedi on Groupon. Company canceled my appointments, didnt return calls and dodged me completely until almost my groupon expired. From there my foot bath was ice cold, i felt rushed the entire time. The absolute worst pedi Ive ever gotten. This spa was a nightmare from day 1
When arrival to a 60 minute massage I was indicated to wait as workers were setting up from previous customers. This took time out of my session. From 60 minutes I received a 40 minute massage. Later, when I was ready to check out, I was told that gratuity was 25% and that out of my service cost that would be starting at $60 and up. My massage was $120. When I gave $40 gratuity I was given a nasty look. I’m giving the massage itself a 2/5. Never again!
If I could give a 0 I would. These people are crooks. I purchased a groupon voucher in which they didn’t want to accept because supposedly Groupon pays them a smaller percentage, but then told me they would match the Groupon fee, and then charged me extra for using my card. Fast forward, Groupon didnt allow me to cancel my voucher, so essentially i paid $300+ dollars for services I did not receive. When i called the merchant to help rectify, they did nothing to help! I would never support a business like this. It was never about customers satisfaction, just about money. The massage was horrible, btw and had the audacity to want me to tip. After i was just double charged. 0/10! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

I brought my granddaughter for spa pedicure and myself for shellac manicure and pedicure. Annette was amazing!! Extremely clean and a wonderful energy that is so uplifting. Very relaxing. She goes above and beyond to give customers a total rejuvenation. A great new business to our neighborhood and if you aren’t from Pompano Beach this place is definitely worth the drive here. Very accommodating and extremely careful. I have trouble with 2 ingrown toenails and she fixed them with no pain!! Definitely 5 stars

Very nice place: relaxing atmosphere, comfy chair with massage feature, and attentive owner/ daughter team. I recommend bringing water to detox after a complete pedicure. I was surprised to wake up with an infected toe two days later- thankfully the doctor prescribed me antibiotics . I don’t like leaving one star. I know these things do happen. I’m sure it won’t happen again

We booked through Groupon. Due to traffic we were a few minutes late we called 30 minutes ahead to let them know. Both my boyfriend and I felt more discomfort than relaxion. Even though we were late they took an additional 10 minutes away from us. It was supposed to be 90 minutes and 70 due to the fact that we were late.They still expected a tip regardless of their attitude. We also paid for reflexology and we didn’t even get that.We asked for water and they “ran out” definitely not worth it. Not worth it at all.

I wanted to like this company. We were referred by one of there family members or friends for our Anniversary massage. By good judgment we booked but we noticed that we were going to be late. We politely asked to be booked another day or at another time because we still wanted to work with them and they told us no and stopped answering our calls. I told the girl who referred us what happened and she was shocked and apologized. Sadly, the company never reached back out and didn’t even try to make it right after calling them more than once.We ended up going to massage luxe and they took us in the same day and booked our membership through them and have been with them ever since.

I purchased the Groupon for the couples massage but unfortunately there was no availability for the times that we needed so not to have wasted money for nothing I booked the massage for my fiancé and signature mani/pedi for myself. At the times that worked for us. Annette was a very nice lady, very calm and soothing atmosphere. As soon as I walked in I was offered a glass of wine Hahha. I almost fell asleep during my visit. The place is SUPER cute and I felt like I was in a Forrest with the mediation music, not right next Atlantics busy street. She did a great job on my nails and did an amazing job doing my pedicure. She really took her time and I felt very comfortable with her. Very pleasant to talk to and the pressure she put on my calves when massaging them was perfect. I also really enjoyed the hot lava rocks that she incorporated into the massage. I will definitely be coming back. I love when I find these little hidden gems.
My girlfriend and I came for a couples massage and it was exactly what we needed. The ladies were very personable and friendly. Annette was my masseuse and she was excellent. Started out with a relaxing rub down to get the muscles loosened up and ended with some focused deep tissue work. I left that place floating. I have had facials at spas throughout the world, and by far, this was the best! The make-up artist and photo were just amazed at how I was glowing the next day. I will be rebooking for sure.
I did this rating for several reasons.1) bathroom is located at the end of the hall, its a locked room and they have to let you in. There are multiple other businesses in this building, and the bathroom seemed pretty run down as well.2) we filled out the paperwork online 2x, and Antoi upon our arrival asked us the same questions.3) Aneta did my moms massage and she according to my mom karate chopped her back and barely did anything on her neck after letting her know her neck and shoulders hurt.4) Antoi is the only reason this didnt get 1 star, he did phenomenal!

Stay FAR away from this business and Annetta! SCAM ARTIST! If you value your hard-earned money go elsewhere! It is likely that most of the reviews are fake. DO NOT GIVE HER YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION!Even if you do happen to get suckered in to going to this merchant let me tell you what to expect and what I encountered:This is in the most ghetto location, inside of a run down building with some questionable people that hang outside of it, I felt as if I may get robbed or mugged, or that my car would be broken into.Once I was inside, prior to my appt time, I was told to wait an additional 10 minutes as Annetta was finishing up with a client. My appt was for 10:30 for a 90 minute couples massage. When they finally came in it was 10:45. We spoke with her partner to do the consult in that time and were asked if we had chosen the aroma therapy or the hot stones which were part of the groupon. We decidedly went with the hot stones as we did not want to waste time selecting our oils. There was not one point where any additional fees were discussed or mentioned prior to the massage starting or during the consultation with her partner. They proceeded to come in and OFFER US aromatherapy oils, which seemed odd because we had already opted to do the hot stones, so we were under the impression that it would be included as well as we had already paid the fee upfront....which brings me to my next point.If you choose to go here BUY THE GROUPON and do not let her swindle you!! She is literally trying to get free advertising from Groupon and having you call her to book directly with her to avoid having to share any of the fees with Groupon.As we were in the middle of our session, her partner would not stop talking to my girlfriend which ruined her session. I was burned TWICE by the hot stones and couldnt even tell if I was given any aromatherapy as I was not able to smell anything as our noses had gotten stuffy in this small room.We were told at 11:53 our session was over...wait you hadnt even done my feet, as per the Groupon....and I paid for a 90 minute massage, which turned out to be a 69 minute session. I reluctantly still tipped her (with cash) and was on my way as she had another appointment waiting anyway that clearly was more of a priority.I later check my capital one app and happen to see an additional charge long after I had left for a charge of $79.20. I immediately called to inquire and was told that she forgot to charge me for the hot stones (hours after I had already left the premises, without my consent or approval, nor did I sign any receipt acknowledging the charge)....I refuted and let her know that it was a part of the Groupon (which states foot reflexology with the hot stones, although she didnt even do my feet and didnt even clarify with us as she wasnt even available to do the consult in the beginning) and let her know that her partner Tara was misinformed and never discussed any additional charges or fees. She quickly changed her tune and stated that she would refund that money and it could take UP TO a week. I am currently disputing it with my credit card as she has not honored her word nor does she conduct business in an ethical manner.DO NOT let the same thing happen to you and go to a more reputable merchant, as this one is shady at best.
Peaceful! Serene! Clean! Great atmosphere! Kind service! This place was a real life saver for me while I was visiting the area on vacation. I needed a last minute appointment and Annetta was able to get me in right away. She also offered us beverages while I had my pedicure which I sincerely appreciated, and it added to the experience. Amazing couples massage!! The ambiance was soothing with relaxing music and a faux fireplace. My boyfriend and I were extremely happy with our massages. I have been having shoulder pain for weeks and it’s practically gone now. My masseuse, Tara, found all the knots and applied the perfect amount of pressure throughout the whole massage. We came out totally relaxed and rejuvenated. I can’t recommend them enough 😌
Annetta was wonderfulHer voice is soft and soothing. Meditation sounds and trickling water spa sounds played throughout my mannie/peddie.. no overheard conversations or tvs.. so relaxing. Don’t go here. I reserved over the phone. On the day before a couples’ massage I tried rescheduling due to my mother in law being hospitalized that day. They said no and refused a refund. I was wholly unaware of this policy when I called to book a massage.
SO great. My partner and I got a couples massage and it was awesome. Karen was my therapist and honestly it was the best massage I’ve ever had. Then I was able to also get my nails done. Love it. They were so nice and everything was perfect.
Annettas place is welcoming and very clean. Her work is technical, professional and very creative. Annetta has a warm friendly personality. While she does my pedicure Im writing this review enjoying a cup of wine and a massage from her massage pedicure chair. Great!

Unfortunately just had a really bad over the phone customer service experience. I called because I saw they had a special 60 min couple’s massage on Groupon, I asked if there is any chance they would be available today around 6-7 p.m for it…The lady never respond to what I asked and kept coming back to try to sell me a 90 minutes massage instead. After about the fourth time she’s trying to convince me to buy it, I had to cut her by saying : « I appreciate the offer but i’m here for the 60 min, what does your availabilities look like? ».She then told me a few different time frame that unfortunately weren’t working with my schedule, so I politely said that I was very sorry for my last minute call and since their availabilities do not match mine, I’ll simply call back another time.She, again, completely ignored what I said and started to ask me some infos to « create my account ». (I thought she wanted these infos to call me back if ever they’ve had any cancellations during the day)… until she asks for my card number??I was so confused and said : « I called to see if you had any 60 min massage availabilities around 6-7pm and since you don’t I will call back another time. » and hung up.It was mind blowing to me to hear someone such incompetent with customers…If you want to call to ask a few questions, keep in mind you’ll probably need to repeat yourself 1000 times and not get the service you’re searching for.

Experience was terrible from the first phone call trying to book an appointment. After that, they took my money without providing service and refuse to provide any kind of documentation outlining that they wont provide service for me to show my bank to dispute the charge. They are happy to scam you out of your money if it means they get to profit. Extremely uncooperative and unprofessional. I would give 0 stars if possible. Avoid businesses that dont honor their word or value their guests
This was my first time going to SPAjuvenate, and it was such a wonderful experience!!! Both the nail technician Annetta and her receptionist were so kind and made me feel at home. I got a gel manicure and basic pedicure. Annetta paid attention to detail and both look great. Will definitely be returning!

0 STARS if possible! Bought the basic mani and pedi services using Groupon to treat myself, since Im in nursing I usually take care of others more than myself. Thought I received a great deal $42 for the Groupon. Followed the instructions to call spa to book appointment. I called and asked if I could book an appointment to come in today at 5:45p since google says they close at 8p told her I had a Groupon. She then proceeded to ask me if Id mind canceling my Groupon and paying through some other platform. I politely told her no that I didnt feel comfortable to do that since I had already used my card to pay for the Groupon and got a good deal. She asked how much I had paid I told her 40 something. She then sell and I quote well it would be better to book through something Booking so we dont have to worry.. I told her well Im sorry thats not my problem because they shouldnt have their business on Groupon if they werent wanting customers to buy the deals they offer. That it was unusual for her to make this requszt and it did not seem professional especially since I was a potential first time customer. I politely told her I just called to book my appointment like Groupon said to do and asked for a 5:45 appointment. She said theres no openings for today. I said okay well can you please tell me when the next available date would be. She went away from the phone after about 5 mins she hung up on me. I was at my nursing shift so I couldnt bother calling back right away to deal with her rudeness and unprofessionalism, but after about an hr I had the time to call. From there she did not answer for what ever reason she had. Now having to go through Groupon to figure out a solution since merchant would not honor the Groupon I purchased. Lol my pregnant sister wanted to take me to show up in person to book an appointment. I told her nah Im good evil never wins! Dont need her messing up my nails.
Annetta was positively wonderful! She was very caring and professional and paid attention to my receptiveness. She worked through my upper back several times per my request and I couldn’t be more pleased with the relief! The staff was pleasant and the spa was cozy :) 10/10 recommend if you’re looking for technicians who listen and relive!

This was an awesome experience! I made a last minute appointment and Annette was able to accommodate. She helped me pick out a color that would work with my outfit perfectly. She set my husband up in one of the other chairs to relax and went to work. Great conversation and loved the atmosphere!

Beautiful welcoming atmosphere.The only issue was that the massage therapist could have used her hands for a better deeper massage, instead She used her fist for the entirety of the massage which did not help relieve my muscle soreness.

Annetta did an amazing job on the deep tissue body massage. Shellac manicure and basic pedicure was excellent. I love that water or wine is offered ,the ambience is very relaxing , looking forward to going back again.

I found this place super unprofessional. I called multiple times and couldn’t get an answer so I went to the building to see if I can make an appointment there , they didn’t even open the door to speak to me face to face there was someone speaking to me through a door ring . That’s no customer service at all and absolutely rude. After that I didn’t want any services from them anymore .
Purchased 2 Groupons so my sister and I could try a new place. Spajuvenate did not disappoint! Annetta the owner was super accommodating, giving us appointments for the same day and took awesome care of us. Atmosphere and decor was pleasant and relaxing. We will be back!

Amazing. Amazing, and amazing. Pedicure was amazing. I realize she doesn’t like to use harsh products which is nice. I was able to get a really good pedicure. The product she use are safe for my skin. I will be going back. It’s been a week and my feet are in great condition. the ambiance is very warming and peaceful. I will be back. She also was able to accommodate my late schedule as I was walking through the building needing a pedicure. Just amazing.

You shorted our treatment by 15 because you arrived late. You were knocking stuff around and making noise the entire treatment. The music went off five times and the last time it never came back on and on top of everything you demanded 20% gratuity because 18% wasnt enough. Not coming back and not recommending. Sad because your co-therapist was very nice. Thank you

Horrible and I never even went there. My mother purchased a Groupon for me (I am not a fan of Groupons but it was nice of mom)I tried using their online booking System (I am very tech savvy) and it doesn’t work nor is optimized for mobile.I called 3 times during normal business hours and no answer. The business called me back (thankful) and I asked for an appt for a mani pedi. She was more concerned with how I found out about them then assisting me with an appt. I told her my mom purchased me a Groupon. Once I said that all of a sudden she states she has “NO APPOINTMENTS FOR THE FORESEEABLE FUTURE.” “CALL BACK IN A MONTH OR 2.”Have you every heard of such a thing?I responded that if they didn’t like having a Groupon customer that would of potentially turned into a monthly standing appointment for gel mani and pedis why even sell the Groupons?She got nasty and hung up the phone. Stated her name was Annette.At the point you call a potential customer back you would think you would of portioned your demeanor to be friendly - wrong talent for the task hereI will call Groupon support and get my moms $$$$ refunded.It was like the selling of the Groupon and the Booking “appointment required” was a scam. Now I’m curious how “valid” the reviews were which positioned my mom to buy the certificate for meThis market is SATURATED with wonderful places to go and give consistent appointments to. I would let an absurd person talk to me Nevermind touch and provide care to my body
