Great service, Ive been in multiple places and this is by far the best medical massage session Ive had. Monica is very knowledgeable and understands exactly what I need it. Other places Ive been do regular massage and claim they do medical massage. Highly recommend A++

I won a contest on Instagram for a massage with Monica, and it turned out to be an amazing experience. Initially, I was expecting a regular massage, but Monica noticed that my neck muscles were really tense, and she could see that I was charged with stress. She went above and beyond by adding a little Reiki as an extra touch to the massage.Monicas massage was like magic. I felt like a brand-new person when I left, and my constant migraines were gone! She used hot stones during the massage on top of a thorough medical massage for my neck and head. Additionally, she incorporated Reiki to help me release my stress. The fact that she cared enough to combine these techniques into one session showed how much she genuinely cares for her clients. It made the massage the best experience of my life. I was so happy with the results that Ive already scheduled another medical massage with Monica, and I plan to do it every month. Shes really good at what she does, and I highly recommend her to everyone.

Its been a very long time since I had a massage and facial due to the pandemic. Monica made me feel comfortable, provided a great sense of security and protection throughout my experience. I felt brand new after my facial, brought out a nice glow to my dehydrated skin. I immediately booked a medical massage to help alleviate the stiffness on my neck. I had no idea how stressed I was, Monica was able to loosen up those muscles affecting tension on my shoulders and now I can turn my neck at normal range. She is a true professional and the best part is, she listens to you and is able to find the areas you need help with.

Monica has magical healing hands!! I had a severe headache today and I felt terrible with neck pain and back muscle sores! Monica put me to sleep in lightening time. At some points during the medical massage session I could hear myself snores!! Half way through the session I noticed my headache was gone and I felt my originally tensed muscles have relaxed tremendously! I got my next appointment booked!! Monica is a very rare gem!! She’s very knowledgeable and well-trained in multiple healing approaches! I will definitely keep her on my speed dial! So glad I found her today!

I was skeptical about the benefits of massages, but Monicas thorough explanation and execution healed many aches like nothing Ive tried before. I can tell she cares about every patient by customizing the session to the specific needs of each of us. She even allowed a last minute late appointment because I was struggling with a very busy and overwhelming week at work. She saved my weekend.

I was looking for a new masseuse and found Monica on here (Google). Lots of excellent reviews to I made an appointment and she actually exceeded my expectations. I have chronic back and neck pain with limited mobility. I walked into the spa at about a 9 pain level. 90 minutes later I walked out at about level 4!! In one session she stretched and rubbed me to where the severe pain was gone and I was left at a manageable level. I booked another 60 minute appointment for next week and Im confident that she will get me back to normal.Monica is not only very skilled but is a very nice lady. She has a very calm way about her which puts you at ease. She also has confident attitude that she can help you which I liked very much. I think repeated success leads to confidence and Im looking forward to many more visits.ADDED:I had a 2nd visit with Monica and, again, she was fantastic. My big problem areas she worked on the first time did not need special attention this time. What she does works. My spine has felt compressed for years and when I left this time, I somehow felt taller and lighter!Maybe Im wrong, but when I see an expert for anything, I try not to tell them how to do it. Monica knows where my problem areas are by putting her hands on me and feeling. I have a 3rd visit scheduled this week and see many more in my future.Now, 3 years later and Ive seen Monica by weekly for almost the entire time (except for the covid peak). Her service is as good as it ever was and I look forward to my visits because I know Ill feel better. Cant recommend her enough.

I have really bad rosacea and do not let anyone touch my face but Monica has been so great at doing my massages I decided to give her a try for my skincare. Let me tell you she did not disappoint. I have been going to Monica since I moved here almost 2.5 years ago. I though my face and hair would flourish from the weather in Sunny South Florida, but I was painfully mistaken. My face started freaking out. I have never had severe pimples in my life and suddenly I had reoccurring visitors and they were leaving behind evidence of their stay when they finally healed. I never really saw the point of facials but I figured I’d give it a try and throw in a massage since I had been a little stressed at the time. I’ve been a loyal customer ever since. Monica literally transformed my face in 3 sessions. I couldn’t be more grateful. She’s an amazing masseuse as well. I had an amazing experience with Monica today during my first massage therapy session. Monica was very personable, she has a good energy to her, and her enthusiasm for her craft radiates out of her. She is very experienced in medical massage, and I enjoyed learning from her about how interconnected the body is. The vibe of the room was very relaxing, which included a dim room and enjoyable natural sounds. She really worked the sources of my discomfort and found areas of pain that I wasnt even aware I had. She took her time, and helped my body release a lot of stored up tension. I felt good when the massage ended, but It wasnt until I came home that I started to notice a boost in my energy level and an increase in my awareness. I am definitely going to see her again soon. If you are considering a massage, just call her. Your body will thank you later

Monica is incredible! I had a spinal fusion surgery last year and I’m left with cronic back pain. Since I found her I can leave a normal life. I can even sit at work for 8 hrs a day. I see her once a week and she always does what she believes I need the most. I trust her and will recommend her to anyone who needs an amazing and professional massage therapist.

When I first met Monica I had just been diagnosed with a bulging disc in my back. My entire body was in pain from the top of my neck to my feet. I had been working 16 hours a day at the computer and my body was as brittle as it could possibly be. After only 4 massage treatments I feel so much better, my back feels better, and I feel better. I shall continue seeing Monica on a monthly basis. I don’t view this as a luxury, but as the medical treatment it is!

With much pleasure I am writing this review for the great service I received at Monicas spa. I purchased a Groupon for a Swedish Massage and from the first communication with her when I called to set the appointment, she was extremely efficient and made me each interaction feel personal. She told me I could text her if I needed to change the time, which I did have to, and when I actually called she immediately knew my name before having to give full details. It was the same upon reaching the spa, she addressed me by name and greeted me like a family member expecting you over for dinner.On to the massage, I bought the Swedish but based on her expertise she was able to identify my true needs right in the beginning and transitioned into a Medical Massage. Not that I knew the difference at the moment, but she explained it to me after that it was due to the tightness in my neck and upper back, which lead to intermittent lower back pain. The massage was really great, and towards the last 10 minutes I dozed off twice and even snored, lol. My muscles came out feeling looser.Monica is a very kind woman and really tries to understand what you need. She treats you like a valued person and talks to you as if you are more than just a client. I would definitely like to patronize this small business again.

Monica is kind and compassionate and very personable. It feels like she cared to get to know me moreso than just the clinical side. No paperwork to file of my symptoms. She just talked to me about my lifestyle and habits like an aunty. During my massage, she asked me how I was feeling often and attended to my needs by helping me with my congestion and giving extra attention to my areas of pain and tightness. I appreciate her caring approach to wellness and I booked a follow up with her so we can continue to heal me.

Monica has been my miracle when it came to my back. Ive been suffering for years with chronic back pain and I happened to find her about a year ago. Thank god because she has helped me out so much. Shes kind and courteous, very knowledgable about her practice and is a pleasure to speak with. Ive had acupuncture, PT and massages that never really made a difference, but with her she can literally feel whats wrong and gets right to relieving the pain. Please if you have any issues whatsoever take the time out to see her, it will be worth it I swear by that.

I had bought a Groupon for Monica’s European facial and 60-minute Swedish massage which was originally priced at $79. Groupon had a code for 20% off so I only had to pay $63. When I called Monica to make an appointment, she told me the Groupon isn’t for Saturday’s which isn’t stated ANYWHERE. She was willing to take me on a Saturday but told me to refund the Groupon and she will “honor” the price I paid. I refunded the Groupon and she told me she will charge me $79. We went back and forth for a while, to the point where I told her I’m no longer interested in using her services. I never thought scheduling a massage appointment would be so difficult! Needless to say, if you plan on using her services, don’t bother with Groupon because it’s clear to me that Monica doesn’t know how Groupon works and therefore, shouldn’t even be advertising on that platform.

Do not come here or receive a Massage from Moinca, she is one of the worst people I have ever worked with, i Booked and massage and facial with her, during the massage i asked if she could please work on my shoulder blades one at a time, she then had attitude and asked if i was the massage therapist, i said no but that is my problem area, she then was sooooo rude and said im ruining her work and stopped, this is my body and my pain.. she did not repect this or understood me she then didnt finish the job, she didnt give me my facial or my money back>>>> worst human,..
